    On 01/7/15 at 12:15 hrs. Rs.90.00 was deducted from my above mobile no.without any prior notice or information nor I a had any request to activate anything . I got surprised to see that a message came to my mobile a few minutes latter that I had requested to activate vodafone"s SOCIAL BOOK which again killed my sleep on that night. I tried to contact custmer care no 111, 199, 198 etcetc.. but I couldnot connect them. I assure you with garantee that i never requested vodafone to activate SOCIAL HOME. In fact I donot know what is it and never heard about it. Vodafone have the previous history o[censored]nauthorised deduction twice in last two month which they didnot refunded yet. In one case they assured me to refund in the second case their customer care representative failed to respond properly, instead behaved arrogantly. please arrange to refund and also give them a lesson.After that that I will surrender the sim

      I have registered porting [protected] from Vodafone to MTNL on 9/6/2015 but till dated Vodafone not disconnect this number and also not send the outstanding bill for payment There is CALL BARRING made by Vodafone results no out going call is processing from this mob number which port with MTNL remove Call Barring immediately for MTNL network work

        I had recharged for rupees 46 which the promised of 2g data 1gb for 15 days, when i recharged it i got 230mb data for 7 days recharge date 03/06/2015 i had done a day before on 02/03/2015 by dialing *444*46# & also had complained regarding this but it was of no use, please help for the same.

            Dear Sir / Madam, Billing month : June 2015 Myself Fakhruddin Vora, using Vodafone services via number +[protected] having corporate plan of Rs. 375 CUG. In my current bill I received i.e. for the period 24.05.2015 to 25.06.2015 I have been charged an additional amount of Rs. 650 as MI_CAP_650_30d_R_promo_3G included in my monthly rentals. This service I have surely not availed for, and Vodafone claims to have send a message for the same, I surely must have not acknowledge on this matter and they can’t charge me any rental for any scheme which you bring out without my permission. Hence, if there is any revision in the plan they need to take permission before such changes are being adopted and charged. In my view the restructuring of the plan was not explained to me at all & moreover I was not given option whether that should I continue with the changes. I feel this change of scheme was forced on me. I hope result of this complaint would fetch me a revised bill with rectifying the extra amount charged. [protected]... past one year i am trying to change 349 scheme or E connection but every month they are lieing ...last month on my bill date exactly 5 o clock out going was barred after pay the amount then only i got connection... to use... i don't know why?... i want to go for another network... i give a PORT today your people called me..they asked and gave promise to change my scheme if the scheme is not change as like before... i must to change my network from vodafone to other network... thank you gladies

                Hi Sir, The below are the things that I faced 1) We/our colleagues/our company officials got some calls on March 16th/17th claiming that me &Family/my brother have made some fraud/cheated SFL company in mumbai claiming that they are calling from Mumbai Police department. When we called to them then we came to know that they are calling on behalf of Vodafone and giving another number to contact.(Legal advisor of Vodafone named Nikunj Agarwal) Person whom we have called : Omprakash - (Who claimed as inspector) - Land line[protected] Contact Details of the other person: Mobile : [protected] - Nikunj Agarwal Mail : Nikunj.[protected]@gmail.com (He asked me to keep him in CC while replying to VODAFONE after clearing the payment. You can find the same in CC of my mail which i have sent to you earlier when i cleared the payment) case number - 121-MB-2012 Mistakes you have done - Claiming that the persons who are appointed by Vodafone are from PoliceDepartment. Using the police department name - Black mailing - Revealing my personal and family details to outsiders.(to the Ghost/private persons who Vodafone officials has hired) - Calling to my colleagues/officials/relatives though I am in touch in Vodafone over the mails - Because of your Executive mistake i faced 8300 rupees of bill for Internet usage for 500 MB I have all these recorded calls with me. I need the complete explanation of the above why such a cheap tricks has been played by Vodafone. And if you are not the right person to speak with I need the correct person or your reporting manager to deal this issue with before i go-ahead and file a case on Vodafone legally. 2) Though we have not requested to activate my connection [protected] after making the payment. But you have activated my connection. This is one of another example which I can show Vodafone is not giving overwhelmed services to the prospects (Apart from the major issue we have faced with Vodafone about the internet cconnection) . We are not interested in any more in the post paid services. I want both the numbers [protected], [protected] to be converted in to Prepaid with out any latency. We have already provided all the required documents earlier. Get the number converted to prepaid connection with out any latency. _______________________________________________________________________________ The conversation happened in the mail In the conversation *********** means my name Hi There, As we discussed here am forwarding the mail what i received and what i replied. Here Mr.Sandeep (from Hyderabad), said that if i paid 4, 500 amount means vodafone was going to clear all my due and reactivating the number. I asked just for official mail but not received. Now on Saturday to all my relatives, friends customers and to my present company and my colleagues received many calls from fake (Name Mr.Vikranth Singh and number was [protected]) saying that he was from mumbai police (C.I) and saying that ******* and me was big cheaters and they had scam the vodafone company by keeping forgery docs and in hyderabad in ******* previous IT company also he done cheated. SFL company, Vodafone company and one advocate (Name Nikunj Agarwal and number [protected]) from Vodafone Legal department had put the case on them by giving your numbers. By this evening they had not reached to this informed advocate Mr.Nikunj we will arrest you and them by sending the local police to there. Some people said we dont know all these things, who are you, who is ******. for that he spoken very harshly. He harashed them by speaking vulgar words in the call. Like this to one of my friend kavitha also received the call. Her father lift the call and in their home the issue got very serious. My MD was asking explanation for this. What was your response i want to know. After agreeing to pay the bill and asking for clear official mail that executive Mr.Sandeep told i have to attend to the Nampally court at Hyderabad. I gone to hyderabad on my personal work and called to sandeep about the case details. He said to go to vodafone head office and speak to the Legal advisor at there. On the same day calls received from the above mentioned number and damage my career. But here am not knowing why this Great vodafone doing like these kind of very worst things for recovered the bill. I dont think that this was the correct way for recovering the bill by using this kind of cheap nasty tricks. From one year i had requested to change that number to prepaid. Given requests in hyderabad for 2 times, in Nellore for 3 times and to customer care for 3 times. But no response up to now. Keeping all your mistakes and revealing the total data of mine and my dialled calls, received calls and calling to them was not fare for recovery process. With out revealling my data that fake person dont know about my present number iwhich i given to Sandeep in the mail, and my present company and my call log details to him. I think this was the big crime done by one Vodafone employ. Kindly get explanation from your higher officials regarding this. I want the explanation for this with in next 24 hours. Otherwise i ll take all the copies of the bill, my requests and all these mails and i ll publish in all online forums, consumer and cyber crime (Chennai, Hyderabad and Mumbai) and i ll proceed legally for my career damage. Note: All my friends was ready to help me for proceeding in any way about this issue because the informed thing was the worst process for recovering the bill. All the people received calls from same number, same issue, and same name. Waiting for your reply Am sending total mails what we discussed in mails. For this i received only phones but not mails. This already updated in the forum before 3 years. no response up to now

                  Sir/Madam This is to informing you that on, 30/05/2015 i have applied for a new postpaid connection and documents already submitted to the Vodafone staff Ms.Priya-[protected] who had came to my home at dombivli but still now the connection is not activate although they commit me that sim card will be activated but they are continuously make wrong commitment to us. activate the no immediately as we suffer from huge problem & harassment This two staff of Vodafone create a bad impression of Vodafone company to us they does not pick up the phone, allday said that they are busy in conference.So i request to you take a strong action against this and make a urgent solution. she had also taken a deposit from me amounting to Rs. 150. Invoice No.296. I want my deposit back else I will sue the company.

                        On 06/30/2015 my vodafone balance rs 120.00 got deducted automatically. They are saying that i have used internet. This what has happened.

I have sent a message to 199 "data bal" and i got response saying you have balance of 0.01 mb at time 11.59.59 pm after 30 seconds i have turned off my internet connection and i got a message saying your balance is reduced due to internet usage of 29 mb . My question is how can i use 29 mb in 30 seconds. Plz adjust my balance

                          I have made complaint ([protected]) on 111 in the month of 20 june 2015 I am having a many proble like vodafone send me message for 3G internet.. then i recharged the offer but not give me beifit bye company..this regardine many compain register in vodafone custmer care but no solution provide me..after some days vodafone compant call me and said to me after 2 hrs your benift available in your mobile no. this but no benifts give me.then i again call the custmer care then he my call transfer officer ..officer saint to me your complin recomplain bye me my complain no. [protected]..after 11 days they not provide solution...and beside the proble many problem like internet related problem..like expensive call rate related problem..they have not given any response properly.. my have not given single call from their side… all custmer care …. Hope for the best atleast you three people give proper feedback…

                            My Vodafone Mob. [protected]. I have recharged with Rs. 160/- on 30 Jun, 15 arround 08:25 p.m and got 160/ full talk time. Today when I have checked my Bal. I find that Rs. 49/- two times that is Rs. 98/- has been deducted from my main A/C bal. When I check the message inbox then see a message from Vodafone care that free deals pack is MYDALA568510 has been activated but in message no where it is written that Rs. 98/- has been deducted for this. As I am totally unaware about this service, I do not understand how this type of service is activated without any concurrence of me. I have spoken to Customer service but they told that the service can not be withdrawn. It is totally fraud by Vodafone. So I want My Bal. of Rs. 98/- to be refunded to my account.

                              1 GB Data Plan at Vodafone IN costs Rs. 251. I did a recharge on 1st July 2015 for a 1 GB data pack and I get a message saying my available data is 650 MB. Obviously outraged I called Vodafone IN and demanded an explanation. Customer Care tells me the plan is effective 1st July 2015. I demanded to know why they didn't inform their customers in advance, he had no answer. I then demanded a refund or a 350 MB additional data because my message from Vodafone says it's a 1 GB data plan. He refused it and said our systems aren't updated yet. Vodafone India provides the worst 3G speed combined with the worst signal, ridiculous call drops and now they expect us to pay for rubbish like that.

                              i got my postpaid number converted to prepaid on 23th Feb, 2017, and told that my security deposit will be refunded through cheque with in 90 days, but till nowe I.E. 23th may 2017 more than 90 days i have not received any cheque. And when i contact the vodafone stores & Customer care thay misguide And provide wrong informattion and dont take any action...please suggest what to do...

                                model mania pack and vip games was deactivated on my number without me knowing and then I have requested for deactivation 3 times and have got msg on my phone that services are deactivated but still I have charged again for renewal of services.no body answers on customer care..very harassed and depressed by company attitude

                                  This is Bibekananda Tandia and my Vodafone Odisha prepaid number is [protected].I had received a caller tune outbond call on Date 28/06/2015 at 12:42pm from number [protected].That was a segment offer of Caller tune Vas at only Rs. 17per month.I had listend carefully and press the valid button.But call disconnect with out activation conformation.I had mail to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com on this regarding.Please tell me that if offer not available on my number, How i was got the call.This problem i am faceing before 1 months.That time i had mailed to vodafonecare but the ignore to me. On date 30/06/2015 at 01:11 pm.I had receive a call from vodafone care( No- [protected]).I had conversation with Mr. INDRADEEP from email intraction department.He said that they will arrange a callback request with in few minutes.But i did not get the call from caller tune department.He not only assist me but fraud also. Last time i had call to customer care at 08:55 pm and talked with Mr DEBASIS MOHAPATRA to know about my request status.He informed me to they have no idea or knowledge to give that information.He could not see my request in the system or application.So tell me please which type of service Vodafone Odisha provide us.

                                  I also keep getting calls from [protected], which I do not take, and simply cut off.
                                  I am with Vodafone Kolkata.

                                    Hello Vodafone team, Hope you are earning enough to stick with honesty and don't need to cheat people. But your actions not seems aligned to my expectations. Now let me come to the point. My concern is that, I have subscribed to vodafone as corporate employee with 375 per month corporate plan that includes 500 min of talk-time and 1 GB throttling 3G data pack, that continues after limit exhausted as a unlimited 2G plan. Till last month everything goes well but seems you are in huge pressure to draw more income without any efforts, so without any intimation you have changed my plan without any additional services. The only improvement I have observed with your new plan is that now you are robbing 2 times more money without need to pay any service. In my current month bill I have observed 1025 rs as monthly Charges, that was 375 as per our mutually convinced deal. Please don't give any nonsense accuse to justify your act of cheating that you can not defend later in consumer forum. Not just rollback of this bill but I also want valid explanation why you have given this bill to me. Also while trying to connect to vodafone, I have received a call from vodafone agent and he told me that vodafone marketting team has decided to overcharge people like us. What a illogical answer. Also when I informed them that most of my friends having same plan and none have received such bill, then he start yelling that give me a list and I will change all of there bills. hype of disgusting service. Even he started telling me that this was there mistake that they haven't charged me 2500 Rs (for 1 GB 3G data that was already included in my plan and in open market it cost only 250 Rs), such a idiotic reply. -- Warm Regards Dinesh Namdev

                                      I took a vodadone postpaid plan 2 months back from the vovodafone store . they have given me wrong information regarding monthly package . I have taken a plan of 399 monthly in which in internet was unlimited but as soon as I received a bill there was an addtional cost of 650 in my bill. I spoke to customer care people they are telling me that they will raise a complaint but you have to pay the bill . they are forcing me to pay the bill .. even though its not my fault. my vodafone no is [protected].. and I spoke to vodafone cust care as well 10 days back the cust care guy also told me that my internet is free.. so please help me

                                        I have registered poring mob [protected] from Vodafone to MTNL on 9/6/2015, but till dated Vodafone not disconnect this number and also not send the outstanding bill for payment. There is CALL BARRING is being made by Vodafone, results no out going call is processing from this mob. number, which port with MTNL. Pl. remove Call Barring immediately.
