ZEEDITTO service I Don't know how the ZEEDITTO service has been activated on my phone. I havnt even tried to activate any of your services. and even then it was forcefully activated without any notification, which is seriously not acceptable.Kindly look into the matter and plz credit my balance with whatever amount you have deducted, which you know. my phone no. is [protected]. Also the service should be de-acivated without any excuse.

    I am being charged rs. 90/- extra every month for a value added service in my 3G internet plan, that I never gave consent to, by VODAFONE. And neither are they removing the membership nor are they returning the money they have taken fraudulently from me. My name Pradip Sen. Vodafone no. [protected]. the value added service is a website called Club oomph B queen of which they have made me a member without my knowledge. Kindly look into this matter. I am a retired person, 70 years of age and this is a tax on me. please help. Last bill no. [protected]

      I have recharged my voda no after confirming the amount of rs 452/-from one of the customer executives. I was promised that I will get data rechg of4gb 3G internet instead of that they gave me bal of 396. After calling them they were not ready to take my complain and one of the executives named khokan chandra das told me that I have to pay the entire amt again if I want to get data bal. Being a loyal customer I was highly dissappointed by their service n behviour n want them to refund my amt and ask VODAFONE to stop stealing from their customer and improve the quaity of their service.         Hi, This is to bring into your notice that my mobile number [protected] has been kept under suspended mode even after making a payment of INR 3120 at you Goregoan east store using kiosk machine. 1) My number should have been active by now but till now no such signal i can find on my number despite repeated attempt to the customer care. 2) Customer care people has been very arrogant to transfer the call to the immediate supervisor. I spoke to 2 guys Abhijeet (who was suppose to transfer the call to Prashant (suppose to be a supervisor) but eventually disconnected the call on me) and second Mangesh who was very arrogant even to transfer the call. 3) I have been facing this harassment even after making a due payment, as per the telephonic conversation with Mangesh, where he did accept the fact that this is a system issue (eventually Vodafone's issue) for this inconvenience. 4) Now my question is, who is held responsible for the inconvenience caused to me? who is held accountable for my loss? who should pay me the cost of my time? Who will pay me a compensation? When will my number get activated? 5) Even after the activation, I need a proper solution to this issue, which is common to many like me. I still need a compensation of my payment of INR 3120 which I paid against my bill for which I still did not get my serviced resumed. I need a solution for this ASAP.           My Vodafone prepaid No.[protected](Andhra Pradesh) and I transfer my prepaid plan into CUG Rs.199/- Postpaid. After I transfer My mobile connection was disconnected due to my Summer vacation tour i.e. Vodafone representative verification was processed in that time.I return my tour after a week and verify the Vodafone postpaid connection was disconnected in my Summer tour. Again I submitted Photographs, PAN Card and Aadhar Card...etc on 26 June 2015 same as Previous one.But Till today I have not get Vodafone Postpaid Connection. I daily call your Vodafone Visakhapatnam(NAD Branch) they are simply answer ...I will check Sir. Why I choose Vodafone ...? because my office network is fully install your Vodafone Network. So, I am waiting for your network till today.?...But Your Vodafone Visakhapatnam(NAD Branch) is very lazy to answer or reply the postpaid customers and growth or improve the Vodafone customers is very poor and negligence to receive the inputs.

            When check *111# on Vodafone help den it indicates the recharge of 22 Stv and u avail the local and std @ 30 paise for 14 days but when I recharged it on [protected] so it gave me only 4 days facility without any information. My account balance reaches at low den I know about it from customer care. so plz refund my balance which was deducted at normal rates of voice instead of 30 paise per minute.

              - date of the incident-may 19 june bill they send mail for waiver of 2800 on 2 july 2015 - client number[protected] - full description of the incident : Actually my bill of 19 may was generated of 3200 aprrox even my credit limit is 500 so how it is possible to cross that.Actually i received an international miss call in may and my child redialed on that number the call was of 30 min approx and for that they charged me 2800 approx of single call even my limit is 500. After that i mailed on custmer care for waiver and they promise me of 2800 waiver via mail i received and said to pay remaining amount which was 350 aprox and i paid 400 after that they did not adjust amount in outstanding balance which is showing 3200 approx in my current oustanding amount.Please help me i am middle class family man.I hope you guys will help me asap. Thank you in advance

                on 04th july i recharged my prepaid number with a bonous or special plan of value rs 58.as per this plan any std call will be charged 30ps/min.this information was collected from vodafone website.but it is very shame to say i was charged arround rs1/min for std calls after recharge.hence i feel it is a cheating to the costomer by vodafone.plese explain me and help me in getting back my lost money.also this issue needs an enquiry.my pre paid no is [protected], name-rajat biswal

                  I have paid for MNP to Vodafone (Idea prepaid to vodafone postpaid) on 30tha june 2015. And representative of vodafone said that my new postpaid connection will start with in 5 to 6 days( Mb. [protected]). But nothing has been done till now.
                  Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  Now my problem has been solved within 2 days.
                  So I am happy with vodafone response by complaining hear.

                    I've been this Vodafone number ([protected]) for nearly 8 years now and off late I'm seeing lot of money swindling by Vodafone. One recent example, on 14th of May (2015), around 12.30 am, I made a recharge of rs. 147 through mobile (using option *121*147#) for 600 mb of data. But, I didn't receive the benefit. I waited for one whole day and called the customer service. They promised the money will be reverted with 48 hrs. But, money wasn't reverted. So, I made a complaint again stating I neither got the benefit nor the balance back and a complaint was registered. They accepted their fault and promised me rs.47 would be credited to my balance as rs.100 and rs.47 split up in the next 24 hours. Even this didn't happened. The process of complaint continued again & again and I got the same response. Finally, I requested the customer care person to connect me to his supervisor, so that I'd like know what actually is the real problem. But, I was not connected. Now, after 20 days, I'm still to receive my money back. Adding fuel to this, the customer service was pathetic. They just repeat the same thing without stating what is the reason for the problem and they don't have complaint tracking system. Why should they charge me, for lodging complaint against their service and I lost nearly rs.20 calling the inadequate, incapable, illiterate customer service. Funnily, they again deducted nearly rs.15 03rd July, nearly 1.30 am and when contacted they just mentioned they don't have the data. Come on, this is weird. I use voice and data service a lot to the account of nearly rs[protected] per month and only recently I started tracking my balance and I don't know how much money Vodafone has swindled. Now, I need an answer from Vodafone service providers, why I didn't get the benefit or my balance back for the rs 147 recharge?

                      Vodafone is charging me Rs. 90 for Hot Shots content from the past 2 months (May '15 and Jun '15). When contacted, they show ignorance about why I was charged. Why don't they tell us where this money is going? Why was it deducted without consent, or even notifying? I want this money back, else I am going to move away from Vodafone. Also, they should provide information about "Hot Shots content" to every customer so that they are not duped.

                        Permanent address :- (कठापूर, सातारा, महाराष्ट्र 415501). येथे 3G सर्वीस मिळत नाही.आपल्या कडून मिलेल्या माहितीनुसार या ऐरेयामध्ये 3G सर्वीस नाही.परंतु, माझ्या गावापासून 1.5 किलोमीटर अंतरामध्ये (जिहे, सातारा, महाराष्ट्र या गावामध्ये- 415004) Vodafone tower असून तो काम करत नाही. माझ्या गावामध्ये सरासरी ५००-६०० कनेक्शन आहेत. तरी यावरती योग्य सोलूशन मिळावे.

                        या वरती योग विचार करून मला दोन्ही ठिकाणी 3G सर्वीस देण्यात यावी.

                          I have recharged my mobile with 110 Full talk time yesterday and 155 Data plan day before yesterday. Since yesterday 5th july i am not able to send any messages or access internet. And i was trying to reach vofone customer care but most irritatingly my calls were not answered at least for once. I am very unhappy with the vodafone service.

                            I made an request on 2nd July 2015 to convert my number prepaid to postpaid and a lady told me that plan Rs. 249 with the internet pack and they had taken 250 rs as an security amount, but when I called their customer care number they told me that m not getting internet facility in this plan. I talked with Miss. Rajender, Amar and so many people over there. So I tried 10 times their customer care number but they always used to disconnect my call. I explaind my problem 9 times to vodafone customer care executive but did not get my resolution. Very pathetic services from vodafone. when m facing this kind of stupid issue before converting my number from prepaid to postpaid so I don`t know what kind of problem m going to face in future. I told them to arrange a call back for me if they can`t listen my complaint but their executive are very uneducated people. i told them can`t you guys give the right information. I told them I want my refund they can`t process this thing also. I want a solution ASAP. Very disappointing services from vodafone not except this atleast from you guys. I want solution...

                              Hi Team, I am holding postpaid corporate connection [protected] from past 10 years (Since it was BPL). I had kept my number in safe custody from 22 Dec 2014 to 22 June 2015 as I am in Australia. I had asked to extend the safe custody on 11 June 2015 & made the necessary payments.. However instead of extending the safe custody Vodafone team has deactivated my services. Now when I ask them the status they want me to visit Vodafone store & activate the number first. As I have mentioned I am in Australia, I could not visit the Vodafone store in India. I had raised few complaints online/chat/mail/call however these guys have just closed these complaints without any resolution. If you get such treatment for being a loyal customer for more than 10 years, I am least interested in service from Vodafone however I just don't want to loose my number. Please look in to this & advise if I there any way I can file a case in consumer court. Regards, Yogesh

                                    hi I have 3 corporate connection of Vodafone. In the last month billing, i found that they have charged extra amount on all three numbers & so i contacted them for the correction. on one of the connection [protected], they have charged 2600 which when i spoke at the customer care, they said they will be waiving it off & for the confirmation they have e-mailed to me with the description of the bill & the waived amount. Now, after seeing the email from Vodafone, i had paid the amount what was mentioned in the bill to be paid.the services have still not been activated on the same number & having requesting at the 199 number several times no one helped. My complaint is that when i have waive off email from Vodafone & i have paid the balance amount mentioned in the email, why the services have not been activated and y am i getting the harassment calls from the VODAFONE COLLECTION AGENCY 10 times a day wherein i explain the same situation to them but have not got any resolution. Could you please look into the matter & help me? so that Vodafone should stop mentally torturing and embarrassing people. My complaint number at the Vodafone is [protected].

                                    Is there a way to contact the top bureaucrats of vodafone? They are really causing a lot of problems to a lot of customers.

                                      I've been charged 99 for d2c_mydaala vas which i've never downloaded. I dont know how you can charge this when you are already getting complaints from january and the best part is customer care executives are so good in explaining dese false charges to you. I am being charged for a roaming pack pack which i never activated from December. Vodafone says i activated this and now i don't know whom to ask to check its legality. Mob no.[protected]

                                        Sir/ Ma'am, I, santosh kumar mahato, user of vodafone prepaid number [protected]. I have been using this number from last 5 years till date, but now m facing some problem with this number, from last few days I am not getting any network on this number. I think the number is assigned to some other without my permission. How can vodafone do this without my permission?
