Dear Team, When I had apllied for 199 monthly rental so how does it came with bill of amount 378/- ? I have been informed that it will be rental of 399/- u have sent id 378/- apart from it ur executives are calling and saying please pay 500/- rest we will wave off but didnt given any confirmation so why do i will pay rs-1000-/ And inspite of it u r sending me an court notice what a rubbish experience from vodafone which was not accpeted My alternate number is [protected] AMeet varma

    I have used since 8 years Vodafone sim continive so denied payment for the busy in hospital work .number is suspended 20 days back, i am paid amount of Rs-700/- yesterday, release and reactivation Incoming and Outgoing calls please do the same .

      My communication :[protected] Dear Officer, With reference to my complain (Not only this but several times earlier in last 7 years) but still there is no solution. Today I have spend 40 min on your helpline No. 198 to transfer my complain to Appeal Authority but after spending such time nobody given me answer how to put my problem with Appeal Authority. Finally I got your mail ID from TRAI website. It is a horrible experience from Vodafone and know the actual service level. As my number is almost 10 years old and putting last effort to get solution. I getting very poor connectivity network at my resident as well as at my work Surat - Parvat Patia PIN 395010. Also I am not getting 3G connectivity. My Complain No. 99236006 Please give me some solution... I am not able to perform my business... call disconnected in-between.         Dear Sir, This is with reference to Tablet Internet Card No [protected] for which have to deal with horrifying experience of dealing with your customer care / Walk in Gallery. Have purchased this card from Vodafone Mini Store who suggest this would be Lifetime Validity Card ( 1st Lie ) so was relaxed and would use to refill this card only while travelling or other requirement. As was travelling to Rajasthan has refill the Internet Pack of 252/- Rs on 21st May 2015 but during travel found no network so my whole experience was as follow •Date 24th May 2015 : Call to customer care shared my problem but before understanding the problem they requested to select Idea network Manually even after suggesting that have got excellent Vodafone Network as am calling CC on same network without any issue but there suggestion was for Rajasthan you will have select Idea Network Only ( 2nd Lie & No Docket Number Provided ) •Date 25th May 2015 :- Call to customer care again shared my problem this time was asked to refill 10/- Rs Talk time as card would require some talk time balance dint understand why an Internet Card would require Talk time balance but still believe what was told me and Refilled 10/- Talk time immediately after refill still there was no network on my card even after few call was suggested it will happen just wait for sometime (3rd Lie & No Docket Number Provided ) •Date 26th May 2015 :- Call to customer care again explained the whole problem & call history and was suggested as card is not active for long time you will have refill 20/- Rs talk time instead of 10 /- so to make sure there no lack of balance have refilled 30/- Rs instead of 20/- Rs as suggested waited for 4 hours problem was not resolved again call to customer care after 6 Hours was suggested to wait for 24 hours issue was not resolved (4th Lie & No Docket Number Provided) •Date 27th May 2015 :- Call to customer care explained the history suggested me to wait for 48 hours still issue persist so much frustrated with support and waiting period (5th Lie & No Docket Number Provided) •Date 28th May 2015 :- After wait of 48 Hours and no access to my office mail was really frustrated and requested some escalation which was already request in my multiple calls earlier lucky to get connected to this executive who at least transferred the call to Team lead who suggested to activate dial following number *#300# ...etc if still doesn't work than visit Vodafone Store have tried but no result finally have to travel back to Mumbai on 31st May 2015 ( Lies keep coming just to end the cal & No Docket Number Providedl ) •Date 1st June 2015 :- As suggested visited Vodafone Store @ Thane Naupada Token 264 waited 1 Hour executive was really rude and suggested as Number is Deactivated they wont be able to help as it was my fault to refill De-Active card request response if it was de active card why did customer care asked to refill 10/- & than 20/- to activate for that suggestion was as executive would be trainee they have made the mistake only was you can get the money back to convert the number in Post Paid. ( Docket Number 264 ) Date 1st June 2015 :- Complain on Mail to Nodal Office accept auto generated acknowledgement mail no response as per process there should be response within 2 days. In my family am using more than 9 Vodafone connection and this was the first experience were have to reach Vodafone Customer Care & Gallery for an issue which was really horrible & fear full am just keeping my finger cross that none of those connection ever have to face any issue as it wont get resolve for sure My intention to write this mail was to know why customer has to bear brunt of lies from following people Vodafone Mini Store ( Mulund ) :- Who suggest card is Lifetime Valid Customer Care :- Trainees who doesn't even know how to check whether card is Active or De Active Vodafone Store :- Who are more interested in converting Pre Paid customer to Post Paid Hope there would be some action against executives who are just fooling customer by asking them to recharge even though the card is in de active state which can not be activated. Although financial losses are not big (i.e. 252 + 10 + 30 Rupees ) but faith have been lost which is non recoverable. Thanks Navneet Joshi

            Hi I am Hemanth Kavuri. I am using Vodafone post paid mobile. Vendor has cancelled the services from yesterday without intimating me. When I called the customer care today in the morning, executive from vodafone has told me that, they services are barred as my bill payment is over due and it has reached the maximum limit. I explained the execute when I made the payment, the amount I paid and the mode of payment. Also told the executive that the next due date for payment has not crossed and I have time till 8th or 10th of June to make the payment for the pending amount. Vodafone executive has also confirmed the same and told that, he has raised the request to resume the services and told it takes around 2 hours to resume the service. Name of the vodafone executive during this call is Rupa. I latter called them after 3 hours and informed them that the services are not resumed. The execute who spoke to me during this call, transferred the call to many irrevelent departments and also kept me on hold for nearly 40 minutes and even then he has not responded and the call got disconnected because of the inactive session for such a long time. I called the customer care again evening on the same day after 3/4 hours (around 7:30 PM) and asked for the status of my request and he said that they need two hours to resume the services. This time the executive from Vodafone who attended my call is Adithya. I told that I am not happy with the response they are giving me from the morning and requested to escalate to the next level. They denied it saying they will resume the services in next two hours time. Around 10:00 PM I called the vodafone customer care and now a person (executive) by name Gowtham addressed the call and asked to wait for two more hours to get the services resumed and when I asked to transfer the call to next level to escalate on this he disconnected the call saying his manager was busy and the manager can't speak to me at this point of time. I again called them around 10:30 and this time an executive whose name is Taagore has attended the call and requested to wait for two more hours and also told that his manager was busy in addressing another escalation. I started calling them from 9:00 AM today and they have not resumed the services till 12:00 AM on 4-June-2015. Could you please help me in getting this issue addressed by the Vodafone team.               I am customer of Vodafone no [protected].Last one month i was experience about the calls which i made can not talk, cannot listen properly, after the connect the call immediately cut of but at the same time charge for that call will continue.So i am very much disappointing. please help.

                Dear team This is inform to you that I had purchased a new number form ganpati telecom Mudki distt ferozepur Punjab as captioned detail on 31/05/2015. As per Kyc norms I had submitted copy of Aadaar & one photo. So as per dealer same has been submitted to Arora telecom zira Punjab for further processing. But till time no is not got activated. Today I have to call to ASM on his contact no [protected] for regarding this but that guy have no sense how to talk with customer & he disconnect the call without listening my problem. It is humble request to you that kindly intervene & took the appropriate actions against the culprits.

                  Dear Sir I m Mithun Bhowmick from Dibrugarh(Assam) My vodafone number is : [protected] I was browsing and got one message in between that on my number Zeeditto and Look @it service got activated without my knowledge & deduction of rs 20+3=23, and today deducted my balance Rs. 20+7+3=30/- net. I don't expect this kind of thing happen with vodafone. Kindly look at this matter. Plz try to stop it. Now deactivated this service immedietly and REFUND my today deducted BALANCES.

                        Hi Team, Yesterday at 1.30pm I visited Vodafone store(BSK 3rd stage) which is near to Devegowda petrol bunk. I requested for a micro sim for the number [protected]. I got clarification from Vodafone care(198) people, as this request will be processed without any charges. But today I have been charged for it with 100/- that too without any receipt. I need a clarification on this ASAP. I’m sure this will be recorded in store’s CCTV, also I have copy in my hidden camera pen.                           I have been using vodafone number from years. Never faced such disappointing and absurd situation in the past. On 20th April 2015 i have made payment of INR 2787 at Indore AB road branch through my HDFC band debit card. I called on the customer care number same time on April 20th to change my plan to roaming since i will be out of Mumbai in niche area for quite some time. Hence i also purchased new vodafone number just in case i loose connectivity. From last one week i am getting calls from Vodafone forcing me to pay the PAID bill without knowing and checking internally even when i told the situation. I have to run back from an area near bhopal to Indore to check in the store where i have made payment through my card. The reception girl was on leave who took payment though the other girl at store managed to check in the hardcopy and found my number and details on 20th April in her register but she refused to help since the girl who took payment was on leave. I went to my bank to check if the payment is processed took out the statement paying extra 100 bucks just to check if i am wrong. but payment was through same time on 20th April. I have got call from Miss Subodh Singh early this morning Talking illogically in pathetic manner warning me me to suspend other number even after i told her yesterday about the situation and today as well. though i tired to help from my side but this behavior is abnormal and why should i suffer attending such idiotic calls because of vodafone mistake. i have already spent more than 3000 on petrol and for coming from Bhopal to Indore branch going to bank, vodafone store etc for a mistake that is been done by vodafone employee. On top of it hearing such screaming load illiterate people over phone is absurd. I have seen enough of it in last week and now i will be taking the issue to consumer forum and required places for claiming the money i have spent on vodafone stupidity and asking me to pay twice. please check and confirm from Indore AB road branch about the same. The other number that i took for emergency, i will be applying to other network for portability.The same review m gonna post to different social forums, let people know how Vodafone earns money and harass people.                             I had booked three complaints with 1909 (DND). My DND is active. I received three confirmations from 1909 saying that my request is received and is under process. Soon after, I receive sms'es from VX-VFCARE saying that "Hi! The number you have entered is not valid / active Vodafone number." This happened for 1. The the complaint I sent about HDFC bank credit cards on 29/05/15. Number: [protected]. and 2. An Education center in Delhi making marketing calls 01/06/15. Number: [protected]. and 3. HDFC credit cards offer again on 02/06/15 from the number: [protected]. This is pure negligence on the part of Vodafone, for refusing to book a complaint and followup on the errant marketers. Kindly take the appropriate action on them.

                            Vodafone has changed their response sms. Now they say they will look into the issue and resolve it within a certain date. I hope they really do so.

                            I had already contacted the helpline when the first sms came. It was only after two more sms'es came where Vodafone showed that it wanted to do nothing about the situation that I booked a consumer complaint.
                            Asking people to call a helpline number is not the solution. I've given you the errant telemarketers phone numbers and the dates they called me up. Take action against them instead of asking customers to call your helpline which doesn't help either.

                            @Consumer Complaints forum: This casual reply from Vodafone is proof of their lack of responsibility.

                              Hi Team, Please take a note that I requested vodafone care for a new number in my name on the 14th March'15, and on 15th a customer care executive was at my place to collect the documents required for the same. These people committed me some scheme for 199 rs ( 600 minutes & 600 messages ect). However at the verification call these people changed the scheme committed to me. These people have given me a sim without any number and have collected 250 rs in lieu of it. I did not accepted the scheme and asked for refund, and ever since Vodafone people are harassing me by asking 10 questions everyday and not provided me with the correct solution. I had also visited Voda care centre on jail road, and people were really rude and did not help me saying that on sunday they cannot provide me with any solution. I am a working lady and have no extra time to keep visiting your vodacare everyday. I would like to tell you that I have recommended your Vodafone in my corporate also... and today I am completely disappointed in your customer care services. I hope you would extend me a proper solution and investigate the matter henceforth. On 27th May, 2015, I applied for porting out from Vodafone and porting in to Airtel by duly filling form at Airtel store Bindalpul. The main reason for porting is that they promised 3G service and were only providing 2G speed (E symbol) for last 2 months while taking 3G rates from me. The following are the details of events unfolded: [protected] applied for porting, and duly filled form at Airtel store, Bindalpul. [protected] paid Rs. 530 towards bill generated on 18-5-15 and payable by 06-5-15, and all outstanding dues cleared. [protected] received acknowledgement of porting request VW626681 from Vodafone by sms [protected] received sms from Vodafone sms rejecting my porting request VW626681 due to post-paid outstanding payments due [protected] visited Airtel store Silver city, Rajpur Road and they suggest that I get a PD receipt as a proof of no outstanding dues [protected] visited Vodafone store Rajpur Road and the incharge admits that it is a mistake, and I have no outstanding payments due and refuses PD receipt. [protected] visited Airtel store Bindalpul, and informed them that Vodafone had cleared me for porting & showed them receipts of previous bills paid [protected] Airtel sent MNP update that my request for port-in has been rejected as payments pending towards current operator Sir, meanwhile many calls have come from vodafone from various numbers asking me the reason for porting, offering help for solving my problems, asking me to remain with vodafone, and trying to find out details of my personal information. Please use your good office and do the needful as fast as you can so that these operators will not abuse telecom customers and make them run pillar to post. Thank you very much.                                   My Pre-paid number is [protected]. Recently I bought Internet 3g pack for Rs251 - 1 GB data for my sim card. But I never got it connected to 3G. I called the customer care and they are not able to guide properly. My validity is 30 days and already it is 10 days and not able to connect to 3G network. They took money happily while recharge. My service registration number is : - [protected]. 1. I called to customer care 10-12 times for this. Out of 10-12 calls they just connected to right people only 3-4 times. They put me in different queues for 12 minutes and then they are disconnecting my call. 2. They not able to help technically.

                                    Hi Team, I am facing issue mobile n/w[Fluctuating n/w ] and there is no internet connectivity also both 2G/3G at my home. regarding this i have raised the complaint on 8 th May. and there is another complaint rasied on 16 May 2015 with number [protected]. but still issue does not get resolved.Every day i am calling customer care and they are telling issue will be resolved ASAP since last 12 days. There is another complaint with number[protected]. according to this issue should get resolve by 02.06.2015 but issue is still outstanding. Why issue is not getting resolved till date? Is this the way vodafone responds to its users? If vodafone not able to provide the service why issuing the SIMS?
