Hello, My name: Saurabh Thakkar. My phone number:[protected]. I'm terribly mishandled by the Vodafone staff. My request was pretty much straight forward, I wanted to change my number from post paid to prepaid. To do that I went to store, at sion, and asked what needs to done if I wanted to cancel my billing today. The customer care executive told me that if I did that then I would have to pay the unbilled amount. He suggested to wait till the end of bill cycle, and call the customer care. So I called. And spoke with Nikhil on the 17th Feb, @19.47 and explained to him what I wanted. He told me that I would get a call in within 24 hours and will be asked a few things. But that never happened. I still paid the bill for that particular bill cycle, thinking maybe my request must be in the process to be handled. I waited...but no reply. Makes me wonder about the customer queries handling process at the Vodafone centre. Again after having waited for, I called - no one from vod bothered. A customer agent name of Rohit mudliar / mutliar handled my call on 7th May @22.32. In all trueness he had no idea about how to handle a customer, someone who has paid 4000 Rs. in the past. Now this time around I was told a different thing. He said that I would have to go to the store to have my number changed from post paid to prepaid. This info was new for me cause I had already gone to the store in the first place to cancel my postpaid. Spoke for more than 20-25 mins. I was spoken to rudely, dint cooperate with me. Was disappointed at the end, after conversation with him. Up until this time my query wasn't even registered, and when it was, it wasn't right. The complaint that was registered was that, i want to cancel my number. Was really really frustrated by this time. It was suppose to a simple thing, a simple request. It has taken a long long time. Then speaking with Shivanand on 10th may @18.51, the first time I was given a request no.[protected], and he explained what will now happen. All this time I was clear about my stand that i wont be paying the bill sent to me, as it was not my fault that my request was handled in such an unprofessional way. It was not a difficult thing, a simple thing- change from one thing to another. And it took February, March, April and May to be processed. It wasn't my fault that there are unprofessional executives dealing with my request. Then Darshana called on 13th May @15.11, and gave another request no. [protected]. Been getting call and making calls, but this situation is just having no end, no idea what goes on at the customer care centres. And in the mean time my outgoing calls and texts have been barred. This better be sorted now! I wont let me be handled this way.

    Today I got a call from Vodafone customer care executive regarding a postpaid scheme. She explained me about the scheme and I was interested in taking that scheme. She asked me to get my documents ready by today and she will send her executive as the scheme is only available for today.(as told by her). Unfortunately today it was not possible for me to arrange the document and the photograph. She kept on insisting me to take the offer now. When I refused and said its not possible for me to get the arrangement by today, she started forcing me to do the arrangements now and her approach was really bad. She started arguing with me and forcing me continuously. As a customer I was maintaining my cool and tried to make her understand but she behaved and spoke so badly. I am really disappointed with the Vodafone's customer care service executive's behavior. Never ever seen an executive behaving so badly with their customers. Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the executive but I can provide the number from which I got the call. The number is :[protected] called today[protected]at 12:14 pm. Company should provide proper training to the executive's how to behave with customers/people.

      This to request you to please close my Vodafone no. [protected].I already request you hundred times to close but still you are deduct the amount from my bank A/c.i am not use this sim from Jan.11 but still u r continuously charge me for the same.i already request to you for close the sim in 2011 but still you are deduct charges from my bank account. again i have raised complaint for the same my request no is 9871902. Please arrange to refund my all deducted amount from last few year.

        Dear Sir, My Vodafone number is [protected]. I had a problem with my sim on 9th June 2015, every time I inserted my sim, it said that my sim was rejected. I had visited the Vodafone store, near Howrah Maidan on 11th June, one of the staff named Patrick informed me that my sim was not working and that I had to get a new sim.He gave me a form and asked me to come with ID proof on 13th June. As I was unable to go I had sent my father who had gone with all the requirements they had asked. On reaching the store, the staff there informed me that I did not have required paperwork that was required. Mr. Patrick on that day did not inform me half of the things that are required for a paperwork, still he lied to my father saying that he did. The staff behavior towards my father was extremely rude and told him that we are coming every time to waste his time. My father a man of 62 years was humiliated and send off to come on another date that they provided. On talking with many other customers there, we got to know that the staffs never informs a customer clearly and then behaves extremely rudely afterwards. It is very shocking and disturbing to hear that the store staff of Vodafone Howrah are behaving in such a rude manner to their customers, especially when Vodafone advertises that they are always there to solve any kind of problem. I had also emailed regarding a sim problem that I had on June 10th 2015, I had got a reply saying that I should visit the nearest store on June 13th 2015. My reference number is [protected]

          There is a Balance deduction of rs. 75 from my mob no. [protected] for some live tv as informed by customer care executive when I have complaint against this deduction. then service customer deactivated the service an make me assure the return the deducted amount within 4 hrs. and the activated service has been stopped by him. But still my balance has not been refunded. So I request to u to do needful and credit the same amount. Thank u.

            I Sudhir Vashishth have given port out request for my number [protected] on 15th May 2015 and there was no response and they put it on hold and rejected it due to non payment of bill whereas all my bill dues was clear till that time. On 2nd of June due to reason PORT CODE EXPIRED, which was valid till 2nd June 2015. I again generated code on 3rd (which will again expire on 18th June) and gave it my new operator (Idea), now its again 13th today, i am receiving 2 calls from Vodafone saying please dont port out, they are unnecessarily harassing me by calling me when clearly told them that i want to port out and dont want to use vodafone any more. But still no action from them. as of now my current outstanding amount is Rs. -115.00, but till now my porting request is under hold from Vodafone and I am getting message from my new operator (Idea) that they are waiting response from my present operator (Vodafone) for porting the number. again my outstanding will increase. please provide me with a solution to get out from this harassment from Vodafone.               Hi, I'm Anand, from Chennai my mobile number: [protected] I'm using this number for more than 10 years. I never faced any problem in Vodafone Network. Last Monday (08.06.2015) i have shifted to Bangalore. So i recharged my number for national roaming plan for Rs 201(Free incoming calls and outgoing per min is 00.80 paise for 180 days) through PAYTM. I got a message that my plan was activated so i started making calls. But I was charged for all incoming calls and outgoing calls was charged me more than the rate mentioned in the plan. I spoke to the customer care people they said you have recharged through online so it wont work(but how cum the VODAFONE has online recharge option, its so ridiculous). The customer care people advised me to make EASY CHARGE through store again to get the plan activated. The next day i went to Vodafone store in BANGLORE. They said they are nor responsible for Chennai numbers, so we cant take any complaint, but they told me your plan got activated they even showed me the system log screen for my number. They said i should reach out with Chennai Vodafone store to resolve this. I informed one of my friend to visit Chennai Vodafone store on 10.6.2015 they took a complaint (number is [protected]) and said within 4 hours you will get a call and your problem will be solved till date i have never got a call from Vodafone and i have lost more than 200rs due to this. It's been more than 3 days i'm loosing my money for each calls. I need answer for this. Vodafone really disappoints me being loyal with them for more than 10 years. Resolve this ASAP.

                  Hi Vodafone Customer Care Team, I am Laltu Jha, & Sorry to say about your service and Vodafone Dishonesty. Today from my balance(Mob No:[protected]) Rs. 21 Deducted as Social Book Pack at 6:13 AM(13th June) . I am Stuck!!! bcoz I not activate and here saying its Deducted as my request, What Business & Dishonesty going on in Vodafone. I tried by last 25 min(6:20-6:55 AM) to talk with customer care but not able to connect at 199 & 198. some time not giving option & some time giving option and suddenly saying go to previous menu and lastly i irritate. I Just want to say what is your business ethics and your customer care policy. Vodafone know that people is not going to call again again & making money in millions and billions like this cheating. & its not good..I am Very sorry. So I am Requesting here, plz deactivate this as soon as possible and returned Rs. 21 & not repeat in future. Just Before one month Rs 15([protected]) Deducted and when i called 3 customer person saying three statement(Just Stuff) and all told that my barnacle(Rs. 21) will come in 2 hours, 2 days, 3-4 days. But still not came. Here Question is why people will call times to times and why you people are giving just any stuff information, why not taking complain and not giving acknowledgement as sms. Please stop this type of business and cheating work. when my friends had shouting and abusing with customer care people then i told to friend why u doing like. but now i am able to understand why all did shouting and abusing(when any one iterating then only shouting and talking as unbehaved manner ) .                     I got a new Vodafone connection, and i called upon the costumer care to verify my number. The person who attended my call started calling me from his personal number (+91-[protected]) and the way he was talking to me was really unexpected. When i asked who's there on call...He replies me, "you don't recognize my voice, we talked just a min ago". I disconnected his call, but he was calling again and again. Than for the last time i warned him that I'll definitely put up your complaint. I opted for Vodafone services for the very first time, and it's been such a bad experience. It feels so unsafe being connected to Vodafone due to such type of people.

                      dr sir i am alredy buy the pack of 199 data plan (2g) but it has poover connectivity ..more times take load a web page in your plan deatils will writed 40 kb spped .. but i dont know why it..your services is to bad iam unsatisfied .. my no [protected]..two many times i lost my balances..very bad network..i will changing it.

                        hi vodafone i am varun using ur network from last 7 years but recently i was satisfied with ur services but recently i moved to basrurkar market, moti bagh, new delhi and i am facing hell lot of trouble ...i am not able to get internet speed though internet is available..moreover signal strenth is good but while on calls voice breaks on both sides!!! its really annoying... i am on urge to change my network, as don't have any option left...but really want to be with vodafone i[censored] can please fix it soon(mobile no:[protected])

                        hi this is varun again i was contacted by a vodafone representative who took down all my details and gave me a turn around time of 5 working days its been like 7 working days now but never heard from any one...plz suggest!!!
                        hi i got your message asking for the best time to contact me, , , so u can call me 0900 hrs to 1100hrs preferably but calling any time in day will not be a concern fr me
                        please try to resolve it asap as its getting more and more frustating.
                        hi team i missed ur call yesterday as i was in market didn't realized that my phone is ringing...FYI u can always call me again 2-3 times in a day if i am not able to answer...due to any xyz reasons..or i[censored] can call only once a day plz give me a call back number as the number from which u call is a virtual number i believe as i can not call back on that number.

I give appointment for two times for the verification, still nobody came.I came to the vodafone store and give complaint also. Two days I was waiting for the vodafone officials at my residence.                             Respected sir I have activated 299 unlimited data pack on may 27 2015, I have repeatedly ask the activated person about the usage.he/she told me that data pack activated and I can use it unlimitedly.customer care people told me that there will be no charges for the data used, by hearing that I have used the data at my maximum. The picture changed when the bill generated I was charged hugely.I was shocked by seeing the bill.I requested for the waver for the data used after activation.one of the vodafone associate called me and told me that I am eligible for the waver and I will get the waver completely but it is not reflected in my bill till now. I am using the Vodafone connection since 2009 I have no dues till date. Kindly waver me the amount charged for the data usage from may 27-to bill date

                              Dear Team, i had submitted request to deactivate my above number in March via email and call to your help line number. Phone Executive told me that my number is deactivated in March itself. Still got my bill generated where in i had pay extra bill for 15 days. Just to get rid from our services on this number, i paid my bill ans submitted email request to deactivate number!! after confirmation of de-activation in March for second time, i got bill again in May month for which i submitted email request again for which got response that number is deactivated. when i raised query that how many time do i need to submit deactivation requests, i have got no response from Vodafone. My colleague also facing similar issues so this is quite common with Vodafone!1

                                Dear sir. This is my 2nd mail to you regarding the data pack which was not provided to me as promised by Vodafone. Actually sir I recharged with rupees 179 for 2G data for 2GB, but after recharging I got only 1GB instead of 2GB. I called the Vodafone customer care (198) but they were denying that there is no offer like this available. I kept on telling them it's showing in my best deals offer (121), they said nothing like this is available and kept the phone without giving me proper answer and my phone was blocked and I was not able to make calls to 198 number. After that I wrote to you and after 2days I got a call from Bangalore Vodafone asking me about my problem I told her clearly about the offer which Vodafone was giving me but she was also denying me saying that there is no such offer available on my best deals. I told her this is not good and then finally she said to send screen shot of my best deal offer which I did immediately and I got an automatic generated mail from them stating they will get back to me within 2days but it has been 3days still they have not replied me, I think they are still reading my mail. I'm also attaching you my screen shot which I sent to them. I just don't understand why such a big company like Vodafone is acting in such a immature manner. Even after sending screen shots as per their request they are not bothered to reply or give me my remaining balance of 1GB. They are just dragging the issue which is not acceptable. It's a big shame to Vodafone company to act in such a shameful manner. Iam very disappointed with the way Vodafone company is handling this matter.. Sir I humbly request you to take action against Vodafone so that they don't do this to anyone else..my mobile number is [protected]. Regards

                                  I got call on 11th June 2015 at 12:06 PM on my mobile no. [protected], against my complaint registration no.[protected]. Vodafone employee was not in favor to resolve my complaint. Not sure but his name us Rohit. When i asked to let me talk to his manager to resolve my complaint he replied that he the supreme boss of Vodafone and no one above him. So if he declined to resolve no one can change his decision regarding my Vodafone complaint. My complaint is unresolved. Need to see action from Vodafone for my complaint and action on Vodafone employee who called me.

                                    Dear Sir, My name is Karthikeyan S and I am using 6 connections of Vodafone under CUG scheme. The numbers are [protected], 37, 24, 25, 26, 27. Last one year I am struggling with the poor signal quality and I made several requests and no progress at all from your side. Finally I applied for a number portability on 22nd of May 2015 after consulting a customer care executive the process for the same. After that I approached Airtel and they completed all the formalities like issuing SIM card and address verification. Your bill got generated very late but once it's generated I paid the same on the same day. Yesterday I got an SMS stating my portability request got rejected because of the time duration for portability is expired. I spoke to Mr. Vignesh supervisor Vodafone committed that he will call me on 11/05/2015 3.00 pm but no call back was made and I made call to customer care again they also committed that I will get a call by 8.30 pm on the same day. No call back till now. I made a call again to the customer care but the person who said as my number is under corporate plan I have to check my feasibility of portability before sending SMS to 1900. After 21 days I am getting a new information today from Vodafone. I have a very huge call drop which as per latest telecommunication ministry circular or proposed plan I can claim for the last one year bill which I paid to you because of poor signal. Here my point is please release me from this network which I had almost eight years of relationship. I am frustrated the way the guide client like me who is educated and know the process. How you people will treat me if an under educated or uneducated fights with you. Here if I don't get any solution I have to approach the consumer court soon. Karthikeyan S [protected]
