I have given port out request on 15th of May and there was no response from vodafone, again on 18th i have given request to my new operator, they bloddy kept it on hold till 23rd on which my bill get generated and rejected it due to non payment of bill on 25th. till that day i have not received the bill. no issues i cleared my bill on 27th and as per vodafone team i wen with my transaction ID to my new operator but they again rejected it on 1st of June due to reason "PORT CODE EXPIRED", which was valid till 2nd June 2015. I again generated code on 3rd and gave it my new operator, now its 7th today, i am receiving 2 calls everyday that please don't port out, they are unnecessarily harassing me by calling me everyday even when i have told them that i want to port out and don't want to use vodafone any longer. But still no action from them. as of now my outstading is Rs. -34.00, but now when i have called again in vodafone to check the status they are giving me a excuse that please clear your outstanding again to successfully port out. I have done it again, but will not do it in case they again hold it as it is clearly visible with their actions they will cancel the request again as again if for three or four days they will hold it with them, again my outstanding will increase . please provide me with a solution as the same thing i am facing with my other two numbers also : [protected], [protected], [protected]. As of today my outstanding of all numbers is in negative 150. So please do the needful ASAP.
