My main account balance is deducted even though i have active net pack and net balance
when asked the customer care 5 times each time they provide different reasons and finally
i have to lose my balance,
in second incident i have unlimited 2g pack but when i activated 3g pack the 2g pack balance is gone,

Complaint marked as Resolved They called me and provided 50% of balance which was deducted,
Not Completely satisfied but somehow happy to get back some balance amount,
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Your number was switched off when we called to update. We will call again with an update.
