Dear Sir My name is Shailendra Kumar and my Vodafone Number [protected]. Me meet Vodafone side offer dataplan with out any terms. Me used data continue but Vodafone side deactivated my dataplan with out any information after one month. Dataplan deactivated 11th of may but deactivated message me received 14th of may. Me just called Vodafone customer care then me confirm after me not use data and close Internet services 11th to 14th me use data 350 Mb approx. Then same dataplan activate my number 23rd of may. I send in this regarding mail Vodafone. Vodafone side telephone discuss and commet that no any extra charge your bill.but bill generated 11th of June 1295 rupee. 850 rupee extra charges my bill. Please help me . I cannot pay this amount. Thanks Regards Shailendra

Dear Sir My name is Vipin Kumar and my Vodafone Number is [protected], my postpaid plan rs. 299. and i have received 500 mb internet data according this plan. we used 500 MB data use in date 2.6.15 then after i purchase new internet data 300MB from date- 3.06.2015 To 5.06.2015 for rs. 100 but 300 MB internet not receive by vodafone Me just called Vodafone customer care then me confirm after me not use data and close Internet services region my approx bill. i thinking this is your vodafone policy and i wait for new dataplan activate. I send in this regarding mail Vodafone for bill generated 24 of June 1825 rupee. 100 rupee extra charges my bill. Please help me . I cannot pay this amount. Thanks Regards Vipin kumar .

      I had availed of Vodafone post paid network in January end 2015. The customer executive at margao goa showroom had assured me o[censored]ninterrupted network and 3g availability in my location. To my horror I realised there was no 3G network in my residence for Vodafone. I immediately complained at the margao showroom. Since then did not have any resolution and were acting ignorant and I also mailed the consumer care desk online . I also escalated the issue to nodal office and apellete authority id but all in vain. None of the Vodafone departments were able to assist. It's a clear case of having cheated me. Inspite of knowing that I wouldn't get connectivity at my location I was mis sold the plan by Vodafone. Though I never got 3g network I have had to unwillingly pay the data bill for Feb March April and May with the hope that I would get 3G network. Vodafone has cheated me and had not taken any efforts to resolve the issue

        Hi, I have been issued a demand notice by vodafone for an amount of Rs. 3172/- for not clearing up the outstanding dues of postpaid no. [protected]. When I received the bill I was shocked that they charge me more than 1000 on data. I have been told earlier that their is active 2g 300 mv free data active on my account. And for 100MB they charged me 10times money. This is totally unfair. Whatever are the call charges I will pay. But I will not pay single money on fraud data charges. Vodafone is threatening my relatives by fetching contact numbers illegally. The service was so poor. I wasn't getting enough network strength anywhere (not in my office, in my home). i was totally fed up and stopped using their services. I would like to compensate for such harassment from Vodafone.

          I was having prepaid connection of Vodafone. My number is [protected]. Before 4 & half month i got converted the same to postpaid connection. at that time the dealer was committed that i will get assure gift after 3rd bill cycle. As per their instruction i applied for the gift in time. How ever more then 40 days passed but still i have not received my gift. I complain many times to their gift dept. but they are failed to resolve my problem. They said that they have already despatch through Overnite Courier long back & they will deliver the same in day or two, but nothing has been done so far. Please guide me what to in this case. Shall i file the suit in consumer court? First party would be Vodafone & 2nd will be Overnite courier. I felt that i am cheated by both of them. Thanks & Regards Shailesh H Shah

I have complaint against this deduction to Customer care executive but he did not give satisfactory answer and also my balance has not been refunded. So I request to u to do needful and credit the same amount. Thank u.

              I user of[protected]my number by which i used my net) recharged my net on 11/June/2015 by net pack of Rs 101 (300 MB) and used it till 12/June/2015 (11:08 am) just for the purpose searching few things that fetch a very less data. But in the evening 12/June/2015, I found an ERROR showing "server timeout" after which I was not able to use internet at'all. After all this, I (unwillingly) had to get a new net pack of 1024.01 MB (Rs 249) on[protected] valid up-to[protected]. So I request you to let me know, where did 300 MB data got wasted in just one day. If by mistake any service has been activated that wasting my data then please tell me so that that i can get it deactivated.

                I have 5 vodafone corporate connections, but facing 3G internet speed issue since the time I have migrated to vodafone, I am facing this network issue in & around swargate area, Have made multiple complaints by directly visiting stores & on mails but yet the same problem is faced, I pay for 3G but getting 2G speed, also mobile network keeps fluctuating & disappears at times. Every time I was visited store I was assured for solution but till date facing same network issue. Last complain made on 16th Mar'2015, no solution provided yet. Complain No - [protected] I was being assured of resolution by 24th March but got no response yet.

                  I have purchased a 3G connection with Dongle from PNG Corporate services Pvt. Ltd located at 172-B Rai Market, Ambala Cant., Haryana, a vodafone franchisee under invoice number- NHARCOCO019/2015-16 H21S15/17 and invoice date 04/06/2015. they have allotted new phone number [protected] after taking and verifying full Identification details. 10 days have passed, neither vodafone customer care (phone no [protected], 117 and 119) are responding adequately nor the said dealer (PNG services, Ambala Cantonment) is informing regarding activation resulting a lot of humiliation and delay in applying for recruitments via internet connection by my son. i have personally visited 6 times to the dealer and made certain phone calls most of which were not responded by the dealer. The matter is still unresolved and the number has not been activated. Please take necessary actions as per extent rules.                     hello, my mobile no is [protected].my last month bill is arround Rs.4000.when i call 198 so they tell that you use ISD call 5 to 6 times.but i don't use ISD call.i am not calling out of gujarat but your company say i make ISD call.this is not done by my phone.this is due to your company fault.i connected with company and this same think is done by more employ.if i not calling any where so why this type of bill i pay.so please give me refund as fast as passible.if this type of mistake done by vodafone so this is very disgusting and due to unwanted bill we use port option as a last option by our all staff.so please give me proper solution and refund my money as fast as passible.

                        Hello, My name: Saurabh Thakkar. My phone number:[protected]. I'm terribly mishandled by the Vodafone staff. My request was pretty much straight forward, I wanted to change my number from post paid to prepaid. To do that I went to store, at sion, and asked what needs to done if I wanted to cancel my billing today. The customer care executive told me that if I did that then I would have to pay the unbilled amount. He suggested to wait till the end of bill cycle, and call the customer care. So I called. And spoke with Nikhil on the 17th Feb, @19.47 and explained to him what I wanted. He told me that I would get a call in within 24 hours and will be asked a few things. But that never happened. I still paid the bill for that particular bill cycle, thinking maybe my request must be in the process to be handled. I waited...but no reply. Makes me wonder about the customer queries handling process at the Vodafone centre. Again after having waited for, I called - no one from vod bothered. A customer agent name of Rohit mudliar / mutliar handled my call on 7th May @22.32. In all trueness he had no idea about how to handle a customer, someone who has paid 4000 Rs. in the past. Now this time around I was told a different thing. He said that I would have to go to the store to have my number changed from post paid to prepaid. This info was new for me cause I had already gone to the store in the first place to cancel my postpaid. Spoke for more than 20-25 mins. I was spoken to rudely, dint cooperate with me. Was disappointed at the end, after conversation with him. Up until this time my query wasn't even registered, and when it was, it wasn't right. The complaint that was registered was that, i want to cancel my number. Was really really frustrated by this time. It was suppose to a simple thing, a simple request. It has taken a long long time. Then speaking with Shivanand on 10th may @18.51, the first time I was given a request no.[protected], and he explained what will now happen. All this time I was clear about my stand that i wont be paying the bill sent to me, as it was not my fault that my request was handled in such an unprofessional way. It was not a difficult thing, a simple thing- change from one thing to another. And it took February, March, April and May to be processed. It wasn't my fault that there are unprofessional executives dealing with my request. Then Darshana called on 13th May @15.11, and gave another request no. [protected]. Been getting call and making calls, but this situation is just having no end, no idea what goes on at the customer care centres. And in the mean time my outgoing calls and texts have been barred. This better be sorted now! I wont let me be handled this way.

                          Today I got a call from Vodafone customer care executive regarding a postpaid scheme. She explained me about the scheme and I was interested in taking that scheme. She asked me to get my documents ready by today and she will send her executive as the scheme is only available for today.(as told by her). Unfortunately today it was not possible for me to arrange the document and the photograph. She kept on insisting me to take the offer now. When I refused and said its not possible for me to get the arrangement by today, she started forcing me to do the arrangements now and her approach was really bad. She started arguing with me and forcing me continuously. As a customer I was maintaining my cool and tried to make her understand but she behaved and spoke so badly. I am really disappointed with the Vodafone's customer care service executive's behavior. Never ever seen an executive behaving so badly with their customers. Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the executive but I can provide the number from which I got the call. The number is :[protected] called today[protected]at 12:14 pm. Company should provide proper training to the executive's how to behave with customers/people.

                              Dear Sir, My Vodafone number is [protected]. I had a problem with my sim on 9th June 2015, every time I inserted my sim, it said that my sim was rejected. I had visited the Vodafone store, near Howrah Maidan on 11th June, one of the staff named Patrick informed me that my sim was not working and that I had to get a new sim.He gave me a form and asked me to come with ID proof on 13th June. As I was unable to go I had sent my father who had gone with all the requirements they had asked. On reaching the store, the staff there informed me that I did not have required paperwork that was required. Mr. Patrick on that day did not inform me half of the things that are required for a paperwork, still he lied to my father saying that he did. The staff behavior towards my father was extremely rude and told him that we are coming every time to waste his time. My father a man of 62 years was humiliated and send off to come on another date that they provided. On talking with many other customers there, we got to know that the staffs never informs a customer clearly and then behaves extremely rudely afterwards. It is very shocking and disturbing to hear that the store staff of Vodafone Howrah are behaving in such a rude manner to their customers, especially when Vodafone advertises that they are always there to solve any kind of problem. I had also emailed regarding a sim problem that I had on June 10th 2015, I had got a reply saying that I should visit the nearest store on June 13th 2015. My reference number is [protected]

                                  I Sudhir Vashishth have given port out request for my number [protected] on 15th May 2015 and there was no response and they put it on hold and rejected it due to non payment of bill whereas all my bill dues was clear till that time. On 2nd of June due to reason PORT CODE EXPIRED, which was valid till 2nd June 2015. I again generated code on 3rd (which will again expire on 18th June) and gave it my new operator (Idea), now its again 13th today, i am receiving 2 calls from Vodafone saying please dont port out, they are unnecessarily harassing me by calling me when clearly told them that i want to port out and dont want to use vodafone any more. But still no action from them. as of now my current outstanding amount is Rs. -115.00, but till now my porting request is under hold from Vodafone and I am getting message from my new operator (Idea) that they are waiting response from my present operator (Vodafone) for porting the number. again my outstanding will increase. please provide me with a solution to get out from this harassment from Vodafone.                                     Hi, I'm Anand, from Chennai my mobile number: [protected] I'm using this number for more than 10 years. I never faced any problem in Vodafone Network. Last Monday (08.06.2015) i have shifted to Bangalore. So i recharged my number for national roaming plan for Rs 201(Free incoming calls and outgoing per min is 00.80 paise for 180 days) through PAYTM. I got a message that my plan was activated so i started making calls. But I was charged for all incoming calls and outgoing calls was charged me more than the rate mentioned in the plan. I spoke to the customer care people they said you have recharged through online so it wont work(but how cum the VODAFONE has online recharge option, its so ridiculous). The customer care people advised me to make EASY CHARGE through store again to get the plan activated. The next day i went to Vodafone store in BANGLORE. They said they are nor responsible for Chennai numbers, so we cant take any complaint, but they told me your plan got activated they even showed me the system log screen for my number. They said i should reach out with Chennai Vodafone store to resolve this. I informed one of my friend to visit Chennai Vodafone store on 10.6.2015 they took a complaint (number is [protected]) and said within 4 hours you will get a call and your problem will be solved till date i have never got a call from Vodafone and i have lost more than 200rs due to this. It's been more than 3 days i'm loosing my money for each calls. I need answer for this. Vodafone really disappoints me being loyal with them for more than 10 years. Resolve this ASAP.

                                        Hi Vodafone Customer Care Team, I am Laltu Jha, & Sorry to say about your service and Vodafone Dishonesty. Today from my balance(Mob No:[protected]) Rs. 21 Deducted as Social Book Pack at 6:13 AM(13th June) . I am Stuck!!! bcoz I not activate and here saying its Deducted as my request, What Business & Dishonesty going on in Vodafone. I tried by last 25 min(6:20-6:55 AM) to talk with customer care but not able to connect at 199 & 198. some time not giving option & some time giving option and suddenly saying go to previous menu and lastly i irritate. I Just want to say what is your business ethics and your customer care policy. Vodafone know that people is not going to call again again & making money in millions and billions like this cheating. & its not good..I am Very sorry. So I am Requesting here, plz deactivate this as soon as possible and returned Rs. 21 & not repeat in future. Just Before one month Rs 15([protected]) Deducted and when i called 3 customer person saying three statement(Just Stuff) and all told that my barnacle(Rs. 21) will come in 2 hours, 2 days, 3-4 days. But still not came. Here Question is why people will call times to times and why you people are giving just any stuff information, why not taking complain and not giving acknowledgement as sms. Please stop this type of business and cheating work. when my friends had shouting and abusing with customer care people then i told to friend why u doing like. but now i am able to understand why all did shouting and abusing(when any one iterating then only shouting and talking as unbehaved manner ) . Please see [protected] complain history and return this Rs. 15 asap. Note: Respect Every Person Time Expense... as last option, i am writing this mail I hope you people understand and solve my as well as other problems as soon as possible and do business as honesty.                                         Hi Vodafone Customer Care Team, Sorry to say about your service and Vodafone Dishonesty. Today from my balance(Mob No:[protected]) Rs. 90 Deducted as Social Book Pack at arround 4AM.(6 September) . I am Stuck!!! bcoz I do not activate and here saying its Deducted as my request, What Business & Dishonesty going on in Vodafone. You know boss it was happened before many times ... Some time deducted 45 Rupees and some time 21 rupees ... Anyway before someday I activated DND services ... But now today same process done... Like deducted 90 rupees... Why man ? Why r u doing this type of thieving...why not taking complain and not giving acknowledgement as sms.
