I have already filed a complaint with Vodafone . Whose details has been given below.
As per telephonic communication on dated 15/05/2015 with Miss Nibha (Vodafone executive) and reference no[protected] given by her.
Have a look on the issue:-----
On dated 24-March-2015, I had filled porting request from airtel prepaid[[protected]] to Vodafone postpaid at Vodafone store shop no 27, Nehru ground Nit, Faridabad.
Miss Namarta, Vodafone executive offered me monthly rental plan of VF249 Rs + tax. According to HER in this plan, 600 local free minutes +500mb/ month 3G data up to three months were to be given. But on dated 26-April-2015 I saw my bill, in which, they have charged for the data( which should be free). I have paid the bill of amount Rs 2100 and requested for turned my connection to prepaid again. Now it is in Vodafone prepaid.
NOTE:-I know Normally on new connection no data benefits is given with VF 249 monthly rental,
BUT ON PORT IN tO VODAFONE POSTPAID FROM OTHER OPERATOR, Data benefits is given I.e 500MB 3G DATA per month up to three months.
Overall the mistake is from your backend office, that they didn't update the information.
Please refund the excess amount charged by you and paid by me along with security deposit As per your norms.
Please do some need full in this case as your earliest.
