I have a postpaid connection [protected] on 14 july i issued a sim from your ferozepur punjab vodafone store but till date my sim is not in activated mood i am so desperate with this service my no. Is off from last 10 days and i am suffering loss in mine business please look forward this matter otherwise i have to go for legal step against co.

    Hi,

    I m aarti, i had taken vodafone sim in the month of may. From the 1st month they are charging me for the service that i didn't take or use even. Due to that charge they stop my outgoing. From last 3 bills i m facing the same problem. They do waive me that additional charge but in every month end they stop my outgoing

      Complain in HINDI Respected Sir, mere dwara vodafone company ka ek connection [protected] liya hua hai. connection par 199 rental plan activate kiya hua hai. but inke dwara mujhe 428 Rs. per month rental ka bill diya gaya hai jab mere dwawa customer care par baat kar inse pucha to inke dwara 199 Rs. per month data plan activate karna bataya gaya. Mere dwara kabhi bhi koi data plan vodafone company se avtivate nahi karwaya gaya. na hi kabhi data ka koi use is connection par kiya gaya. meri connection profile id net par logging karne par "No Data Plan Active" saaf saaf likh kar aata hai. company ne dated[protected] ko apne system ki galti mante huye mujhe 228 Rs. data plan+ inki galti se miscredit charges ke 114 Rs. Return kar diye gaye. Inke dwara sirf 1 month ke bill ko hi galti mankar return kiya gaya hai. Mere har bill me inke dwara ye charges liye gaye hai. Jab dated[protected] ko customer care par call kiya aur jawab manga to inhone koi satisfactory answer nahi diya Saath hi computer aur system main kharabhi ka bahana banakar complaint ID bhi nahi di ja rahi hai. main Kya karu, Company ne mere saath 420 ki hai. maine vishwas par inka kabhi bill check nahi kiya. pahli baar 2 saal main bill check kiya, kuch kaha to sirf 1 month ka 340 Rs. refund mila baaki ka bhi dilwao. I Request to u.         My bill limit 1000 rupees but vodafone generated 2816.16 bill amount i paid already as good will customer but I want reward of 2816.16-1000=1816.16 rs as right so how can increase to much bill amount and what definition of LIMIT?             I am not a vodafone customer but I am continuously receiving email notifications from vodafone regarding a number which is not mine. The number is [protected]. I have submitted complaints in vodafone customer service and also their Appellate Authorities but got no help. This is the second time vodafone is sending me such notifications. I told them to remove my email from thier system but they are not taking any actions. This makes me feel that my information is being used without my consent which is theft and fraud by vodafone. After many attempts I am registering a complaint here to get some help. The email id on which i am receiving those emails is alvira.[protected]@hotmail.co.in and i get 4-5 emails each day from vodafone which is very annoying.

              22may2015. . We raised request to change the postpaid plan
              28may2015. . They confirmed me through the mail that new plan has been activated with 100rs discount

              When bill generated on 1st july2015, discount was not included in bill.

              Already we have a long chain of mail but they are not providing the reason how they activate the plan and charge for new plan but not providing the discount. Already they confirmed discount by mail
              Please do something to restrict this type of nonsense they are behaving like dictator. I am having valid mails from their side to prove all my
              Points.

                Dear Vodafone, I was and will never be Vodafone Customer again after using Vodafone for last 10 years in India. My Vodafone no. is - [protected] My Relationship No.[protected] I want to tell you LOUD and CLEAR that I am not using ur services for last 5 months still I am being charged. Please check if I have made any calls or sms or even my no. is active ???? Why are bills being generated. And even when I logged in complaint to discontinue services why there is no update on this ? Will Vodafone India pay me the amount I have paid you because of harassing legal notices you have sent me ? I have almost paid Vodafone Rs. 4000 and more for not being a customer (ex-customer). Vodafone UK - Please put good people within Vodafone India. I have changed services to Airtel and I am happy to have done that. I was using Vodafone services in Chennai and for last 5 months I am using Airtel. You guys haven't even discontinued my services in spite of repeatedly calls. You are harassing ex-customers by sending so called Legal notices for Rs. 800 which is wrongly charged because I am not using your services. Also now after all this harassment I logged in a request to discontinue the services I get no confirmation on mail if that is done ? If you can send legal notices for illegal bills why can't you share other updates. Really with hard heart I have to say that your services sucks and all you want is harass ur ex-customers.                   Hi, My name is Nithin, I applied for a postpaid sim ([protected]) at Vodafone Mini Store, Chandanagar. A few days later, i started receiving messages stating that my documents were not proper and i need to contact 111 to avoid deactivation. I contacted the customer care, who said they cannot help me in this issue and i need to visit the mini store. Soon after, my outgoing calls were barred and later on my incoming calls. The next day after my sim stopped receiving signals, I visited the mini store to enquire the reason. I waited for a good 1 hour before they opened the store at 11:00. Then on checking the database, they found that a personal had visited my residence for bg verification and found that I have changed my address on Dec 1. The color of my house was stated as white. I have neither got any call nor did any personal from their side visited my residence for verification. The color of my house is blue. The same day I was promised that a personal from their end would visit my residence else they would refund my money. The personal did not visit that day. The store is situated very far from my home and it is very difficult for me to visit their store every time. The following day i called up on their number which they did not respond as it was a holiday (Saturday). On Monday i revisited the store and asked to refund the money as there was no proper service from their end. They hooked me with the manager on call who talked very irresponsibly. When I asked for a refund, he said that I have to wait for their service and cannot get a refund. When I said I would launch a consumer complaint he said I cannot do anything against him and he would receive no harm from it. In fact he just challenged me to go and launch a complaint which could harm him in any way. I cannot let go of this embarrassment and struggle I had to go through just cause of fault from their end. I had to roam around their stores for more than a week due to faults from their end. I launched multiple complaints, but there was no reponse at all. I then approached the mini store for the last time and then asked for the refund. I returned them the sim thereafter saying I do not need their sim and the manager asked to do so. I left disappointed with Vodafone. I am now charged a bill of 1000/- rs and they are now processing legal action against me for non payment. I simply cannot let go off my rights as a consumer and make the payment o my hard earned money for such a service. Please help. My current number is [protected]

Today now at 7.50pm I have went to the store to pay my bill those store people have already closed & I argued before 8pm how u closed they replied me we will close by 7.30pm who are u to ask? They have pused me out I have fallen in my wifes shoulder. this is the way u train ur bloody people?is this the way u treat people? Any one in INDIA having right to touch other persons except police.Even PM of India also having no right to push any one. I'm having all the visuals nd Photographs with me I'm going to release those to press nd social media tomorrow itself. This is the second time I have faced the problem with the same nangallur store people u can check my previous compliant also. I need immediate explanation from u people I won't leave u all this time

                          I am using Vodafone postpaid connection. I have opted for a full DND on my numbers but still I am receiving at least 10 marketing calls / sms every day. I am making complaints to Vodafone started from Customer and now to Appellate Authority however, every time they are closing my request without giving any resolution to my problem. They are not even giving me a call to understand the problem or to provide me the solution to this issue. It is very disheartening to see Appellate authority also not providing any resolution and just closing the complaint without resolution.

                            I have got 5 vodafone connections and somehow or the other, I have been consistently facing problems. Last month, I was wrongly billed 6800 Rs as internet charges on international roaming, even though I have never used it. Vodafone is taking customers for a ride and expecting them to pay for something which hasn't been used. But I am not going to accept it lying down. Either vodafone accepts their mistake and reverses this amount or else I will go for number portability of all my 5 numbers. Will wait till 27July for resolution.

Iam pay the bill using freecharge app. The payment is success in freecharge app. But still now not upadated in vodafone system. Iam so many time complaint in 199. But i dont get a proper resolution.                                 around 20 days back i wanted to port my uttrakhandh number to noida's number but i was told after 1 week when i went to the store that its not possible in prepaid number you will have to change your number to postpaid first. i filed my documents and made the payment . there was some misunderstanding regarding the portablity situation so within half an hour i told them to cancel my request instead i'll take a new number. they told me that when the verification will be done ask them to cancel the request. its been 10 days since i'm roaming around in the vodafone store and making thousands of calls to vodafone care. either of them is not helping infact telling me to call or visit the store.

                                      On 11th of july I received a call, ask for providing ATM cum Debit Card No. he said that he was calling from SBI. By mistaken I have given him my card no. Immediately amount of Rs. 4999/- was deducted from my account . I request you that is was a fake transaction kindly refund me my amount back to my account no. [protected]. I had already given the complaint to your office previous two times but so far as no reply was received .Kindly consider my request and oblige.
