Requested to move to prepaid in March 15 at the Vodafone store in vimannagar, Pune. The executive said to change to a lower plan n he would do the needful. However in April I received a bill with the old plan, hence called customer care, the girl I spoke with assured that my plan will be changed. Yet again this was not done.
Now they have sent a collection agent who firstly did not understand the problem of my refusal to pay due to an error on Vodafones part. Secondly he turned around and said, if you can't pay why do you use the service, he was very rude, and I raised my voice too. I asked him for his identification, which he adamantly refused to share with me.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
