Excess Net usage charges in monthly bill

HARRASMENT FROM VODAFONE

tarif plan after recharge nt working

Excess Internet charges

I've requested for roaming pack on 21st May and it got activated by 25th. But Rs.75 is added to bill for the period from 25/04 to 24/05 though it got activated on a later period. Also a charge of Rs.283 is added for VAS service about which I had no information. These are neither I've requested nor I've received any SMS related to activation of it....
