Hi,
its been one month now still have not resolved m couple of issues. always delay in responding and giving wrong commitments. after escalating no response. there are couple of complaints raised[protected],[protected]. now am able to call to anybody. and have been using two numbers since almost 9 to 10 months.
Kindly help me in this regards.

As i informed you regarding waiver amoumt that i received from email nodal dept says that 535 rs they will be going pass the waive. That email i forward u soon. Plz reapond to that email.

I just wanted to inform you that the waiver has not been processed for [protected] and 150 Rs waiver processed for [protected].
when i called customer care they told me that they is not waiver processed for [protected].
then why yesterday they committed waiver for 400 Rs [protected] and 250 Rs [protected]?
let me know why there is miscommunication.
