My bill was wrongly created for data usage of 200 mb for rs 1250. I was not usage data .how can it possible for Rs 1250 for 200 mbfor sepeically postpaid connection .Rs 190 for 1 GB for prepaid customers.what is means that postpaid connection customers are fool.is company right to charge any amt for any thing

    My cell no is [protected]. Few minutes ago world tube service has been activated on my number without any request from my side. This is not fair.       I am very disappointed from vodafone service.On the vodafone network when i call *122*4#, it shows offer of 97 rs 600mb 3g net.when i did this recharge they gave me only 300 mb net.Then i contacted on 198 they can't understand my problem and said that we are contact you to our senior but the seniors are so busy they can not receive my call 3 times...what a gujarat no 1 network service... Fake No 1...network... I attached the offer with screen shot...look the attach file and contact me...otherwise i will complaint of no 1 network in consumer foroum... My vodafone number: [protected] Please resolve my problem quickly...

        I got a call from Vodafone customer care for changing of my idea postpaid connection into Vodafone from the number [protected] around 16:20 on 17 June 2015, so i told them to send person to my home address.On 18 June 2015 they called again but I told them to come on next day. So finally the Vodafone person (having number-[protected]) came to my address and I have given him my Aadhar card and Electricity bill and my Idea previous bills for his verification along with photos for my two numbers, those are [protected] and [protected]. Finally after long process SIMs has activated and worked well. For [protected] from 4 july 2015 out going calls was barred and I called Customer care they said that I have not submitted proper documents but I think I have submitted all the documents as per my knowledge and the Vodafone person also accepted. After two days my network is not working at all, they have deactivated all the service and when I was calling it was shown that Not registerd on network. So i called the persons who were given the SIMs, but they are hesitated to lift the my call and they haven't given any proper answer because their target might have reached with my connections so they were not interested to talk at all. I called customer care from my another SIM that is [protected] thank got it was working still, and i filed a complaint about above things and service registration no is[protected]. when i called customer care they are telling that to pay 300/- for each SIM, I asked them why I have to pay, they said that I have not submitted the documents, but I have given all the necessary documents. I got frustration by calling Vodafone.

        Just now I have visited Vidya nagar, hyderabad Vodafone store for above mentioned problem and they said that I have to visit Himayat nagar, main branch, hyderabad for all details.

          Vodafone says .. Happy to help. i think they are right. Every month i have to call for an extra amount on my bill. Every month they give a stupid reason. i am very disappointed with vodafone. if you check you bill generally we ignore the amount less than 1 rupee. but think if this amount is coming for 1 Million customer then how much it became. This can be a scam. Can somebody look into this.

            Activation of Gaana Khazana Pack without my knowledgeHi, I received a message from Vodafone that, " Hello Gaana Khazana Pack is now actvate on your number, as requested. This service is vlid till 25.07.2015and a 7 days rental of Rs35 will refelect in your next bill. To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll Free)"As per my knowledge I have never used nor requested for additional package. These Vodafone guys are simply sending messages and eating our money.

                I am a prepaid customer of Vodafone since almost 10 years. They randomly deducted Rs 35 from my account every week since the last 1 month (5 June - July), on account of some ZEEDITTO scheme. All this after deducting over Rs 700 from my account last month, on account of "data usage" inspite of me being on WiFi all day. This is ridiculous!

                  hi, i ported my mobile no. [protected] before two month and from two month i am facing issues with Vodafone no body is helping me on this now i really depressed with Vodafone service as vodafone company says me on june your 139/- rs is due in previous operator please deposit otherwise services will barred i have deposited 140 rs in previous operator store and send receipt to Vodafone care and personally gives to Vodafone store. after few days Vodafone barred the services due to non payment i requested Vodafone to please reactivate the services because i have already deposited the amount and receipt sent to you they said very ruddly to me that please ask to previous operator to drop us email that they received the payment. as a customer this is not my leasing that i ask to previous operator to confirm the payment but i did. but previous operator is saying if vodafone ask us to confirm then we will confirm but vodafone didn't send any email, letter to previous operator. now please help me out from this problem.

                    Hi, My name is Pankaj Khanna and I am having 5 mobiles no. from vodafone and that too are very old no.s. I am facing major network connectivity for the mobile no.'s [protected], [protected] for the past 6 months. I have lodged complaint with Vodafone many a times but till date no resolution from vodafone. I am unable to make any call as voice drops in between and I am unable to use internet. I am paying Rs. 500 as monthly rent to vodafone for no use for the no. [protected]. The services of vodafone instead of getting better is getting deteriorated day by day. Customer care is even worse. I have to lodge a complaint against one customer care executive for his behaviour. If no solution is receive from vodafone within few days i am sorry to say that I have to opt for port out. I have already send msg for portout.

                      I have taken Vodafone 3G dongle postpaid connection, and I wanted to closed the connection due to bad connectivity so I have called up the Vodafone customer care and asked fro the same on February 2015 they asked me to clear the outstanding bill in their stores in person and I did that and wrote the mail to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com as told by them, and then after some days one the person called me from customer care and gave me some affordable plan to use, so I accepted and they promised me that it will be effective from Feb month itself but when I got bill in march it was still on the previous plan, so again I wrote the mail to them asking the clarification they said there is no as such plan and we can not give like that, then I said close if you cannot give as promised from you, and this discussion went on to April meanwhile they made the dongle deactivate the reason they gave is no payment is done, and in April I did the payment for the month of Feb and asked them to active the dongle and to change the plan ask told because in between calls made by me they were agreed for to give promised tariff, but again they din't. and in the month of May also I made many calls to the customer care every time they says will resolve the issue within 48 hours but fails, and I have wrote so many mails to their email id's: corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com and nodalcare.[protected]@vodafone.com but there is no single reply from them. but now they are sending the mail to make the payment of Rs:1774.82 it is completely annoying for me, when I asked them for this they are again telling me to write the mail and to visit their stores.

                        I have recharged my Netcruise account Rs 999 on the 30th of June using my ICICI debit card on the netcruize.in website.The recharge went through the amount has been deducted from my ICICI account, but my internet connection was not reinstated. I contacted Vodafone customer care twice and was on hold for almost an hour both the times and got frustrated and disconnected. I contacted them on the 1st of July and was transferred 5 times. Subsequently i recharged my account for Rs 96 and Rs 999 on the 1st and 2ns respectively on the MTS website using my Citibank debit card as Netcruise is handled by MTS from the 1st of July. Now MTS do not have any records of the transaction of the recharge as it was done on the Vodafone website and it was on the 30th of June. I need the 999 rupees to be credited back to my account. Request you to please get this resolved immediately.                           I have been using vodafone for more than 4 years but last week i have faced some real bad service from vodafone and false commitments from their executives. I did a recharge on my mobile no: [protected] for Rs.497 which is a 3g data recharge on 4th july 2015 at 3:13 pm but recharge got failed but the amount has been debited from my account. So i call at 198 to vodafone customer care and they told me that there is no recharge happened on my mobile number but they told me to call them after an hour for the confirmation so i called them after 1 hour and vodafone executive confirmed me that thereis no recharge done on my number and told me to do another recharge and said money will get refund in a week. So i recharged again of Rs.497 again and this time recharge got successful and i got confirmation message for it. But after 3-4 hours i got a message that my mobile number has been recharged for Rs.497 once again and this recharge was the same recharge for which vodafone executive told me that it was not failed and will be refunded. So i called at 198 and after a long, irritating and hectic conversation vodafone executive told me that my money will be refunded on 6 july 2015. But what happened on Monday was more disgusting as they refund my money as a talktime recharge of Rs.497 which was a total violation of vodafone executive commitment. And for this vodaone executive called me to confirm that my refund has been initiated as a recharge. I told to vodafone executive to return my money in bank account as the mistake has been done from vofafone's end. And again after a long argument which was really stupid and irritating conversation vodafone executive and when i said that "i just want my money back" she (Manisha) gave me an email id vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com and Vodafone executive told me to draft mail to this mail along with the confirmation for money refund. So i wrote the mail below to the vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com : This is for my complaint for my incorrect recharge of Rs.497, whose service registration number is [protected] registered on 04-Jul-15 08:13p.m. I have requested for the refund of my money in my bank account on 6th july, which was further confirmed by vodafone executive for which i also but the thing is that i got a recharge against my refund. But as per your executives they told me to cinfirm the same via mail. So i am confirming that i want refund in my bank account as soon as possible, kindly consider. And in respect to my mail i got a shocking reply as they wrote that they can not refund my money. After all the things and continous series of fake commitments vodafone denied to refund my money. But i am confident that i am right and i should get my money back as all the mistakes and false commitments has been made vodafone then why should i pay for the thing that i never wanted to purchase. Hope i will get the justice soon.

                                  I received a call from Vodafone for transfer from prepaid to postpaid on the 6th of July. Based on my usage, the monthly plan offered to me was: 249 Rental + tax 900 minutes free talktime (800 local + 100 STD) 1 GB 3G internet 100 SMS Post 900 minutes, the call rate would be 30 paise per minute this plan did fit my requirements and I agreed to move to postpaid. I was called by another execute and I confirmed the plan details with him again and was assured that I would receive the plan that I have mentioned. I gave my documents on the same day and the executive who came to collect the documents again confirmed the Tariff details mentioned. Yesterday, on the 7th, I was called for an additional document some 7-8 times and at least twice in confirmed the Tariff details - these matched the ones I was offered. However, upon activation, the Tariff details of the plan do not match to the one I was offered. I do a lot of STD calls as my Co. has offices in multiple cities. The plan currently activated does not meet my requirements. I would appreciate if you can activate the plan offered or else I would like to go back to my prepaid where i used to enjoy better privileges than the one I am given now. Please expedite this as I have to take out time from my busy schedule to ensure I am getting something that was falsely promised to me. Regards, Tejal

                                    Since Last month(26th March) I have been facing issue with 2G data connection and multiple time I have mailed Vodafone on the same issue. As per the Vodafone sms on may 22 data consumption was only 600 MB (refer attachment) whereas for my plan it's 1 GB limit. But to my surprise again from 21st may itself I see deductions on data usage. But to my surprise this month I have been charged for data usage with 200 rupees. Not at all happy with the charges and service what Vodafone is providing. Also there were no warning message received for 1 GB data usage. If people wont verify their bill and pay then Vodafone is cheating them. I demand my last month bill to be regenerate without Data usage charge. Else I am happy to port my mobile number. Please let me know if you people are not able to resolve this issue. FYI refer below screenshot that all complaints made on data usage and false deductions. This is the continuous 5-6 times false deductions were done.

From this request they send one sales executive to collect the documents ten days before he said the transfer will be maid in 72 working hours but till now nothing happened .
