No Network Coverage on any third party network in Nigeria on my number, Else network available on another Vodafone no. of my colleague. Before going I Confirmed about the network coverage to an executive he told me that you get the coverage there, but since last 15 days there is No signal in my sim. I complaint so many times regarding that, They give different types of options to do and lastly after 12 days they told that there is no coverage of Vodafone in Nigeria. If there is no coverage of Vodafone in Nigeria then how my colleague phone is working and why the customer care executive told me that I get full network there. Due to this, I loss my important calls and Messages as its my important and old number and it is also registered with so many facility providing services. I am coming here for Last 2 years, I need my no working here.

    I have visited Vodafone store and submitted by photo and address proof to migrate my corporate postpaid to prepaid. As suggested cleared by due amount in cash, till till the vodafone has not migrated the number to prepaid. Customer care executives are not able to provide any update, no amount pending on my account.Escalated the case to Nodal and Appellate authority but no response received from them. Unnecessary billing happening from not migrating the number. Please let me know if there is any way to do it. My mail ID [protected]@gmail.com and number [protected].

      On 25/06/2015, in morning I recharged. my vodafone balance was Rs.15 but my balance of Rs. 10/- is deducted. now balance is Rs. 5 only. After talking to your customer care representative no genuine reason was found and not even proper response was given. Without my consent balance is deducted. please kindly refund Rs.10 back.

        Hi team, I have reached the amount of Rs 33/ through USD code for all over India 40/paise traffic on Wednesday(17/06/2015) .the same day my local & STD call rate has been deducted 40 paise/minutes only.but next day morning an wares charged 90 paise /minutes. I have registered the complaint against this complaint number is: [protected] your executive are said will resolve this issue by 22/06/2015 by 12:30 pm.he said until don't make any call for std. I cannot wait till then with out std calls so i have reached RS 12/ for 15 days . now without my notice they are closed my complient.i have call and asked your executive he said does know the English only Hindi i have requested him to transfer the call to some one who knows the English he said no all are busy.he dont know english & he not transfor the call then how can resolve my problem. and your senior executive are not at all pick up the phone .then why they are sitting.           I HAVE BOUGHT A PACKAGE OF 4 GB PLAN AND I CANT EVEN USE THE DATA AS 3G. ITS WORST THAN 2G. AND NETWORK IS NOT AVAILABLE MOST OF THE TIME. THE COMPANY CHEATS THE CUSTOMER AND GIVES LOT OF MENTAL STRAIN AND LOSS OF MONEY AND HOPE. AND THEY DONT HAVE A PROPER RESOLUTION FOR THIS.KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL THANK U

            Respected sir,
            I am kunal varlekar living at shubham residency, near raj corner, pal road, surat, gujarat - 394510 and using the prepaid sim card of vodafone having no. [protected] since last two years and using the 3g services of this company since almost last one year.
            My complaint is that there is no proper 3g signals can get in my residential address that mentioned above. In the past i had done lots of complaints in vodafone customer care regarding this network problem in my residential area but the company not take any step and solve the problem. But every time company said to hold on. Also i want to share that i am living in urban area of surat district not in rural area. Even though company is not solving this problem. So, i request to consumer forum to solve this problem as soon as possible.

              My Mobile no is [protected], at Kolkata. On 24/06/2015 I received a message from Vodaphone at 15.59 pm that ZEEDITTO service is activated as requested and Rs. 35/- was deducted from my balance. I would like to make it clear that no such request was ever made by me nor I require such services. I challenge to produce any evidence confirming my request in this regard. Accordingly after lot of try I could reach to customer care ( 155223) at about 16.44 pm for immediate deactivation and refund of Rs. 35/. I received a confirmatory message about deactivation about same time but no refund o[censored]nauthorized deduction of Rs. 35/ was made till now though I was assured about processing within next four hours. This is totally unauthorized action on the part of Vodaphone and amounts to usurp my fund illegally. Please note if deducted amount of Rs. 35/ is not refunded and restore to my balance, I shall initiate appropriate action making directors respondent in this matter after 24 hours of this notice. I perforce shall have to bring this matter to the notice of Directors at head quarter also. Pratibha Singh C/o A.N. Singh

                There were 3 VAS has been deactivated which was activated without intimation. Customer care agent promised that rs.130.00 will be refunded on deactivation of services but still have not received.. Its been a week after the complaint is registered. Please look in to this issue soon..

                  Sir i have received a text message saying 100 rs discount on 3g offer, where if i recharge 147 rs instead of 251rs i get 1 gb 3g data for 30 days . but till now i got only 500 mb data and still 500 mb has due to be credited. I already called more than 10 times to customer care visited Vodafone stores 3 times still no proper response. So please do the needful. I have attached all the required documents proof..                     The customer care of vodaphone is not helping me. I tried reaching out at their customer care stores, on their helpline number for various circles (maharastra and goa, mumbai circle) but they are not resolving my issue and keeping my number on hold for almost 40 mins. The issue is that my sim is not working from past 1-2 month, it was working fine before that. I was using this sim from past 5 years. Currently the incoming outgoing both are not working. I initially called at customer care, they said it can be rectified on at Maharashtra and goa circle as my sim is of pune. I called at this number also, they said since i m in Mumbai location, mumbai circcle customer care can handle it. I called there also, they said they cant help because this sim belongs to pune and i need to call at Maharashtra and goa circle. Even though i tried conveying them that i already called and they only asked me to call here, still they said they cant help. I visited Mumbai vodaphone help center located at hiranandani, but they also refused to help saying that since this sim if of pune, they cant help and i need to call at customer care. I tried doing live chat with their technicians, they asked me to recharge the sim with some amount. I recharged it with 300 top up. Then again they said to recharge it with some recharge which gives validity, i did it for 11 rs as per their recommendation. Still the issue is not resolved. I called at their feedback and complaint center, they are not accepting my complaint saying that i cant log complaint from feedback section and asking me to dial 198 from my cell. I told them that my number is not working and so how can i call at this number, still they are not ready to help me. i asked them to connect me to some manager or supervisor, they kept me on hold till 45 mins after which i lost my patience and thought of registering a complaint here. Please help me

                      I have a carporate plan on [protected] and take one add on no. under CUG. No is work for 4 days n then block for reason field verification pending. It should be done by ur side why i suffer for last 6 days. It is Vodafone company duty to do field verification and due to his casual approach why we suffer.

                        This no. [protected], I am using at last 8 years, my no has been closed without my information even there is no any due. When I contact customer care to register my complaint and restore my service the Vodafone guy has denied to register my complaint. At last couple of months I am very frustrating using Vodafone service, Vodafone charge very high bill for some times, sometime internet is not working. Now no. [protected] is deactivate. It is unexpected from Vodafone service. Please resolve my issue ASAP. My work is suffering due to this.

                          i have a vodafone no. [protected] in punjab, last month i did a recharge of 37rs. after checking the offer on 121 which said i will get 100 local minutes in it but when i got it recharged i only got 90 minutes i called customer care and i was told to wait ad nothing happened after that this month i again checked the 121 offer and did the same recharge but again i got only 90 minutes and when i called the customer care i was told to wait for 24 hours minimum after that i called the customer care and i was told they have lodged a complaint and i will get my balance minutes soon but after 2 days i did not get anything and i again called the customer care i was told the same thing that i have to wait and i will get my minutes but nothing happened instead they blocked my no. from calling customer care also when i tried to call from other no. they are saying i got full 100 minutes and i am lying or i should have called them on the same day when i made the recharge, they are not ready to listen to anything i say the customer care people dont know anytihng at all they only give fake refrence no.s and dont help at all i will request all to never go for 121 deal offers as they are fake and you wont get the benifit also change to tata tey are best in service and benifits

                            I am Heeraman Ram, Resident of Delhi. My Vodafone prepaid mobile number is [protected]. I am using it since some 2 odd years. Since a few months I am facing the problems of deductions times and again from my main balance for some services that I actually do not opt out for. Recently, Rs.23/- has been charged on 21.06.2015 and Rs.159/- on 23.06.2015 for services unknown to me. For deductions of Rs.23/- I first talked to Mr. Kuldeep and then to Mr Rahul, Customer Care officers of Vodafone on 21.06.2015. While Mr. Kuldeep was stubborn and rigid stating that the deduction was against my some request, and so he expressed his helplessness to do any favour and the call was disconnected. Mr. Rahul informed that this charge was made inadvertently against one Juice Up service (what I really don't know). However, he assured me of crediting this amount back within 24 hours. As of now I have not received the money, rather, Rs.159/- has been deducted today from my left out balance and now I am not having any balance left in my mobile to make even a missed call. For this I have connected thrice to customer care, but it is conveying its inability to help me. As such, I am very much aggrieved of this repeated fraud by the Vodafone company. Please take stringent action against the company for refund of the amounts deducted alongwith making penalties as appropriate for this fraudness of the company.

                              I have communicated via customer care, Direst store, mail also to Vodafone [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected]- Hello, As per telephonic conversation with your Executive. Same issue is described below. Facing following issues with your services for below numbers [protected] / [protected] / [protected] / [protected] With out my prior written request, monthly rental is changed (I got all the paid bills from the beginning with 201 monthly rental), credit limit has been increased without my written concern. I have asked several times to your executive over phone or through your mini stores. They particularly mentioned [protected] bill was high because of internet usage. But i use WI-FI at my home and office and for all numbers rental plans are changed. When i requested them to show my usage. I get negative answer I asked all the users to surrender the number and asked them to use their personal numbers. Still i found the bill is spiking out. Better resolve this problem or kindly accept this as my cancellation request for all the above mentioned numbers. I would better prefer cancellation with proper bill amount only with what is used. Let me know how to proceed with cancelling procedure, Since i have no proper response from Vodafone for any queries. Kindly don't make us responsible for increasing credit limit and change in monthly rental plan for all numbers. It happened without my written request.                                 I visited D-27, Connaught Place Delhi Vodafone store to change my postpaid service to prepaid service & took the Token No.260 on 22.06.15.at 05..55 Pm..When my turn came the customer care staff Mr Wihaj just ignored my turn & kept me waiting for half an hour.When I again asked him he flatly refused me to entertain & told me you have to wait more despite my turn & If I want to complain I was free to do so.I was shocked & surprised the behavior of vodafone staff. Will the concerned person look into it as how my precious time was wasted & such a rude experience I have to face with such a good company. Balkrishna Begrajka. Mob.[protected]

They conducted interview at ITI Amreli on 12 June 2015. After that he got mail that he is selected & asked to credit Rs.2000 as security deposit to Mr. Kirpal Singh account number & he did. Then he got mail to appear Delhi for Document verification on 6 July 2015. He is thinking to go there, but I have doubt that it is fraud job offer.                                   i applied for this jobs then he call me and take online telephonic interview and says that i am selected for area manager post.

                                  before joining the company has provide a training of 7 to 15 days at two location one at kolkata and another at durgapur.

                                  to attend this training there requirement o[censored]niform for this to deposit Rs. 1850+150 at his account.
