Hello! I am Hemang Dave from Gandhinagar, Gujarat. I was an Airtel customer before moving to Vodafone via portability due to very positive feedback received from my friends and family. I opted for Corporate Postpaid Plan and submitted my documents to Mr. Gaurang Patel in June 2015. Gaurang Patel happens to be Vodafone Sales Executive, Gandhinagar, at the place where I work. Within a week after submitting my documents, the Outgoing facility on my mobile was stopped due to address verification issue. On investigation, I noticed that no Vodafone verification officer had called or visited my (billing) address but marked verification status negative. In order to resolve this problem, I visited Vodafone Care Store located at Sector 11, Gandhinagar. Gujarat. (Token #226) on 13th July 2015. But Vodafone care personnel did not help me and just told me that I should contact the person who sold me this connection. This was very unprofessional attitude by the Vodafone Store executive in resolving my issue. He did not even try to take a look at my issue and told me to help myself. I have been following up with the Vodafone executive - Gaurang Patel since 13th July but I cannot see any progress in this matter. At last, I was left with no other option but to launch complaint #[protected] to rectify this problem. After many interactions with Vodafone store executives, Marketing agents and Vodafone care I am so much pissed off about Vodafone services and my issue is still NOT RESOLVED! To make the matter even worse, my Incoming has also been stopped today 16th July. Please understand that I also require my phone just as any normal person requires it for my personal and professional life. But these people have made such a mess about it that I am so much frustrated about Vodafone services.

Please go through complaint #[protected] and try to reach registered alternate contact number. I must expect that you have read above complain completely and must have learned this complain is about discontinuation of services on given mobile number.

I have registered my alternate mobile number four time in last 6 days with different sources. try now to call me on that number.

    Till date the matter is unresolved, when I have clearly indicated to Vodafone that I am willing to pay the regular monthly bill amount of Rs 750 odd or so... Vodafone called and is now asking me to pay Rs. 2000/- against my usual bill of Rs. 780/- for a mistake they made. I cannot fathom how shamelessly a company of that size can operate asking it's customers to pay for their mistakes, Secondly they pretend ignorance that I've had any phone calls with them regarding clearly stating the issue. And now a new argument that they cannot go back and make a note in the system as their system is going through change. When I asked that they connect me to their supervisor, they inturn have given me a number of Elhaj : [protected] who has not responded. when I have been a customer for so long, I would have atleast expected that they turn around and resolve the matter speedily. I have had multiple communications via phone and personally at the Vodafone care center with customer service where they had even ensured and acknowledged that my 3G Unlimited data plan is active. Please check my records and see for yourself that I have been on Rs. 299 per month data plan for last 3 years. Hence the question of I surfing on my mobile without a data plan at the rate of 4p/10kb does not arise. I am sorry to say but this is totally unacceptable and there is no way that my bill can come to such a huge amount. It is surprising to note that Vodafone has chosen on its own without my request to remove the data plan that I had for last 3 years. Vodafone has not even cared to notify me and chosen to slap me with a huge bill ! More so, that every time when I called last month they have doubly assured me that my Rs. 299 plan is in place and active. They doubly assured me that the huge un-billed amount that was being indicated will get reduced once the plan that I am on gets applied. There is no situation in which I can be held liable or made to pay off such erroneous bill. I once again request you to keep all factors in mind and not make a super senior citizen of 82 years run pillar to post to resolve this issue. I expect Vodafone to be courteous and resolve this issue as soon as possible without causing any further hardship regarding the same. Please also go through my records and note that I have never been late on payments and always paid my bill on time. I sincerely request you to please revert all erroneous charges levied against my cell number and adhere to Rs.299 per month unlimited 3G data plan charge that I always had towards data usage and send me the regular bill. I was continuously told that I have a 3G unlimited data plan and now you are charging me for not having a data plan !!! How can you be playing such double games !!! I was shocked to see when the final amount of Rs.4462/- was raised for the billing cycle ending 04/06/2015. It is ridiculous and beyond my understanding that how can my Bill come to such a huge amount after two to three assurances given by different Vodafone Executives regarding the bill and data plan. Regardless of the same, how am I to know whether such thing is happening, why have I not been intimated regarding such erroneous bill. There has been some kind of error on your end for which I have been held liable. I am a senior citizen aged 82 years and my only usage is phone calls, messages and rarely checking emails. I have taken all possible precautions while shifting to new phone after consulting with the executives. Even after such actions, I find that I have been raised an untenable bill of Rs.4462/- which is completely absurd and incorrect. I am sorry to say but this is totally unacceptable and there is no way that my bill can come to such a huge amount. I request you to go through the records and logs and do the needful required to raise the appropriate bill keeping in mind the plan which was switched over. There is no situation in which I can be held liable or made to pay off such an erroneous bill. I hope you keep all the factors in mind and not make me run pillar to post to resolve this issue.       This for your information that i had an bill payment of Rs.10384/- Pending and one of your executive name Shobana and number [protected] called and told that pay only 8000/- you have got waiver of Rs.2300 your account will get activated and all dues will be cleared, so i paid the amount and the account is also released after 2 days it was again got deactivated and says that you have pending of Rs.2700/-. but already am ready to pay that 10382 but your executive had instructed to pay 8000 why you peoples are giving false commitment and incoming too blocked even my bank OTP and others will generate on that number only then how could i pay via online very bad experience with vodafone and i got bad experience as appreciation o[censored]sing ur network more than 10 years no resolution on vodane i just paid the amount still they making trouble

      i have paid the due remain as they said and decided to change another network provider since i couldn't waste my time for these useless peoples already filed complaint no:0043361/2015 (2 months before) so please be careful with vodafone network and customer support coz the bill charging is based on ur previous usage not on current usage any ways thanks for consumer complaints portal doing their great job to public

          Every month I am getting message that value added service get added service added and amount will be billed on next month billing .CYesterday also i got message that Tiny TV pack got added .All are happing without my knowledge by network provider.I want to know why and how you are initiating without customer knowledge.I want this valu added amount should not be billed on next month billing.Also in May 90 ruppes got deducted without my knowledge for Value added pack.I want that amount to be dedueced current month otherwise will register complaint on TCCMS .Furstrated with Vodafone Service.Please someone help Network Provider:Vodafone

            Vodafone added a data pack of Rs 750 without my permission. Did it for 2 consecutive months ( May and june ). I cant even contact customer care to get my problem resolved. i have been paying extra money for 2 months ( 750 + 750 ) I want a refund of Rs 1500 or get it adjusted in the current bill...!!

              After getting an offer of internet I recharged my phone. According to offer I should got 1.63 GB data at a recharge of 251 but I got approx 630 MB. Before recharge I confirmed the offer from customer care executive regarding offer they also said that this offer is valid on your number. I registered complain Regarding this. In the resolution they said that no such offer was available on your number. What can I do now. I have proof of this. I have snapshot of the offer and recording of the confirmation from customer care executive. My mobile no is [protected] and email I'd is [protected]@gmail.com Please solve the problem.

              I got only message that your complain has been addressed. After getting messege I called to 198 and asked about my complain number. Customer care executive said that as per information provided by their backend team "No such offer was available on your number.

                I am using Vodafone corporate plan. I am using three postpaid connections where i found that I am being charged for VAS charges every month for each number that costs up to 35-99 per month. when i approached to customer care, they told me it is because i clicked on the ads those are flashing on the phone app which i have never done.

                  Dear Team, I have opted for 1GB pack(250/-) in June month and when 1 GB usage were nearly completed then I opted for the 300 MB booster pack (100/ rs) . But Vodafone billing is so pathetic. One thing I m not able to understand is that how come one additional pack MI_BCAP_750_30d_R_PROMO_3G got activated .I never requested this. Apart from this they have charged me the booster pack in the bill but they have given discount for those 300 MB usage. they have charged it at pay go rates. Even i have communicated with them on their corporate email id corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com . They are not ready to accept their mistake. Plz help me . Vodafone is such a big fraud company who loots his customers . I never use to checked my itemized bill what they are charging but this time when i found it too much high i went ahead and check and found how they are trying to fool the customers. Need you help to resolve this matter.

                      Dear Team, I am the Prestigious customer since 2013, this is 3rd time i am facing the problem in Bill for Internet Charges I have received message from VX_VFcare on 2nd July says that “ you have used 293.52Mb of data in your current Bill cycle”, I agree with this.before that also i have receive messages on 23rd & 26th of june also, here its says that even it consumes 226MB, so i have not crossed limit 300MB, but they have charged Rs1000 fro usage of 544MB . After that I never used internet & even in your record also showing that after 2nd july not used the internet & I have the proof of mobile data set limit in my handset But I received bill charged for internet 1000 Rs aprox. As per the usage & message from VX_VFcare charges should be only monthly rental of 50RS_300MB data pack.because I didn’t crossed even 300MB contacted Vodafone store not getting any response, contacted customer care team also response is still worst, contacted nodal team also, the Ridiculous response from them. Previously also faced same problem & it got resolved .again this is 3rd time m facing this internet charges. Better I will go for Airtel network it’s very worst support from Vodafone support, i contacted with Vodafone Nodal team also, the way of they are treating & speaking with customer its very bad, simply they will keep hold on cal & not speaking properly, I don’t no how Mistakes happens tats from your end only, I need justice for that . Hope your understand my problem & will get positive response from your side. Till now i have good opinion to Vodafone if not get positive response i will not pay the Bill & i will lodge the complaint in consumer forum, even my uncle is a High court Lawyer he about book the complaint.                         I am Vodafone prepaid customer with using number[protected]. I recharged an amount of Rs 199 unlimited 2G data recharge on 9 July 15, the connection was really slow again I recharged with Rs 8 for 3G for one day on 13 July 15 for an emergency. during the recharge I was not informed that if I recharge again the existing plan will be overwritten and any balance with be nullified. This is day light robbery, you provide inferior service and at least the remaining amount should be credited to the account. Request you credit the balance amount to my account with immediate effect.                           Sir, without clicking on any link Vodafone has activated a tiny tv service on my number and Rs 77 has been added to my bill.but I didn't request for this service. Last month also same thing happened.I called customer care but they didn't refund my money.my number is [protected]. Pls settle this issue.I don't want this service.                             The number is [protected] registered under the name of Mr. Ramesh Gera. I have been fraudulently charged extra amount. In your system it is showing different information from what i am able to see in my Vodafone account on Vodafone.in . I wanted to change my sim connection from postpaid to prepaid. On 9th June, 2015 i went to the Vodafone office at Gaurav Towers, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur and had my data plan removed. After that, on the same day i checked on the vodafone.in site and accessed my account and it showed no active data plan. On 9th July, 2015, i submitted the form for changing connection to prepaid. As the cash counter was closed at that time, i came again on 11th July to pay the unbilled amount. The customer care executive told me looking on the computer that the bill is of Rs. 278, i payed Rs. 280. Next day, i get the message that bill is of Rs.736 and so i have to pay Rs 432 more. When i asked the customer care executive regarding this issue, he said the the data plan still active and that i have consumed 930 MB in the bill period which is a lie. I didnt use any data nor the data plan was active from 9th June till this date. Your people are incompetent to address this issue and i have to do through the trouble again and again. I have filled this complaint on grahakseva and consumer complaint as there seem to be no positive response from your end. I have attached the screenshot concerning this issue and adding proof to my account. After being a Vodafone customer for so long, this behavior is shameful from your end. I will not pay this fraudulently created bill as i have proof that i have not consumed any data nor the data plan is active. It is a fault at your end.

                              I am new custmure of Vodafone.I am using Number [protected] .Company provided 50 MB data at my First Recharge.After completion of data, i continue use Internet data on date 15/07/2015 in morning.I consumed about 18.5 MB data (as per information provided by Custmure care Named Narender Chaohan at time 6:18 PM) at cost of More than Rs 70.I also using Mobile services provided by another Reputed Company and uses Internet without Internet pack Recharge.They deduct money from my talktime package but deduction is not so big.Vodafone push me in critical circumstances at that time i have no another number for contact and no balance for call by Vodafone Number.They should left Paisa for Single call and inform me at last limit.Anyway, charge was big and return my money.                                 1. My name is Deepak Pandey. Past two week back from today date (15-jul-15) i'hd purchase Vodafone 3g dongal. But the day i'm using it very slow to connect, I'hd went to vodafone store in Kandenchavadi, they said its network problem and rectified soon but till now it is not rectified. I am not able to check mails also. PL have a look into it. 2. 6 to 8 months back i Purchased Vodafone sim Number:[protected]. 2 to 4 month its ok but after 4 month they are constantly making calls for bill and within a day they increasing bill amount from 1000 to 1300. I'hd Complaint regarding this, for a month it will be ok, after a month they will again constantly start make calls for bill amount, and amount getting increased from 999 to 1400. And now on today's date (15-Jul-15) they stop my outgoing 2 times a month after putting complaints they open my outgoing calls. My bill amount is 978 til 23.07.2015 ..It means till 22.07.2015 or 23.07.2015 i have to submit my bill that i know very well. But they stop my outgoing twice this month. What is this we are not thief. we using vodafone from collage times but we never see this kind of problems... Now Vodafone Service, Customer Handling and Products are very very Pathetic.

                                  The internet charges in my bill for June 2015 have been generated wrongly. I have been charged more than 1500 for internet charges alone for June 2015. I have been charged rupees 750 extra via MI_CAP_750_30d_R_PROMO_3G, which I have not requested to be activated during the billing cycle. Please analyze the bill and give me a proper explanation on why these additional charges have been charged. Initially in the first section there are plans of 750 charged for the whole month and at the end 750 also should be deducted (not sure why it was charged in the first place). If I don't get any response at the earliest, I am going to surrender my connection

                                    I have tried to call the Customer Care Number more than 10 times and they will keep the call on hold saying like 1 minute we need to wait.But i have waited more than 5 min each time but not even a single response from the Customer Care service helpdesk.If i am not going to receive any help from the Vodafane Helpdesk i l be Cancelling the Sim.

                                      I have blackberry handset and I activated RS 402 unlimited data plan validity 07Aug 2015 but the company deduct my balance of 96 RS again for other data plan so plz refund it to me. And the other one is the compant charged 296 RS from me on 08 July 2015 for other data plan so please refund my both balance to me ASAP thanks nd rgds mob no. [protected]
