Hi This is ganesh from prabhadevi i am vidafone post paid user I geeting so much problem while using this post paid they wer not treating proper solution and requurements if customers My balance bill is now 3750 something around Bt bt 3 weaks back i paid the 1000rs in kiosk machine at prabhadevi branch Bt i got the 300rs bill instead of 1000 that time i met the senior of the branch exiqutive they had taken reciet xerox and i given letter to them regarding payment and that time senior told me we will cheak it qnd let u know and told me to come after 2 days then i went to the branch that time they said we got the 700rs in more in kiosk Machine that time i told them to add it on my number bt they said we cnt do once manager will cme we can do So i waited bt hvnt came they daid come tomarow then i l went next day also bt hvnt came and again they said pls cme tomaroe and again i went bt he hvnt same they reapted to cme tomarow and i went again bt he havnt came so i tired cmg 4 days conrinously bt manger was not came so i shouted them the senior whats going on pls i cnt cne daily and waiting hear and i said them i m not gng to come again u have to solve it and 700rs must been paid on my number bt till its not done this is the way they are treating And one more think for internet Last 2 months i was in roam (villqge AP) That i was not abel to use the 3g over ther so i called the number of times executive regarding the network issue every time they daid i solve it And i did manually how they said in settings i did that way also bt i havent recived and i told them to deactivate it bt they said dnt wey sir i will solve u definetly ise the 3g bt i havent and the nextime i call the executive i told them to activate the net settings and also told them to activate the new pack for me so that i can use the internet that time she told me do 251 3g pack i told her to pls dont do the 3f pack bcs i am not able to using the 3g i wested 150 rs Now i dnt want to use it and i dnt want to face it again bt that girl said dnt wry sir u will definetly use the 3g bt i refused bt she confidently told me that ur problem wer solving for internet use now u can use 3g definetly so i trusted on her confidence bt i waited lot of days for that bt i havent recived any 3g signal and nor 2g also propr i m not used proper net over ther i frusted i called the number of times to customer care thry i always said dnt wry it will solve Bt i waited long bt i havent also spoken with techinical dwpartment guy also and senior also bt they also not did any thing i finall i told them that i m not used any internet proper so i not going to pay amt 150 and 251 net packs i all ready told them if i will not get 3g so i will not pay Bt i getting phone calls from collection department they wer forxing me to pay the bill insted o[censored]nderstanding the consumer problems And wer talking rudly with me and i told them all the problem which i had Bt they not ynderstanding only saying sir u have to pay it other wise it will stoped outgoing calls And thay wer not talked with me proper giving warning to me to pay for bill This is they way the vodafone people ar doing with me I really hearted abt this things i wested mine time too and i just headec about this saying again nd again my problems to service providers Bt ther is no results Now this was third for me outgoing calls wer stoped bt they are not solving my problems

    I haven't activated any tariff in vodafone. My call charges are V2V 50ps/min and other 60ps/min. Now a days it changed to 1.4p/sec and when i asked customer care they are not responding with proper answers. When every we go to other state, they will sending tariff plans but when they changed the plans in the local state, why they haven't intimated in the same way.

      I am not able to connect to the customer care executive.One of the most worst Customer service i have come across.For more than a month i was trying to speak to the customer care executive to deactivate a service but everything was in vain. I am from karnataka circle.Everytime the IVR will ask to press 9 to connect to an executive, but if i press it will not get connected. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

        my Current Bill was INR 445 but i had mistakenly pay you via your website INR 4, 445 by online, request you to please refund my extra amount INR 4, 000 Transaction ID DICD[protected] i have provide my A/C details on 25 June via telephonic & as well as by mail but where is your specialized Vodafone care team???????...no call & mail from that team your both reference no [protected] & [protected] Today i called-up your executive said that both the reference no is cancelled & your 48 hrs is now over. my question to you that why you give me false commitment that you will get your payment within 48 working hrs now today i called-up your one of Executive said no mail or A/C details with us now i have your all calls & conversation w& recordings. if you can't refund the amount they why you give false statement & at what basis on that you self cancelled reference no without customer feedback now today i got another reference no [protected] registered on 28-jun-15 06;49pm & promise my you will diffidently get the payment. my question as below 1.           I recharged for 650 MB data within 20 hours without using any data I get a msg 350 MB has been deducted and again within an hour 250 MB. After trying to register a complain for one whole day and failing at that I gave up and recharged my mobile with 300mb. On complaining again about the 650 MB data, they converted my data usage back to previous plan and my 300 MB recharge went God knows where. This they have done previously too 8 months back.

            I recharged my mobile with Rs. 84 bonus card and didn't received the mentioned benefits. I even talked to customer executive through live chat and they accepted that this was their mistake and told me that they could not do anything about it. When i recharged their was only one recharge of 84 but when i visited the site again their were two recharges with same rate 84. I have snapshots as proof and copy of chat.

            vodafone provided me a refund of rs. 84 but that is because I was going to port my number. Though I would like to request them not to provide incorrect information on their website

            I even tried to contact their service centre and live chat. They accept that site was on update but deny to take any action. Customer care are the worst they just keep me forwarding and keep on hold. I am very disappointed in vodafone. They are providing false information on their store. I even raised a complaint to vodafone but they are not accepting their fault.

              I an old customer of Vodafone and I am more than disappointed being one. Every time they come up with something which annoys me and irritates me and this time I must sue them. For a good long time Vodafone provided 300 mb data @ Rs.91 for 21 days, without any intimation to the customer they reduced the validity for the pack to only 10 days. I recharged for the same amount and realized that they have fooled me again. They can send hundreds of worthless messages to the customer about stupid deals but they can't send a simple message informing the customer regarding the change of the plans? Not just that, after 10 days I recharged again for Rs. 102 after checking the internet data pack from the website. It showed that recharge of Rs.102 would provide me with 300mb of data for 28 days. I recharged for the same amount at 4 PM on 27th June, 2015 but my data pack did not get active. I called up the customer care department after two hours to ask when is my data pack going to get active. They assured me that the DATA PACK will activate within more two hours as it takes maximum of fours hours for any pack to activate. I called them again after eight hours and the response I got was completely different. I was told that my Voda to Voda calls have got cheaper by the recharge for Rs.102. I am not going to get any data pack activated!. The guy who assisted me was so rude and very unhelpful. He did not connect me to the supervisor nor he gave me anything in writing not even a single message and after asking "what are you there for then?" the reply was "Just to provide this information that you will not get the data pack active anyhow and you will only get voda to voda call rates for cheaper". After that today when I called them to talk about the issue. They disconnected my calls thrice. Somehow I got hold of the Supervisor "Krishna" after informing the same to me bluntly and rudely he disconnected my call while I was still speaking and my issue was not resolved. Vodafone has the worst customer service in the world! They make me realize that each time I talk to them, each time! I have been suffering from a long time and I have had it enough. I am not going to take it any more. I am going to sue Vodafone this time. Either you give me the worth if my money or face the consequences.                 I’m writing you to complaint about my number [protected]. This is to inform you that my new bill generate and it’s aprox 486 and when I called to customer care for my bill details then I know that Rs 75 charged (Roaming Pack). Month of May and June. And also 5mb data charge Rs 24 in my bill, then after I told him that executive to give me proper details but he disconnect my call suddenly. Again I called customer care and told for disconnection then a girl transfer my call to retention agent and she confirmed me that only Rs 75 Charged for the month of June extra in my bill so I told her that deduct this Rs 75 + 75 and also Rs 24 for data charge + 14% service charge = total deduction Rs 112 but she also did same thing……She disconnect my call. I’M SENDING YOU RECORDING OF THAT CALLS LISTEN AND CHECK WHICH TYPE OF SERVICE PROVIDE BY VODAFONE CUSTOMER CARE…… AND CHECK WHAT ARE THEY DOING AND WHERE AUDITORS IS AND WHERE IS SENIORS WHY THEY DISCONNECTION CALLS WHEN THEY HAVE NO ANSWERS FOR CUSTOMER QUIERY…. AFTER THAT I WANT TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE BUT YOU GUYS IRRITATE CUSTOMER AND I AM VERY FED UP WITH VODAFONE AND IT’S TOTALLY HARRASMENT BY THE COMPANY……. I GOT TOTALLY BAD SERVICE FORM VODAFONE: 1. • When I port my number from Airtel to Vodafone that time I faced so much problem by Vodafone. At the time of porting this number Vodafone executive Kavita told me that sir port your number in Vodafone and get laptop bag. • After porting this number I raised this topic that Vodafone committed me laptop bag then a lady who is call from activation team, her work to send a field executive for verification of customer then I told her about laptop bag. Her behavior is too rude with me and said she didn’t know about this bag and I told him so please don’t send anybody to my house for verification. • After this conversation my number barred and when I called to customer care for reason. Then they confirm me sir you verification is negative our execution came to your house and met with your landlord and your landlord told him that you are not able to pay bill. • I wanted to know who is came to my house and who update that comments but nobody told me and said name not mentioned and from which ID that comments update Vodafone didn’t know. • After that I scan my property documents and my Airtel bills also and sent to Vodafone and Called to Vodafone customer care and told them for send field executive to my house for verification and then he came and I confirm him see my house and after that my number is active. 2. After that I got bag from Vodafone but for you information you committed me laptop bag but I got Travel bag……is this service and commitment. 3. • After one Month my old service provider Airtel my bill on prorate bases but Vodafone didn’t called me and send only message for payment but that time I didn’t know about my Airtel bill amount. So I called to customer care and he told me that sir no bill is pending even due to your extra payment you bill is in Negative so don’t need to pay any bill. • But after 2 days my number barred and services stop by Vodafone. • You guys are totally fool and don’t wants to see customer pain only wants money, money and money. SHAME ON YOU VODAFONE SHAME ON YOU 4. AND now I get a fake bill from Vodafone in which Roaming charge and net charge for 5mb so you have to deduct this amount + service charge. 5. I provide you mail you supporting in which you executive told me that my net pack is not active and no charges in my bill and also I’m sending you screen short of Vodafone App in which we can check our data usage. • As per Vodafone app I didn’t exceed my data usage so why I pay Rs 24 extra. Even as per app I didn’t use 500 MB data so that I’m sending you supporting screen short. IT’S MY HUMBLE REQUEST PLEASE LOOK INTO MY MATTER SERIOUSLY IF YOU WANT THEN I WILL SEND YOU RECORDING OF TODAY, CHECK IT AND SEE WHAT YOUR EXECUTIVE DOES…… AND WHAT CALL CENCTERS DO…… VERY VERY BAD SERVICE GOD KNOWS WHAT WILL HAPPEN IN FUTURE! IT’S TOTALLY HARASSMENT FOR CUSTOMER VODAFONE IS LIABLE FOR LEGAL ACTION

                  Hi I am Tarun my mobile number is +91-[protected]. I have been using Vodafone services for 5+ years want to share my experiences with the service in last one month. 1. I have asked for a data pack which was activated with in 48 hours but this was done without providing basic GPRS mobile services. 2. I have asked how can you activate a data pack without Internet service for which I got my GPRS service activated but deactivated my mobile data pack. 3. One best feature was my mobile did not connect to either 199 service or 198 service to speak to an executive from 22/05/2015 to 07/06/2015. (reason Technical Issue) 4. Best was yet to come deactivated my GPRS services again from 08/06/2015 without any request from my end. 5. I got a bill of 2493 rupees which was supposed to be around 1000 at its maximum if the data pack and GPRS services were correctly provided. 6. Now that I want to change the network using mobile portability they are doing their best to not to allow to get out of their extra-ordinary services. a). I paid a bill of 2650 which was 157 rupees higher then the current bill but they did not inform me that this is your outstanding amount if you clear this bill I can get rid of their services, Instead I received a call for about 6 times asking for the same reason why you want to port? b.)I do not understand a point that why don't they update their systems, Thing is that I have waited for 72 business hours before submitting the documents to another network thinking that these people will solve the issue. c). I was so happy listening to a customer care executive saying your request is rejected for an Idiotic reason i.e. I have thirteen rupees(13 Rs) of outstanding amount. I just want to get rid of Vodafone services as soon as possible, I am so sorry to Vodafone, for sharing my experiences here but I am still confused how to get out of Vodafone services.

                  I am really getting amazed by the reasons these people are able to find in not allowing me to port my mobile number. Till day before yesterday I got a reason about outstanding bill on my account but from yesterday I am hearing a new reason saying that they have received my porting request for about twenty days so they have rejected my port request.
                  Hi bhavya I hope you remember me thought you will solve my problem, as you said you were from nodal team. I think vodafone has got nodal team for paying salaries not for solving customers problems because you contacted me and spoke about solving the issue by contacting your manager and get back to me on that but I didn't receive a call back.
                  The customer care guy I contacted told me that he/she will make the supervisor call back to me on the issue with in four hours for which I have been waiting for four days still I didn't receive any call back.
                  I just want to know are you people sitting at vodafone playing games with customers because My mobile port request was denied for three times now first one was on 22/06/2015 for outstanding bill amount, second one was on 26/06/2015 for outstanding bill amount of 13 Rs and last was yesterday saying that it has been twenty days you people have received my request so you cannot process it, I want to ask you a reason that why did twenty days come into picture because from the last request it was only four days and also from the first request it was only ten days till date.
                  Please guys just let me get out of your services, I do have other works to do instead of spending time speaking to only you Vodafone people. Thanks for listening to me don't want to use these words but just want to say if you people have any moral values left just do me a favor by not cheating customers.

                    from a week my 3g pack is not working properly, my number is [protected], I am unable to surf properly the connection gets lost in in a minute this is troublesome and should be corrected soon because this is very disappointing from your company -"VODAFONE".

                      Hello, I have been a loyal customer of this service from the beginning of Vodafone's presence in India. I am having this particular number for almost around ten year. [protected]. That means having this number for all of my bank accounts and to all the friends i have made for the past ten years. I was in the US for last one year. I have still been using this mobile number to control my bank accounts. banking addition, transfer (for OTP authentication) I returned back to India now and to my huge surprise the number got de-activated suddenly. The last message i received was in May 25 2015. When i visited the vodafone store, they were of absolutely NO HELP at all. I am extremely dis-satisfied with vodafone currently. I cannot use my phone, cannot receive any calls. It is really frustrating. Kindly help me as soon as possible. Is this the gift i am getting form vodafone for being a loyal customer to vodafone from its inception in India????? Thanks, Naveen

                        Sir my name is jeetendra my no is [protected].i have port this no idea to vodafone last 18 june and i have got a msg on 23 jun ur no is port to vodafone then when i have started my vodafone sim in my mobile there was not showing any vodafone network than i went to 4 times to vodafone store to solve my problem and then they are solved my problem asking to many times.then i dial 117 number to verification to my no the Customer care are verified my no but still they could not activate my no still this date...i have called 100 times to customer care and went to vodafone store 5 times but still they are not to activated my vodafone no...                           I had done online recharge from vodafone website for my vodafone no of maharashtra region. no is [protected]. recharge of Rs. 149 full talktime. I had done the payment through net banking. even the amount of the payment was deducted from my account. But I had not get the balance in my vodafone no.

                            My main account balance is deducted even though i have active net pack and net balance when asked the customer care 5 times each time they provide different reasons and finally i have to lose my balance, in second incident i have unlimited 2g pack but when i activated 3g pack the 2g pack balance is gone, My Number is [protected]

                              Dear All, [protected] this vodafone no, i am using more three years. but last six month i am facing lot of problem (like signal and billing problem ). currently i am using HCL 85 rupees plan with but with out my knowledge i didn't receive any single intimation. kindly provide that different amount to me. Six month before i went Parrays vodafone showroom for connection post paid to prepaid conversation but they said you should come 5th only otherwise we cant change plan. that day evening i got call from vodafone executive, he said please continue post paid connection dont convert to prepaid we will provide waiver . recently i went Vodafone customer care chrompet office and contact your executive he said try to few months 45 rs plan. i have given request for postpaid to prepaid mobile conversion but he is doing marketing for change 45 rupees plan, finally he said try to use 45 rupees postpaid plan . as per the your executive request i given the application for change my plan into 45 rupees post post connection. now plan is changed without information/notification. ***************************** why vodafone doing like this activity with out information. kindly provide waiver my amount. every time vodofone doing like this. i am facing very very critical issue . Kindly check and provide the waiver amount. I am facing lot of issue and kindly do the needful.

                                For past few months i am facing lots of problem in recharging as I receive a message of bonus cards when i do it, it is not activated. I received special offer of RC195 + 88 bonus for data plan and 35 ps/call std/local, but only data plan activated. when i call for customer care they don't respond properly. Worst service received. And today i received a message to activate Bonus 42 by *121*42#, when i tried to activate I received to go for Bonus69. usually pop-up of wait until it activates. so i tried again i lost half my balance. This happens always. It is cheating once it is activated. second time activation should be denied. And i always receive Bonus 27 is expiring message after activating before one week. many times without remembering i would have done. so vodafone company cheats customer. no proper customer service. i lost lots of money using vodafone sim for many years. without proper service customers suffering. we don, t get proper message whether the bonus is getting activated. today alone I lost 130rupees in activating Bonus42. so without noticing many times this cheating has taken place. one of the customer care person cut the call even and they are harsh. very very poor and cheating service. please do the needful.

                                  My vodafone is [protected]. I dailed *121# then in the rate cutter option I found offer that 1 Ps/sec local/std for 8 weeks with Rs 41. Accordingly I opted 1 for activation, however, nothing has been credited. It is a serious view. I spoke to customer care but nothing positive reply. Pl take necessary action.

                                    Sir, while obtaining postpaid instead of prepaid connection for my daughter I was assured that bill amount will be around Rs 350/-. But current as well as last months will is more than Rs 600. Current months bill is for Rs. 699/-, bifurcation of bill amount as below. Rs. 599 (rentals and other charges + Rs 24 (Roaming charges) + Rs 100 (other charges) - Rs 100 (discount) + Rs 85 (service tax). I had not received any bill through e mail. Hence I am unable to know more about bill. I am not knowing what are the other charges and rentals as Rs 599, I opted for RS 299 plan. And my daughter is not using any smart phone. Kindly look into the matter, and herewith I am stating that I will not pay such a bill hereafter. My mobile no is [protected]

                                        in april I noticed I was using more data than I had on my account as a good customer I rang Vodafone to up the 4gb allocated to my account I was told that there was an offer available to add extra 4gb onto my account free of charge giving me 8gb that's grt I thought however on checking my app the extra 4gb was not showing and I was getting close to my allowance I rang again to be told that the extra 4gb was on my account and not to worry I wont get charged if I pass 4gb ok I said a few days later I went over my 4gb allowance and charges were piling up I rang again the lady said that5 she would check my account the day before my bill was due to be proceesed and would remove the over usage charges for me I got a voicemail from her to verify she had removed said charges alls well I thought then I notice3d that only 4gb allowance was showing on my app I rang again they told me the system had now been changed and that 4gb is no longer available anyway even tho it was supposed to be on my account they gave me 2gb extra and a 3 month unlimited trial I checked my bank today and the charges had not been removed from my bill so Vodafone has removed money from my account that was not due andhas left me in poverty all I get now from customer services is that im on the new system and they cant check beyond the 11/june this is totally unacceptable and I need the conversation transcripts between myself and Vodafone for the period 01 april 2015 to 26/june 2015 as I need to send them to watchdog who are interested in this malpractice
