1st june early morning 4.40 AM i got a SMS, Hello! Glamour Zone pack is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 30 days rental of Rs. 90 has been deducted. Your current Balance post service activation is Rs. 98.395. To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223 ( toll free). Surprised as i didnt requested this service and i called that 155223 and for deactivation dial 1, did it and got an SMS at 5.08 AM Your subscription to Glamour Zone pack has been deactivated. No refund come. Again at 5.07 AM, Hello! Deals Pack Weekly service is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and a 7 days rental of Rs. 35 has been deducted. Your current Balance post service activation is Rs. 63.395. To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223 ( toll free) Once again i shocked and Surprised as i didnt requested this service and i called that 155223 and for deactivation dial 1, did it and got an SMS 5.39 AM Your subscription to Deals pack Weekly service has been deactivated. No refund come till. Again 2nd June 8.59 AM, Hello! Super Models Club pack is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and a 7 days renntal of Rs. 35 has been deducted. Your current Balance post service activation is Rs. 18.795. To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223 ( toll free) I ignored and trying to get some professional approach from experts. Again 9 AM, Hello! Radio Unlimited service is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and a 15 days rental of Rs. 15 has been deducted. Your current Balance post service activation is Rs. 3.795. To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223 ( toll free) Shocked, Vodafone is stealing money when my door is closed tightly and when i feel i am secured. Today i called the customer care 198 and other side a person attended the call and said Dinesh kumar, How may i help you? I explained the issues. He said it is not Vodafone, it is you requested, so that vodafone did I refused, as i didnt did it Then he said, it is not Vodafone and not you, as your internet pack is active, you clicked, For your information, I am using only whatsapp in mobile, no other internet. He said no it is not Vodafone did. I explained, yes i am using vodafone internet pack for whatsapp, How come you can take this, He said, if deactivated by customer care, it is possible to refund, since it is deactivated by me, No refund can be given. For that i said, i may go for legal approach as you are stealing simply from my pocket, i am helpless to control this. He said, he will give back 50 Rs as common refund for this, that will be activated in 2 hours. I asked as i am not requesting for this, and i was using customer care approach to deactivate as given in the SMS, you should pay my full amount. He said he didnt have any option of full amount. As i asked his name again, He said Dinesh kumar, i asked which and where is your office located, as i have to send a notice on your name since i requested, you didnt accept my and not apologized what you did. he said ask vodafone related question, we will not answer other question Till now i didnt got any refund, He gave orally complaint no[protected] and after an hour i got a sms Hello! we have received your request.[protected] is the request number for your reference. Thank you. What is this?

didn't subscribe to any of value added services..it get automaticaly activated..monthly 90 rs get reduced from my balance..please deactivate it.....even customer care also not able to find....

your NETWORK service is great, I enjoy using Vodafone. THE ONLY "COMPLAINT" I HAVE FOR VODAFONE IS "WHY DO YOU DEDUCT MY BALANCE UNNECESSARILY?" "I NEVER EVER SUBSCRIBED TO ANY OF YOUR VAS!!!" BUT WHY DO YOU KEEP ON DEDUCTING MY BALANCE, MAKING EXCUSES LIKE "YOU HAVE SUBSCRIBED TO THIS...YOU HAVE SUBSCRIBED TO THAT." Oh My Gosh, , as soon as I recharge my Balance, you guys deduct it within seconds. Whenever I'm in an emergency situation and I needed to call my parents or friends I find my Balance "0" and the reason for this is always those messages eating up my emergency balances... This happened not once Or twice but it happened numerous time... I've never thought of complaining, but since you're keeping this thing up and since it's not only happening to me, I'm compelled to write-up this whole Complaint thing. I hope you'll do something to stop this automatic unwanted vas. Thank you.

I don't even know what is 'Deals Pack Weekly Services' & they are saying that it is activated on your number as requested.
I never activated this service & Vodafone deducted Rs.35 from my main balance.

Deducting the amooft of Rs.25 from my account every week in the name of Deals Pack Weekly Service without my approval. I think it is one kind of cheat. My mobile number is [protected].
Same issue with my Vodafone prepaid number as well. Vodafone seems to be looting Indian public in daylight. Every month, I am being charged with Rs. 75 for Supermodels club pack and then there is option to deactivate it by sending SMS, after deactivating the money is never refunded, hence this looks like a scam. Please guide me how to take legal action. I don't know what is Supermodels club pack and never want to use VAS, but still Vodafone is charging on our balance.

Guys same thing happening with my number too. I called 198, 199 and other mobile number mentioned on vodafone website, customer service executive not responding even after dialing option 9. This was fourth time money got deducted for some stupid videoworld subscription which never had been subscribed by me and 20times i call vodafone no reply then i chat online on vodafone website with Poorna, she told and gave assurance foe refund and deactivation but all in vain.next day i tried again n by luck one customer care executive spoke but no refunds and still that subscription was activated even though i deactived on the day i got msg of activation. I agree that vodafone is cheating their customers by luring by their advertisement on tv to switch their networks to vodafone and at the end one has to fall prey in it. One should post on Fb and circulate entire nation.

Same with me, someone please help me to get unsubscribed for "THE LOL CLUB" pack INR 90 has been deducted.

    I activate 3g plan every month on my vodafone sim..number is [protected], but at my work place that is faculty of dental science, dharmsinh desai university, nadiad, tebo there is very poor network that i cant even use 2g network..please register the complaint and do the needful.

      I would like to register a Complaint for the mail chain attached below. I had written the below mail on 5th may for change of my Internet plans and got the reply from Vodafone below for that mail. But as it has turned out instead of Activating my Internet Plan of 2G 2GB no Internet plan was activated on my Number. 2 days ago I've received a bill for Rs.1236 out of which most of the amount is for Internet usage @4p/10KB since no internet plan was Active on my number !!! I have been charged for using Internet as I was intimidated via mail from Vodafone that my 2G 2GB plan is Active but now as I've come to know even now there is No Internet Plan active on my number !! This kind of service shows Vodafone in very poor light. I was called up thrice for giving feedback after change of Internet Plans but now I've come to know no Plan was Activated !!! This kind of Customer service is totally unacceptable and I am deeply saddened by this lacklustre attitude. I've tried calling your Customer Care 199, 198 and [protected] explaining the problem to them but haven't heard back yet from you. This issue has caused a great mistrust between me as a customer continuing with your services any longer !!

        I am using vodafone pospaid Bill No : 8536642 | Bill Period : 25.04.15 to 24.05.15 | Bill Date :25.05.15 | Your Postpaid Plan: E_Connect_3G_ 375 | Relationship No : 61305295 Got an bill of Rs.Rs. 989.22 for the month May in which extra 497 added for VAS which is neither activated in my mobile and I never used those sites, same case was happened for last 3 months. Every month I used to get this kind of bills having VAS charges, I never clicked on any third party link nor download anything. I got bill for following services which dont even make sense from their names Starting from March from when this has started, In March Bill VAS Downloads d2c_mobilart_75 - 75 April Value Added Services (VAS) d2c_mobilart_75 - 7 5 d2c_mydala_99 - 9 9 wapvilla_ppd - 9 9 d2c_mydala_99 - 9 9 Total 4 Unit - 372.00 May bill VAS Outgoing calls Value Added Services (VAS) d2c_mazaa_149 - 149 d2c_mydala_99 - 99 wapvilla_ppd - 9 9 d2c_mobilart_75 - 7 5 dwap_vid0075_ppu_mob[protected] Total 5 Unit - 497.00 Till now I have been charged Rs. 944 for the things I never used.         I am one another victim of such charges and its been happening on monthly basis. Literally fedup with such charges and sometime they waive it off and many times dont. I am not sure of the rationale behind such data charges and those guys don't have any mechanism to eliminate such sites even if accidentally clicked (many of them advertisement). Please take action as appropriate as we as customers are sometimes being charged exorbitantly

Plus date of next month auto renewal has also been given .please stop this service as it Is no longer required The message states: Your Data Pack has been renewed.               Vodafone India has sent me a bill on 25-April and they have charged 800+ ING for a CUG number. Ideally any calls made to the CUG should not be charged. When I brought it to their notice, they told that there was some mistake at their end (different CUG codes) and the billing amount will be adjusted in the next bill. On 30-May they sent another bill, where they charged 108 rupees for the same number and also charged 0.5 Rupees/minute to the calls made to 199. (Ideally they are supposed to charge 0.5 rupees/3 minutes). When I contacted customer care, to make them aware of their mistakes and get it rectified, they made me hold the line for minimum of 40 minutes every time I called them (4 times in a day) for which they charge 0.5 rupees for 3 minutes. Finally they connected me to the supervisor and she told that she will ensure that such mistakes will not happen in future. When I asked her to ensure that the calls that I made to customer care will not be charged, with no surprise her response was "Sorry I can't help/comment on this at this point of time". I case if a customer doesn't pay the bill due to any reason, Vodafone India charge 100/- as a late payment fee. Wouldn't Vodafone also should pay back the customer when there is a mistake from their end? Do they think that they can compensate their mistakes with a word "Sorry"?

I called them again but still there was same answer...now you tell me what to do now...                     Dear Sir, My self Kiran Bhadala using your company postpaid number [protected]. i have already register my mail id for the e-bill mail id: [protected]@yahoo.com and i am not able to open my vodafone account so today i have use the live chat solution and really it is very bad service form your side first of all i had talk with Stephanie after all verification he raised the request for the e bill and give me the tat time of 30 min but i am not receive my bill on my register mail id till 3 O'clock. @ 3 O'clock i again try to chat with Kashinath after long discuss with me without any verification and suddenly he asked me for the verification instead of giving me solution of my problem and he again raised the new request for the same. 1St Request No[protected] and the Due Date 23-May-15 13:04:04------ not sloved 2nd request number is[protected] you will receive bill within 30 min----- still not receive my bill please find the attached file for the both conversation.

                        I had asked for change of plan for my post paid mobile number [protected] (Mumbai) last month to accommodate for 1GB of 3G Data. The request was processed and I was informed about the activation of the added plan of 1GB 3G data with applicable charges. However my May 15 month bill is too high and on investigation of bill I find they are charging for about 300MB of data usage which comes out to be over Rs 3000/-. This is not true as the amount of data used falls well below the range of 1GB and should not have been charged extra. Also the current usage they are indicating as 623 MB and likely charge for that as Rs 7000 and more. I am not sure as why besides changing my plan to accommodate 1GB free they are still charging for the data which is well below 1GB. In past too similar thing has happened and service provider had done some adjustments to reflect the same. I am available on [protected] and would like to know as what's exact reasons behind that. This is very unfair on part of Vodafone. Vodafone has stopped services on this mobile. Rajesh Singh

                          My number [protected] is not able to connect to Vodafone network. It has been a day and I also activated roaming pack on my mobile. I am currently in New Delhi and the number is of Punjab. I have to stay for at least a month now in Delhi and would request to resolve this issue s soon as possible.

                                My communication :[protected] Dear Officer, With reference to my complain (Not only this but several times earlier in last 7 years) but still there is no solution. Today I have spend 40 min on your helpline No. 198 to transfer my complain to Appeal Authority but after spending such time nobody given me answer how to put my problem with Appeal Authority. Finally I got your mail ID from TRAI website. It is a horrible experience from Vodafone and know the actual service level. As my number is almost 10 years old and putting last effort to get solution. I getting very poor connectivity network at my resident as well as at my work Surat - Parvat Patia PIN 395010. Also I am not getting 3G connectivity.                                   Dear Sir, This is with reference to Tablet Internet Card No [protected] for which have to deal with horrifying experience of dealing with your customer care / Walk in Gallery. Have purchased this card from Vodafone Mini Store who suggest this would be Lifetime Validity Card ( 1st Lie ) so was relaxed and would use to refill this card only while travelling or other requirement. As was travelling to Rajasthan has refill the Internet Pack of 252/- Rs on 21st May 2015 but during travel found no network so my whole experience was as follow •Date 24th May 2015 : Call to customer care shared my problem but before understanding the problem they requested to select Idea network Manually even after suggesting that have got excellent Vodafone Network as am calling CC on same network without any issue but there suggestion was for Rajasthan you will have select Idea Network Only ( 2nd Lie & No Docket Number Provided ) •Date 25th May 2015 :- Call to customer care again shared my problem this time was asked to refill 10/- Rs Talk time as card would require some talk time balance dint understand why an Internet Card would require Talk time balance but still believe what was told me and Refilled 10/- Talk time immediately after refill still there was no network on my card even after few call was suggested it will happen just wait for sometime (3rd Lie & No Docket Number Provided ) •Date 26th May 2015 :- Call to customer care again explained the whole problem & call history and was suggested as card is not active for long time you will have refill 20/- Rs talk time instead of 10 /- so to make sure there no lack of balance have refilled 30/- Rs instead of 20/- Rs as suggested waited for 4 hours problem was not resolved again call to customer care after 6 Hours was suggested to wait for 24 hours issue was not resolved (4th Lie & No Docket Number Provided) •Date 27th May 2015 :- Call to customer care explained the history suggested me to wait for 48 hours still issue persist so much frustrated with support and waiting period (5th Lie & No Docket Number Provided) •Date 28th May 2015 :- After wait of 48 Hours and no access to my office mail was really frustrated and requested some escalation which was already request in my multiple calls earlier lucky to get connected to this executive who at least transferred the call to Team lead who suggested to activate dial following number *#300# ...etc if still doesn't work than visit Vodafone Store have tried but no result finally have to travel back to Mumbai on 31st May 2015 ( Lies keep coming just to end the cal & No Docket Number Providedl ) •Date 1st June 2015 :- As suggested visited Vodafone Store @ Thane Naupada Token 264 waited 1 Hour executive was really rude and suggested as Number is Deactivated they wont be able to help as it was my fault to refill De-Active card request response if it was de active card why did customer care asked to refill 10/- & than 20/- to activate for that suggestion was as executive would be trainee they have made the mistake only was you can get the money back to convert the number in Post Paid. ( Docket Number 264 ) Date 1st June 2015 :- Complain on Mail to Nodal Office accept auto generated acknowledgement mail no response as per process there should be response within 2 days. In my family am using more than 9 Vodafone connection and this was the first experience were have to reach Vodafone Customer Care & Gallery for an issue which was really horrible & fear full am just keeping my finger cross that none of those connection ever have to face any issue as it wont get resolve for sure My intention to write this mail was to know why customer has to bear brunt of lies from following people Vodafone Mini Store ( Mulund ) :- Who suggest card is Lifetime Valid Customer Care :- Trainees who doesn't even know how to check whether card is Active or De Active Vodafone Store :- Who are more interested in converting Pre Paid customer to Post Paid Hope there would be some action against executives who are just fooling customer by asking them to recharge even though the card is in de active state which can not be activated. Although financial losses are not big (i.e. 252 + 10 + 30 Rupees ) but faith have been lost which is non recoverable. Thanks Navneet Joshi

                                    03-06-15 ko maine apne number pe 98 ke recharge k liye request bheja bt wo activate nhi ho paya.tbhi main ccare k paas call krke bola to unhone bola ki av tk ye activate nhi hua h...main dubaara yahan se activate kr de rha hu..mere haan khne pe unhone ye pack activate kr diya...kuch der baad mere number pe do do 98 pack activate kr diya gya aur balance v deduct kr diya gya...aur yahan tk ki mere number pe jo offer tha 98 me 1GB, wo v nhi mila mujheav tk..customer care me baat kiya to bole ki 98 rupees refund nhi hoga..main chahta hu ki mera ek 98 ka internet pack activate rhne diya jaye aur ek ka paisa (jo ccare ki glti ki wjh se activate ho gya hai) refund kiya jaye..please solve my problem. ..

                                      Hi I am Hemanth Kavuri. I am using Vodafone post paid mobile. Vendor has cancelled the services from yesterday without intimating me. When I called the customer care today in the morning, executive from vodafone has told me that, they services are barred as my bill payment is over due and it has reached the maximum limit. I explained the execute when I made the payment, the amount I paid and the mode of payment. Also told the executive that the next due date for payment has not crossed and I have time till 8th or 10th of June to make the payment for the pending amount. Vodafone executive has also confirmed the same and told that, he has raised the request to resume the services and told it takes around 2 hours to resume the service. Name of the vodafone executive during this call is Rupa. I latter called them after 3 hours and informed them that the services are not resumed. The execute who spoke to me during this call, transferred the call to many irrevelent departments and also kept me on hold for nearly 40 minutes and even then he has not responded and the call got disconnected because of the inactive session for such a long time. I called the customer care again evening on the same day after 3/4 hours (around 7:30 PM) and asked for the status of my request and he said that they need two hours to resume the services. This time the executive from Vodafone who attended my call is Adithya. I told that I am not happy with the response they are giving me from the morning and requested to escalate to the next level. They denied it saying they will resume the services in next two hours time. Around 10:00 PM I called the vodafone customer care and now a person (executive) by name Gowtham addressed the call and asked to wait for two more hours to get the services resumed and when I asked to transfer the call to next level to escalate on this he disconnected the call saying his manager was busy and the manager can't speak to me at this point of time. I again called them around 10:30 and this time an executive whose name is Taagore has attended the call and requested to wait for two more hours and also told that his manager was busy in addressing another escalation. I started calling them from 9:00 AM today and they have not resumed the services till 12:00 AM on 4-June-2015. Could you please help me in getting this issue addressed by the Vodafone team.                                         I am customer of Vodafone no [protected].Last one month i was experience about the calls which i made can not talk, cannot listen properly, after the connect the call immediately cut of but at the same time charge for that call will continue.So i am very much disappointing. please help.
