I purchased a sim of Vodafone (postpay)plan 299...in Vodafone gallery the employees there I told them give me alert msg aur put capping on my account so tht I dnt exceed calling above 600mins..bcz with 299 plan I only get 600local mins...Vodafone employees promised the same that they will iut capping on my account so that I dnt exceed calling ...but all these were false promise made at the time of sale... They didn't put capping neither...

Vodafone has activated Mobile Mela Service without my consent and deducted Rs. 35. This is not a mistake of my side. Last month vodafone unnecessary activated some service on my number. within 5 min i called customer care and asked them about it. They told that it had been activated accidentally and terminated the service. But when the bill came they include 45 in it. Now i have been trying to contact them but no response from there side. I have ported my number from docomo to vodafone past one month. Vodafone mesaged me to pay the outstanding bill of docomo and I paid it on 5-06-15, but they suspended my sim card on 15-06-15.
