My Self Sonia Sharma .my Mb No. is [protected] i have activated 1.25GB data pack in may 2015 but wid some your technical problem i did n't use data pack i have cal to customer care many times then he told me my 199 Rs waiver in next month mill (june 2015) and my request no is [protected] .so i request u please way off my 199 Rs in my june bill as on urgent basis. Second time complaint ..Please Reply soon Because Vodafone Service is very slow & bad response today i have to cal customer care but customer care executive Mr varun give me very bad response i am very disappointed . and my data plan is also deactivated on 13th june by customer care (miss aarti ) & I did n't send any mail to corporate vodafone id is for deacitved my data plan so how did my plan deacitve i dont knw ..so give me total charges Rs 540 for June month for data usagefor your default & customer executive mistake i cant pay this amount..

    Hi, please refer my mob no [protected] in the name of himanshu choudhary.my account is being deducted for Rs17 thrice for some ISD calls which i have not made in the last week.The call is exactly of 41 secs and on no. 00316545 as stated by cusomer care executive.Pls look into this matter as i have not made the calls and appropriate action should be taken against the concerned firm.

      Hi, Wrong data plan activate on my Vodafone number [protected]. i have check the best offer on my number dial *121# . two offer were shown 1. 300 Rs 2GB 3G 2. v2v 200 [protected]@50 i have activate the 300Rs 2GB 3G data plan on my number on 04 may 2015 at 8:55AM. but same was not activated on my number. then i called to customer care complaint number i.e. 198. Customer care executive told me there might be some server problem your plan will activate within some time. but same was not done. then again i called to customer care then i got the same reply. then i checked the sms details i got Rs 450 2GB plan was activate on my number. again i call to customer care to change my plan but customer care executive denied to change and then he told me Rs450 plan was deactivate on my number after 30 minute and one day charge will be paid by you on billing cycle. may i know why should i pay for wrong activation of data plan and why wrong data plan was activate on my number. Please activate the RS300 2G 3g plan on my number and confirm ASAP. Thanks & Regards, Sunil Kumar

          i am distressed to inform you that i had recharged my internet pack of vodafone for rs.295 on 5th june via paytm. the payment was successful, cash deducted and yet my internet pack is not active... i want this to be taken care of immediately.. either my money returned or my data pack gets activated ASAP.             Respected sir/madam Yesterday I was recharged with RS 648 from my mobile there was written that unlimited 3g for 30 days at Rs 648 but after consuming 3gb gradually my speed get very much slow it become like 2g .there written after 3gb speed will be 64kbs but 64kbps is really worst.atleast give 512kbps.please improve thise. Thankyou

              Dear Vodafone Team I am your customer for past 15 years, But i am very unsatisfied with your company for past 2 month Your people called me on 26 April 2015 for change of data plan, i have also agreed to take the plan at that time as that guy promised me that this plan will change with in half hours but that plan didn't change, with the customer care reference i have used the plan for that month Again the the plan is activated at 2 may. your people have charged me for the wrong information that customer care given I have raised a complain your triplicane and TTK branch but still their is no information for my complain.                   1. I am in receipt of your mail dated 28 / 05 / 15 on 31 / 05 / 15 alleging that “as on 28 / 05 / 15 a sum of rs. 624. 44 is due and recoverable from me”.
                  2. At the outset i deny that i have availed services of your client and in consideration of the services availed by me your client furnished bill / s to me with a request to make payment thereof within the stipulated period.
                  3. Without prejudice in reply your notice i would like to put before you the facts as under:
                  A. I had purchase the data card bearing sim no. [protected] of your client for internet dongle. The said sim was post paid. After using some time i approached the gallery of your client requesting them to make it prepaid.
                  Your client’s executives advised me to deactivate this number and purchase new data card which would be prepaid. Accordingly i purchased new sim no. [protected] data card, pre paid around 20 / 11 / 14 from lakha building gallery, malad (W) .
                  B. It is obvious that before deactivating my number [protected] i will have to clear the outstanding till that date and whatever amount was outstanding on my date of request was cleared by me by making payment of it.
                  C. I thereafter mailed to your client on 21 / 11 / 14 requesting them to deactivate / stop internet services on [protected] number as i have purchased new sim no. [protected] data card.
                  D. Your client on receiving my mail replied to me “ thank you for your email dated 21 / 11 / 14, regarding disconnection for your vodafone mobile number [protected]. We have forwarded your request for disconnection of your abovementioned vodafone mobile number to the concerned department and they will revert to you within 48 hours.
                  E. After clearing the amount and having also informed your client by email to deactivate no which they have received and have acknowledged by their above reply and now it is at the end of your client to take steps to deactivate and stop the services.
                  I received mail from your client on 25 / 11 / 14
                  Dear jitendra,

                  We regret the delay in reverting to you. This is with reference to your email dated 21 / 11 / 14, regarding your vodafone mobile number [protected].

                  We wish to inform you that as the above number is registered as an individual paid account with us hence any changes for the account should be routed only through the registered email id.

                  We hope you appreciate our stand on the matter, since the same is done for the privacy and security of our subscribers

                  We assure you that on receipt of written communication the request for disconnection will be processed within 7 days.

                  In case you need any further assistance, please do call or email us. We’ll do our best to help you.

                  F. On purchasing aforesaid new sim no i have been using the prepaid services of your client and i have removed the disputed subject post paid sim no [protected] from my dongle and never used it since 21 / 11 / 14.
                  Inspite of all this again i started getting calls from your client that there is outstanding amount in the said no and i have not paid, when i will be paying, etc and such demanding calls were being received by me even at the time when i am in court and even on sunday afternoon at 2 o clock when a person would be taking rest after having lunch.
                  G. After corresponding with your client i received email received on 05 / 03 / 15.
                  Dear mr. Dharod,

                  Thank you for your email dated 04 / 03 / 15, regarding disconnection your vodafone mobile number [protected].

                  We confirm that the above number has been temporarily disconnected on 12 / 01 / 15, due to nonpayment of bills.

                  Your request for disconnection will be processed by 11 / 03 / 15.

                  H. My request to them that i am not using the number and there is no outstanding amount have fallen on deaf ears and therefore grudgingly i told them that once for all if you want that amount you send me the bill and i will clear that amount once for all.
                  I. I received the bill for the period 28 / 02 / 15 to 17 / 03 / 15, bill dated 18 / 03 / 15 for no. [protected] amount rs. 736. 80, which was paid by me on 28 / 03 / 15 the transaction details are payment id - bsmp[protected]; relationship no. 1. 26330407; mobile no. [protected].
                  J. Now after making above payments which were not due but to stop the nuisance as it is unhealthy to fight for rs. 737 / - i made the payment considering it to be a charity work and inspite of the disconnection from 11 / 03 / 15 you without any documents in support of your claim or clear instructions from your client have issued illegal, unwarranted notice to recover a sum of rs. 624. 44 outstanding as on 28 / 05 / 2015.
                  K. I hope that you will understand what ordeal and waste of time i have gone through and further hope that you will withdraw after going through my reply and put a permanent end to it.
                  L. Inspite of the above facts if you persist to proceed legally i will be constrained to defend my self with all the above documentary and electronic proof and seek compensation against your false claims and harassment for a petty sum. I hope which you not do with a brother advocate.

                      Dear Sirs, I am extremely disappointed in the manner in which the Appellate office of Vodafone India at Delhi has handled my complaint no.ID [protected]. They are not taking cognizance of the facts elucidated in my complaint and instead are adamant that what they have done is correct. I give below the facts of the case, which are as follows: 1. I had agreed to subscribe to the 375 plan as explained to me by Vodafone India specialised team member, one Mr. Mukesh at Delhi, co-ordinating for Snapdeal employees; 2. I had also chosen the number of my choice as discussed prior to subscribing; 3. I handed over all the necessary documents forthwith to him for activation of the number of my choice along with the plan, as also the money; 4. The plan which was in effect at the time was NOT activated by Vodafone, since the said specialised team member, Mr. Mukesh, due to his negligence, "forgot" to deposit my documents; 5. Despite repeated follow ups with him, for more than a week, finally I was forced to take a number which was NOT my choice and a Plan, viz., 399pm plan which was forced on to me, since during this time Vofafone India had suddenly decided to stop the 375 pm Plan; 6. On complaining to the Appellate Authority of Vodafone at Delhi, they replied stating that the correct plan is activated, and are adamant about their stance, despite the fact that I suffered due to the negligence of their employee. They are not taking cognizance of the fact that both the number and the Plan are NOT my choice and it is due the negligence your specialised team member that I have had to suffer this loss and harassment, more so because the money had already been paid. I am extremely disappointed in the stance taken by them, and it appears that they trust their specialised team who lies to them, rather than taking into cognizance their customer who has not only suffered a loss but has been subjected to harassment by them. I would request you to instruct them to activate the 375 pm plan, which is what I had chosen, and NOT the current plan which I was forced to take by your Mr Mukesh, due to his negligence, careless and disappointing service to me. Please not that I had NO OPTION but to take what he forced on me since I had already paid the money to him. I trust you will take note of my complaint and ensure remedial corrective action by Vodafone India by instructing them to activating the correct 375pm plan immediately under intimation to me.                           I got charged Rs. 308 for Surprise 'Value Added Services' in my data card connection. This is happening since last 2-3 months. I am well educated about how data dard works. I never clicked on any third party link nor download anything. I got bill for following services which dont even make sense from their names. Executives couldnt explain what I was charged for. Details are as follows: sf_tinytvw_w_77 4 times.= 308 Rs. Tried to complain by calling care, but Executives put call on waiting for more than 30 min two times before I disconnected. When asked to talk with seniors, the call was again put on hold. This is a corporate connection and as per my understanding no any VAS can be activated without a written mail.

                            I have been paid the amount of 700 out-off 1000/- Because i got the waiver off of 300 rs due to wrong charges. 2 days gone Still my mobile outgoing is barred. 2 days has been gone but still you didnt restore my Mobile services.I mailed to Vodafone team. They didnot send any mail or call to me. I will shutdown 1000 no. of the corporate plan of my office employee. Badly services and cheating people

                              I was having postpaid Vodafone no. [protected]. I requested the company to permanently disconnect this number on 21st March''15. I paid the outstanding bill of RS.744 in March from my Card. and requested Vodafone to permanently deactivate and close this no. at Sector -14, Gurgaon Vodafone store. After three months passed of this incident. Vodafone have generated the bill of Rs.797 against this closed no. and forcing us to pay this amount. When I told them I requested for closing this no.., they say the request generated by Sector -14 Vodafone store executive was wrongly done and now they want us to raised a request for reversal of the bill. I PAID MY COMPLETE BILL AND ASKED FOR PERMANENT DEACTIVATION OF MY NUMBER ABOVE. Instead of deactivation and closing this no. They stopped my incoming and outgoing of my present no. i.e for [protected] . Please help so that I can use my no. and they are not connecting us at customer care also. Alternate no. is my sister no. I have recharged my number from 200Rs in same day., but Company gives only 172Rs .                                   This email is regarding the following two numbers [protected] 91-[protected] Both these numbers are in my name, GIRISH L. PARIKH. In the middle of March, 2015 (before March 18, 2015), I personally went to the office of Vodafone in Navi Mumbai, near Vashi railway station. I spoke to a person (DIMPLE), to put both my phones on hold for six months. I am a non resident Indian, and SHE INFORMED ME THAT IT WOULD COST ME RS.50 PER MONTH ON EACH OF THE PHONE. SHE CHECKED THE REMAINING CREDIT ON BOTH PHONES AND TOLD ME THAT I HAD ENOUGH OF THE CREDIT BALANCE ON BOTH NUMBERS. NOT TO WORRY. ON 18TH OF MARCH I LEFT INDIA TO COME BACO MY HOME IN SEATTLE, USA. I REACHED USA ON THE SAME DAY, BECAUSE OF THE 12+ HOURS TIME DIFFERENCE. THE SAME DAY I TOOK OUT MY SIM CARDS FROM BOTH THE PHONES AND STORED THEM AWAY WITH MY PASSPORTS, TO BE USED WHILE I AM BACK IN INDIA. WHY AM I BEING BILLED FOR THE PHONES THAT HAVE NOT BEEN USED? WHAT HAPPENED TO MY CREDIT BALANCE? DO YOU HAVE SOME EMPLOYEE, OFFICER OR OR OTHER PERSON(S), WHO MIGHT BE PILFERING FROM THE CREDIT BALANCES OF YOUR CUSTOMERS? ARE YOUR COMPUTERS TO BE BLAMED FOR THESE ERRORS? PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO MY ACCOUNTS. ALSO, PLEASE SEND ME THE ADDRESS OF VODAFONE HEAD OFFICE IN MUMBAI, AND THE NAME(S) OF THE DIRECTORS, INCLUDING THE MANAGING DIRECTOR, WHO SHOULD BE AWARE OF THIS TYPES OF TRANSACTIONS.                                   Today, I logged on "Live Chat" Vodafone. A person named Naman was Vodafone representative. I sent him my complaint details. He ended the CHAT...When I tried to begin a new chat, they are not connecting me to an agent...What a great service provider! Just rip-off the customers, with no communication!

                                    I have been using net on my number [protected] and I suddenly receive a message of Rs 49 deducted for hotshot where as I haven't activated it and I have no knowledge about what it is. It is very unethical way of earning money.. I want the hotshot service to be deactivate it at earliest and my money refunded.
                                    Complaint marked as Resolved 
                                    Refunds received in three days.. Got a call from service centre and received refund in two hours. Hope it doesn't repeat again..

                                    My Vodafone no is [protected], I have been using on my number this number last 6-7 yrs and on 23rd June 2015 I got a message Ur caller tune is activated, after got the message immediately, I spoke Ur one of the executive to deactivated this caller tune bus I was not activated this caller tune he told the money is credited to Ur account within 2 hrs now today[protected]when I told one o[censored]r executives he told no Ur money can't be credited it is deactivated now but I deactivated on same day[protected] I haven't activated it and I have no knowledge about what it is. It is very unethical way of earning money. I hv no prove for that Bcus we people told me just click "OK" button but i didn't do that if i send by SMS then I hv also prove for that but what ever u said I go for that. If the matter of money deduction (like caller tune deduction or any type of service deduction )why n't we people send it by SMS, so that consumer hv prove for that .If we people intension to do like this then I will go for other network. I wait for ur valuable information otherwise I will go for other network. It is very unethical way of earning money. AS per Rating I will give "1" for this service

                                      I had surrendered my Vodafone number [protected] on 2nd April 2015. I was informed that the security money of Rs.500/- will be refunded after 60 days of deactivation. After 60 days I came to know from Vodafone, that the number was reactivated on 31st May 2015 and deactivated on 01st June 2015. They are not replying to my query, who initiated the reactivation without my request/approval. They are not providing any unique complaint docket number, when I called them on 198 today. There intention is to deny refund by any hook and crook method.
                                      Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Myself Nikhil Sethi my number is +91-[protected] this is prepaid number I requested to Vodafone to convert it to postpaid corporate connection. Recently I am in touch with one of your executive Shailesh his number is +91-[protected] he told me that my postpaid connection will be activated within one day now its been three days my number is not activated yet ..and your executive did fake commitments which is not correct and I want you to take it on serious note take some serious action against this executive . Now am calling him he is not picking up my call he always disconnects my call this is not the right way to handle the customers vodafone have to take some serious action against this executive asap and my number is not activated till yet
