I am a vodafone customer based in Malad east, MUMBAI, maharashtra. I got vodafone post paid connection around 8 yrs back. Since about last 5-6 months there are frequent call drops on my phone, be it incoming or outgoing, STD/local but the problem persists, the network dips to none – and the problem getting worse day by day It is somewhat uncalled for to the brand value & reputation of Vodafone.
People admired the brand for its quality service but now it seems that they are also fell prey to Chalta Hai attitude of other service providers.
Kindly improve the quality of service and enhance the value proposition otherwise Don't forget what happened to BSNL, MTNL etc.
Hope some positive steps be taken and the quality standards, which was once firmly associated with the brand, be upgraded at least upto the prior level, maintained and adhered to.

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have been living in Laxmi Nagar, since past 4 years and using your connection since then, previous it use to work fine but since last two years I am facing with a lot of network issues.
And In past few months the problem have aggravated like anything. Not only me but other people living with me are also facing the same issue.
Please look into the matter, else we all have no other issue but to change the connection.
