Sir Vodafone customer care people misguides me, I call them on 1 May 2015 about how much internet data I can use in my current bill cycle the executive told me that I have a bill plan of 1 gb per month but I can use additional 1.5 gb data in that bill cycle without any extra charges, due to this statement of the customer care executive I use a total of 1200 my data in that bill cycle and when bill come I see that they charged me ₹760 for...

I've requested for roaming pack on 21st May and it got activated by 25th. But Rs.75 is added to bill for the period from 25/04 to 24/05 though it got activated on a later period. Also a charge of Rs.283 is added for VAS service about which I had no information. These are neither I've requested nor I've received any SMS related to activation of it....

I activate 3g plan every month on my vodafone sim..number is [protected], but at my work place that is faculty of dental science, dharmsinh desai university, nadiad, tebo there is very poor network that i cant even use 2g network..please register the complaint and do the needful....
