i have a vodafone no. [protected] in punjab, last month i did a recharge of 37rs. after checking the offer on 121 which said i will get 100 local minutes in it but when i got it recharged i only got 90 minutes i called customer care and i was told to wait ad nothing happened after that this month i again checked the 121 offer and did the same recharge but again i got only 90 minutes and when i called the customer care i was told to wait for 24 hours minimum after that i called the customer care and i was told they have lodged a complaint and i will get my balance minutes soon but after 2 days i did not get anything and i again called the customer care i was told the same thing that i have to wait and i will get my minutes but nothing happened instead they blocked my no. from calling customer care also when i tried to call from other no. they are saying i got full 100 minutes and i am lying or i should have called them on the same day when i made the recharge, they are not ready to listen to anything i say the customer care people dont know anytihng at all they only give fake refrence no.s and dont help at all i will request all to never go for 121 deal offers as they are fake and you wont get the benifit also change to tata tey are best in service and benifits

    I am Heeraman Ram, Resident of Delhi. My Vodafone prepaid mobile number is [protected]. I am using it since some 2 odd years. Since a few months I am facing the problems of deductions times and again from my main balance for some services that I actually do not opt out for. Recently, Rs.23/- has been charged on 21.06.2015 and Rs.159/- on 23.06.2015 for services unknown to me. For deductions of Rs.23/- I first talked to Mr. Kuldeep and then to Mr Rahul, Customer Care officers of Vodafone on 21.06.2015. While Mr. Kuldeep was stubborn and rigid stating that the deduction was against my some request, and so he expressed his helplessness to do any favour and the call was disconnected. Mr. Rahul informed that this charge was made inadvertently against one Juice Up service (what I really don't know). However, he assured me of crediting this amount back within 24 hours. As of now I have not received the money, rather, Rs.159/- has been deducted today from my left out balance and now I am not having any balance left in my mobile to make even a missed call. For this I have connected thrice to customer care, but it is conveying its inability to help me. As such, I am very much aggrieved of this repeated fraud by the Vodafone company. Please take stringent action against the company for refund of the amounts deducted alongwith making penalties as appropriate for this fraudness of the company.

      I have communicated via customer care, Direst store, mail also to Vodafone [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected]- Hello, As per telephonic conversation with your Executive. Same issue is described below. Facing following issues with your services for below numbers [protected] / [protected] / [protected] / [protected] With out my prior written request, monthly rental is changed (I got all the paid bills from the beginning with 201 monthly rental), credit limit has been increased without my written concern. I have asked several times to your executive over phone or through your mini stores. They particularly mentioned [protected] bill was high because of internet usage. But i use WI-FI at my home and office and for all numbers rental plans are changed. When i requested them to show my usage. I get negative answer I asked all the users to surrender the number and asked them to use their personal numbers. Still i found the bill is spiking out. Better resolve this problem or kindly accept this as my cancellation request for all the above mentioned numbers. I would better prefer cancellation with proper bill amount only with what is used. Let me know how to proceed with cancelling procedure, Since i have no proper response from Vodafone for any queries. Kindly don't make us responsible for increasing credit limit and change in monthly rental plan for all numbers. It happened without my written request.         I visited D-27, Connaught Place Delhi Vodafone store to change my postpaid service to prepaid service & took the Token No.260 on 22.06.15.at 05..55 Pm..When my turn came the customer care staff Mr Wihaj just ignored my turn & kept me waiting for half an hour.When I again asked him he flatly refused me to entertain & told me you have to wait more despite my turn & If I want to complain I was free to do so.I was shocked & surprised the behavior of vodafone staff. Will the concerned person look into it as how my precious time was wasted & such a rude experience I have to face with such a good company. Balkrishna Begrajka. Mob.[protected]

          Hi Team, I am Vaibhav Gauswami from Amreli, Gujarat. My younger brother, Devendra Gauswami, got mail from [protected]@gmail.com to conduct interview. They conducted interview at ITI Amreli on 12 June 2015. After that he got mail that he is selected & asked to credit Rs.2000 as security deposit to Mr. Kirpal Singh account number & he did. Then he got mail to appear Delhi for Document verification on 6 July 2015. He is thinking to go there, but I have doubt that it is fraud job offer.           yesterday i got a mail from quikr.com that a person named Mr. kirpal singh claiming as area head offering jobs at vodafone.

          i applied for this jobs then he call me and take online telephonic interview and says that i am selected for area manager post.

          before joining the company has provide a training of 7 to 15 days at two location one at kolkata and another at durgapur.

          to attend this training there requirement o[censored]niform for this to deposit Rs. 1850+150 at his account.

            I used vodafone postpaid number from long time.i have activated internet plan of 500 Mb .In the billing period 15 may to 14 june-2015 I have used only 489 Mb data but vodafone created the bill of 533 mb data. i have already complaint to vodafone by mail but there is no solution. pls help me

              When i recharge, immediately msg arrive, you are activating ________ facility, and immediately charges debited from my balance. Actually even i never request to activate... Yesterday i recharge 110.00 now almost all balance are gone... Pls take immediate action & refund it to my balance..

                  - date of the incident-23/[protected] - client number (if available)-[protected] Actually i requested to activate 3g internet plan for using internet but already a plan was activated and i need new plan for further using so after that i confirmed with customer care to ask a plan is activated or not then he said yes today a plan is activated after sometime i saw my bill added 750 rs which was not my fault and also a capping added so they did not gave me full description and said all will settle at the time of billinf generated but now they are nto accepting and saying to pay bill of 2100 plz help me

                    vodafone guys really you are bunches of thugs. i brought a prepaid no. [protected] 3 days ago. i am suffering from unwanted balance deduction cause o[censored]nwanted and unnecessary services which was activated by vodafone automatically. when i called customer care they are saying they can't activate this service you clicked on link that is why these service activated on your no. but i want to tell you something i have not clicked on any link but these services have been activated without any efforts. in last 3 days i have lost 90 rs. without any reason. according to Vodafone i have activated following services 1) ganna khazan 2) tube world 3) vip game pack can anybody tell what is use for these services because i have no use of these services. even i don't know what is tube world. i have not used these services at least one time. so why should i am paying for it. when i am calling to customer care services they are talking very rudely. i talked with Vodafone representative his name is soamandeep singh. when i talked to him he said you know we can't help you so why don't you disconnect this call. guys seriously i would never ever re command Vodafone services for anybody.

                    Now Vodafone too? Seriously..I ported from Airtel to Vodafone because of call drops and unauthorized deductions few years back! Now same thing is happening with Vodafone! The way customer care people talk as if we are lay people is ridiculous. What a shame Vodafone is doing it under the caption "More for you!".

                    I was charged the same by vodafone. I called 198(option 1, 2) and their customer service people not ready to accept initially and continuous to defend their stand that it was activated by me. After sharing my experience that this is happening almost everymonth for the last 4 months and asked them to provide a proof if it's from my end.
                    They said, they'll revert the money back. I believe this is intentional by them based on my past experience. Unfortunately, we don't have a strong mechanism to complain to TRAI. I would really be happy if someone from TRAI look at this.
                    Hi vodafone, today a balance of INR 35 got deducted for tube world service which got activated automatically. I did not activate any such service. Redeem my balance for 35 else i am revoking my subscription to your services
                    It is sad that company like Vodafone loots people by unnecessarily deducting money by giving false reasons that gamex subscription is renewed and your are charged RS. 35. Inspite of permanently removing gamex subscription as informed by customer care representative, still my gamex subscription is renewed without making any sort of request and consent. This is theft and company of your repute indulges in such act is highly shameful. Vodafone I am highly dissapointed your such cheap act of extorting money from common people of this nation by acting illegaly.
                    Today, on 19.06.2018, Vodafone has deducted Rs.35/- from my balance in Mobile No [protected] saying I have requested for Tube World Pack. I have not requested any such pack knowingly.
                    Rs.35/- back. I request Vodafone to return Rs.35/- as soon as possible

                      Dear Sir/Madam, Im DINESH. Iam a New Vodafone Prepaid MNP Customer Who Comes From BSNL Prepaid Network. I Had Port-Out My BSNL Network Numbers To Vodafone Prepaid Network. But There is a Problem in Vodafone Port-In Number.Now My Problem Is, After Sucessful Port-In Also Im Not able to Receive Incoming Calls and Sms From a Selective Network(Aircel). But I had Receiving Calls From Other Networks Except Aircel Network.There Is No Problem In Outgoing Calls and Sms Including Aircel. The Only Problem Is Im Not Able To Receive Local and STD Aircel Calls in My Vodafone Numbers.                       when i try to call my family members who most of them uses vodafone, i am unable to call them as i am a aircel user from 4 years now..never experienced this type of issue!..i dont understand that whose this problem is..vodafone or aircel?..most probably ot is vodafone who might not be accepting calls from aircel but i dont understand why they are doing this!?

                        I have recently got my post paid connection on Vodafone for Phone No. [protected] but few days earlier I have received two bills - one for my phone [protected] and another for phone no. [protected]. I don't own the no. [protected] and not aware of who owns it but its bill is on my name and on my address. I have registered a complaint with Vodafone customer care and they have blocked the no. [protected] but I am told that Vodafone cannot take any other action against the fraudster or provide me the information about verification company as I believe they might have misused my information to register this new fraud number. I would like to register a complaint against Verification company and the person who has received the post paid connection no. [protected] fraudulently on my documents. I also have a reference no. for the conversation that I had with Vodafone senior customer executive Poonam which is [protected]. The conversation was held at 2:25 pm on May 4, 2015. Now Due to non-payment of the bill for this fraud number, My phone is disconnected due to which I am suffering huge losses in business. I would expect such company to act in much more professional and ethical way. I was provided a number ([protected]) of senior nodal officer who will handle my case but phone is never picked up. I would appreciate your quick action.

                          i had not paid last time 2 months bill i got both bill details[protected] cause my bill generated date of 14th they stooped my outgoing n all service but my incoming is active that time n regular time i had make payment at[protected] they my outgoing service is starts at 2 June [protected] to[protected] i did not use the service coz vodafone stop my service and this 14 june i got new bill of 940/- rs in 15 days my bill raised like this they making us fool pls help me

                            Last one and half years i am using vodafone postpaid network. Last may month, i changed my plan from RED to New Vodafone Standard 199 and I have added 5GB 3G and UNLIMITED 2G pack. When i changed my pack, i confirmed with customer service. then they told asper plan i will be paid for daily rent (devided by monthly rent) . they didn't told DATA benefits will be charged. Now i received bill amount with 8GB 3G Data charge of previous plan. my bill amount is Rs. 5871.96 pls check below: as per RED plan, monthly due is Rs1999/ month only. but i used 10 days only. i am ready to pay one moth charge also. as per my current plan monthly due is 850+199 = Rs.1049 I have added 2 net boosters =Rs 250 * 2 = 500 Call Charges Rs 81.74 VAS downloads - Rs. 465 total of above all - Rs.4094 + Service Tax I am ready to pay this amount only MY NAME : L.MURUGESAN MY NO : [protected] ISSUE : EXCESS BILL AMOUNT AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

                              From last 5 to 6 month Vodafone charging me 99 to 149 r.s. extra & giving me bull sheet reasons like Social book service, d2c_mazaa_149 etc., I don't know what is this and I am not activated the same. when I call on call center the executive also given useless answer. I think Vodafone is doing robbery with the customer.

                                Dear sir,
                                I mr krishnendu barman, my vodafone number [protected]. My tariff promotion deletation without any information on my number [protected]. As per my last service request ([protected]) over the email i sended corporate team (Corporatecare. [protected]@vodafone.com) for changing the plan from sep_149_n_cug to e_connect_3g_375.
                                On that time i was enjoying 20% bill discount (Inc. Roam) , mnp rental discount rs 50 / - , rs 200 bill discount, local [protected]@10p / 30p (50p / 50p) , unltd cug disc (0. 30p / 0. 10p) , , vf roam rcf - 60p moc80p.
                                21 - june - 2015 i surprize when i check again on my vodafone (Offers & promotions) 20% bill discount (Inc. Roam) , mnp rental discount rs 50 / - , local [protected]@10p / 30p (50p / 50p) bill has been stop without any information.
                                Please help me & reactivation the all tariff promotion urgently.

                                  I get my Vodafone data card ([protected]) on Feb 2015 month, when I get the connection Vodafone executive told me to pay Rs.1000/ as deposit amount which will be adjusted by my subsequent bill amount. But that amount was not updated my account and when I check with customer care they only told to pay my bill amount and they did not properly respond about my deposit amount. When I am continuously sending mail, they ask me to provide the executive details and when I replied with executive name and mobile number on 22nd May and till now I did not received any reply from customer care and suddenly my another Vodafone mobile number got barred even I paid my bills correctly. I need immediate action on my queries and need to release the barring in my another number.

                                      Sir, I am Mansi Kapoor holder of vodefone mobile number [protected] I would like to complaint you that your vodafone organization increase the rates of 03G Internet day by day. It is too much. Actually vodafone company robbing the people by hook or by crook. Vodafone is a single company who increase the rates as per own mind. They are not bother what reactions of consumers and what effect on their own business. Vodafone company forced to consumers to change the number by other networks because they publicly launched its auction. If vodafone company not applied its previous rates most of the consumers change the network and I am one of them. This is our humble request to you decrease the rates of 03G internet.                                         sir Am Basavaboina Phanindranath r/o hyd-i was resently take a vodafone post paid connection -but still sim was not activate, so i call to vodafone cust care his said go to your near vodafone store, and i allso visit kukatpally vodafone store, store person said we are not help you for this prblm, so what i do now? i all so pay 300rs/- for deposit fee but i lost that ex-cutive num, so please help me for my sim activeation my sim no#[protected] imsi no#[protected] my cell no: [protected]
