Hi, I have submitted required document and photo to the JP Nagar 6th Phase branch and i got new prepaid SIM card with unique compliant id slip (Unique ID-PKAW309247 ) and they told new SIM will be activated with in 5 days but i have waited 3 weeks.., and called Customer care, then they are told me there is no complaint raised for this number. What i have to do? Currently other place and for only for this reason i went to Bangalore and submitted.

    Hello, In my latest bill for the month of May-2015 I have been incorrectly charged INR 135/- for 3 units of VAS services. It doesnt specify which service, what date and time was used? When I called Customer Care, they just gave me the dates 02/06/2015, 04/06/2015 and 05/06/2015 but were unable to describe which VAS was used and how the charge for 3 units to 135. I am post-paid customer since a long time with vodafone and such kind of service just makes me think If i should continue with them or not... Aditya Joshi

      Hi Vodafone team, Its regarding automatically activated below mentioned plans to my mobile : [protected]. I am raising concern regarding additional charges applied for the above mobile number. Plan details :- 1. MI_C_V_150_30d_R500MB_BCFU_3G 2. MI_C_V_150_30d_R500MB_BCFU_3G and monthly plan has been changed twice without any request. Please let me know how this plan is activated on my cell phone and also want a favour from u Vodafone team. I am really not happy with this being a privileged customer for a period of 1 year or more. now I want this issue need to be resolved .please acknowledge the same ASAP.         I recharged 4GB 3G on 1MAY to have some office work while working from home at my Hometown in, but 3G services was not working there on my number although other Vodafone customers are using 3G services there, Finally after following up lot of time they said we will sent an engineer that will take 8-10 days, that is not solving my purpose, and my 4GB data got waste as it is valid for one month, Now question here is if I am not able to use it, it should be refunded but no refund from Vodafone. Extremely Dissatisfied :(

          I had activated international roamibg of Rs. 599 on 16April2015 but Vodafone personperson had not applied the same on my number. They have issued a huge bill under my name.I tried to connect to mu customer relationship manager but he never reverts. They call.me 2 times a day as a reminder to pay the bill, but no actions are taken for my complaint. I am.really pissed off now

            I am Vodafone customer since December 2015. I change service provider From Idea to Vodafone. At the time of porting to Vodafone, I gave my consent to fix credit limit Rs of 500/-. Later on it is increased to 2000/- by Vodafone without my consent. On 7th April 2015 Vodafone barred all the outgoing service on my phone for the reason they have told that there is Rs 4707/-unbilled amount pertaining to international call. I inform to Vodafone that I never made any international call. If wrongly/unfortunately, any call were made through my no, then why it was cross the credit limit of my account. the called duration showing in my bill is 45 minutes 32 seconds which is charged Rs 4706. (More than Rs 100 per minutes) It is come to know that for increasing company business, some service providers (Vodafone may be) are engage with call centre racket, who called through computer from their call centre for promoting their business. The number randomly generated with international country code. They give a miss call to customer from international number to attract customer to call back on unknown number for which company charging premium call charges. At first glance, it is seem the company’s fault. The credit limit of my mobile no is Rs. 2000. The company have to stop the services when charges crossed credit limit. The total bill of month of April come to Rs 5673/-. The last date was 19th May 2015. Many times, I have call customer care and written to Vodafone to reverse / waive of the amount of Rs 4707/- charging to my account. At first company decline the request but when I approach to higher authority the company reverse the Rs 1700/- from my account. For approximately 2 months company withdrawn all the service from my mobile no. many time I requested to restore the service on my mobile no. I made Payment of Rs 1500 on 28th May 2015. On 1st June 2015 Vodafone increase my credit limit from 2000 to 2500 and restore service. I made another payment of Rs 500 on 5th June 2015 toward May month bill for which they charge Rs 403/- Now the company barred all the incoming and outgoing services and asking to deposit balance of Rs. 2895/- for restoration. Company is harassing / niggling customer by stopping (barred) service Some points is given below: 1. Every post-paid account has a set a 'Credit Limit'. If you’re outstanding payment amount crosses this limit, your phone system will automatically stop to work. The credit limit of my mobile no is 2000. If my credit limit is 2000/- then why services not stopped immediately when I crossed my limit 2. The bill raised by the Vodafone is Rs 5673/- which is almost 300% higher. How it is possible? As per the rules, one cannot allow to avail the facility beyond his credit limit. In the case the, to attract the business The Company neglects the credit limit. 3. The mobile no is not in the service since 10th April. The Vodafone is charging the rent for full month for which company did not provide the service. HOW CAN someone get a bill if their phone's services are completely DOWN.

              [protected] - 7.6.15 recharge on rs.199/- but my number is deactivated on later i know. the shopkeeper is tell me the amout is rechareged in your cell phone. but my cell no is not activated. pls, activate in my cell no and another way repay the amout in Rs.199/-. if you have any step in my no in today i will complain on consumer court. Pls send me replay quickly.

                Dear Sir, I, Dipak suthar, have activated 2GB (unlimited) mobile internet 2G plan on my corporate Vodafone CUG No. [protected] for monthly CUG rental charges Rs. 26.10 and internet plan charges of Rs. 199/- with effect from November 2014. Recently, the bill received for the month of May 2015 is having additional charges of Rs. 77/- under the head of “Value Added Services (VAS) Downloads” by mentioning 1 Units, whereas no any such downloads are executed apart from fixed internet using & downloads through internets for which monthly fixed rent already being paid. It is not understood which type of downloads can be made without use of internet and without consent o[censored]ser/customer. Previously same incident was also happened for the bill of March 2015 and after registering the complaint, the same was regretted by Vodafone and adjusted in next bill. We understood that Vodafone is in habit to make such false claims in their bills and repeating the same mistakes frequently without any reason to put unnecessary financial burdens on their customers. Vodafone is requested to look in to the matter seriously and adjust this Rs. 77/- over claimed amount with 14% service tax and interest in next month bill or ask to pay this bill net amount after deducting this false claim of Rs. 77/- (plus 14% service tax). It will also be appreciated if such mistakes will not be repeated in future by brand name like Vodafone. It is also to note that 14% service tax is applicable for the services rendered w.e.f. 01.06.2015 despite that Vodafone has claimed 14% service tax for the bill period of 01.05.2015 to 31.05.2015 which is not justifiable.                   During my stay in Canada neither I am not able to make any call nor can not send SMS to any number. 1. OTP SMS delivery.(reset Logon password for Standard Charted bank not delivered) 2. Can not make Outgoing calls from my Vodafone to any number during my stay in Canada. 3 Cannot send SMS to any number. I followed instructions given by preliminary contacts of service provider but still not resolved. I asked multiple time to make written communication in regards to my complaints which was also not done. I am frustrated now. Please help me to fix the issue, now I do not wish to contact Vodafone directly. Please message me if any information you need from my side.

                      Sir my name is SYED and iam from Bellary. Recently I got a offer from Vodafone in my best deals offer stating that if I recharged by rs179 I will get 2G data Internet of 2GB but when I recharged from my mobile I got only 1Gb.i reported this matter 3days ago they told me to wait. When I called today spoke to customer care executive I was very disappointed because he spoke to me very rudely and said there is no offer like this available and we cannot provide you extra 1GB and he just kept the phone, Vodafone company have started again to misguide the customer and cheat them..sir I want an action to be taken against them.                         I have 299 co-operate plan in which I got 500 Call / 750 3G and 2 G unlimited . As per customer care they send me 2-3 SMS regarding plan change and they change my plan without my any approval (writer /verbal ) . Normally my Bill come around 300-400 .. this time they send me Rs.1163.37 (Monthly charges 949.00) . How can company changed my regular plan without my approval . my no [protected]

                          I raised one complaint on unavailability of 3G service on roaming dated 5th jun'15..and they were supposed to revert within 24hrs.but the vodafone authorities closed the issue next day saying phone not reachable...I dint get any call from Vodafone customer care nor any msg about the closure of the issue...so i raised one more complaint request on the same issue-- now they are saying they ll revert in 7 working days and after that they ll resolve...this is pathetic...i m paying 1599 rs for 12gb plan for a month...in that if i m not getting the service for 15 days...what is the use? Time taken for reverting on the issue is too much...please consider this request on priority.

                            regarding 3G internet service at my mobile. please sort it out as soon as possible. i registered my last complaint at 2-7-15. but didn't resolve the solution yet. i also tried customer care for atleast 100 times but they didn't reply or answering my call, very poor service of Vodafone.

                                My Internet plan is of 1gb monthly rental of 250rs.since I have received messg that my Internet limit has been exceeded I have taken two addition add on plana of 250rs.still my Internet limit was exceeding. So I called Vodafone helpline 199 and have spoken to the customer executive almost 4-5 times in a month to advice me best plan for Internet as my bill amount will exceed this way. Executive just advised me take a add on pack which I had already taken and I have also taken 4gb place from next billing cycle. But after a month when I have received by Bill it was almost 5times more than my normal bill amount. I again called the customer care now and complaint them that why they didn't advised me that my bill is exceeding so much even when I was enquiring them regarding the details. My regular bill amount from. Past 8-10 years is 800-1050 but my current bill of May has come out to be 5000 something. That's ridiculous. What's the point of taking service from a network which is not customer friendly. I Have Cleary told the executive that I will not pay this amount even if you will disconnect this no. Since this is not free at their part

                                  I had applied for a vodafone post paid sim in the month of April 2015. customer verification has been done at my residence but I have not yet received the Sim. Despite repeated follow up with customer care team I have not yet received the Sim. But I have received a bill of Rs.392.47 for vodafone number [protected] ( Relationship number[protected]. I dont want to continue with any vodafone connection because of such horrible service. I will request you to please resolve the same at the earliest or else I will have to take it up with higher authorities.

                                    Hi my name is sandeep and my mobile number is [protected] i have done the recharge of RS 251 for 3G data on 6/6/2015 and in the morning of 7/6/2015 at 8:30 AM i got the msg that you have reached 80% o[censored]sage and remaining balance is 198 MB however the whole night i have not used internet but then also all my data was used i dont know why. Again i did the recharge of rs 251 for 3G data on 7/6/2015 at 9:30 AM and at 11:30 AM i got the msg that you have reached 80% o[censored]sage and remaining balance is 198 MB in 2 hrs i am getting this msg i have not used more than 20 MB in the morning i want all my data back to my account otherwise i do have more option i have already raised the complaint on Jago Grahak Jago and also on consumer court still i have more option if i dont get all my data back to my account then company might has to pay more which they cant expect.

                                      I have given port out request on 15th of May and there was no response from vodafone, again on 18th i have given request to my new operator, they bloddy kept it on hold till 23rd on which my bill get generated and rejected it due to non payment of bill on 25th. till that day i have not received the bill. no issues i cleared my bill on 27th and as per vodafone team i wen with my transaction ID to my new operator but they again rejected it on 1st of June due to reason "PORT CODE EXPIRED", which was valid till 2nd June 2015. I again generated code on 3rd and gave it my new operator, now its 7th today, i am receiving 2 calls everyday that please don't port out, they are unnecessarily harassing me by calling me everyday even when i have told them that i want to port out and don't want to use vodafone any longer. But still no action from them. as of now my outstading is Rs. -34.00, but now when i have called again in vodafone to check the status they are giving me a excuse that please clear your outstanding again to successfully port out. I have done it again, but will not do it in case they again hold it as it is clearly visible with their actions they will cancel the request again as again if for three or four days they will hold it with them, again my outstanding will increase . please provide me with a solution as the same thing i am facing with my other two numbers also : [protected], [protected], [protected]. As of today my outstanding of all numbers is in negative 150. So please do the needful ASAP. My contact number is [protected] in all cases for any query.

                                      I Sudhir Vashishth have given port out request for my number [protected] on 15th May 2015 and there was no response and they put it on hold and rejected it due to non payment of bill whereas all my bill dues was clear till that time. On 2nd of June due to reason "PORT CODE EXPIRED", which was valid till 2nd June 2015. I again generated code on 3rd (which will again expire on 18th June) and gave it my new operator (Idea), now its again 13th today, i am receiving 2 calls from Vodafone saying please don't port out, they are unnecessarily harassing me by calling me when clearly told them that i want to port out and don't want to use vodafone any more. But still no action from them. as of now my current outstanding amount is Rs. -115.00, but till now my porting request is under hold from Vodafone and I am getting message from my new operator (Idea) that they are waiting response from my present operator (Vodafone) for porting the number. again my outstanding will increase. please provide me with a solution to get out from this harassment from Vodafone.                                         I got charged Rs. 301 for Surprise 'Value Added Services' I am well educated about how mobile works. I never clicked on any third party link nor download anything. I got bill for following services which dont even make sense from their names. Executives couldnt explain what I was charged for. Details are as follows: d2c_mazaa_149 d2c mazaa 149 - Charges Rs. 149 sf_tinytvw_w_77 Rs. 77 d2c_mobilart_75 Rs. 75 Tried to complain by calling care, but Executives put call on waiting for more than 30 min two times before I disconnected.
