I hav been using vodafone connection for years now. I am a smart phone user and i recharge my account with data pack every month. I usually recharge for a 1 GB plan which is more than sufficient as per my usage. I also recharge for 500MB data plan on which i easily use data for around 15-20 days. I recharged my number with data plan of 500 MB worth Rs.147/- yesterday night at 9.12pm. And while i did not even use the data as such, it says i have exhausted the data limit. Moreover, my main balance deductions have been made for over Rs.200 since last night. I called the customer care executive for help, but they try to justify this act by stating hat i had used so much of data in a single night, while the fact is even my phone was switched off for most of the time. They even disconnected my call without resolving my issue. This is highly disappointing and undesirable. I expect vodafone to resolve my case as soon as possible to avoid legal complications.

    I recently bought a postpaid connection for which all required documents were provided and verification of place was also done by vodafone. 1. Flat no. in Address proof has clearly been mentioned as '704' 2. Person for verification was also brought to attention 3. He himself came and verified the flat no. Still address mentioned in profile is as flat no. 702, not sure why? When I raised this to customer care, I was advised to visit Vodafone store again with same address proof. Why should a customer keep visiting store for Vodafone or it's employees's mistake? I am going to give same address proof again, what's the point? I went to store as well, (probaby realizing their mistake) I was advised that this will get updated without any docs. This has been 5 days, nothing has happened. Instead I am getting rude replies from customer care that we will not lodge any complaint but you have to go vodafone store. This is really frustating.       dear sir my name is narendra shingade the Vodafone company charge their bill that type which they want i had complaint against them seems last four months but they are not responding first bills was like 1. 550 2. 600 3.1940 4.940 but they gave sum concession n its 840 n now they changed my plan without my permission my last plan was 249/- in that plan 600 local min other 60 paisa per m v to v 30 ppm but now they changed my plan without my permission n i dont want that i just want to terminate service n i cant able to come at their outlet so pls i will make their payment by internet n just turn my post pay service in to pre paid

          I have applied to convert my mobile connection from bsnl to vodafone with all relevant documents to your mini store at untwadi, cidco, nashik, Maharashtra, pin-422008 two times on 27.5.15 and 06.06.15, but not yet converted.Owner Mr. Prasant Mob.no. I find that this mini store closed and where shifted also I don't know.So many times I ring him but always switch off.Sim card No.[protected], IMSI No.[protected].Kindli do the needful and inform me what to do.

            My name is sandip i did online recharge of Rs.23/- for data/ internet from mobikwik recharge done successfully but it is not for internet but for reduce call rate if i asked to customer care of Vodafone then they said i have selected wrong circle i.e. i want to select mumbai i select maharashtra .and actully i was not seen there circle as mumbai. What rubbish every one know mumbai is place in Maharashtra so i select maharashtra but the vodafone not agree to listen me.When i got message of recharge successful i on DATA and suddenly i got message my account balance is 0.

                HI All, I'm totally exhausted and tired by the unsatisfied and waste service of Vodafone. I completely agreed with "Happy to help you" is just a Tag line and no one is bother to help you. There were regular deductions for my number([protected]) for various services activation on which i never subscribed or have any clue how it happened, The only thing i know is that every day or two i get messages for Balance deductions. This is happening from around last 3 Months(From March) Customers first point of contact : Customer Care Officers Initially I call customer care on this issue on this, I explained my concern and they informed me that they have placed a request for deactivating the service and also placed refund request for my deducted amount which is around 25 rupees and i received the amount after 3-4 hours. But very next day again my balance got deducted for some other service activation on which i have no idea, how i got activated. On this when i tried to contact Customer Care(CC) i'm unable to connect them later when i went to Vodafone store i came to know that my number is in block list for excess calls to CC and i can't contact customer care. ...! First of all i want you all to make you realize and understand that Vodafone customer care is not my wife or Girlfriend to keep on calling them or disturbing them nor i'm earning money by calling them. When you don't want help on-line then better stop on call customer service and even i'm sorry to say such a big brand VODAFONE doesn't even have proper Customer Care Executes who can understand and address the issue/problem. You stupid people please try to understand when a customer is calling you by paying you its just for a problem or concern not for any personal use. I don't have time to call you guys and make you disturb. My second point of contact: Vodafone Store. I visited Vodafone store(Somajiguda, Hyderabad) on this issue but unable to get desired or expected result. I approached Nodal officer(Srinivas) at Varun Towers, Begumpet, Hyderabad. I brief him all the incidents which happened and he was apologized and refund 62 rupees and deactivated my flash services and guarantee that going further there won't be any deductions, but very next day SHOCKING news again my balance got deducted. I call CC and requested for DND and refund CC Executive placed a request for DND and refund and i got refunded after 3-4 hours. But again and again like days are passing my deductions are also goes on... for some various services or packs which i have no clue. I'm just fed up with all and can't trust on any one any more. It just feel that i'm paying Debts to Vodafone. I'm just looking for portability but before that i want all my amount to be refund and i also want to SUE Vodafone for all tension and pressure which they cause to me. I want any Manager/Lead to address this issue ASAP and explained with details on each and every deduction. Ultimately this all leads to loosing customer with dissatisfaction which directly effect your so called brand VODAFONE. -- Regards, Khaja Najmuddin Mohammed. [protected]

                  i already complaint that this company without given any information deactivate my 249rs plan after complaint on consumer they returns my 250rs as a main balance i use only 20rs rest all amount was debit on my mil balance when i ask customer care to know about this deduction he say we are not providing any information regarding that, so without given any information how any one deduced the balance... on saturday my net balace is last on 1;30pm and on 1;35pm this company deducted my whole main balance so in only five min of internet charge is 230rs... this company is a cheater company so i want my balace back...

                  This company not taken any action on this complain i still not got my money back i only want to say that TRAI should take some action regarding this type of activity without permission of consumer these telecom company not deducted any amount before deduction having conformation that we should charge such amount for such action are you agree or not after conformation action should be taken but this time all telecom company deducted money on behalf of sms a lot of consumer in this dont understand the mean of sms or english. Before deduction as bank a/c need code on same way we need security in our main balance a/c... please do some thing special to stop such type of fraud activities operated by telecom companies...

                    Hello sir, i am abhilash singh. I was calling on customer care no. in 15june at 2am. Executive pick up the call and without any welcome note he say in hindi "kya paresani h" means "whats the problem" in a rude way. I asked to know his name ..he didnot tell his name. I again tell him that i will complain ..then he say that ok as you wish...i call again 3 to 4 time.he picked the call gave same responce. After that he blocked my customer care service198.i am totally shocked.one of the executive named as "Subhash".All are executive sleep at night and takes salary without any works. All are customer care executives are represent the vodafone. Any misbehave made by him is not individual .i am 4year old customer. My cell no. is [protected].plZ check the all call around 2am.and listen all the conversation .plz take a strict action and open my customer care no.198.if you will not take any action, i will port this no.                       On 13th june at 8:29 pm I activate a daily offer by USSD for call [protected]@1.2/2sec. By Rs3. I try it two times but I got a response that, we are sorry to activate you request.when I try it 3rd time at 8:33 I got a message that ur offre is activated.then I checked my balance I found that Rs 9 is deducted from my main account instead of Rs 3.So 6 rupees is exces deducted from my balance. I call the customer care but they didn't give my balance return other hand they blocked my mobile no.[protected] to connect the customer care office.So I am sk haidar ali request to the authority to solve this problem otherwise I pass this illegal issue to consumers affairs, thank u.

THIS IS THIRD TIME I HAVE TOP UP MY PHONE BUT EVERY TIME MY BALANCE DEDUCTED AUTOMATICALLY DUE TO ACTIVATION OF SOME VALUE ADDED SERVICES WHICH I DIDN'T REQUEST. THIS TIME I HAVE TOP UP MY PH.                                 With reference to the above mentioned subject it is to inform you that my mobile no is [protected].I have made online payment of RS. 673.00 via online payment having transaction number DSB[protected]. Repeated reminders have been given to customer care and the excuses are only there without any solution.The customer care staff are ill informed and unresponsive.This is ridiculous and taking the customer for ride.I would like you to take immediate action and starting of international roaming with immediate effect.It is to further inform you that the vodafone has also deducted Rs. 673.00 from the balance available in the phone.The payment of Rs. 651.00 was made for internet pack via transaction no DSBS[protected].The internet pack is also not activated.This reflects highly irresponsible attitude towards customer.

                                  Before recharge I have checked at online (www.vodafone.in) for special offer in my number and it has shown 2GB data at Rs 255. Once I pay 255, I received only 650MB. After that I call to customer care and they say that there are some changes from last night on the tariff plan because of service tax. I told them that I checked it in online before recharge it and they replied that they could not able to anything. Why they didn't changed it on the online database(www.vodafone.in) before apply it to customers? It is not our responsibility to change or update their database system.

                                    Before recharge I have checked at online (www.vodafone.in) for special offer in my number and it has shown 2GB 3G at Rs 255. As per standard recharge tariff, 1GB 3G at Rs 255. But once I recharge with 255, I received 650 MB only instead of 2GB data, what was shown against my number as a special offer. When I call to customer care they reply that they have changed the recharge amount from last night because of changes in service tax and they could not be able to do anything. I told that they should update it online before it to apply. But they deny straightway.

                                      To avoid extra internet charges I have activated booster plan 1GB of Rs.250. But by keeping customer in dark Vodafone charges Rs.750 extra in the name of (MI_cap_750_30d_r_promo_3g). I had talk with Customer care regarding it but they have given some baseless answer that booster plan activates after 1 GB. And If booster plan activates it means you are having slow speed of 64kbps, so we charged Rs.750. What is the logic here ? I have activated booster plan to avoid to avoid extra internet charges and they have did gambling their itself. It that is the case customer should know that booster plan is of Rs.250 + Rs.750 extra when they send message for booster plan activation. I got charged for 2 times (May 2015 and June 2015) Regards, Helpless Customer

                                        Dear Team, Every time when I recharge my Vodafone SIM above Rs.300/-, I recieve a call from their executive asking for call rate deduction scheme and I refuse the same. Even though Rs.225/- are been deducted. Now a days when I end the call without recieving, they still forcefully deduct my balance. I have tried complaining to Vodafone outlets and customercare numbers. But they turn deaf ears. Indian consumer complaints forum is my last hope. Please help me out. As these calls are not been able to DND. Seeking justice. Yours truly, Mrunal Joshi.
