in april I noticed I was using more data than I had on my account as a good customer I rang Vodafone to up the 4gb allocated to my account I was told that there was an offer available to add extra 4gb onto my account free of charge giving me 8gb that's grt I thought however on checking my app the extra 4gb was not showing and I was getting close to my allowance I rang again to be told that the extra 4gb was on my account and not to worry I wont get charged if I pass 4gb ok I said a few days later I went over my 4gb allowance and charges were piling up I rang again the lady said that5 she would check my account the day before my bill was due to be proceesed and would remove the over usage charges for me I got a voicemail from her to verify she had removed said charges alls well I thought then I notice3d that only 4gb allowance was showing on my app I rang again they told me the system had now been changed and that 4gb is no longer available anyway even tho it was supposed to be on my account they gave me 2gb extra and a 3 month unlimited trial I checked my bank today and the charges had not been removed from my bill so Vodafone has removed money from my account that was not due andhas left me in poverty all I get now from customer services is that im on the new system and they cant check beyond the 11/june this is totally unacceptable and I need the conversation transcripts between myself and Vodafone for the period 01 april 2015 to 26/june 2015 as I need to send them to watchdog who are interested in this malpractice

    i had made a recharge of 175MB on my vodafone number [protected] on 25/6/15 around 2 pm. next day when i checked data allowance it showed i have 81.55 MB left but i haven't downloaded anything. when i contacted vodafone customer care they kept my call on hold and then dissconnected. it had happended with me 3-4 times. earlier when i use to recharge by 1 GB data, after 3-4 days when i downloaded few songs a message use to come informing me that i had consumed 80% of total data. most recharges were made through paytm and freecharge . all recharges were for 3G data. plz help me.

      I m very sorry to say u that i m portable coustumer from CEIIONE INDIA no [protected] due to poor service but i m very confuse because your services is also poor .last 5 months i complaints many time that my phone cannot connected to any basic phone n many time your employees assure me that we clear your problems but till this time no any clarification so if not cleared i again portable my no to another company.

        I wanted to port my number [protected] from VODAFONE to IDEA in Ladnun -341306 in NAGAUR dist of Rajasthan. I submitted my docs on 23 May 2015 for porting. But after 10 days when MNP was not done, i asked vodafone cc about this . They said that the UPC code was wrong. Its ok . I again applied for code and submitted docs on 19 June. But till date there is no response. And when i contacted vodafone cc . They talked very irresponsively . I just want to get rid of vodafone. But they are not porting my number. Even its a prepaid number. Please help me.

          I have 2 numbers with Vodafone. [protected] - This number is currently overpaid. [protected] - This number has pending amount to be paid. The services on [protected] is interrupted for the past 5 days. When asked about this, Vodafone says they will disconnect any number. They should have interrupted the services on [protected] ideally and not [protected]. I have made multiple complaints since morning to reinstate my services and i don't think they even care

            I am writing this email in regards to one of my Vodafone Phone number [protected]. Reason- I wanted to close this number in October 2014 and I had approached Vodafone store situated in sector 18. As per discussion with one of the executive, he insisted me to come after 3rd of November as the billing cycle close on every 3rd of every month. Giving justification that you had advance paid (paid 1500 in September considering average bill of 750 for October) bill and you have to make multiple follow-ups in order to get the balance amount and that to in cheque. So I decided to come back on 4th of November. But on 4th of November I had received an bill generation sms and the amount demanded was around 3000.00. I was shocked to see the billing amount. I had called customer service to get more details and I got to learned that my Internet pack which of 2GB was closed by customer service executive on 31st October 2014 before the billing term or month end and that to without my permission and knowledge. Also I had not received any confirmation on my tab that my Internet service had been stopped. I asked customer care to correct the billing amount and refund the difference but the executive ask me to visit Vodafone store for correction. When I had shared my concern they offered me to discount 500.00 and gave me the reason that the bill had been generated and nothing can be done. I have dropped lots of email to corporate id (corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com) to resolve this issue but I had not got any reply. This was the id which was shared by one the representative sitting in IGATE office. But today I got another id from Vodafone complaint representative. Beside this I am regularly getting payment calls on behalf of your payment collection team and they constantly threatened me to spoil my SIBEL record or will send me legal notice or your current Vodafone phone number will be blocked or absurd and use of foul language. This is very disappointing to see a company like Vodafone which have global presence and their representatives are spoiling it's name. Every time they call and I had to explain the situation but nobody is trying to resolve this problem. Every time they demand 2250 amount which is the balance amount left after deduction of advanced amount paid by me in the month of September 2014 (800.00). Request you to correct the bill and billing amount so that the issue could be resolved. Also I dont want me balance amount. I am getting harassed by calls and notifications for Vodafone number [protected] wherein goof was done by one of your customer executive sitting in sector 18 store. I had made all possible effort to resolve the issue by paying visit to Vodafone stores, escalating to corporate id and calling customer services multiple times. This is my last effort to resolve the issue and I hope you will help me.

                  I am a vodafone customer based in Malad east, MUMBAI, maharashtra. I got vodafone post paid connection around 8 yrs back. Since about last 5-6 months there are frequent call drops on my phone, be it incoming or outgoing, STD/local but the problem persists, the network dips to none – and the problem getting worse day by day It is somewhat uncalled for to the brand value & reputation of Vodafone. People admired the brand for its quality service but now it seems that they are also fell prey to Chalta Hai attitude of other service providers. Kindly improve the quality of service and enhance the value proposition otherwise Don't forget what happened to BSNL, MTNL etc. Hope some positive steps be taken and the quality standards, which was once firmly associated with the brand, be upgraded at least upto the prior level, maintained and adhered to. thanks and regards, R Dixit

                    I have activated vodafone postpaid connection on my number [protected] while doing registration vodafone team asked me to pay 300 rupees on of security deposit and promised me that the amount will be returned later on the connection disconnection. After few months i requested to get switch back to prepaid connection and after services got disconnected at 1st march 2015. when asked about the security deposit to the team they said it takes around 45 days to return the amount on the specified address. I have not received the amount till date. In fact vodafone is large network service provider in india i had never any issue with it so far. But i do not understand why company is cheating the customer by doing fake promises in returning the amount and the same thing happened with many of its customers. please can anyone help me on this.

                      I paid the bill amount of Rs.524.00 for one of my postpaid nos[protected] on 30th May through my ICICI account. 30/05/2015 BIL/[protected]/INDIAIDEAS .COM LIMI/[protected] 524.00 But I didn’t get acknowledgement of the bill payment and now the outgoing for my number has been barred. I mailed Chennai Customer care with the issue, they requested me to check ICICI bank. I contacted them and confirmed that my transaction was successful and they provided merchant acknowledgement ID DICM[protected]. i provided this ID with my bank statement, mode of transaction details and they informed me that the amount will be credited back. All these were happening frm 8th June till date. Now i have got the mail saying 'Please provide PGI reference number or bank statement as unable to trace by given ID'. [protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] r te ref nos provided 2 me. Extremely dissatisfied!

                        when I exhausted my 1 GB internet plan they activated my unlimited internet plan without any prior notice and when my 1 GB plan was exhausted I call to the customer to activate new internet plan of 500 MB which is of 150 Rs. at that time they did not inform me about this and they simply activated my plan. I have tride many times the customer care no. but they cut the phone in half enquiry . so i need an answer and want to waive off my bill.

                        My Vodafone mobile no. [protected] has talk plan of 249 and internet plan of 250 .When I exhausted my 1 GB internet plan they activated my unlimited internet plan without any prior notice and when my 1 GB plan was exhausted I call to the customer to activate new internet plan of 500 MB which is of 150 Rs. at that time they did not inform me about this and they simply activated my plan. I have tride many times the customer care no. but they cut the phone in half enquiry . so i need an answer and want to waive off my bill...

                          On going out of state I sent service request for roaming services.however on not receiving any confirmatory message as is the practise I called up nearby Vodaphone Mini Store to get service activated which they did.however when I recieved Bill for said period I was shocked to find that I was charged RS 150 as roaming charges for 5 days.ALSO as was the practice earlier charges were levied only for the actual days of roaming.NO prior intimation was provided that now rs 75 would be charged even if you activate roaming for 1 day.WE recieve at least 10 useless messages from company everyday.Then why couldn't such an important msg be sent.This amounts to UNFAIR PRACTICE.You are hence requested to waive off the amount ofrs 150 and charge me the roaming charges for 5 days.Period of dispute (April 2015).mob no [protected].T S BANGA.

                            Hello Vodafone, I want to draw your kind attention towards the problem faced by me recently after migrating my Vodafone Prepaid number into Postpaid. My MDN Number is [protected] belonging to West Bengal (Except Kolkata) circle. After the migration I am not able to login to my account using your website, but I can login using the vodafone android app. My postpaid plan got activated on 13th June, 2015 and after that I am facing this problem....

                            My balance get debited randomly through MYDALA. They had deducted twice money once in December for Rs 84 and again in month of June for Rs 99. These guy never picks phone n u get neither refund nor any thing else. I[censored] complain in Vodafone customer care their executive dosent cooperate n simply transfer call for my offer. A poor customer becomes helpless

                                Bill No 86936680 I Am using Vodafone 2GB 3G pack every month company charge for VAS ..even we are not using them . Vodafone charge Rs 26.25 for downloading "mbcx_ganaw_w_35 " this download i never done, not sure how can Vodafone charge me this amount .                                     i called to customer care and asked for 3g data offer for my number.that customer agent told me a plan for 348 rupees in which i would get 3 gb 3g data.just after the call I recharge my phone online with 348 rupees but i didnt get 3g data instead of that i got rs 302 talktime which i didnt want. i again called customer care for solution for this but they told we are unable to help you.there is no such offer for you and our agent misguided you and you will not get 3g data.

                                      When inside my home there is no signal shown in my handset (I have two no both handset getting the same problem) out of home and nibor home Also signal is getting good in my set, since data can't able to connect. My home address is no 3/370 kamarajar street mullipet arni t.k thiruvanamalai dist TN. I got the same problem when I was in chennai.
