Hello sir/Ma'am I made payment of rs 500/- to pay my vodafone bill on dated 16/jun/2015. Money was deducted from my icici bank account. Icici confirmed that from our side payment was done. But vodafone not give me any confirmation. so i want to make complaint against vodafone india. for my payment detail i am attached a file here below....

Online recharge was done for mobile number[protected]Delhi NCR Vodafone). An amount of INR 250 was deducted from my HDFC account but recharge was unsuccessful. Its almost a week now but no reversal of INR 250 has been received into my account which implies that the fault is from Vodafone.
