false charge rate

on 04th july i recharged my prepaid number with a bonous or special plan of value rs 58.as per this plan any std call will be charged 30ps/min.this information was collected from vodafone website.but it is very shame to say i was charged arround rs1/min for std calls after recharge.hence i feel it is a cheating to the costomer by vodafone.plese explain me and help me in getting back my lost money.also this issue needs an enquiry.my pre paid...

Delaying in MNP service of postpaid connection from idea prepaid.

Vodafone swindling customers money

I've been this Vodafone number ([protected]) for nearly 8 years now and off late I'm seeing lot of money swindling by Vodafone. One recent example, on 14th of May (2015), around 12.30 am, I made a recharge of rs. 147 through mobile (using option *121*147#) for 600 mb of data. But, I didn't receive the benefit. Rs. 90 + taxes deducted for Hot Shots Content without consent

No proper customer service given

I have recharged my mobile with 110 Full talk time yesterday and 155 Data plan day before yesterday. Since yesterday 5th july i am not able to send any messages or access internet. Wrong Information from vodafone

Harassment for bill payment

Useless Charges on Bill

worst internet speed

Respected sir/madam Yesterday I was recharged with RS 648 from my mobile there was written that unlimited 3g for 30 days at Rs 648 but after consuming 3gb gradually my speed get very much slow it become like 2g .there written after 3gb speed will be 64kbs but 64kbps is really worst.atleast give 512kbps.please improve thise.
