Hi, This complaint is regarding the inconvenience caused to me by Vodafone India. Due to the no. of interrupting promotional calls & messages I was getting daily from Vodafone, I requested them to activate "DND" (Do not disturb) service for my number. However, even after requesting for the service "twice" & also after receiving the activation message for the same, I don't know for what reason, those irritating calls & messages never stopped! Today after getting 10 such disturbing calls & messages during the whole day, when later in the evening, I "once again" called at the customer care of Vodafone & explained my issue, I was asked to "once again" make a request by sending the attached picture of the message. Thereafter, I received a message from Vodafone that my request can't be completed, which also you can see in the picture attached. Frustrated, I think its a huge waste of one's time, energy & money by calling every now & then at the Vodafone Customer Care for a persistent issue when all they can do is nothing but fool their customers! A strict action is highly recommended.

      I ported my number from airtel to vodafone postpaid because the executive offered me cheaper 3g plan ... But now its been around 1 week and the 3g plan is not activated -- customer care said that there was no such request so they can't do anything about it... Bad experience

            Plz pay your attention on below complaint I:e my father was owned a postpaid paid by last month. Vodafone representative said to him that your plan is 150 per month & maximum amount will come as per usage. Now we received a bill of rs 500. This is wrong as per the bill plan. We are not paying this bill worth rs 500. Kindly revise the bill or kindly disconnect our billing connection. This connection is appx 2-3 years old. We are going to port this no to airtel.                 On OCT 2014, I stopped using my post paid Mobile number since i came to United state. On NOV 2014, I got a bill for Rs.1763. So I have asked my father to contact Vodafone Mini store of SRI MAHAVEER AGENCIES in Villupuram where he has done settlement and he had given a written letter to close my connection and he explained the reason for closing the connection and everything to them. They agreed to close and got written letter from my father. After that also my father used to get frequent calls from your customer care to know the reason of why we are closing connection.He is very patiently explained every time that My son went to US for his work so we are not using this number any more. Hence we are in position to close his connection. But we are still getting Vodafone bill through Emails and calls every month even though we have done all the formality advised by Vodafone Mini Store to close the connection. I have sent some mails to your Vodafone representatives. Now we are getting mail from Vodafone for legal proceedings to Rs.1899. When we approached your Vodafone Mini Store they are saying that they did not receive any letter from us and you can close only in chennai. it is ridiculous. I have used Vodafone connection more than 2 years. I never expect this from your authorized Vodafone Shop. As a authorized Dealer SRI MAHAVEER AGENCIES should help to customer to close connection and educate customer if they don't aware such process. Sir why would i pay Minimum Rental amount when we are not using my connection for more than 7 months? Why would i take responsible for the mistake/ made by SRI MAHAVEER AGENCIES? Finally i called your Vodafone representatives and they asked me to send a mail and agreed to waive the amount of Rs. 1899. This is one of my bad experiences in my life time with Vodafone. To resolve the problem i would appreciate you take specific action . Enclosed are Bill copies paid on Nov 2014. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem.                   I am avi bohara from gujrat. Me vodafone ka yek number chala rahahu. But ye number pe 3G ka kohi bhi offer nahi aarahihe.. Abhi ke jo naye vodafone pe offer aati hai ow mere number pe nahi aati. Customer cere mai bat kiya but ow bolte hai offer head office se aati hai. Naya aur purana sim mai aisa mat bhet kyu?? Jo naya sim mai aana chahiye ow offer purana sim mai bhi aana chahiye. For ex- new sim 1GB 3G 179 Old sim 1GB 3G 249 Thanks u sir

                        my services are deactivated and i received a message saying that i have crossed my credit limit. my unbilled amount is 1289.18 which is due to the internet pack, because when any net pack is activated on no the unbilled amt is increased by 4paise/10kb data usage and this charge is deducted on billing date. but my services are restricted saying that i have crossed the credit limit 500 rs and i am asked to pay rs 1289.18 rs before my billing date and which includes the amount of data pack which has to be deducted first. i hve not crossed my credit limit and still i am being forced to pay 1289 rs, saying that my services will not resume if i do not pay this amount.

                        I got a call from vodafone customer care excutive in the month feb-15 saying there is interner pack offer for Rs.450 3GB unlimted.I have activated the plan and billed go gerenered in in april-15 the internet bill was Rs.8700 for 5GB usage. When i check with customer care they are saying it limited pack that is the reason they have charged extra.

                        They have blocked my incoming and out going calls.Same plan in prepaid it is Rs.851 whereas in post paid Rs.8700.I have requested for waived but i have not recived any response from.

                        Pls be careful with vodafone.

                          I AM USING A SIM CARD IN MY DOCUMENTS AND ITS THE FIRST ONE, BUT WHEN I SUBMIT MY DOCUMENTS TO BUY A NEW ONE ITS SAYING THAT THERE ARE NINE SIM CARD RUNNING IN MY DOCUMENTS. I THINK THE COMPANY IS CHEATING WITH US FOR THEIR PROFITS. NOW IN THE MARKET SIM CARD IS AVAILABLE WITHOUT DOCUMENTS. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE? THEY ARE COPYING OUR DOCUMENTS FOR THEIR PROFIT. ITS HARASSING US.

                            I have been using the current vodafone number since 7 yrs, and it has been a corporate plan since 5 years . Recently Vodafone deactivated the unlimited corporate 2G plan and when I repeatedly since Jan 19th to activate the plan, the plan got activated last few days ago and now they are charging me Rs 5500 for the internet usage during the period when the plan was no there, last month Vodafone accepted the mistake and gave me a waiver of Rs 3000 but this month again they have charged me Rs 2500 which they have clearly mentioned they shall not give an waiver, if i donot pay as they say, they shall terminate the servies in next few days .                               call customer care and they pick my call then i tell that my sim dosnot recieving 3G network and they said please sms ACTPG3G to 199 and i recharge with 62 rs and i recieve 600mb for 30days and aftet messiging this ACTPG3G to 199 my all internet balance cut an d i call customer care for this they said that this is your fault our excecutive does not give you wrong quiery they give right quiery and their executive name is rajiv kumar i am not sure about this but i am sure 50% that his name is rajiv kumar who give this quiery to me and my vodafone number which is facing these issues is [protected] and if you want to talk with me please call me On my this number [protected]

                                  My name is Augustin and my Vodafone mobile no is [protected]. Am using this no for past 4 years. There have been few recent instance where my internet data pack is active but money got deducted Rs.150/- from my account. This has happened 4th time. First two time after repeated follow ups with customer care, they stated amount deducted for download. Whereas there was no activity from my end. Finally they refunded the amount. Now again the same instance had happened. Am fed up calling the customer care as there is no direct no to address the complaint.This time too the customer care executive is giving the same download reason. I only use internet pack for browing the net and not for any downloads. Kindly look into this issue to resole this bug and refund my money.                                     I am a Hutch / Vodafone Customer since 27/10/2004. I regret to inform about the following facts, which has resulted into complete disconnection of my Vodafone no. [protected] for more than 43 hours from about 7:30 PM of 14/05/2015 to about 2:30 PM of 16/05/2015. The following message was received by me from VG-VFCARE on 11 May'15 at 3:34 pm via SMS when I was roaming in Mumbai : " We could not verify your docs & address as req. By DOT. Since mine was a CUG connection for Piramal Group, where I am employed, I contacted the single-point contact person of Vodafone, Mr. Aslam and requested him to collect all my relevant documents on 13/05/2015 morning from my office on my return from Mumbai. Mr. Aslam called me up in the evening of 12/05/2015, when I was travelling from Mumbai to Bharuch and requested me to send scan copies of (1) Co. Photo ID, (2) My Photo ID & Address Proof (my Passport) & (3) PAN to his mail ID, which had been duly forwarded to him at 12:31 PM of 13/05/2015. However, despite above, to my utter surprise & disbelief, my Vodafone no. had been disconnected completely at around 7:30 PM of 14/05/2015. As a result, I lost complete control of the access to my Factory (which is the basic purpose of providing me with this connection). I could not even be able to receive any incoming call or message or mail. In effect, I had to pass through a tremendous amount of mental agony and harassment. I had to run from Pillar to Post for about 43 hours to ultimately get my connection re-activated at around 2:30 PM of 16/05/2015. Activation of my internet connection took further several hours and my ISD activation has been completed only in the afternoon of 19/05/2015. I have raised some pertinent questions to Vodafone Officials on 24/05/2015 about the whole episode, which remained unanswered till date: • Had I not provided the then HUTCH Officials with my ID & Address Proof at the first instance when I was given the connection on 27/10/2004 ? • If not, why no action has been initiated by Vodafone for so long (more than 10.5 years) ? • An Address change had also been effected in between w.e.f. 01/11/2009. Had I not provided the Vodafone Officials with the new Address proof then also ? • If not, why no action has been initiated by Vodafone for so long (more than 5.5 years) ? • The SMS received from Vodafone says “We could not verify your docs & address as req. By DOT” . Does it mean that ‘Vodafone's failure to verify my documents & address as per requirement of DOT’ would lead to penalising me by way of disconnection of my number ? • Finally, despite my providing the ID & Address Proof once again on 13/05/2015, why still my number has got disconnected completely on 14/05/2015 ? I am yet to receive any reply to my queries (point wise). I have also requested Vodafone to investigate the whole episode and find out necessary corrective & preventive measures so that no other customer of Vodafone goes through the same mental trauma and face unnecessary harassment.                                       dear sir, i had used Vodafone postpaid for 7 or 8 months. Now i mnp from postpaid to prepaid before 3 months i asked in store, they told me that within 60 days the cheque will come to your home. But till now 3 month gone. but i did not get my deposit amount please take my complaint and i waiting for good action thanks & regards J.Premkumar
