Dear Officer,
With reference to my complain (Not only this but several times earlier in last 7 years) but still there is no solution.
Today I have spend 40 min on your helpline No. 198 to transfer my complain to Appeal Authority but after spending such time nobody given me answer how to put my problem with Appeal Authority.
Finally I got your mail ID from TRAI website.
It is a horrible experience from Vodafone and know the actual service level.
As my number is almost 10 years old and putting last effort to get solution.
I getting very poor connectivity network at my resident as well as at my work Surat - Parvat Patia PIN 395010.
Also I am not getting 3G connectivity.

Please give me some solution... I am not able to perform my business... call disconnected in-between.
