I raised one complaint on unavailability of 3G service on roaming dated 5th jun'15..and they were supposed to revert within 24hrs.but the vodafone authorities closed the issue next day saying phone not reachable...I dint get any call from Vodafone customer care nor any msg about the closure of the issue...so i raised one more complaint request on the same issue-- now they are saying they ll revert in 7 working days and after that they ll resolve...this is pathetic...i m paying 1599 rs for 12gb plan for a month...in that if i m not getting the service for 15 days...what is the use? Time taken for reverting on the issue is too much...please consider this request on priority.

    regarding 3G internet service at my mobile. please sort it out as soon as possible. i registered my last complaint at 2-7-15. but didn't resolve the solution yet. i also tried customer care for atleast 100 times but they didn't reply or answering my call, very poor service of Vodafone.

      MY SECURITY MONEY IS NOT REFUNDED YET AS MY CONNECTION WAS CLOSED ON 19th MARCH 2015, AND THE POLICY IS TO BE REFUND WITHIN 60 DAYS OF CLOSURE OF CONNECTION. BUT STILL I DIDN'T GOT MY MONEY BACK AND I HAVE COMPLAINT ALSO FOR THIS IN CUSTOMER CARE. I WANT MY MONEY

        My Internet plan is of 1gb monthly rental of 250rs.since I have received messg that my Internet limit has been exceeded I have taken two addition add on plana of 250rs.still my Internet limit was exceeding. So I called Vodafone helpline 199 and have spoken to the customer executive almost 4-5 times in a month to advice me best plan for Internet as my bill amount will exceed this way. Executive just advised me take a add on pack which I had already taken and I have also taken 4gb place from next billing cycle. But after a month when I have received by Bill it was almost 5times more than my normal bill amount. I again called the customer care now and complaint them that why they didn't advised me that my bill is exceeding so much even when I was enquiring them regarding the details. My regular bill amount from. Past 8-10 years is 800-1050 but my current bill of May has come out to be 5000 something. That's ridiculous. What's the point of taking service from a network which is not customer friendly. I Have Cleary told the executive that I will not pay this amount even if you will disconnect this no. Since this is not free at their part

          I had applied for a vodafone post paid sim in the month of April 2015. customer verification has been done at my residence but I have not yet received the Sim. Despite repeated follow up with customer care team I have not yet received the Sim. But I have received a bill of Rs.392.47 for vodafone number [protected] ( Relationship number[protected]. I dont want to continue with any vodafone connection because of such horrible service. I will request you to please resolve the same at the earliest or else I will have to take it up with higher authorities.

            Hi my name is sandeep and my mobile number is [protected] i have done the recharge of RS 251 for 3G data on 6/6/2015 and in the morning of 7/6/2015 at 8:30 AM i got the msg that you have reached 80% o[censored]sage and remaining balance is 198 MB however the whole night i have not used internet but then also all my data was used i dont know why. Again i did the recharge of rs 251 for 3G data on 7/6/2015 at 9:30 AM and at 11:30 AM i got the msg that you have reached 80% o[censored]sage and remaining balance is 198 MB in 2 hrs i am getting this msg i have not used more than 20 MB in the morning i want all my data back to my account otherwise i do have more option i have already raised the complaint on Jago Grahak Jago and also on consumer court still i have more option if i dont get all my data back to my account then company might has to pay more which they cant expect.

              I have given port out request on 15th of May and there was no response from vodafone, again on 18th i have given request to my new operator, they bloddy kept it on hold till 23rd on which my bill get generated and rejected it due to non payment of bill on 25th. till that day i have not received the bill. no issues i cleared my bill on 27th and as per vodafone team i wen with my transaction ID to my new operator but they again rejected it on 1st of June due to reason "PORT CODE EXPIRED", which was valid till 2nd June 2015. I again generated code on 3rd and gave it my new operator, now its 7th today, i am receiving 2 calls everyday that please don't port out, they are unnecessarily harassing me by calling me everyday even when i have told them that i want to port out and don't want to use vodafone any longer. But still no action from them. as of now my outstading is Rs. -34.00, but now when i have called again in vodafone to check the status they are giving me a excuse that please clear your outstanding again to successfully port out. I have done it again, but will not do it in case they again hold it as it is clearly visible with their actions they will cancel the request again as again if for three or four days they will hold it with them, again my outstanding will increase . please provide me with a solution as the same thing i am facing with my other two numbers also : [protected], [protected], [protected]. As of today my outstanding of all numbers is in negative 150. So please do the needful ASAP. My contact number is [protected] in all cases for any query.

              I Sudhir Vashishth have given port out request for my number [protected] on 15th May 2015 and there was no response and they put it on hold and rejected it due to non payment of bill whereas all my bill dues was clear till that time. On 2nd of June due to reason "PORT CODE EXPIRED", which was valid till 2nd June 2015. I again generated code on 3rd (which will again expire on 18th June) and gave it my new operator (Idea), now its again 13th today, i am receiving 2 calls from Vodafone saying please don't port out, they are unnecessarily harassing me by calling me when clearly told them that i want to port out and don't want to use vodafone any more. But still no action from them. as of now my current outstanding amount is Rs. -115.00, but till now my porting request is under hold from Vodafone and I am getting message from my new operator (Idea) that they are waiting response from my present operator (Vodafone) for porting the number. again my outstanding will increase. please provide me with a solution to get out from this harassment from Vodafone.                 I got charged Rs. 301 for Surprise 'Value Added Services' I am well educated about how mobile works. I never clicked on any third party link nor download anything. I got bill for following services which dont even make sense from their names. Executives couldnt explain what I was charged for.                     I([protected]) got a text message from Vodafone care at 6.37 am, today morning informing me that a deals pack weekly service had been activated and a weeks rental of rs 35 deducted from my balance. Since I don't subscribe to these vas and haven't in this instance too, I called up the Vodafone customer care number @199 and talked to a customer care personnel.i was told that this was through a website/Internet and Vodafone had nothing to do with providing this service or the deduction . Vodafone customer care was however very prompt at deactivating the service that I had apparently subscribed to but the balance deducted would not be refunded . so there...!!! This in my simple opinion amounts to push sale with the belief that even a deactivation would already have earned the service provider/Vodafone??... 35 bucks. Can someone look into this please? I am sure that I am not the only one waking up to these kind of messages...

                      I am using mob no [protected] with a monthly Rental plan of Rs150 as my monthly charges are below Rs 500 each month. After getting a bill more than Rs 3200 for the month of April 2015, which showed Rs 2600 as net usage, I made a complaint and on 30th May I was assured by Miss Krati Jain, a Vodafone customer care caller that I will be given a waiver of Rs 1300 in the bill for the month of April. Acting on assurance given to me I immediately made a payment of balance Rs 2000/-. assuming that now I have nothing balance on my part. But when I got the bill for the month of May 2015 I was shocked to see that nothing was waived from my bill for the month of April rather amt assured to be waived was included in my bill for the month of May. Please look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest please. Regards. Sanjeev Sharma

                        Data Plan No : [protected] Dear Sir My Name is Narender Singh I was using Vodafone Data Plan. I went Vodafone Store at Nirman Vihar Feb 2015 to take Vodafone Data Plan. Then Vodafone representative told me a plan -- you pay only Rs 1950.00 and get Dongle plus 3 month 3 GB Data 3G and after 3 month you can pay only Rs 1000.00 for every 3 month Then I bought this Plan. And last month I call 199 customer care department and enquiry about bill but Vodafone Representative didn't get answer about this plan. He told me that your cycle date is 28 May after this date bill will prepare and I (Customer Care) will solve this query. And finally Yesterday, I asked again Vodafone Customer care department then he told me that your Bill is Rs 730 .00 This is wrong bill. Again I write a request to close data plan. Request No is [protected] on 05/06/2015. Today afternoon I visit Vodafone Store Laxmi Nagar Delhi Then Vodafone representative told me that your bill amount Rs 730.00 and after 5 day your connection will close. and you will also pay 28th May to 27 May bill. But I gave data plan closure request on 05/06/2015 Then why will full month subscription. And Now I want to close my data plan as soon as possible without paying wrong bill.                             I had a Vodafone postpaid number that got de-activated because I was out of the country for the last 5 months. Now I'm trying to get the number activated. On Saturday, 30th May I went and gave a request for re-activation of my number and they asked me to pay pending amount of Rs305 which I paid After that I got incoming facilities but no outgoing Then on Wednesday, 04 June I again went to the store and they said to pay another amount so I paid a round amount of Rs200 so that my balance is Rs -34.70 meaning that there is no more amount to be paid by me. But still if I try to make a call it says Pay pending amount. I have been in touch with chat support since then. They gave me a request number that was later closed without the issue being resolved. Every time I contact them they say please wait, check my details and say it'll be activated in 2 hours and it doesn't happen. When asked to speak to supervisor they say wait for 48hours. Added to this they take 15-20mins to check the details of the request and when they ask are you online if you do not reply within 1min they disconnect. It is a really harassing situation. I have been trying to get answers. They do not have any number I can call and they don't provide proper information. I have decided to change the service provider because it I do not have the patience anymore. But, I want to raise complaint to make others aware.

                            After talking for hours to the representatives, I went to the Vodafone store for the 3rd time and after 2 hours of waiting and making the people there understand the problem and 3 hours after that the issue was resolved.

                              I have paid my bill of 8000 INR in May itself and has been debited on the 19th May. However due to a technical glitch in Vodafone their system is not reflecting this amount. Despite providing whatever documentation they demanded 6 times, i am still receiving at least 3 calls and SMS per day from them. Now my family members have also started receiving calls. I am being mentally hounded and am being made to feel like a thief. All due to their system being faulty i am being penalised. As my family is being harassed now, i cannot take it any longer and want to file a case against them for mental harassment and due to which i am not able to run my business resulting in losing customers. Please guide me Gangadhar

                                My name is Sumit Malviya and my contact no. is [protected]. From last one year i am using Vodafone and not a single time I have faced any issue regarding bill payment but this time i am facing a lot of problem with my current bill. On 21st of this month I received my bill and it was of Rs 3271.15 in which Rs 2467.43 was of Internet charges and that too for of 3 days 11, 12 and 13 of this month and data consumed is approx 1 GB. Plan activated on my number was 2G of 650 MB for Rs 95. On 3rd of this month I activated this plan. As per bill its showing that in 7 days 650 MB had been consumed and in 3 days approx 2 GB data has been consumed and that too on 2G network. How could it be possible that within 3 days this much data can be consumed while using Facebook and Whats App. I haven't used that much data. I went to Vodafone store also but I didn't got any proper response from them. From last 13 days my outgoing is closed. Lots of important call i have missed due to this.                                     I am using the Vodafone number [protected]. I, in total have three prepaid numbers which are currently active. The purpose of writing this mail is that i am very disappointed with the kind of service provided by a company of Vodafone's stature and repute. I Have activated my roaming pack, before going into roaming for one months plan Rs170/-. and i received confirmation message for the same for one month activation on roaming plan.I was in Bihar for around 24 days.So, i was in Bihar roaming i.e in India itself. I have gone through the Bill for the current month cycle and i have seen that Vodafone have charged Rs.750/- extra for roaming.i.e incoming as well as out-going charges. I have raised complain for same so many times, and didn't get response and resolution for the same. (complaint no :- [protected]) When this went on for 8 days in a row, i lost my patience and i visit Vodafone store for the same complain. I assure you that if this pathetic level of service continues and if i have to experience incidence of this nature again, i will discontinue services on my personal numbers without paying any of my pending bills, moreover, i will try and make sure that my entire organization discontinues the association with Vodafone. As it is there is widespread discontentment with your company's general level of customer service!

                                      Dear Team Today we have activeted new callertune after that today we have received 2 massage from company one of Vodafone tv and second of [protected]@ service activited on this no [protected] and charge add on my bill but we have not activited this service on my no. So this is my humbble request. Please reverse the charge. Regds Roop M [protected]... after this complaint i have received the call from customer care and the customer care lady told me that your charges has been waived before your bill generation but yesterday my vodafone bill has been generated and my chagre has not waived. So kindly Re-open my complaint becoz i am not setisfy with vodafone service and Please waived my chagre.

But It is nt working. And customer care say we don't have this type of plan. So please do the need full r I have to go in consumer court. I had lost of 31+ 61 rupees And company is nt provides services.
