I am using the Vodafone number [protected]. I, in total have three prepaid numbers which are currently active. The purpose of writing this mail is that i am very disappointed with the kind of service provided by a company of Vodafone's stature and repute.
I Have activated my roaming pack, before going into roaming for one months plan Rs170/-. and i received confirmation message for the same for one month activation on roaming plan.I was in Bihar for around 24 days.So, i was in Bihar roaming i.e in India itself.
I have gone through the Bill for the current month cycle and i have seen that Vodafone have charged Rs.750/- extra for roaming.i.e incoming as well as out-going charges.
I have raised complain for same so many times, and didn't get response and resolution for the same. (complaint no :- [protected])
When this went on for 8 days in a row, i lost my patience and i visit Vodafone store for the same complain.
I assure you that if this pathetic level of service continues and if i have to experience incidence of this nature again, i will discontinue services on my personal numbers without paying any of my pending bills, moreover, i will try and make sure that my entire organization discontinues the association with Vodafone. As it is there is widespread discontentment with your company's general level of customer service!
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
However due to a technical glitch in Vodafone THEIR system is not reflecting this amount. Despite providing whatever documentation they demanded 6 times, i am still receiving at least 3 calls and SMS per day from them.
Now my family members have also started receiving calls. I am being mentally hounded and am being made to feel like a thief. All due to their system being faulty i am being penalised. As my family is being harassed now, i cannot take it any longer and want to file a case against them for mental harassment and due to which i am not able to run my business resulting in losing customers.
