Message I got on 9th Jun-15 (Hi Rs100 Discount on 3G Data for you! Get 1GB data on Rs 147 instead of Rs 251.offer applicable only from Recharge mode till 11th June.) As per above Msg I recharged on 11th June-15 for 147Rs at 8.30PM (Your Internet pack is activated now valid up to 8th July-15 time 23.59.59 balance 500MB. I call up to the customer care 198(Complaints no) they told after 24hr remaining data 500MB will credit. After 24 hrs also not credited. Again 3rd time I call up to customer care .they registered complaint Number [protected] on 12thb june-15 @ 6.27PM we will respond your query by monday 15th jun-15 before 06.00pm. Till date I did not get any Data or any call from vodafone as they commited to solve my problem simply vodofone is cheating us.why the hell you cheat us?? Y shall I do follow up for your given offer? Kindly solve this

    Dear Team, My mobile number is [protected] from Vodafone. My data plan is 450 Rs 2GB 3G (Capping til 1050 Rs). I utilised my 2GB on 25 May 2015. I have recharged 1 GB booster plan on 25 May itself and 300 MB on 7th June. Inspite of Booster recharge i have charged till capping plan. means 450+1050+250+100 = 1850 Rs. When I visited Vodafone store they don't have knowledge of billing process, they just took my complaint. Today when i called Vodafone call center for my query answer they are saying I utilized more Data. I can't use booster plan on 450 Rs plan, If i can't then how can u took my request and charged for it.

      On 10, june 2015 a msg from vodafone came on my vodafone no [protected] which told me about 3G offer that i would get 1gb 3G data for 28 days in 147 rupees. I reccharged it on 10/06/2015 at evening and got 500 mb data when made a call to c.c on 17/06/2015 to provide me remaining 500 mb 3G data they refused to provide me the data.

        I have 2 Vodafone nos, 1 I am using in dongle and other 1 in my mobile. I recharged 3g for 28 days of Rs. 250 from my [protected] (mobile no.) on the no. of [protected] (my dongle ).' Via paytm (Online) and the amount was deducted from account but my dongle was not working. This is pathetic. Request you to kindly resolve the issue. Thanks, Anamika [protected], [protected]

              I am writing you regarding deduction of my balance without any reason constantly. First deduction was done of Rs.90/- on 27/5/2015. Second deduction was done of Rs.90/- on 1/6/2015. Third deduction was done of Rs.90/- on 13/6/2015 & Fourth deduction was done of Rs. 90/- on 17/6/2015. After done deductions, I can asked to costomer care to know the reason of deduction, According to reply of custumer care, the deduction was made on account of ISD Calls. Let you know the one thing that I HAVE NO FRIEND & RELATIVE IN ABROAD. Secondry, the ISD number on which called from my phone was not provided me yet. Kindly note that on said days I did not dial any ISD number, even or cross examination you customer care department neither reply suitably not call forward to any responsible senior executive. Therefore I request you to look into the matter & credit the same amount in my Account, which was deducted at your end withoudt any reason. Tara Chand Panchal Mobile No.-[protected]

                I Anil Kumar Garg taken six connections under my Firm's name M/s ANIL KUMAR GARG. My mobile no. is [protected]. In my number and Asha Garg's number there is discrepancy as per the plan agreed by the representative of your company which are as follows: 1) Outgoing call agreed VF 2 VF .20p, VF 2 Others .30p & VF 2 LL .50p. But in bills it is charged for all .50p. 2) Call charges was 200 minutes free for local and next 299 minutes free for STD and local whichever used earlier. My billing cycle started on 6th. of every month. But from the beginning of the billing cycle STD charges charged. I have taken the connection from March' 15 onwards. I am complaining the same from beginning, but everytime your company representaive said that it will be resolved soon and all the extra money paid by you will be returned. Please look in the matter as early as possible.

                    I have paid the vodafone mobile bill on time for all the outstanding bills till date and sent the bank statement showing the debit to their customer care. Even after that my mobile connection is cut today by vodafone and unable to make any calls and affecting my business badly

                      the terms and condition of vodafone is very bad.they cheat customer with different type of plan, and there is no extra use on that plan but they charged us illegaly .please response on my complain hurry, otherwise i will complain in telecom regulatory .the vodafone charged bill illegally, one side they give us free product(3G usb dongle), otherside they charged us illegally . that's not fare . in my view the vodafone is very bad telecom company. and i gave my 3G dongle for replacing K4201 and they give me a old reject model after one month K3800, AND again i went to vodafone store for replacing this model but after 2 month the dongle is in vodafone store. t bought dongle for my pc use only not in phone.my vodafone postpaid number is [protected].and alternate number is [protected] .

                        R/sir my voda nos are [protected] & [protected]. As I was to fly to USA, I visited voda gallery on Sinhgad Rd pune to pay dues & keep nos in Safe Custody.The staff told me dues as on 11/3/15 as Rs400/- & SAFE CUSTODY CHARGES ( SFC )Rs 600/- for 2 numbers for 6 months.So I paid Rs1000/-by SBI Credit Card & within 1 hr of it, my numbers were deactivated for safe custody.But Voda raised bill for Rs479.39 on me on 25/3 ie monthly bill date and is sending reminders to pay it with penal charges.Despite my n number of mails clarifying it, voda claimed that it received only Rs700/-on 11/3 further asking me to pay bill.1st thing, Voda can not raise bill again on 25/3 when I paid all dues as on 11/3 that too with SFC. 2ndly it is just impossible that voda received just Rs700/- out of my payment of Rs1000/- thru credit card..So it is an example of mismanagement of voda in adjusting receipts to proper accounts.I request your honour to pl take up d matter with Voda to take back bill dt 25/3 & to release my numbers under portebility to BSNL as I do want to continue with Voda with this attitude n mismanagement

                          I purchased a sim of Vodafone (postpay)plan 299...in Vodafone gallery the employees there I told them give me alert msg aur put capping on my account so tht I dnt exceed calling above 600mins..bcz with 299 plan I only get 600local mins...Vodafone employees promised the same that they will iut capping on my account so that I dnt exceed calling ...but all these were false promise made at the time of sale... They didn't put capping neither they informed me tht u have used yr 600local mins...& this lead to exceed local mins ...& I got hige bill of 600 rs...its Vodafone companys fault wheni called customer care they rejected my complaint...pathetic service

                              Last month vodafone unnecessary activated some service on my number. within 5 min i called customer care and asked them about it. They told that it had been activated accidentally and terminated the service. But when the bill came they include 45 in it. Now i have been trying to contact them but no response from there side. Let me know what all option I have ?

                                Why we people not book a complaint against Vodafone in consumer court? They are doing lot of cheating with everyone I think we should tie together and book a case against this cheater company, I am also facing the bill issue, I am having corporate account with Vodafone [protected], normally my bill amount never goes to above 500 INR since 2008, but may month bill they charged me for 4871, out of that 4088 was for usage data of 1986 Mbs, which I used according to Vodafone, where I already having a data package on my plan for 2GB, the usage was under the limit but they charged me so huge amount, when I raised complaint for it their executive has accepted the mistake in bill and assured me that the wrongly charged amount will be reversed, but after some days I got call from Vodafone they says the charges was correct and they will not reversed the amount, they says data was on 3G services as I have data plan for 2G, and it was an offer on my new mobile purchase from SNAPDEAL I got the free 3g 500mb but as I had used more than free data, I never requested for 3G services, Even I did not got any SMS or alert for activation of services, they had activate 3G services without my confirming me, even they did not passed me any information, and joke that they are saying I did not used 2G services at all as this plan is already activated on my plan, I had email the details at corporate.[protected]@vodafone.in but did not got any reply from Vodafone, now I am looking for an advocate to book a case on Vodafone for their cheating and harassment which their employees was doing with me, if any one like to joint me can contact me, even I am looking for an advocate if anyone knows a good lawyer please share my contact with him, or his contact with me I had all correspondence and call recording with me

                                  I have a vodafone number [protected] since 2006. I have also taken another number two years ago ( [protected])which was used for my tablet. The two bills come separately. This month I was unable to pay my last bill (Rs 3200) as I was not in station and while my total credit limit is more than Rs 18000, my outgoing was blocked. I returned today and paid the money. I got three SMS saying my outgoing was now opened, but till after 6 hours it had not so I made an inquiry from 199. I was told that unless I paid the other bill amount for no [protected], they would continue to block. This number had not been paid as it was under dispute since I had not received any bills. I was therefore forced to pay for this as well and i got it discontinued immediately, forgoing any loss. Even then Vodafone did not restore my outgoing and on further inquiry I was ntold I have to pay the balance amount of my no [protected]. I told them that this was due only on the 29th of June, to which they apologized and said it will be restored in 4 hours. It has still not been done. Vodafone has always been resorting to unfair trade practices and monopolistic policies and I want to see how they can be made to be fair to consumers and users.

                                    This is my number [protected], bill amount last 2month we received bill amount very high, so i change my vodafone plane, i report to customer care regarding this issue and they sad to check me after 21.5.15 he also help to change my plan. As per the plan, i should have received bill amount of about Rs.2500 + above.. But i received bill amount of Rs. 5872. It is not all possible... The given statement was absolutely wrong and need proper clarification on this issue...

                                      I received very high bill amount for this last 2 month.. last month we change our vodafone plan but he, s charge both plan amount, previous plan amount 1999rs, current plan amount rent charge Rs199+Internet charges Rs850, my bill cycle is 12.5.15 to 12.6.15 i change previous plan 21.5.15 because i have last month bill very high so i change plan, previous plan 1999rs is Internet charges free for 8GB and current plan 5GB free + i have extra booster activated 2GB= charges 500Rs total i used 15GB, first he said free for Internet now he charged, this is for my complaint

                                        i have a problem with vodafone that how and who is activating the services on my my number [protected]. In last 2 months i have been charged RS 45 2 times. Just now i have been charged for 75 rupees saying that sone service has been activated on my cell, even though no one was using the cell. I have called customer care for 2 times now and both the time they cut the call without giving me proper feedback/responce.
