I got a new Vodafone connection, and i called upon the costumer care to verify my number. The person who attended my call started calling me from his personal number (+91-[protected]) and the way he was talking to me was really unexpected. When i asked who's there on call...He replies me, "you don't recognize my voice, we talked just a min ago". I disconnected his call, but he was calling again and again. Than for the last time i warned him that I'll definitely put up your complaint. I opted for Vodafone services for the very first time, and it's been such a bad experience. It feels so unsafe being connected to Vodafone due to such type of people.

    dr sir i am alredy buy the pack of 199 data plan (2g) but it has poover connectivity ..more times take load a web page in your plan deatils will writed 40 kb spped .. but i dont know why it..your services is to bad iam unsatisfied .. my no [protected]..two many times i lost my balances..very bad network..i will changing it.

      hi vodafone i am varun using ur network from last 7 years but recently i was satisfied with ur services but recently i moved to basrurkar market, moti bagh, new delhi and i am facing hell lot of trouble ...i am not able to get internet speed though internet is available..moreover signal strenth is good but while on calls voice breaks on both sides!!! its really annoying... i am on urge to change my network, as don't have any option left...but really want to be with vodafone i[censored] can please fix it soon(mobile no:[protected])

      hi this is varun i got another number of vodafone i already had net recharge of rs99 same evening i recharged it for rs99 again from paytm i got all email and confirmation from paytm of it net recharge been successful but my mb for net was not credited...please suggest and resolve asap(mobile no [protected]) preffered contact number:[protected]

      hi this is varun again i was contacted by a vodafone representative who took down all my details and gave me a turn around time of 5 working days its been like 7 working days now but never heard from any one...plz suggest!!!
      hi i got your message asking for the best time to contact me, , , so u can call me 0900 hrs to 1100hrs preferably but calling any time in day will not be a concern fr me
      please try to resolve it asap as its getting more and more frustating.
      hi team i missed ur call yesterday as i was in market didn't realized that my phone is ringing...FYI u can always call me again 2-3 times in a day if i am not able to answer...due to any xyz reasons..or i[censored] can call only once a day plz give me a call back number as the number from which u call is a virtual number i believe as i can not call back on that number.
      and please acknowledge my msgs if the complaint team or media team is reading(whosoever is responsible to do so)

        Dear Madam/Sir, My vodafone connection has been disconnected from 9th of June (No.[protected]). I took connection on 30th May. I give appointment for two times for the verification, still nobody came.I came to the vodafone store and give complaint also. Two days I was waiting for the vodafone officials at my residence.           Respected sir I have activated 299 unlimited data pack on may 27 2015, I have repeatedly ask the activated person about the usage.he/she told me that data pack activated and I can use it unlimitedly.customer care people told me that there will be no charges for the data used, by hearing that I have used the data at my maximum. The picture changed when the bill generated I was charged hugely.I was shocked by seeing the bill.I requested for the waver for the data used after activation.one of the vodafone associate called me and told me that I am eligible for the waver and I will get the waver completely but it is not reflected in my bill till now. I am using the Vodafone connection since 2009 I have no dues till date. Kindly waver me the amount charged for the data usage from may 27-to bill date

            Dear Team, i had submitted request to deactivate my above number in March via email and call to your help line number. Phone Executive told me that my number is deactivated in March itself. Still got my bill generated where in i had pay extra bill for 15 days. Just to get rid from our services on this number, i paid my bill ans submitted email request to deactivate number!! after confirmation of de-activation in March for second time, i got bill again in May month for which i submitted email request again for which got response that number is deactivated. when i raised query that how many time do i need to submit deactivation requests, i have got no response from Vodafone. My colleague also facing similar issues so this is quite common with Vodafone!1

              Dear sir. This is my 2nd mail to you regarding the data pack which was not provided to me as promised by Vodafone. Actually sir I recharged with rupees 179 for 2G data for 2GB, but after recharging I got only 1GB instead of 2GB. I called the Vodafone customer care (198) but they were denying that there is no offer like this available. I kept on telling them it's showing in my best deals offer (121), they said nothing like this is available and kept the phone without giving me proper answer and my phone was blocked and I was not able to make calls to 198 number. After that I wrote to you and after 2days I got a call from Bangalore Vodafone asking me about my problem I told her clearly about the offer which Vodafone was giving me but she was also denying me saying that there is no such offer available on my best deals. I told her this is not good and then finally she said to send screen shot of my best deal offer which I did immediately and I got an automatic generated mail from them stating they will get back to me within 2days but it has been 3days still they have not replied me, I think they are still reading my mail. I'm also attaching you my screen shot which I sent to them. I just don't understand why such a big company like Vodafone is acting in such a immature manner. Even after sending screen shots as per their request they are not bothered to reply or give me my remaining balance of 1GB. They are just dragging the issue which is not acceptable. It's a big shame to Vodafone company to act in such a shameful manner. Iam very disappointed with the way Vodafone company is handling this matter.. Sir I humbly request you to take action against Vodafone so that they don't do this to anyone else..my mobile number is [protected]. Regards

                I got call on 11th June 2015 at 12:06 PM on my mobile no. [protected], against my complaint registration no.[protected]. Vodafone employee was not in favor to resolve my complaint. Not sure but his name us Rohit. When i asked to let me talk to his manager to resolve my complaint he replied that he the supreme boss of Vodafone and no one above him. So if he declined to resolve no one can change his decision regarding my Vodafone complaint. My complaint is unresolved. Need to see action from Vodafone for my complaint and action on Vodafone employee who called me.

                  Dear Sir, My name is Karthikeyan S and I am using 6 connections of Vodafone under CUG scheme. The numbers are [protected], 37, 24, 25, 26, 27. Last one year I am struggling with the poor signal quality and I made several requests and no progress at all from your side. Finally I applied for a number portability on 22nd of May 2015 after consulting a customer care executive the process for the same. After that I approached Airtel and they completed all the formalities like issuing SIM card and address verification. Your bill got generated very late but once it's generated I paid the same on the same day. Yesterday I got an SMS stating my portability request got rejected because of the time duration for portability is expired. I spoke to Mr. Vignesh supervisor Vodafone committed that he will call me on 11/05/2015 3.00 pm but no call back was made and I made call to customer care again they also committed that I will get a call by 8.30 pm on the same day. No call back till now. I made a call again to the customer care but the person who said as my number is under corporate plan I have to check my feasibility of portability before sending SMS to 1900. After 21 days I am getting a new information today from Vodafone. I have a very huge call drop which as per latest telecommunication ministry circular or proposed plan I can claim for the last one year bill which I paid to you because of poor signal. Here my point is please release me from this network which I had almost eight years of relationship. I am frustrated the way the guide client like me who is educated and know the process. How you people will treat me if an under educated or uneducated fights with you. Here if I don't get any solution I have to approach the consumer court soon. Karthikeyan S [protected]

                      Hi, I am Vijay Dhawale from Thane, in last week of may I have requested for number porting from Tata Docomo to Vodafone in post paid plan. Got a call from one of your DSA - Shri Enterprises, Bhandup Plaza, Mumbai(Mr.Farook Shaikh).That he will send the executive at 7pm to deliver Nano Sim Card( I have iPhone6)and will provide CAF for documentation.. Executive reached @ 8 pm ( being saturday I was supposed to go out with family but got screwed). He asked me to generate Port number through SMS, which I done, Executive told me that he has no nano Sim card and CAF, same moment I called Farooq shaikh, he told me that he has got executive who lives in Thane, so he will ask him to hand deliver next day, even though it was Sunday. Nobody turned on Sunday. On Monday 1st June when I called Farooq than he said it will be delivered in couple of days. On 3rd June I called owner of shree enterprises, he ensured that he will get it resolved asap. Waited for one more day.But he also turned out to be false. When checked with him again he told that since most of his staff is on leave so so they wont be able to do hand deliver & he will courier me. I received courier on 7th June, but it is normal Sim card.. on 9th June I got a call from Diya, (seems to be tellecaller in shri enterprises) that I should get my docomo outstanding clear, so that they can initiate porting process, WHEN I CONVEYED HER UNTIL & UNLESS I DON'T RECEIVE NANO SIM CARD, i wont make any payment to Docomo.As I am fed up with FALSE COMMITTMENTS FROM YOUR TEAM, AND I HAVE LOST CONFIDENCE IN YOU, it may happen they might start billing without providing SIM CARD. Till today nobody has turned to deliver NANO Sim card neither owner of Shri enterprises bothered to check current status..                           My mobile no +91- [protected] my name is Dr. Aditya Prasad Roy and I am a senior citizen and I don't use mobile apart from making call and receiving it and I been observing a deduction in Rs 14 or 28 or in are continuing for 20-30 days and I found without any phone activity my phone automatically lit up and a message come that this amount is deducted. I speak with customer care officer after dialing 199 from my vodafone sim and I convey the customer care officer attending the call about such strange deduction and further request that they should take care that no further deduction made and I been assured that there will be no further deduction to be made apart from in any call I made . But after a few day I again noticed such deduction and this time I speak with customer care quite harshly and asked for refund of my deduction but the customer care attending the call denied of my such request. I though I will be exempted from such deduction further because I speak harshly to them. But now they cut off my privilege to making a call to customer care and continuing deduction. Today i.e. 11/06/2015 I have again deducted a money of Rs 14 around 10-11 am . I been deducted a Rs 200-250 taken all together. I want a total return of such deduction with some penalty to post on such company whatever may be suitable for such case.

                            In 121 offers I have already activated rupees 13 offer that means 1.2p/2sec valid for 28 days in last month like that I was try to activate rupees 13 offer for this month on 9th june also but it was not activated through direct activation from mobile balance. Then I make a call to customer care they told me activate this offer through e recharge or online recharge like that I activated this 13 rupees through online on 10th morning at 9:00 am but it was not activated then again I make a call to customer care again they told me the offer will be activated on 11th at 2:22 pm but still now the offer was not activated and my call was not connecting to customer care what's this my complaint no is Hello!                               3 months back, one of representative of Vodafone Mr Happy (Cell No.[protected],[protected],[protected] approached me to give better services than Idea. On his request, I have ported our following 7 numbers from Idea to Vodafone, for which I had faced a lot of harrasment. [protected]. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] At the first instance, I have very clearly instructed him that I do not require any internet on my 6 no. as I am having broadband at my home & office as well. Only one no. [protected] required net that too unlimited minimum plan. He assured us accordingly & said that plans are given as per our requirement. But to my surprise, huge bills were received specially for no. [protected], [protected], [protected]. He visited my office & called somebody in front of me & asked him to waive all the internet charges. He further assured me that my 6 no. are blocked for internet facility & even mobile data function is done non functional, so that in future, no data use will be billed. But to my extreme surprise, I received bill of 3849.50 on [protected], 1322.14 on [protected] & so on. I was using Idea since I qualified as CA in 1999 i.e. since last 16 years. But I have felt Vodafone's cruelty in 2 months. On calling Vodafone helpline yesterday, I came to know that there is no waiver request till date on any no. Further no Internet facility is deactivated on 6 numbers. Mr Happy is not responding now. Your representative can make fool of professionals like us, I am afraid what they may be doing with innocent general people. Kindly waive our entire internet charges on all bills immediately, deactivate internet packs on all numbers except [protected], activate unlimited minimum pack on [protected]. REPLY WITHIN 24 HOURS. ELSE, WE ARE APPROACHING RTI, TELECOM AUTHORITY OF INDIA, CONSUMER COURT AGAINST YOU FOR SUCH UNLAWFUL & REPEATED ACTION OF VODAFONE. A COMPENSATION OF Rs. 1, 00, 000/- per month for 2 months FOR MENTAL HARASSMENT will also be claimed. We are fed up with these BLUNDERS OF VODAFONE & we have no time for such correspondence. We will have to port out to another telecom service provider for all our 21 Vodafone mobile numbers in the family. Waiting for immediate reply : Regards CA.                                 they deducted my balance 70 rs without any prior information. also i had to call customer care for over 1 hour...they didn't listen to any complaint. i was telling truth and they were taking it as lies. Vodafone customer care services are way too below average. Also on website they are showing that they cut balance for calling to a number from the same number from which the call has been made. and customer care is giving another reason for balance cut.                                   I Activate 3G data plan Rs. 298 on dt.[protected] on my no. [protected] (Vodafone Rajasthan) The plan validity is 84 days. as per plan Vodafone giving me 500MB 3G data in every 4 week. in first four week my 500MB data consumed in 3 week. so I purchase a little plan of Rs 48 with 150 MB 3G Data. After 4 week Completion I can not received my next 500 MB data. I call to Customer care, they tell me that your internet plan is overwritten. I want to when I purchase 84 day plan then how overwritten my data plan. I had made complaint again from my number. Again they are telling that problem will be resolved by 48 hours service reference no. [protected].I want to know why Vodafone overwritten my plan? I pay for 84 days. So I will lodge the complaint against Vodafone fraud with me.

                                      As my 3G data plan was deactivated without informing me as my average bill was coming around Rs.500/- per month and suddenly received bill of Rs.3K in current month. Sent various communication in past 2 days but still not received any positive response..
                                      Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
