i have got wrong information regarding the FR of MPIN on " vodafone store AB Road LIG near Hotel Amaltas INDORE". i have ported in vodafone my 3 numbers ie., [protected], [protected], [protected]. I have get information about FR RS 58. ie., - 350mb 3G data upto 3 months. - Rs30 main balance. - 30p per min upto 90 days. But i got this output on all 3 numbers. Rs58 main balance - local call 1.4p/2sec. Plz take a suitable action on this and plz give me the correct benefits..     I recently applied for a new postpaid connection with vodafone and chose 499 red plan. I submitted the application online and immediately i got a call from person named Jahangir. I was surprised with the response time and was very happy. A person named Vikas came same day and collected documents and Rs 300 fee. Both Jahangir and Vikas promised that the number will be active in 48 hrs. But I was not provided any number initially as I wanted some decent number. I called up Jahangir next day and he said he will call me back with numbers. Time passed and no call. From that point onwards Jahangir stopped taking my calls. I called vodafone customer care [protected] many many times and every time they would disconnect after hearing a few seconds. Why do you have this number and why do you employ such uneducated and stupid people? God help this country. Then days passed and finally on 18th person named Rohan called me and gave me a number of my choice and told me it will get active in 48 hrs. Later a girl called for verification and said same thing. I waited and nothing happened. I called up Rohan on 20th and he said it will get active on 21st. I waited again and on 21st I got a message on my alternate number that the number cannot be activated. I tried calling Jahangir, Rohan and the girl but my calls were not picked up. I tried calling vodafone customer care and same thing they kept disconnecting my calls. Later i tried calling them from a different number and Rohan picked up the call and told me he was not at work. Later in few mins he said the system is down and he cannot help. I asked him why is he not picking calls and he had no answer. I asked him his location and asked for a team leaders name. He said his team leader is also rohan and he has not arrived at work yet. I asked him how does he know if you are home and then i realised they are just liars they keep lie all time to everyone. After this he disconnected call and never answered. I made a complain with nodal officer and they said it will be another 48 hrs to solve the issue. After calling three time they told me the number will get activated and there is no problem with documents. But my number is not yet active so I just have to wait and see what happens now. I am just so disgusted by the quality of service and their team members. If I was the company or the boss I would not think twice to fire them. Only positive aspect is the person at nodal desk was very helpful and supportive. Although I wont trust anyone until my number get activated as promised. After this I saw many complaints about same and was shocked to see same peoples names and number on screen. So my understanding is vodafone is allowing these people to do these kind of fraud behaviour without any respect to customers or customer service. It is really appalling behaviour. I just wish someone can do something about this.

      I have been using the prepaid number for almost 3-4 years, all my important links like bank were on the number and to not go through the hassle o[censored]pdating the number i kept using the vodafone number even after changing circle and was reachrging it and paying roaming charges, although i did not use it for too much calling. these guys after 1 and half year of roaming decided to block it without informing. the customer care has no idea why it is blocked and asked me to visit the store(as if they will have any info), strangely cs also states it will not get reactivated. amazing they don't put enough brains to atleast call the customer and find out if they want to keep the number or not or atleast inform the customer on change of circle rule which can be availed now. they could have kept a loyal customer with them but they chose otherwise.         Below was the complain which i have sent mail to appellate and Nodal. Hi, I am new user of Vodafone Data Card before i was Using TATA Photon +. I have took a new connection of Data Card No-[protected] when i took it from your Vodafone store they are blaming very fast internet services. when i am using it Its getting disconnected again and again. When i used it personally it is very pathetic and i am completely fed up. when used it every morning after that try to through away but not because i spent almost 2500rs i have raised a complain on your customer care before 1 week and they have give me timeline till 11th, in a week i revived only 1 call where your executive is asking SIR UR PROBLEM IS RESOLVED OR NOT. how pathetic is that i didnt recived any single call for the resolution. Now i want to discoonect this No and refund my money. Please find attached some screen shot of the error which i always get when trying to use it. if anything want to discuss feel free to call me @[protected] Thanks & Regards, Sobinder Singh This mail was sent on 11th July 15 till date after many reminders i didnt recive any response via email of phone call.

          I have got my prepaid mobile [protected] recharged today at 9.30 am online for Rs.555. While doing the same from another mobile [protected], it is switched off. Hence I had to retype details for recharge for R.555. Afterwards, a message has been received that Rss.555 was recharged to my mobile [protected] whereas an amount of Rs.1110(amount doubled )was debited to my card account vide credit card no.[protected]. Hence pl see that either another Rs. 555 is recharged to my mobile [protected] or give back credit of Rs.555 to my icici card no.[protected]. pl, respond to my request

            I Mrs. Suchitra Sahu (Mob No-[protected], Haryana) is a regular customer of Vodafone .on dated 13.07.15 & 16.07.2015 Rs .50/- & Rs.75/- has been deducted from my mobile respectively whether i am not activate any services .But due to these cutoff balance from mobile i am facing much problems which make me harassment .When i called or complaint about this the customer care executives are deny to refund these amount and till yet i am not getting these amount .
            Hence i request you kindly refund my cutoff amount as soon as possible due to this i will have a good faith & trust to Govt. of India & my service provider (Vodafone ) .

              my name is udayasagar.g.
              from near about 10 years i am using the vodafone sim
              in 2011, i have changed to postpaid in 99 corporate plan along with my wife sim also.
              numbers are [protected] and [protected]
              now a days i am not using the number [protected] more frequently and getting the minimum bill of 120 along with the roaming charges because i am staying in the state of maharashtra..
              both of mine are 2G sims
              my problem is 20 days back in [protected] i have used the internet 2G for near about 500mb.
              this shows the amount in the bill 1735 rupees.
              is it the right way that 1735 ruppes is for 500mb 2G data.
              you r informing the data we have used ...by sms.
              but not the charges.
              because u can charge like this in later.
              i dont pay the bill for this large amount.
              please deactivate my number from postpaid.and discontinue from your service.
              which is a very bad service.
              by the name of postpaid ...u r charging the more money.

I am calling in customer care, they haven't verified my number till now. I have made more than 30 calls, but no proper response. My sim is yet not activated.                   Service to my phone were discontinued after non-payment. I received a call from vodafone care and i did the full payment through cheque. Complaints : 1) False Promise of restarting of Number as soon as they receive cheque. I waited for 4 more days, ignoring above promise thinking that, once the cheque would get cleared they would restart the services. The cheque got cleared on 16th july 2015 in morning itself so i called up customer care, and below was the conversation : 2) A request has been taken, your payments have been reflected in our system and your phone would start in 2 hours. I waited for 4 hours, still the phone didnt get started, so i called up again at 4 PM, below was the conversation again : 3) Previous request is in process, we are still taking your new request and it would be solved in 2 hours. Also an assurity was given that i would start in any manner. Still after 4 hours it was not started, so called up again, in next 3 days after 2 Vodafone Store Visits and 3 more call's i was given an reply that their system is getting upgraded and hence they were not able to handle my request. 4) Again on 20th July I did a live chat from vodafone.in site and again a new request was taken. Request number :[protected]. And assured that the phone would start in 2 hours. Some executive named Moin was on chat with no last name. 5) Waited again for 4 hours and hence then posted on their official Facebook Page with all my complain details. I was again reassured that they would soon restart my phone, which was again a fake promise. 6) Again called up at customer care number 198 at 2 AM on 21st July, and direclty insisted to talk to their senior executive, so my call was transferred to their Floor Manager Dharam. He again took my request ... So a new request number was generated by them :[protected], and they again assured me, that my number would be restarted in 2 hours any how. They have kept it in follow up mode. It was still not started in morning, so again did a live chat in morning, and final assurity was given by chat executive named Krutika that my request is already in process and it would be solved by 1 PM 21st July, and the number is still not started. I need to know a way to file a case on this guys. I repeatedly requested them that my numbers is connected with my 2 bank accounts, and one of those accounts was my companies current account. I was not able to do any Banking Transactions since few days, as my bank required OTP every time and as the sim was discontinued, i was not able to receive any message. I want a compensation of the ordeal i have passed through in this week. I want to SUE this guys for a huge amount. Please help how could i do so ?

                    Hi My name is Tarun and this complaint is regarding my Corporate postpaid number [protected].I Submitted a port request and received a call from agent and he offered 160 discounted rental plan .So, I dropped my idea of porting out the number. My request number keeps on changing for ex.[protected], [protected], [protected],[protected].Then I got the mail from Vodafone stating that the they are giving me better discounted plan worth 115. When I checked my bill for June they have charged me 275 and have not given corporate discount also. One executive promised me to give 300 refund on the bill.

                      Hi, This email is in regards to a complain that i would like to log against the distress and troublesi have faced while using a vodafone connection. I have being a vodafone corporate customer from past 2.5 years with phone number ([protected]). Once i got a call asking me to upgrade my plan, i agreed as i have always have had my trust in the company, a representative came and explained me that the plan has 500 mins (local+STD) i agreed and submitted an ID proof.I never clear my phone bills it is either my company or my Dad who pays for it therefore i barely look at the details of the bill, but this one time when i checked it i realized that there was a mis-selling that took place as the plan i am using is a local plan and has only 500 local mins not local+STD as explained by the representative. i was furious as all these months i have been paying 1000 and above rupees bill.I walked up to the vodafone store where another representative smiled and refused to log a complain.. what the hell, why would in a center where about 100+ people walk everyday, there would be nobody who could listen to the complains.The representative explained me new plans.. but i fail to understand who is responsible for the OLD MIS-SELLING and huge bills that i experienced ??? 2) Secondly, about two months back I purchased a internet dongle from vodafone ([protected]).. again due to my trust in the network and services.. but sadly it was shaken again..at the time of connection for dongle a representative came to my home and got the documents and process done for me .. i filled in the form and attested ti with my sign.. i was told that the bill for the dongle will be recieved by me in my email ID which i have mentioned here.. i agreed to it. I never received any bill up untill 18july, 2015, so as usual i plugged the device as i had to appear for a Skype interview and to my SURPRISE AND SHOCK THE DEVICE WAS NOT WORKING... who is responsible for it ??? to enquire that i walked in the voda store again ...the representative smiled and said your connection is suspended .. i explained him i never got the bill or call stating about the bill else my company would have paid.. he looked into the details and tild me your email is updated as rkaur (something ) and not as [protected]@gmail.com. i told him because of you guys not updating the information correctly i missed an interview, TO WHICH THE REPRESTATIVE SAID NO WORRIES ILL WAIVE OFF THE 50 RUPEES LATE FEE..i mean really... this is how you guys evaluate .. INTERVIEW TO 50 RUPEES.. fo you have any idea how important the interview was for me ... So now i hope i am writing to someone who can look into it .. Also I would love to hear back as to how the company plans to take actions about the DISTRESS, INCONVENIENCE AND LOSS I HAVE UNDERGONE thanks ravneet

                          i am using vodafone post pain number ([protected]). I have internet plan of 3G (for 750mb) then limited speed for unlimited data. but service of internet is very poor at my office area (Bodakdev, SG highway). Internet network is not coming so i can not use 3G and 2G speed too. i can not consume 750 MB 3G net also in one month. So many times i have done complain for this issue but still as is it problam. Vodafone can not resolve this problam. In my office there are 10 to 15 vodafone customer facing same problam. all are tired by using vodafone net. all are going for portability due to this issue only.

                            I am using the Vodafone Post Paid Service and my numbers are [protected], [protected]. On 14-july-2015 i opted for the postpaid to prepaid migration. i got the call on 16-july-2015 for the confirmation on postpaid to prepaid migration and i confirmed that please change to postpaid. They told it will convert on next 24 hrs. Till now (21-july-2015) migration did not happen . I called to customer care [protected] they are saying like it will convert in another 24 hr from 18-july-2015. Again i called to customer care they are saying like your request is closed and please visit te vodafone store and they are not saying the reason. Please take the necessary action and please migrate above numbers to prepaid.

                                Kindly note the interaction number :[protected] I have taken a connection from IBM for data card on 27th April - 2015. My number is[protected] I had given 2 months advance for bill and I am really not sure why all the agents are saying that bill is pending. I had sent the scan copies of the bill that was paid by me. Also the device was free of cost. Most disappointing fact is, people whoever is calling to collect bills .. they are not able to understand and keeps on asking same question again and again. Like when did I pay . do I have the bill etc. and after answering again a different person calls and asks the same set of question . I want to deactivate my number ..I had placed this request at vodafone store in Kolkata . But still no action is taken. People are not sure what they want and what they have to ask, They are not ready to listen what I am trying to say. Its very disappointing that vodafone has such insensitive people Please check with the vendor once why the bill is not paid . Coz I am out of bangalore and wont come back as of now. I have taken this connection from IBM.Please help . Again to summarize, I want to deactivate this number ASAP and also I had been to the store for the same reason. I am receiving calls after calls to ask if I want to deactivate. Every time some different person calls to confirm. I had used the data-card in May and June for which I have already paid the bill. Please dont let the company generate any more bill . I wont be able to pay. I have sent several mails to "vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com" and also escalated the matter to "nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com" . Still no help from Vodafone. Below is the scanned copy of the bill that was paid by me when I took the connection.

                                  I have opted for migration to postpaid connection on my Vodafone number- [protected] dated 04th July, 2015. Their representative collected all the documents and delivered a SIM card which happened to be wrong. I visited their gallery several times and they have issued a another SIM card which also did not work. Till 20th July, 2015 the SIM card is nit activated.

                                    Hello Team, I am Karthik, working for an MNC in Bangalore. I have applied for a new Vodafone post paid connection bearing number - [protected] a couple of weeks ago. They have noted incorrect reference number and rejected my connection twice, when I inquired and corrected the number they said it will get activated the next day. Its been a week and when ever I check with them they keep telling me that it will get activated on the same which never happened. I have recently moved from Onsite and currently have no personal sim. I am so pissed off and very unhappy with the service that I am being provided. Can I have an update on what is happening at the back end and why is it taking so much of time to activate this number.

                                      Dear sir/madam,

                                      I had deactivated my Vodafone postpaid card before 4 month now I have received one document for pending payment so question is why that time not inform to me to pay balance payment and then after close your card still I have paid balance payment but this is not fere so may I request to you please do the need full

                                        My Name is Jaskirat Singh. My number is [protected]. i have been using this number for over an year now. Before shifting to Punjab, i was working in Greater Noida, Kolkata and Lonavla. In all these places, i have used Vodafone Connection only because it provides best network and best service. But i think Your people in Punjab are hell bent in bring bad name to your organization. Due to reduction in calling, i planned to convert my postpaid number to prepaid in the month of January 2015. i got all the formalities done at Vodafone Jalandhar office and the person dealing with me was Mr. Amit. i was told that entire process will take 2-3 working days, however in my case it took 10 days. even at that i protested but assuming it an exceptional case in an otherwise good organization, i kept my cool. Then i was told by Mr. Amit that an amount approx. 1000/- would be refunded to you within 45 days by means of cheque at your home. however, after 45 days when i contacted him, i blatantly refused the 45 days commitment and told me it was a 90 day time period. i assumed yet another exception and kept my cool. after the 90 day time period was over, i called customer care to get the updates of my refund. however that person had no idea what i was talking and told me to go to the vodafone store from where i got the postpaid to prepaid conversion done. This time Mr. Amit passed the responsibility to Mohali Office by telling me that he has already forwarded my request and waiting for reply and i should contact Mohali Office. Mohali Office had, like again, no idea about my case. Then i contacted vodafone delhi. but were just giving false promises. Now again i went to Vodafone Jalandhar to Mr. Amit last Monday and he assured me that by next Monday my cheque would be available. However, living upto its reputation, today on 20/7/2015 i went to Vodafone store jalandhar again, to Mr. Amit at around 3.30pm but still there was no cheque and a stupid, unprofessional smile on his face. (i am sorry that i have to use such unethical words) and gave me this number [protected] and told me to keep calling on this number to know the status of my cheque. Now I have few things to ask Vodafone Management 1. If the customer himself has to go again and again to vodafone store for a same issue, then what is use of hiring so many customer care teams 2. If the customer is the one who has to keep calling Mohali Office, Delhi Office, etc. for a same issue, them what is the use of hiring such a jumbo team 3. If the customer is the one who will keep a track on the refunds that he is supposed to receive at his home (as promised by your Mr. Amit), then what is your Customer care supposed to do 4. While your bills reach our homes withing 2-3 days from the end of billing cycle without any mistake, why is it that the cheque is taking around 6 months and still not received All i want to say is that i don't need that 1000/- now, after all that harassment that i went through. This is just a open letter to whomsoever it is forwarded that you just lost a user who used and appreciated your services for more than 6 years. You can have that refund money and celebrate. i dont need that money. It was a nice experience using your services for about 6 years, now i think its time to switch to some other PROFESSIONAL companies. God Bless you
