I recharge my voda no.[protected], packs showed in online vodafone site's pack 96 have full Talk time validity 30days after recharge I got 1GB data, I shocked got message than I talked to vodafone customer care and nodal officer Punjab circle but they cant helped me so please refund above amount as soon possible.

    Sir, I have closed [protected] Vodafone number on and from 03.12.2014 Vodafone request no is [protected] and [protected] Dtd 3rd December 2014. I have submitted SIM card with vodafone store Bhusawal. Such acknowledgement is with me, and final bill email as well as sms also received. Mr Sahitya Gour of Bhusawal n Mr Abhay Kothari of Jalgaon office has help me lot. After some months Vodafone Nasik office has done reactivation... I don't know why... Now I am receiving calls from Vodafone to pay the bill. And doing mental harassment... Please look into the matter and I am expecting help from you. Thanking you. Suneel Ambade.

      I had recharged my Vodafone dongle with no: [protected] on 1st June 2015. The first transaction got cancelled so, I recharged it again. But till date, I havent received my first transaction amount even when such complaints are resolved within 7 working days of recharge.

        Greetings, I am disgusted to the core with your poor negligent customer service. Using your service is no other than a pathetic frustration added to life. I need to deactivate my post paid number [protected] immediately. Reference number of your negligent incorrigible customer service[protected]. I have made the request on 7th June 2015 in your Vodafone store Dwarka, Delhi but you have taken no action. I have written mails to "corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com" from 13 June 2015 till today without any reply. Called your customer service team multiple times without any resolution. *** Pull out the data of the calls I made to your customer service and emails sent just to make to do your job with some sincerity. Deactivate the number immediately and settle the outstanding bill amount as I am ready to pay right now. I DON'T NEED YOUR SERVICE ANY FURTHER. I NEED ACTION TO BE TAKEN ASAP. Also I need a follow up via email. If i am still deprived of assistance then I am going to the law for action, as i am really done chasing you for your service. Best regards

          For vodafone no. [protected] Requested to move to prepaid in March 15 at the Vodafone store in vimannagar, Pune. The executive said to change to a lower plan n he would do the needful. However in April I received a bill with the old plan, hence called customer care, the girl I spoke with assured that my plan will be changed. Yet again this was not done. Now they have sent a collection agent who firstly did not understand the problem of my refusal to pay due to an error on Vodafones part. Secondly he turned around and said, if you can't pay why do you use the service, he was very rude, and I raised my voice too. I asked him for his identification, which he adamantly refused to share with me.

            Dear Sir, I have more than 3 vodafone prepaid sim cards. there is lot of network issue because of which call frequently gets disconnected. my office in kharghar sector 7, Aum sai Bldg. please solve my issue soon otherwise I would have to change my service provider.

              NAme - Venugopal Yelgonda Mobile NO - [protected] I had a post paid plan of 299 monthly rental with 200mints free talk time and 750MB free 3G and unlimited 2G .. On my request to convert postpaid to prepaid company representative on vadaphone store obliged me to pay both monthly rental without passing on benifits of my monthly plan and moreover he included unbilled amount on my data usage and call made during the month in the bill.. Its a total fraud company policy diue to which I paid almost 300 to 400Rs extra .. this theft from consumers must be stopped

                Cell:[protected] without my knowledge or my instruction they itself changed the tariff plan from eplan 499 to 999 eplan. Unfortunately I had visited Vodafone store on 17/06/15. At that time I came to know that my tarrif plan had changed without my knowledge or my instruction they itself changed the plan to higher tarrif plan.This happened second time for me. I need only eplan499 only. They should waive off the plan and extra rent amount for me.they had done the mistake wantedly to charge the customer to higher.

                  my Vodafone num [protected] was recharged with 110 full talk time on 15/6/15 . At present my balance was deducted to 8 Rs without using any balance suddenly 99 Rs was deducted from my balance wen I was trying to reach the customer care executive der was no response . So I request to refund my deducted balance

Ka 2g (2gb data) 28 days ke leya local deller se leken muje abhi tak serf 1gb data mela hai mene customer care pe call bhi ki par bo keh rahe hai ki apke no. Pe esa koi bhi offer nahi hai fer maine deller se baat ki to usne mera no. Chech kiya to uske mobile mai show kar raha hai offer fer maine apne mobile se *121# pe offer chech kiya mere mobile phone pe bhi offer dikha raha hai. Please mere problem jaldi solve kar degeya muje to lag raha hai customer care walo ne hi kuch kiya hai kyoki esa pehle kabhi nahi hua hai mere sath mene 7-8 bar phone kia customer care walo ko to sabne alag alag baate batai muje koi keh raha hai ki aapka offer nahi chal raha hai koi keh raha hai 4 hours baad aa jaega koi keh raha hai ki aapke paas 1 hour baad call aaegi par mere paas koi call nahi aayi please jaldi aap chech kar legeya ki kya problem hai *THANK YOU*

                      My no is [protected] I recharged 855 Internet pack on 11 june so I can 5 gb 3g speed data but today I got a sms that my existing plan was overwritten and when I asked customer care they are saying now I will get only 3 gb faster speed data How can they change my data plan without asking me and in 855 rs I will get only 3 gb faster data so why the he'll ill use Vodafone Resolve my prob as soon as possible

                        Hi - I am Michael Fernandes and my number with Vodafone were [protected] and [protected]. I have received a notice today stating that I need to pay some 1700 odd towards my number ending in 8368. I have closed both these numbers somewhere in the month of October after following up with the customer service for more than 5 months to change the account plan to original for number ending in 8368 (I was not sure as to how the plan changed in first place. The account plan was changed somewhere in the month of March or April when I started seeing increased bill amount). I was asked to send numerous mails to "corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com" to change the account plan back to original which I did for almost 5 times (mail attached) but till October the plan was not changed and they kept billing me for higher plan. Just to keep you informed that I have paid off the number ending in 0368 as there were no issues with that card. I have confirmed the same when I called up Vodafone customer support and they agreed to that. Now I am not sure why I am receiving the notice stating I need to pay 1700 towards my mobile bill wherein the attached proofs clearly states incapability of Vodafone to resolve the issues which we can find if we have call recordings pertaining to this account. Everytime I called the only option that I was given to send the mail to their email address but nothing was taken care off till the time I called up Vodafone and closed the card. Would request you to please look into this and advice at the earliest.

                          Message I got on 9th Jun-15 (Hi Rs100 Discount on 3G Data for you! Get 1GB data on Rs 147 instead of Rs 251.offer applicable only from Recharge mode till 11th June.) As per above Msg I recharged on 11th June-15 for 147Rs at 8.30PM (Your Internet pack is activated now valid up to 8th July-15 time 23.59.59 balance 500MB. I call up to the customer care 198(Complaints no) they told after 24hr remaining data 500MB will credit. After 24 hrs also not credited. Again 3rd time I call up to customer care .they registered complaint Number [protected] on 12thb june-15 @ 6.27PM we will respond your query by monday 15th jun-15 before 06.00pm. Till date I did not get any Data or any call from vodafone as they commited to solve my problem simply vodofone is cheating us.why the hell you cheat us?? Y shall I do follow up for your given offer? Kindly solve this

                            Dear Team, My mobile number is [protected] from Vodafone. My data plan is 450 Rs 2GB 3G (Capping til 1050 Rs). I utilised my 2GB on 25 May 2015. I have recharged 1 GB booster plan on 25 May itself and 300 MB on 7th June. Inspite of Booster recharge i have charged till capping plan. means 450+1050+250+100 = 1850 Rs. When I visited Vodafone store they don't have knowledge of billing process, they just took my complaint. Today when i called Vodafone call center for my query answer they are saying I utilized more Data. I can't use booster plan on 450 Rs plan, If i can't then how can u took my request and charged for it.

                              On 10, june 2015 a msg from vodafone came on my vodafone no [protected] which told me about 3G offer that i would get 1gb 3G data for 28 days in 147 rupees. I reccharged it on 10/06/2015 at evening and got 500 mb data when made a call to c.c on 17/06/2015 to provide me remaining 500 mb 3G data they refused to provide me the data.

                                I have 2 Vodafone nos, 1 I am using in dongle and other 1 in my mobile. I recharged 3g for 28 days of Rs. 250 from my [protected] (mobile no.) on the no. of [protected] (my dongle ).'                                       I am writing you regarding deduction of my balance without any reason constantly. First deduction was done of Rs.90/- on 27/5/2015. Second deduction was done of Rs.90/- on 1/6/2015. Third deduction was done of Rs.90/- on 13/6/2015 & Fourth deduction was done of Rs. 90/- on 17/6/2015. After done deductions, I can asked to costomer care to know the reason of deduction, According to reply of custumer care, the deduction was made on account of ISD Calls. Let you know the one thing that I HAVE NO FRIEND & RELATIVE IN ABROAD. Secondry, the ISD number on which called from my phone was not provided me yet. Kindly note that on said days I did not dial any ISD number, even or cross examination you customer care department neither reply suitably not call forward to any responsible senior executive.                                         I Anil Kumar Garg taken six connections under my Firm's name M/s ANIL KUMAR GARG. My mobile no. is [protected]. In my number and Asha Garg's number there is discrepancy as per the plan agreed by the representative of your company which are as follows: 1) Outgoing call agreed VF 2 VF .20p, VF 2 Others .30p & VF 2 LL .50p. But in bills it is charged for all .50p. 2) Call charges was 200 minutes free for local and next 299 minutes free for STD and local whichever used earlier. My billing cycle started on 6th. of every month. But from the beginning of the billing cycle STD charges charged. I have taken the connection from March' 15 onwards. I am complaining the same from beginning, but everytime your company representaive said that it will be resolved soon and all the extra money paid by you will be returned. Please look in the matter as early as possible.
