However My plan was not change untill 4th of July and i have received the bill based on older plan which is 1193 INR .i contacted Nodel office of Vodafone many time but i am still wait for the outcome

    date of the incident-before 10 days - client number (if available)-[protected] - full description of the incident-Matter is Regarding My number [protected] of which outgoing is blocked from last 10-12 days i also confirmed with customer care but they were not giving proper reason for that. I Am suffering due to this incident which is not my fault i also pay my bill on time even i took this conncection before 4 months ago so why this situation happens.I also visited vodafone store but they said that remarks is not available in reason. I also have another alternate number on my name which is already working but for above number they sometimes give reason that FY or FI goes negative.Please help me to resolve above problem.

      1- By unfair means Vodafone changed ID on my Mobile Number. 2- Took 10 days to confirm success of payment of rs 900. 3- Rejected my porting request stating non payment of bills, my bills were clear. 4- Anuj.[protected]@vodafone.com asking me again and again to pay billed amount which has been paid long time ago. 5- Transferred my number under company's name without my approval or NOC. 6-Have to pay unnecessary bills because of non porting of number rejected from their side since 7th of July. 7-Doing bureaucracy since one week, instead of giving me proper response. Sometimes they need nothing and respond and suddenly they ask for a long list of details. 8- First address me with my Name in emails, then suddenly they change the name to name of employer and then suddenly I get a call from Vodafone willing to talk regarding complaint and ask for some other name. 9- Some other name printed on my bill complaining from the very first day when I received the bill, but no response received till now. 10-In my profile they have mentioned office address as residential address, you can get an Idea what verification on documents they do. 11-Was not able to provide 3G service in metro city New Delhi, After several emails they accepted that there is problem in providing 3G service in that area and they sold me 3G plans.

        repsected sir, since i am using the vodafone number in morethan 15yrs of this sim card no:- [protected]. i am working in saudi arabia morethan 16 yrs and this year i went to vacation and while i coming from my home i bring along with this number with me and i am trying to active and i inform to my sister and wife to call this number but they say to me my mobile number was switch off...why and what is the problem? how should be i can active and keep on this number should live when i can go vacation while i was in airport i can call my home from this same...number.. so sir please do the needful and make it as early as possible... thanks and best regards. yours sincerely, annadurai.

          I am using vodafone post paid(plan - 275/-) taken with 3G data of 2GB and some free calls end of Apr-2015. Though I didn't use I got Rs39/- as rent, fine. For May month I felt that bill charged much and raised a concern. I got message on 05/06/2015that Rs266.87 have been waived from data charges. Later on I asked the customer care people to send the clear bill to pay, but in-vain. Next month bill also unclear and simply saying total amount to be paid is Rs906. For the past 2 weeks I keep on asking the guys to give clear bill for the 2 months, May, June-2015 with clear details. Each time they are answering with in 5 mins will come back to you or we are raising to our senior and finally stopped service to my number. I am ready to pay, but I need the clarity on charges. Is this Vodafone give service to consumers?

              i dont use any number of vodafone other than [protected]. got message that mobile service is withdrawn for due in [protected]. i dont have any sim nor i received any sim card having no [protected]. i contacted vodafone but they dont pay attention at this.this is rediculous that my vodafone service is withdrawn for any other number. one chap try to sell sim card over phone some 3 moth back from vodafone and disturbing me a lot.then a chap came to my house to collect the document and i gave him and he is suppossed to hand over a sim next day. but i told him that evening that though initially i agree over phone to take a sim but later on i decided not to take it. then after few moment those chaps over phone contacted me and i said the same thing. and i didnot receive any sim card as well.
              then every month some chaps over phone were telling about the bill pending and told them clearly that as i dont receive any sim card from your side so there is no question arise about billing.
              now they have withdrawn mobile service from my existing mobile number [protected]. i contacted the persons namely sujit chakraborty whose mobile and e mail is provided to me for clarification. i lodge the complaint and talked to him several times but he is not responding in proper manner.
              Authority of vodafone must be punished for playing cheating with their existing customers. the loss i have suffered for no mobile service must be recovered from the Vodafone.

                It's been 20days I have submitted a request for migration from prepaid to postpaid. Ideally any telecom company would get this done at the earliest..but Vodafone coz of the name n fame they have...they don't feel it's important anymore to serve their customers. I had to visit ur store n number of times still this is not done . And now I am stuck in a situation where my prepaid number is deactivated and the post paid number is not yet started. It been more than 48hrs I am facing this problem. I can't get in touch wid anyone coz my number is not working. It's absolutely unprofessional and apparently the answer I am getting from u all is...that it will start when it has to strt...there is nothing that u can do about it...I mean that's a very good reply.

                  My number is [protected].I recharged 89 for data balance, but I am not received data balance.I called customer care they told me to recharge 89 for 1 GB data.I called again the said the offer is not available in my number, my question is for customer care officer's fault why should I suffer?                     Tomorrow again deducted of rs 50 / - from my mobile balance on 21. 07. 15 now i am totally disappointed and thinking that if not solve that problem i will close this vodafone sim. . .                         i have already lodged my complaint regarding net pack information. My name is Vinay & i m Vodafone Costomer Since five years. I had a complaint to Vodafona for Net Pack regarding.I gotta recharged my data pack of Rs.395/- for two months of 2G before i was got recharged Rs 295/- for Two months of 2G.

                        Now company is taking more money from me without any information.I have already informed about this matter to Vodafone but the Customer care Executive did not give satisfied reply.After getting recharge of my data pack next day i checked the vodafone website i was shocked because their Data pack was same.If Vodafona representator will ask from me proof i have some pics of that days .My cell [protected].

                          I am facing poor network and Call Drop issue at my home location(Pune Satara Road, near Swargate) I am receiving same response from Vodafone from long time that they are coming up with New Tower. But this is just the reason they are giving as I am receiving this reply from long time And I received a response from Appellate Office that I can use their services as is or have option of port out, so now Vodafone is even ready to loose customer, this is surprising.

PFA the screenshot of payment from my account history. I am fed up hearing the bill payment call everyday and I am unable to make calls from my number due to the hilarious long speech from the auto voice. I dont know WHATS HAPPENNING !! and these people have no clue where my payment has gone. Apart from this they keep calling everyday for the bill payment and are stressing me too much.

                                  Date of Incident-20/07/2015, 00.58 AM, My Mob No-[protected], Recharge TransID-OR[protected] Vodafone offer me that i got 2 GB 3G data in BC196. When i recharge my mob with INR 196, on above mention time from freecharge.in website, immediately i got 1 GB 3G data, half of what i seen in offer. I wait for 4 hr. as Vodafone customer care said to me.When did't received remaining 1GB data, i filed a complaint to customer care and they said to that we have request your complaint and within 24 hr. you should received remaining data on your mobile. So i request to that Vodafone must send me remaining 1 GB data within 24 hr.

                                    Vodafone has automatically activated Model Mania Pack on my postpaid Mobile No. [protected] without my permission on 3rd July 2015. It is getting auto re-activated every week, for the past 3 weeks. I enquired with the customer care, they blamed me that I have activated it. I said I haven't sent any sms so how is this getting activated? In reply the customer care executive said it got activated after i clicked a link. I went and searched all my browsing history and found no such evidence. What I can recall is a call came to me from[protected] and after picking it, it got disconnected. I think after that this Model Mania pack started on my account. I also searched the web and found not only me, but several other persons are a victim of this fraud conducted by Vodafone. I want a resolution from Vodafone on this. I should not be paying this charge in my Vodafone bill.

                                      Hi Vodafone Team,

                                      Being your DIAMOND customer, I have been using your services since last 5 years & have not faced any issues so far. But recently I have been facing an issue & very disappointed with the response.

                                      Recently I took 3 new connections from Vodafone representative, out of which 2 numbers have been ported from IDEA & AIRTEL & 1 is new number. Rs. 499 BIRD corporate Plan has been activated on all the numbers.

                                      I had received 1st bill for all the numbers & it is very disappointing to say that generated bills were incorrect.
                                      I am using, [protected] on Rs.499 Plan. When I contacted Vodafone store, I was told that plans on all 3 numbers ([protected], [protected], [protected]) are same which is Rs.499 however benefits are different from the number I use ([protected]).

                                      I was told that the plan includes, 1.5 GB 3G data post that unlimited 2G 64KB/mbps, 2000 local Minutes, 1000SMS but didn’t get the same.

                                      Attached our company corporate plan brochure, Look 499 plan benefits & Once look in my all no plan what you guys has activated .

                                      I have registered a complaint against incorrect bill. Complaint no- SR#[protected] & SR#[protected]. Please check the same on top priority.

                                        Hello i am using vodafone number for about 3 years but today at 9pm they disconnect my number without any notice such big company but their distributer's are fraud espacialy dabh wasti ram amritsar punjab they are big fraud never give them any id proofs because they sell further for missuse
