Service to my phone were discontinued after non-payment. I received a call from vodafone care and i did the full payment through cheque.
Complaints :
1) False Promise of restarting of Number as soon as they receive cheque.
I waited for 4 more days, ignoring above promise thinking that, once the cheque would get cleared they would restart the services.
The cheque got cleared on 16th july 2015 in morning itself so i called up customer care, and below was the conversation :
2) A request has been taken, your payments have been reflected in our system and your phone would start in 2 hours.
I waited for 4 hours, still the phone didnt get started, so i called up again at 4 PM, below was the conversation again :
3) Previous request is in process, we are still taking your new request and it would be solved in 2 hours. Also an assurity was given that i would start in any manner.
Still after 4 hours it was not started, so called up again, in next 3 days after 2 Vodafone Store Visits and 3 more call's i was given an reply that their system is getting upgraded and hence they were not able to handle my request.
4) Again on 20th July I did a live chat from vodafone.in site and again a new request was taken. Request number :[protected]. And assured that the phone would start in 2 hours. Some executive named Moin was on chat with no last name.
5) Waited again for 4 hours and hence then posted on their official Facebook Page with all my complain details. I was again reassured that they would soon restart my phone, which was again a fake promise.
6) Again called up at customer care number 198 at 2 AM on 21st July, and direclty insisted to talk to their senior executive, so my call was transferred to their Floor Manager Dharam. He again took my request ... So a new request number was generated by them :[protected], and they again assured me, that my number would be restarted in 2 hours any how. They have kept it in follow up mode.
It was still not started in morning, so again did a live chat in morning, and final assurity was given by chat executive named Krutika that my request is already in process and it would be solved by 1 PM 21st July, and the number is still not started.
I need to know a way to file a case on this guys. I repeatedly requested them that my numbers is connected with my 2 bank accounts, and one of those accounts was my companies current account. I was not able to do any Banking Transactions since few days, as my bank required OTP every time and as the sim was discontinued, i was not able to receive any message.
I want a compensation of the ordeal i have passed through in this week. I want to SUE this guys for a huge amount. Please help how could i do so ?
