Sir, without clicking on any link Vodafone has activated a tiny tv service on my number and Rs 77 has been added to my bill.but I didn't request for this service. Last month also same thing happened.I called customer care but they didn't refund my money.my number is [protected]. Pls settle this issue.I don't want this service. Refund my money from bill.proof attached.

    The number is [protected] registered under the name of Mr. Ramesh Gera. I have been fraudulently charged extra amount. In your system it is showing different information from what i am able to see in my Vodafone account on Vodafone.in . I wanted to change my sim connection from postpaid to prepaid. On 9th June, 2015 i went to the Vodafone office at Gaurav Towers, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur and had my data plan removed. After that, on the same day i checked on the vodafone.in site and accessed my account and it showed no active data plan. On 9th July, 2015, i submitted the form for changing connection to prepaid. As the cash counter was closed at that time, i came again on 11th July to pay the unbilled amount. The customer care executive told me looking on the computer that the bill is of Rs. 278, i payed Rs. 280. Next day, i get the message that bill is of Rs.736 and so i have to pay Rs 432 more. When i asked the customer care executive regarding this issue, he said the the data plan still active and that i have consumed 930 MB in the bill period which is a lie. I didnt use any data nor the data plan was active from 9th June till this date. Your people are incompetent to address this issue and i have to do through the trouble again and again. I have filled this complaint on grahakseva and consumer complaint as there seem to be no positive response from your end. I have attached the screenshot concerning this issue and adding proof to my account. After being a Vodafone customer for so long, this behavior is shameful from your end. I will not pay this fraudulently created bill as i have proof that i have not consumed any data nor the data plan is active. It is a fault at your end.

      I am new custmure of Vodafone.I am using Number [protected] .Company provided 50 MB data at my First Recharge.After completion of data, i continue use Internet data on date 15/07/2015 in morning.I consumed about 18.5 MB data (as per information provided by Custmure care Named Narender Chaohan at time 6:18 PM) at cost of More than Rs 70.I also using Mobile services provided by another Reputed Company and uses Internet without Internet pack Recharge.They deduct money from my talktime package but deduction is not so big.Vodafone push me in critical circumstances at that time i have no another number for contact and no balance for call by Vodafone Number.They should left Paisa for Single call and inform me at last limit.Anyway, charge was big and return my money.         1. My name is Deepak Pandey. Past two week back from today date (15-jul-15) i'hd purchase Vodafone 3g dongal. But the day i'm using it very slow to connect, I'hd went to vodafone store in Kandenchavadi, they said its network problem and rectified soon but till now it is not rectified. I am not able to check mails also. PL have a look into it. 2. 6 to 8 months back i Purchased Vodafone sim Number:[protected]. 2 to 4 month its ok but after 4 month they are constantly making calls for bill and within a day they increasing bill amount from 1000 to 1300. I'hd Complaint regarding this, for a month it will be ok, after a month they will again constantly start make calls for bill amount, and amount getting increased from 999 to 1400. And now on today's date (15-Jul-15) they stop my outgoing 2 times a month after putting complaints they open my outgoing calls. My bill amount is 978 til 23.07.2015 ..It means till 22.07.2015 or 23.07.2015 i have to submit my bill that i know very well. But they stop my outgoing twice this month. What is this we are not thief. we using vodafone from collage times but we never see this kind of problems... Now Vodafone Service, Customer Handling and Products are very very Pathetic.

          The internet charges in my bill for June 2015 have been generated wrongly. I have been charged more than 1500 for internet charges alone for June 2015. I have been charged rupees 750 extra via MI_CAP_750_30d_R_PROMO_3G, which I have not requested to be activated during the billing cycle. Please analyze the bill and give me a proper explanation on why these additional charges have been charged. Initially in the first section there are plans of 750 charged for the whole month and at the end 750 also should be deducted (not sure why it was charged in the first place). If I don't get any response at the earliest, I am going to surrender my connection

            I have tried to call the Customer Care Number more than 10 times and they will keep the call on hold saying like 1 minute we need to wait.But i have waited more than 5 min each time but not even a single response from the Customer Care service helpdesk.If i am not going to receive any help from the Vodafane Helpdesk i l be Cancelling the Sim.

              I have blackberry handset and I activated RS 402 unlimited data plan validity 07Aug 2015 but the company deduct my balance of 96 RS again for other data plan so plz refund it to me. And the other one is the compant charged 296 RS from me on 08 July 2015 for other data plan so please refund my both balance to me ASAP thanks nd rgds mob no. [protected]

I applied for a postpaid connection last month and after activation of my no [protected], its second time that my service is stoped by saying that verification of my address is not done. in fact no one visited at my home in jodhpur for second time.

                    I Dr. Naveen Jangir, resident of Jodhpur and now working in a govt hospital at rajsamand district in rajasthan. last month i applied for a postpaid sim bur after activation of my number, its second time that my service is stopped by saying that my address is not verified. infact no vodafone representative is visited to my home in jodhpur for second time. no satisfactory answer is given by sales representative and custmor care executive on contact. now i am feeling very much upset and very unsatisfied by company service. i hope, , my complaint will b kept in mind and positive action will be taken soon.

                      My vodofone postpaid number is [protected], last month June 22nd i have placed a request for activation of 3G pack But i didnt get any sms from your side i.e for not activating the requested plan this is not acceptable this is your responsibility to inform the customer about the technical fault or not activated plan or issues happening like this, so far i have not get any sms for activation and i have not noticed that, i have used 194 MB on this number. Please i would like to tel you one thing please treat your customer as important this is your technical fault, please inform customer thru call or sms that the plans are not activated. I would like to request you to please wavier the 194MB usage on the next billing cycle, please check your database this is your technical fault that not informing about plans activated or not.

                        Sir/Maddam I've taken a postpaid Vodafone card on July 2nd. They told me that it will get activated by 8 pm on the same day. But it didn't happen so. I visited Vodafone store on 8 th and complained about this. They told that when the inquiry team came to our apartments our security didnt allow them inside. This is not at all reliable. It didnt happen so far. We've been staying in the same apts for the past 6 yrs. They told me that they cant activate the SIM unless they inquire and told me that they will send the inquire team again and asked me not to go out anywhere that day. But no one came and my SIM didnt get activated. I went to the stores and had a fight with them. I told them i will go out of the stores until they get it activated. They activated it and told me that they will send inquire team again that day. I stayed at home all the day but no one came. Again today i.e., tue 14th july again they cut the service. Again i visited the stores. they told that they have inquire and it will take 24 hr. I asked them to refund my money and i dont want their services. They told me that they can return only 350 (500 was the deposit) or wait till it gets activated. I am totally upset with their service. I want to bring this to consumer forum notice. Pl. tell me what to do?

                            I am experiencing issues with Vodafone network (Both Data plan and voice plan). Call drop is very frequent in vodafone, everytime if i have to talk for long its always obvious i have to call the person twice or thrise because of Vodafone network issue. I have 2g data plan, expected to be slow, but i pray it atleast it should work atleast. Nothing works on vodafone, apart from their bill. which is just perfect and always on time.                               shahbaz khan here, my number is [protected] i am using voda from past 7 years when it was Hutch. yesterday i called 111 to complaint about not getting any intimation of retention offer last date, (because i lost 22 rs in a single call) some girl spoke with me her name starts from 'S' . instead of solving my query she directly transferred to some senior person (shivaraj p) without my permission, which is disgusting behaviour and i was in the queue for about 15 mins after that shivaraj also didnt listen to me properly and misguided me to call in [protected] saying that this is a toll free no, today morning i called to that, i charged about 11rs that time i came to know that he lied, you can listen to the call recordings. i want my money back otherwise iam getting port.

                                Additional charges are being incorporated in my bill from the past 2 months. I have made no recharges and my bill should not have so much. Additional packs are added for god knows what reason.. MI_CAP_750_30d_R_PROMO_3G -I have never done such a recharge MI_C_V_250_30d_R1GB_FU_3G- This was paid in last month's bill. Why was it added again...This is completely unethical and unprofessional. This is messing up with customer's trust.I had raised a complaint earlier too and I got no call from your executive but I got a mail to send the feedback of the help never provided by you. In additon to this when I talked to the customer care executive, she could not explain the charges in the bill and said some executive will call me but instead I got a mailer that the charges are valid and pay the bill. Same recharge of MI_C_V_250_30d_R1GB_FU_3G was made by my friend and no such additional pack was continued for next month. This is a complete fraud.

                                There is no where mentioned in their website that additional pack is attached to Rs.250 recharge.
                                Total extra amount paid by me in these 2 months is Rs.750+Rs.750+Rs.250=Rs.1750.
                                I got a mailer from Vodafone that Rs.250 will be refunded.
                                Rs.1750 is a huge amount and I want full refund. Its been a 3 day fight with the executives. I do not have time to push it further. Please refund asap.

                                I have shared the number on mails also. First I got a mail of getting Rs.250/- as refund. When I asked why only Rs.250 I got a call from Vodafone executive.
                                Even after talking to your executive on Friday : 17/07/2015 at 11:27am who assured me of TOTAL REFUND and apologised for inconvenience caused.
                                I again got a mailer stated the opposite.
                                This is disgusting and I do not have only this job to do -to fight for my money with Vodafone.

                                Please revert to this with a VALID justification or else I will be bound to escalate more.

                                  Sir, my no is [protected] and my bill date 8th of every month but they change my billing date to 30 jun . change my rental plan from 249 per month to 199 and charge me on internet browsing. While asking customer service they said my billing date is 17 th of jul again they charge me for 17 days instead of one month and so on . I log a complain I. e.[protected] to Vodafone customer care but no response by them . I was charged 1316.22 rupees for the period of jun 8 to 30th of jun . but my rental plan is 249 in which I get 1024 mb data free for one Month . I consum 1009.22 mb data till 30th of jun but they charge me after 21st of jun on data using and says that sir your free data for 22 days is 700 mb. Is There is fault in there system other wise they unnecessary harsing the customer by raising bill.

Even i talk with CC they misbehavior with me, they are to give Right information about the problem.. they are calling for the payment..i ask to they why i will pay the money because i am not the proper service from there side. they are service provider and i am paying for that. if they not able give the proper service then i will pay to them.                                         I got 2015 June month bill and I found out that Rs 149 was deducted due to dwap_ani0149_ppu_cre00691001 in my bill statement. I called the customer care and they rudely told that I have downloaded a gambling related app due to which amount is deducted. When I asked about the details of app they told they are unable to tracce and refuse to return amount. The fact is that I didn't download anything from any paid site. I want the whole money back. Please have a look into this matter. My mobile number is [protected]. I am a vodafone customer.
