I have taken Vodafone 3G dongle postpaid connection, and I wanted to closed the connection due to bad connectivity so I have called up the Vodafone customer care and asked fro the same on February 2015 they asked me to clear the outstanding bill in their stores in person and I did that and wrote the mail to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com as told by them, and then after some days one the person called me from customer care and gave me some affordable plan to use, so I accepted and they promised me that it will be effective from Feb month itself but when I got bill in march it was still on the previous plan, so again I wrote the mail to them asking the clarification they said there is no as such plan and we can not give like that,
then I said close if you cannot give as promised from you, and this discussion went on to April meanwhile they made the dongle deactivate the reason they gave is no payment is done, and in April I did the payment
for the month of Feb and asked them to active the dongle and to change the plan ask told because in between calls made by me they were agreed for to give promised tariff, but again they din't. and in the month of May also I made many calls to the customer care every time they says will resolve the issue within 48 hours but fails, and I have wrote so many mails to their email id's: corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com and nodalcare.[protected]@vodafone.com but there is no single reply from them. but now they are sending the mail to make the payment of Rs:1774.82 it is completely annoying for me, when I asked them for this they are again telling me to write the mail and to visit their stores.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
