I have done a transaction through vodafone.in, in which I have purchased a Full Talktime voucher of Rs.350/-, on my Vodafone no. [protected], dated : 20/05/2015 Order ID : o[protected] Payment Transaction ID: CSMP[protected] Date & time of order : 20 Apr, 2015 20:44:30 Online Recharge Name: Full Talk time MSISDN: [protected] Amount: 350.0 eTopUpStatus: FAILED. As you can see that the same transaction had been failed and the amount had been deducted and I am very much surprised that the amount is not yet reimburse. So kindly initiate the refund at ur earliest possibility.

    There are two issues. My Vodafone number is [protected], Karnataka circle. 1) I raised a PORT request on May 11th 2015, since I was not satisfied with the plans and service offered by Vodafone. I received a call from Vodafone representative assuring of better services and they offered me a better plan.They told the plan will be activated from June 1st 2015 (that is start of my billing cycle). But till this date (10th June 2015) the offered plan was not activated and I am having still the same old plan and even worst services. The thing they have done is they have just hold on to a customer giving false offer and information. 2) I have been charged 100 rupees extra on my May month postpaid mobile bill. The reason they stated is late payment. Vodafone was updating their database and there was no way customers were able to pay the bill. I went and checked at one of the Vodafone stores and they told no late payment charges will be applied since its a problem from their end. My last payment date was 19th May. Their upgrade finished on 20th May and I paid the bill on 20th May itself. But they have now slapped a late payment charge on my mobile bill. I called their customer care and raised a complaint request. They assured the issue will be resolved within 24-48 hours and 100 rupees would be deducted and a new bill would be sent to me. (Complaint number[protected]. But till now I haven't received a follow up call/email on this regard. When I called them back and asked to connect to the manager, they placed me on hold for 3-4 minutes and there was no response.

    I have taken the vodafone corporate sim on 10 th of april .and Issue regarding email address updatation is resolved yesterday when I mailed them atleast 3 times and called them 10 times .as the mail id is updated but still I am not get the bill for the month of april and may.And the height of service is there when I called them to increase my SMS limit then they told me that SMS pack is not active as I requested them to activate before a month and they stated the same reason every time that "we tried contacting you but u r not available " as I m available 24*7.i had paid my april bill without seeing the itemized bill.
    Vodafone number -[protected]. that is the worst service of Vodafone I have ever used.

      On 3rd or 4th June approximately I came to know that my valve of Rs.75.00 deducted and soon I have called for refund of my amount. Vodafone customer care service assured me to refund the same within 24 hours but still there is no progress in this matter. I am a high net worth customer of you. Myonthly recharges crosses Rs.500.00. I kindly request you to refund my Rs.75.00 which was deducted without my mistakes.
      Complaint marked as Resolved 
      They have agreed to refund 75% of the amount deducted. But still I am not happy because I lost my part of amount which is not my mistake.

          Sir, My vodafone postpaid no. is [protected]. I am very happy of the service of vodafone service. But I have not received the bills of Mar-15, Apr-15 and May-15 till date. So I am not able to claim in my company from last 3 months. So you are requested to solve the problem asap. Neither I will decide to take the postpaid connection of Airtel.             I made a MNP from Reliance to Vodaphone with my mobile number [protected]. I could make calls and used it for a few days after I received the verification call from Vodaphone. It is Postpaid connection. I received a message also from Vodaphone that I have been given Rs.500 credit limit. All of a sudden I found that there are no signals shown in my mobile. I thought the tower is not reaching. When it did not work for a day, I got a doubt that the instrument might be troubling and changed the mobile set and tested. The situation was same. I approached the Local Hindupur Vodaphone service center and they told me that the sim is ok but there is some problem with Vodaphone services to my mobile. Then they checked with the system and found that the mobile number is suspended without any reason mentioned. I do not know what to do and so approaching you for the immediate relief. All my bank dealings have come to a stand still because of it. I cannot be put to trouble by such one sided action without my prior knowledge. I am incurring heavy loss due to it. I may be forced to approach the courts if the situation continues further. Please restore my mobile number immediately and cooperate.                 i am eritrean studying at osmania university, hyderabad.I am here for four years. I applied for moble number and the company rjected my application. You saw my docments. My RP expires on november 11, 2015. And my visa is on a separtae sheet of paper issued to me by indian commission in nairobi after they sent me a wrong visa. They sent me a correct visa a on that paper for five years. I am alegal student. Please accept my application. Thank you

                  I went to Maldives on 5 th June and came back today, during this time Vodafone has deducted an amount of rs. 270 /- without any intimation and without any usage on international roaming. My number is [protected]. Moreover I have another number of Vodafone on which no amount is deducted. This is pure harassment to customer and I need my money back. Regards Avneesh Ahuja

                    We had a total of 10 numbers with VODAFONE in our personal names. Recently we requested the company to change to our business name DALA ROOSTER. 5 numbers were changed subsequently while 5 others remain to be changed to this new account. Since toady, 9th June 2015 around noon all our 5 numbers [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] registered under our business DALA ROOSTER stopped working. Vodafone has advised that there is some technical issue and will be resolved soon. Till now ( 9th June 2015 / 2030 hrs ) these 5 numbers are still showing NO SERVICE.

                      Deduction of money for incoming calls even after activation of roaming plan Providing wrong information by customer care officers that money has been deducted for outgoing calls thinking my incoming call as outgoing He also said that money has been deducted because I have selected airtel network instead of vodafone but I was surely using vodafone

                        Hi Team, Vodafone no [protected] name Raju from bihar and jharkand region is making calls saying that he is calling from SBI bank and asking ATM pin details and secured passwords. He is has called recently to dharmavaram town which is located in anantapur dist andhra pradesh and cheated people.please block his no he has cheated many people and tranferred money to his account.                           i have lost my sim 3 months back. i raised a complaint and was told that the sim card will be sent to my home. No one came. I called several times but got no resolution I then went to vodafone store yesterday. They raised a request and told me to wait for 2 hours which i did. My number was still not activated. When i called customer service they told me to go to vodafone store again. Vodafone store raised a request again. My sim then started to work but when i checked today it was deactivated again. When i called the custmoer service, they told me to go to vodafone store again..Is this some kind of joke??? Just because your people dont know how to work a consumer needs to suffer? YOu can not take care of a simple request, Neither the customer service people were helpful nor the vodafone store people. My whole experience was very bad I am going to through this sim away and if you guys come to me and ask me about the unbillled amount i will raise lodge a complain in consumer court. I tried my best to do everythig to start this stupid sim but your people dont know how to treat a customer.

                            Hi, My mobile number is [protected].It was worst experience i have with Vodafone and planning to quit. i gave complaint for data speed on June 1st, till now there is no response from your end. i think there is no value on spending money without getting out of benefit. requesting you cancel my postpaid connection from June 9-2015 on words.i am not ready to pay single rupee from today on wards.

                              Charged for d2c_mazaa_149 VAS service. I never downloaded anything but i was charged 149 rupees in my postpaid bill for May month 2015 (m.no. [protected]). There were similar complaints by other customers which I saw still not resolved. Vodafone please refund my money back. I have attached the screenshot of my bill for the details. Your reputation at stake!!

                                i am glad that vodafone customer care, his number is [protected], his true caller name is guri.he called me and said that he will refund my money to my bank.i felt so happy but this fellow is asking my debitcard number, card valid date, and cvv number..rather than having my account number...when i refused to say my card details he just hang up the call. please i beg u all dont tell ur card details to anyone who ever it is

                                    Extra bill was charged time and again for two months for the vodafone number [protected]. I asked to revise the bill, which they did not. I asked to discontinue the service. Tried paying previous bill online, which the website did not support. Vodafone harassing me time and again for the same. I have repeatedly asked for a revised bill which they do not provide. Please help.

The no is registered in name of Ajit Vishe. for last 3 months calls are made to me from your call center & ASKING for some mr. sandeep budhavle & to clear his out standings. At least more than 100 calls are made & every time i explained that the cell no is from idea cellular & iam not concerned with sandeep budhavle & not to make any more calls. today callis made from your call center & very absurd language is used by concerned employee. i am deeply hurt. NOW I HAVE DOUBT ABOUT VODAFONES UP DATE ABOUT THEIR CLIENT BASE & RESPECT FOR OHERS. i ALSO HAVE DOUBT ABOUT CLASS OF YOUR STAFF & YOUR ETHICS. AJIT S VISHE [protected]

                                        I am Kamalkali Maity, c/o Sipra Maity, Midnapore, West Medinipur, West Bengal-721101. I am a Vodafone prepaid customer. On 31st May, 2015 I got a message from VV-VFCARE of activation of Radio Unlimited service around 10.59 a.m. on my Vodafone Number [protected] and it deducted 30 Rs. from my balance. There is no scope of activating this service by chance or by mistake. I have not activated this service. I deactivated this service by calling 155223 on that day. But I didn't receive my balance back. Do refund me as soon as possible. Or we will refrain from using Vodafone.
