Sir, I am regular custmer of vodafone since 1998 & I have two nos.of Vodafone 1.[protected] &2.[protected] & both nos in one mobile as dual sim mobile, recent-ally I gave request on 16/06/2015 by SMS to activate internet package as ACT MI 250FU by Sim-2 as no.[protected] & the same was activate on dt 17/06/2015 by your company now the company is also charged of internet in sim 1.[protected] also without any request from my end & bill day by day increased, and wrongly given RS.1779.01, and from record since 1998 the bill is not more than 500 rs, so pl.deduct the internet amount from sim 1.[protected] & give the an other bill to me .The internet charge is already given in sim 2.[protected] of my dual sim mobile as per my package. This is submitted for your information and earliest action in the matter Pl. Avinash Bhatt

    After calling 5 times and wasting so much time on punching in numbers asked by the automated message, i could not get to talk to a customer service agent and my issue remains unsolved. I do not understand why there is no easy and direct method to talk to someone and it gets very frustrating to wait and get no response from the other end.

      I hv taken a corporate CUG plan from vodafone. I could see the high bill amounts in the initial 2 months even when the use was less, next month onwards I hv reduced my usage. Still I got a bill of around "2K". This time I was quite sure that I hv nt used the service in such huge qty to get such bill. So i waited & did not pay the bill. After that they have cut my service as i did not pay the bill. after 2 weeks, i got call from vodafone saying your bill Amount is around "5k". they said that around 1k is for msgs which i dont do generally. everyone is using watsapp now a days and i am one of them. on 7/7/15 i went to vodafone store finally to disconnect my no. and they said that until the bill is paid they cant disconnect. they also told me that the bill amount has crossed "8k" out of which more than 5 K was for msgs. Now i dont understand the logic, that when they have made my no. out of service 1 & a half month back, how come the bill amount grow exponentially. Banks also do not charge this much!!! Its like u dont use our service but u pay for the bills. In lesser than 2 months, my bill amount went from 2k to 8k. what is the logic behind that!!! One more interesting fact is that my credibility they said is 3400rs. if that is so the amount should not cross this limit. Such big companies must be having some analytics software for these unusual activities. The customer care people keep calling u for non payment of bills. but they dont resolve ur problem. The vodafone executive will be at ur doorstep while giving a connection, but for disconnection, they wont do it over call. I have used airtel before this, and it was very user friendly. I hv switched back to airtel. Vodafone has given me a bitter experience & i would never suggest anyone to hv a vodafone connection. The service s not user friendly. For following up of bill the customer care people will call u in 15 min every day, but they dont hv the authority to help the customer online itself. they will directly say that we cnt help u in this. You ll hv to go to the store. Then why the hell are you sitting there. Just to call people and say that the bill is pending. Vodafone will keep ur no. out of service in hardly 2 days of non payment of bill.

        My vodafone no. is[protected]. On 4th and 5th of July 2015 vodafone send an offer in my mobile app. The offer states that if I buy 2GB or 1GB 3G data I will get double the data i.e. if I pay for 1GB or 2GB data I will get 2GB and 4GB respectivly. After recharging for Rs. 451/- which according to the offer I should have got 4GB, I only got 2GB of data. When I emailed them, I received a reply stating that the offer was not valid for me. Vodafone cheated me. They send to me through their mobile app.

          extra balance not credit fully My mobile number has a special offer of 130=150 but at first they have credited only 111 after complained to customer care they said that sir wait for 4 days your extra balance will be credited not they credited only 130 fully after the given time so I again called customer care they said that its final we did give 150 its only 130 and not giving good response to my queries

            Dear concern, With refer to above cited mobile number, I have done rc 88 and rc 111 on July 1st as I visited vodafone portal and got to knew the information about the said offers. as per the system it shows that rc88 gives me the local V2v [protected]@10ps/min which is valid for 28 days and rc 111 provided talk time of 105 rupees. After 2 days, I was came to know that no balance was credited to my account hence I call customer care to inquire the same. I was surprised by the information provided by the customer care representative and I convinced that the both are applicable for V2v offers and she told me that she is going to deactivate rc 111 and the same will get refunded to my acount and rc88 will be remains the same. However I had get the credit as promised by her and after that when I calls the local vodafone number I had charged 22 rupees for 17 min duration. For which again I have called the customer care to inquire the same, thus time supervisor told me that u have done rc88 plan but it is not activated and for which u have charged as per tariff applicable. Because of technical error the said plan is not activated. But I have already done my rc88 plan and in my earlier call she assured me the same. I have requested them to refund My amount charge me the as per rc88 plan.But they are not responding and said it is not possible to refund my amount. So please look into the issue and check my last deductions. Thanks Rakesh [protected]

Problem- Network Signal of bar- Zero/ Emergency Service Issue- Called ended automatically, Voice Split Every Time, SMS failed Location- Hatiara Road, Sitalatala, Baguiati, Land Mark - Gobinda Bhawan House Name- Laxmi Kuthir Floor-Ground (Indoor) Area Pin code- Kolkata-700157 Problem Start- 29th May, 2015 Complain- Several Times Billing Date- 6th of every month Recent Status- Same as day one Alternate number- [protected] Unsatisfied service. No network upgraded last 1 month in my home location. Please resolve this major problem as soon as possible.

                  I have made two different transactions to recharge a vodafone number [protected](Jammu) for Rs100 each but the amount was not credited to my number, Albeit the amount was dedcuted from my account. The transactions were made today using ICICI netbanking option and I got the confirmation message as well. This is really infuriating, please recharge my number or trigger the amount refund ASAP or I am going to escalate this to whosoever it takes and share my experience on every social networking site.

                  Only amount of Rs.100 has been credited back yet. Please let me know when the remaining amount will be refunded.

                    I am one another victim of such charges and its been happening on monthly basis. Literally fedup with such charges and sometime they waive it off and many times dont. I am not sure of the rationale behind such data charges and those guys don't have any mechanism to eliminate such sites even if accidently clicked (many of them advertisement). Please take action as appropriate as we as customers are sometimes being charged exorbitantly

                      On 05/07/2015 i was recharged my number with 18/- 2g data pack at 2.00pm, but i hv'nt recived any activation massage from vodafone.Then at 4.00 pm again i recharged my number with 251 3g offer pack then it was sucessfuly activated & i am njoing it... But the tuist begain when suddendly i recived a massage of 18/- 2g data pack which i was recharged previosly. and now my mobile data balance is shows 90mb, where my balance should be near about 2048 mb +. after that i consistantly call the customar care. but they were not helped me.. finally they blockd my number... My qus. is what is my fault in it ?? i need my balance back i need help :-( plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

                        Respected Concerned I want to draw your attention to the fact that earlier i had registered a complaint for the fact that i was not able to access the 3G services on my number [protected], and no advancement whatsoever was made inthat regard, and to my amaze i got this sms from the number [protected] that my issue was resolved(which is not), also i dialed 198 afterwars but could avail no option as i suspect my responses has been barred from srinagar office, consequently after i had an arguement with customer executive. Also i Cannot receive settings manually via SMS, neither can i speak to the customer care using 199(As service has been barred there as well).

                          ZEEDITTO service I Don't know how the ZEEDITTO service has been activated on my phone. I havnt even tried to activate any of your services. and even then it was forcefully activated without any notification, which is seriously not acceptable.Kindly look into the matter and plz credit my balance with whatever amount you have deducted, which you know. my phone no. is [protected]. Also the service should be de-acivated without any excuse.

                            I am being charged rs. 90/- extra every month for a value added service in my 3G internet plan, that I never gave consent to, by VODAFONE. And neither are they removing the membership nor are they returning the money they have taken fraudulently from me. My name Pradip Sen. Vodafone no. [protected]. the value added service is a website called Club oomph B queen of which they have made me a member without my knowledge. Kindly look into this matter. I am a retired person, 70 years of age and this is a tax on me. please help. Last bill no. [protected]

                              I have recharged my voda no after confirming the amount of rs 452/-from one of the customer executives. I was promised that I will get data rechg of4gb 3G internet instead of that they gave me bal of 396. After calling them they were not ready to take my complain and one of the executives named khokan chandra das told me that I have to pay the entire amt again if I want to get data bal. Being a loyal customer I was highly dissappointed by their service n behviour n want them to refund my amt and ask VODAFONE to stop stealing from their customer and improve the quaity of their service.                                 Hi, This is to bring into your notice that my mobile number [protected] has been kept under suspended mode even after making a payment of INR 3120 at you Goregoan east store using kiosk machine. 1) My number should have been active by now but till now no such signal i can find on my number despite repeated attempt to the customer care. 2) Customer care people has been very arrogant to transfer the call to the immediate supervisor. I spoke to 2 guys Abhijeet (who was suppose to transfer the call to Prashant (suppose to be a supervisor) but eventually disconnected the call on me) and second Mangesh who was very arrogant even to transfer the call. 3) I have been facing this harassment even after making a due payment, as per the telephonic conversation with Mangesh, where he did accept the fact that this is a system issue (eventually Vodafone's issue) for this inconvenience. 4) Now my question is, who is held responsible for the inconvenience caused to me? who is held accountable for my loss? who should pay me the cost of my time? Who will pay me a compensation? When will my number get activated? 5) Even after the activation, I need a proper solution to this issue, which is common to many like me. I still need a compensation of my payment of INR 3120 which I paid against my bill for which I still did not get my serviced resumed. I need a solution for this ASAP.                                   My Vodafone prepaid No.[protected](Andhra Pradesh) and I transfer my prepaid plan into CUG Rs.199/- Postpaid. After I transfer My mobile connection was disconnected due to my Summer vacation tour i.e. Vodafone representative verification was processed in that time.I return my tour after a week and verify the Vodafone postpaid connection was disconnected in my Summer tour. Again I submitted Photographs, PAN Card and Aadhar Card...etc on 26 June 2015 same as Previous one.But Till today I have not get Vodafone Postpaid Connection. I daily call your Vodafone Visakhapatnam(NAD Branch) they are simply answer ...I will check Sir. Why I choose Vodafone ...? because my office network is fully install your Vodafone Network. So, I am waiting for your network till today.?...But Your Vodafone Visakhapatnam(NAD Branch) is very lazy to answer or reply the postpaid customers and growth or improve the Vodafone customers is very poor and negligence to receive the inputs.

                                    When check *111# on Vodafone help den it indicates the recharge of 22 Stv and u avail the local and std @ 30 paise for 14 days but when I recharged it on [protected] so it gave me only 4 days facility without any information. My account balance reaches at low den I know about it from customer care. so plz refund my balance which was deducted at normal rates of voice instead of 30 paise per minute.

                                      - date of the incident-may 19 june bill they send mail for waiver of 2800 on 2 july 2015 - client number[protected] - full description of the incident : Actually my bill of 19 may was generated of 3200 aprrox even my credit limit is 500 so how it is possible to cross that.Actually i received an international miss call in may and my child redialed on that number the call was of 30 min approx and for that they charged me 2800 approx of single call even my limit is 500. After that i mailed on custmer care for waiver and they promise me of 2800 waiver via mail i received and said to pay remaining amount which was 350 aprox and i paid 400 after that they did not adjust amount in outstanding balance which is showing 3200 approx in my current oustanding amount.Please help me i am middle class family man.I hope you guys will help me asap. Thank you in advance

                                        on 04th july i recharged my prepaid number with a bonous or special plan of value rs 58.as per this plan any std call will be charged 30ps/min.this information was collected from vodafone website.but it is very shame to say i was charged arround rs1/min for std calls after recharge.hence i feel it is a cheating to the costomer by vodafone.plese explain me and help me in getting back my lost money.also this issue needs an enquiry.my pre paid no is [protected], name-rajat biswal
