    Hi, I have been using this number( [protected]) since last 5 years and I am disappointed to say this that vodafone services are deteriorating day by day. Since 21st May, I am unable to use my 3 G services. I have visited 8 vodafone stores, called customer care more than 15 times but still no one is able to restore my 3 G services and neither I am getting any satisfactory reply from anyone. It's pathetic to see your customer care having team leaders like Ramya, Siddhu and Vishwanath and executives like lorretta, venkat who all are either disconnecting my call or giving me false assurances. Is this the service you are giving to loyal customers ( I have got 4 vodafone connections other than this: [protected]/6 and [protected]). Pls change your slogan" Power for you" and " Happy to serve you". It's all rubbish. I will wait till tomorrow 12 noon or else I will go for number portability of all numbers.

        Hi, I am Varun and I did a full talk time recharge on 31st May 2015 using Freecharge. Here are the details before Vodafone executives dismiss my claim. Order ID (Starting with FC): FCVM[protected] Operator Transaction ID: CH[protected] I called up the vodafone executive and they admitted the amount being added to the secondary balance. Now, who asked them to add it to secondary balance. I can't make calls though my secondary balance is Rs 165. This is seer cheating on part of Vadafone. I request the concerned authorities to take note of it and transfer the amount into main balance. Regards, Varun

          My Vodafone prepaid number is [protected]. in this connection, I have seen information from https://shop.vodafone.in/shop/prepaid/bonus-card1.jsp. After that I have activated my std bonus card *444*31# for 28 days 35P/mintue on dated 31/05/2015. But after activation, I got a activation SMS for V2V lacal call for 7 days and deduction of Rs 31 from my balance. This is wrong activation in my number from your Vodafone side and now I want refund my money Rs.31/- or activate my STD plan on this number at earliest. Note: I have try many times in Vodafone customer care, but sorry to say your staffs are not responding positively and and cut the line to listen my query.

            I recharged my number yesterday by 255 where i should have got 2gb 3g data . I got 1gb instantly but the next was supposed to be credited in next four hours. I didnt get it. I called customer service six times, they heard my query and either kept my call on constant hold or disconnected the call. I want immediate action and want my 1gb data back. My number is [protected]

              My vodafone number is [protected]. I m from Noida. Yesterday on 31.05.2015 I received an offer of 4gb 3g data on recharge of rs. 455... That is 2gb+2gb extra offer. I made a recharge of rs. 455, i got instant 2gb data and 2gb extra data was supposed to be credited in next 4 hours according to the customer care executive. Today 01.06.2015, I didn't received my extra 2gb data when I called vodafone customer care, they said sorry for the inconvenience but the extra benefit can't be credited. This is totally a fault of misrepresentation. Please help me regarding the following problem. Thank you!

                  phone no. [protected] activated as post paid as plan 349 rs. But phone bill come out 1000 rs with in 5 days. 2 times outgoing off. one time 200 rs paid as discussed with customer care . we have taken plan of 349 rs, no plan start and 1000 rs bill come with in 5 days. its issue of cheating . Kindly consider our complaint.

                    Hi, This complaint is regarding the inconvenience caused to me by Vodafone India. Due to the no. of interrupting promotional calls & messages I was getting daily from Vodafone, I requested them to activate "DND" (Do not disturb) service for my number. However, even after requesting for the service "twice" & also after receiving the activation message for the same, I don't know for what reason, those irritating calls & messages never stopped! Today after getting 10 such disturbing calls & messages during the whole day, when later in the evening, I "once again" called at the customer care of Vodafone & explained my issue, I was asked to "once again" make a request by sending the attached picture of the message. Thereafter, I received a message from Vodafone that my request can't be completed, which also you can see in the picture attached. Frustrated, I think its a huge waste of one's time, energy & money by calling every now & then at the Vodafone Customer Care for a persistent issue when all they can do is nothing but fool their customers! A strict action is highly recommended.

                        I ported my number from airtel to vodafone postpaid because the executive offered me cheaper 3g plan ... But now its been around 1 week and the 3g plan is not activated -- customer care said that there was no such request so they can't do anything about it... Bad experience

                              Plz pay your attention on below complaint I:e my father was owned a postpaid paid by last month. Vodafone representative said to him that your plan is 150 per month & maximum amount will come as per usage. Now we received a bill of rs 500. This is wrong as per the bill plan. We are not paying this bill worth rs 500. Kindly revise the bill or kindly disconnect our billing connection. This connection is appx 2-3 years old. We are going to port this no to airtel.                                 Sir 2 days before I got an sms descibing that some pack has been activated and rs.45 has been charged. I haven't activated any packs. This is 2nd time they have plucked money from me... i need a refund . 1. Refund my money. 2. Face the court complaint. The choice is yours ... My mobile number[protected]

                                  On OCT 2014, I stopped using my post paid Mobile number since i came to United state. On NOV 2014, I got a bill for Rs.1763. So I have asked my father to contact Vodafone Mini store of SRI MAHAVEER AGENCIES in Villupuram where he has done settlement and he had given a written letter to close my connection and he explained the reason for closing the connection and everything to them. They agreed to close and got written letter from my father. After that also my father used to get frequent calls from your customer care to know the reason of why we are closing connection.He is very patiently explained every time that My son went to US for his work so we are not using this number any more. Hence we are in position to close his connection. But we are still getting Vodafone bill through Emails and calls every month even though we have done all the formality advised by Vodafone Mini Store to close the connection. I have sent some mails to your Vodafone representatives. Now we are getting mail from Vodafone for legal proceedings to Rs.1899. When we approached your Vodafone Mini Store they are saying that they did not receive any letter from us and you can close only in chennai. it is ridiculous. I have used Vodafone connection more than 2 years. I never expect this from your authorized Vodafone Shop. As a authorized Dealer SRI MAHAVEER AGENCIES should help to customer to close connection and educate customer if they don't aware such process. Sir why would i pay Minimum Rental amount when we are not using my connection for more than 7 months? Why would i take responsible for the mistake/ made by SRI MAHAVEER AGENCIES? Finally i called your Vodafone representatives and they asked me to send a mail and agreed to waive the amount of Rs. 1899. This is one of my bad experiences in my life time with Vodafone. To resolve the problem i would appreciate you take specific action . Enclosed are Bill copies paid on Nov 2014. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. Abhi ke jo naye vodafone pe offer aati hai ow mere number pe nahi aati. Customer cere mai bat kiya but ow bolte hai offer head office se aati hai. Naya aur purana sim mai aisa mat bhet kyu?? Jo naya sim mai aana chahiye ow offer purana sim mai bhi aana chahiye. For ex- new sim 1GB 3G 179 Old sim 1GB 3G 249 Thanks u sir

                                      I have been making numerous complaints to enable me to port from Vodafone to Airtel, They keep promising call back which never happens, exactly the behaviour which is drving me away from them, Even by their poor standards, this is disgusting service.                                         With reference my complaint nos. [protected] & [protected] no necessary action has been taken till now by repeated requests to Mr. Amarjit Nodal Officer. He is just ignoring my complaint and clearly taking the side of said vodafone store staff. My complaint letters are lying with Mr. Amarjit Singh Nodal Officer. He is unresponsible towards his duties. Moreover no contact no of Mr. Amarjit is in approach of the customers. Please do the needful and give me satisfactory reply. Thanks
