1- By unfair means Vodafone changed ID on my Mobile Number.
2- Took 10 days to confirm success of payment of rs 900.
3- Rejected my porting request stating non payment of bills, my bills were clear.
4- Anuj.[protected]@vodafone.com asking me again and again to pay billed amount which has been paid long time ago.
5- Transferred my number under company's name without my approval or NOC.
6-Have to pay unnecessary bills because of non porting of number rejected from their side since 7th of July.
7-Doing bureaucracy since one week, instead of giving me proper response. Sometimes they need nothing and respond and suddenly they ask for a long list of details.
8- First address me with my Name in emails, then suddenly they change the name to name of employer and then suddenly I get a call from Vodafone willing to talk regarding complaint and ask for some other name.
9- Some other name printed on my bill complaining from the very first day when I received the bill, but no response received till now.
10-In my profile they have mentioned office address as residential address, you can get an Idea what verification on documents they do.
11-Was not able to provide 3G service in metro city New Delhi, After several emails they accepted that there is problem in providing 3G service in that area and they sold me 3G plans.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
We will call again as we weren't able to reach you when we called on your number.
