    Date of Incident : 11/07/2015 As per VODAFONE special plan, on recharge of Rs. 147, 1GB 3G plan is activate for 28 days. I recharged the plan. But instead of 3G, i availed service of 2G. Screen shot is enclosed herewith for reference.

      Hi, My Mobile no is [protected].I am using your services under corporate connection for approximately 4 years and having a monthly billing usage of 150- 250 rs max.It is an add on connection my Husband's vodafone no [protected]. 1)However for my last billing cycle of June i have received a bill of Rs 500+ which is more than double of my consumption. and not at all acceptable. 2)Further everyday i am getting messages for internet usage which is ALARMING as for your notice i don't use vodafone internet.I use a different service provider connection for for doing so.Also if you check your records i had raised a request through mail and got confirmation mail from your end to block 2g and 3g in order not to get any such wrong internet usage messages. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS URGENTLY AND RESOLVE ASAP.

        i am vodafone customer.i called customer care of vodafone.and their the executive talking non-sense to me .i complaint about sim loss.and he talking nonsense dat {if your phone is misplaced den go to dat miss who had placed it and when i ask the name he said subhash chander bose and many more non-sense things.}i will not going to tolerate these kinds of behaivour to me.i will stop my connection or advice others to do d same.ill complaint against vodafone company for the same.

          i was using prepaid idea mobile number [protected] for a year in ratlam, madhya pradesh circle. I was moved to jaipur, rajasthan since september 2014 last year and i was using the same mobile number and network on roaming in rajasthan for last 10 months. Now i decided to keep the same mobile number and change my mobile network to vodafone rajasthan circle through national mobile number portability (MNP) service. I went to vodafone store located at gourav tower, malviya nagar, jaipur for the above transfer with my local address proofe and identity proofe doccument. I talked to one of the employee at the vodafone store who help me with the above transfer of mobile network with the same doccuments and he said the doccument is enough for the above purpose. After 5 working day my mobile number was activated with vodafone rajasthan circle and i did few recharge to use the services. i did rupee 245 terrife recharge, rupee 194 1GB 2G internet recharge and rupee 50 talk time top up recharge. After 4 days On 15 july i got the sms from vodafone that due to insufficient documents my number service will be termineted and on 17 july my number was termineted. Till today i went vodafone store 3 times and my number is still not working. All my recharges are gone and i lost my prepaid mobile number. Now they said same number will be given to me as a new POSTPAID number which is still not activated. my mobile is dead for 3 days till today.

            An amount to 35 for two times has been deducted from my account for Mobile Mela service it was not requested or activated by me, when checked with customer service they credited 35 for the first time and not the second, they are playing a game of activating without user request and earning crores, please look into it
            Vodafone deducted Rs. 35 from my account balance in the name of activation of mobile mela service. I never requested for the service. The customer care guy simply tried to put me off by saying that I might have clicked on the option while surfing the net. This is seriously annoying. Please look into the matter.
            Mobile mela service. I have never activated this servise. But. My balance 25 was debited. What the hell is this.?????
            35 Rupees has been deducted from my balance for mobile mela. It said i have activated this. i didnt activate this.What a cheap way way to extract money from customers. I am using this number for more that 9 years. Now i like to change to some other network, where customers money are not cheated.

            It is not mobile mela.. It i s money cheating mela by vodafone.

              I m a Vodafone Customer since 2004 onwards n was satisfied with the services may be little expensive. Although i m receiving calls from the other service providers for number portability but m sticked to Vodafone. Every Month i Recharge of 145/month for Talktime n 199-245/month for Data pack Monthly on my Cell Number [protected]. On (22nd june 2015) i recharged my cell n Observed some deductions on ( 23rd june ) so called Vodafone Customer care n spoke to a person named "GAYARAJ" @ 10:40 pm to launch a complaint regarding my deductions. He gave me a complaint number as [protected] n replied that the deductions shall be reverted back in the Account within 24 hrs. On ( 04th july 2015 ) again observed deductions from my Talktime Account due to some excessive usage in my Data pack Account. So on the same day had a live chat with representative named "CHAITALI" @ 12:54 pm. She replied me that the above mentioned number was just a confirmation no. n NOT a complaint no. So i requested her to make a complaint against GAYARAJ who made me a ( Fake Commitment ) regarding the subject. She gave me a Complaint no. [protected]. Waited till n on ( 09th july 2015 ) I again called Cust. care n a rep. named NIKHIL replied me that the deductions done are as actual n cannot take any other complaint. So @ 01.10 pm, i made a call to the NODAL Officer, there on his behalf a person named PANKAJ PANDEY heard me n gave me a complaint no. [protected] n replied me that the refunds shall be refunded in my account within 24 hrs positively. Now till today (19th july 2015) i m waiting for the "Positive resolvement" from the Vodafone n team. My question is "IS THERE ANYBODY CONCERNED AUTHORITIES/RESPONSIBLE PERSON WHO LOOKS INTO THIS MATTER? as if i had taken my complaints to the Higher/Seniors representative Personalities of VODAFONE. Still i m waiting for the reply. Or it is understood that VODAFONE Customer Care representatives are use too n trained themselves of making fake commitments n making fool to the Customers.

                I did internet recharge of R's.195 on my phone yesterday, since today morning it was working fine in Delhi but as soon as I reached Mumbai it stopped working.I had already complained twice but the issue has not been resolved.Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

                  To whoever responsible, I just used your online service to recharge my phone using my PayTm wallet [1]. Since I was low on credit, I used my remaining balance of INR 14 to recharge. There is no mention of any damn access fee on your website or the website I used to recharge. You deducted Rs 1.72 as Service Tax and Rs. 9.88 as Access Fee and recharged my mobile Rs. 0.74 -- WTF?! . There is no mention of ANY access fee on your god-damn-website. Please, either you explain in full detail what and where about your access fee or return my money back.                     I recharged with rs248 pack on 7 july .It gave 3GB unlimited with FUP then, but today on18 july they Decreased the FUP to 1.25Gb in middle of my pack.how could they do this.Now the speed is reduced to 40kbps.I called them but they didnt listen to me.I said i have seen vodafone posters. But they said where have u seen .It is not possible.I always did recharge of 248.mob-[protected]

                      Despite of Regular complaining to the Customer Care of Vodafone, there was no attempt from there side about my issue. The Bill was too much than I even consumed. The Operators do not respond to my Issues. This has been a problem since last few months. I guess Vodafone is generating "Fraud" Bills to get money from people.

                        Sir, I got vodaphone postpaid plan by porting against reliance. My plan value is 299. Your vodaphone store offered me 100 rupees discount in every month for selection of Vodafone. But after one month I got more thane 400 rupees bill.your siliguri Vodafone store personel told me to pay the bill with 100 rupees discount.ials paid the billon 5 July.but on 17 July I got 495 rupees bill.this is very large.I am not able to bear the bill.Please take necessasary action or send as porting number so that I can chage my service provider.One thing more your customer care persons of sevoke road, siliguri not take responsibility to solve my problem .my mobile number is [protected] & my mailid is [protected]@gmail.com

                              On 11.06.2015 Rs. 34/- was recharge for 60 days package call rate 1.2/2 sec. to my number [protected] and SMS was sent by Vodafone, but unfortunately after recharge every call 1/-/m deducted after contact to company they told me that your problem will be solved within 15.07.2015 and you will getting a call from Vodafone, but nothing was done till date, thereafter again I contact with customer care but they are do not entertain me.

                                This is with reference to mobile number: ​[protected] There is a limit for cheating. I called overphone to Vodafone office and asked to convert the above number from post paid to prepaid as I am in abroad due to change of job. Office guys did not follow the instruction and my wife visited local vodafone office several times on same request. Unfortunately idixx asked to make such request by the guy on whose name this sim is, without understanding the situation. Copy paste emails i used to receive from AP legal, at one point of time my wife paid about 4, 500 INR some time in the month of May I think, and at that time the condition was that vodafone converts the number. Again I am getting AP legal to pay the money. My wife a last month when she went to India, she requested to cancel the number as sim plan did not happen. No action and again I am getting AP legal email. Unnecessary vodafone pays for the AP legal which are ineffective. In stead of that, vodafone shall focus on root cause to find out the reasons based on my trasection history. I already paid huge money for which I did not use. Why should I pay when I am not at fault? Also how many you cheat customers by collecting such unused services fee. Please forward this email to your concerned so that they will be able to take appropriate action (cancellation of sim or conversion of number into prepaid). Do not leave this email without attending on necessary action.

                                  I had recharge of 49 what suggested me for full talk time by online executive, but it was not for full talk time it is for 2G paln activation. after it i talk to execative and he was not able to resolve the problem. the name of execative is, Harshal vaidika nanda Plesase help me for refunding my money.

                                  BSNL is better than vodafone what i get today.this is not happen a single time with me it happen more than 3 times.

                                    Vodafone fraud company. Today 4.30p.m, i am received one message that, "Hello! vodafone TV All Channel pack is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till 01.08.2015 and a 15 days rental of Rs.75 has been deducted. Your current Ballance post service activation is Rs.37.928. To deactivate, SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free)". I am not activate any service and don't know how to activate this service also. Whenever I recharge with full talk time (Rs.150) after few days they sent this message and deduct my balance. Every time I'm stopped by calling above toll free number. This 3rd time my balance deducted like this. How to file the complaint against this company. I called 198 and asking about this, they told you only activated as per system records. Please take necessary action to stop this kind of theft.

                                      I had applied for the postpaid service for my no-[protected] & for that i had given all my documents along with the security money of Rs.300 on 11.02.2015 n i have been assured that my post paid connection will b started within 2-3 working days bt despite of lots of phone calls n mail to costumer care of Vodafone my postpaid plan has not started till date as it is almost a 5 month after the submission of my documents.but they make surprised to me by sending bill of 208..when i visit to again Vodafone store they was given me waived off my current bill and said you can take new sim card from Vodafone and same i visit to store regarding new sim card they said sim card is not available with us...they are not responding my concern just time pass with me .

                                      now they said your number was in market for sale give me more time to get back from market .

                                      I need to know if these Vodafone stores are not capable of getting their work done or serve to people in right way, why they are associated with company?? do Vodafone has any control over them and check if they are serving people in a right manner? isn't it ridiculous if a person waiting for new Vodafone connection activation since almost 7 month ?? is that Vodafone stands for??

                                      i really didn't understand people how they expect i, m going to used again Vodafone in future, they keep saying come we will give you best offer

                                        I had applied for the migration from prepaid service to postpaid service for my no-[protected]& for that i had given all my documents along wid the security money on 11.07.2015 n i have been assured that my post paid connection will b started within 2-3 working days bt despite of lots of phone calls n mail to costumer care of vodafone my postpaid plan has not started till date as it is almost a week after the submission of my documents.This is worst experience i had ever ph no-+91- [protected]
                                        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
