On may 27th, 2015, vodafone(VB-VFCARE) deducted Rs. 20 from my account ([protected]) for a service "gaana khazana" i did not subscribe for and again on may 28th, 2015 RS. 35 is deducted from my account for the activation of service "gaana khazana". That is total Rs(20+35)= Rs55 is deducted from my account in 2 days for the services i did not even subscribe for and this is happening every time when i recharge my account. Earlier i have complained regarding this topic. So, kindly i request you to refund my money of Rs.55 and request you to avoid this kind o[censored]nwanted subscriptions.

On june 15th, 2015, vodafone(VB-VFCARE) deducted Rs. 20 for a service "gaana khazana" i did not subscribe for and again on june 19th, 2015 i have received a mail from VB-VFCARE that RS. 35 will be deducted again from my account for the activation of service "gaana khazana". I tried to deactive. But it shows failed. i dont like this service to reduce amount in 2 days for the services i did not even subscribe for and this is happening every time when i recharge my account. So, kindly i request you to to avoid this kind o[censored]nwanted subscriptions.

I have Vodafone service, i got today a message from vodafone(VB-VFCARE) saying, Gaana khazana has been activated as requested and 35Rs has been deducted from my account. I have not requested this service to get activated. I deactivated immediately sending message "STOP" to 155223, but the deducted amount did not get credited back. Please refund Rs35 back to my account.

    Respected sir, I am a customer of Vodafone. I used vodafone app to recharge Rs 29 . I see in app that In Rs. 29 3G 1 day valid from 12am to 6am. I used the app and recharge via net banking. But after recharge message came Std pack activated. I call 198 . Mr Deepak Roy pick up the phone. I want to know about the problem. But he talk with me in rude. I don't understand anything. As a result I am not able to get the best way to solve the problem. Is this a customer care service ? Please solve this problem as soon as possible. Thanking you Samrat Rana [protected]

      I got the same message Rs.45 cut for subscription of [protected]@it. Never heard of what it is! This message keeps repeating again and again. Called 198. they said they did not know what I browsed and clicked on the internet. The data plan allows only some content to be downloaded and the rest are payable evn though I subscribed to data plan. So I asked how I would know if the content I am about to download is chargeable or free. He said I would get a pop up on the screen. My i phone has a pop up blocker n i am not blind to click on any random window that opens. Till now, Vodafone charged me 254+45+45+45 for this service. This has to be immediately stopped and I want my money back.

        i want to deactivate this ([protected]) number because it got stolen or been allotted to someone else and unnecessarily i am paying the bill for this no. i would also require the complete detail and call history made by this number from start.

        usage of this no. by me is negligibale.

        i did went to Vodafone store to complain and ask for detail but they couldn't gave me a satisfying answer.Being a loyal and Vodafone red customer the treatment was unsatisfactory.

          Dear All, It is very sad to say i Ajay Shekhawat taken corporate connection from your company and my self having Vodafhone Number very period and recently we port few numbers from Airtel to Vodafhone from Bikaner Our office COXANDKINGS LTD at B1 LAXMI PALZA FIRST FLOOR BIKANER I want bring a notice to that Mr Jugal Jhanwar one boy which is handling vodfhone store in bikaner he done his contact number [protected] MY ONE AFTER GETING BILL WE SUBITED SAME but vodafhone closed outgoing and they saying your FIA is wrong so we closed after two mounths after gettting approval as per said by my jugal and also he said your charged 0.30 paise on every mobile but company is charging 0.50 paisa so please resolve same or i go regal Regards Ajay Shekhawat([protected]) mail id [protected]@gamil.com

              300 Rs debited without any reason. They say those were GPRS charges for internet. But my internet plan is active till June month. want to lodge a complaint as this is second such instance. First time, they agreed to the error. this time they are not responding, nor giving the itemized statement for debit. Regards Sridhar

                I am unable to download anything from play store. I have informed the matter to toll free number 198. I have been facing this for last one month. I have placed the sim card in other mobile also but the same problem continue. Sometimes it shows SORRY NOT ENOUGH SPACE and sometimes ERROR CODE 927. Please help.

                  Rs. 90/- was deducted for activate FOLLY services in my mob No. [protected] on one week earlier and the same was immediate deactivated by me. However on conversation with Vodafone Customer Care(two times) they have assured to refund within 02 Hours. But a lapse of over one week the could not be refunded yet.                       I recently activated my new Vodafone sim. I can't seem to recharge. Every recharge amount I tried making is showing that it's a wrong denomination. This is my first recharge since the sim got activated. Is there a specific amount for first recharge?

                        I have taken SIM Number [protected] by paying money to the retailer on 22nd of May 2015 and have been informed that SIM registration will be done by Monday i.e 25th May 2015, but till today i.e 27th of May nothing is happend, still when I use SIM card in the device, we are not finding signals. I have submitted proper documents ( valid Voter ID ( LOCAL ID) and Photographs too) I request you to activate my connection as early as possible.

                          Dear Sir, I had a terrible experience as I had gone there(Sant Nagar Vodafone store) to get nano sim but your rep Mr Gaurav turned to be best of the lot that I have seen so far in Vodafone . This man almost duped me in passing an extra strong SIM card costing Rs.200/-(which on intervention by Mr Rahul was returned to me)that Vodafone has come out with recently. When I asked for the literature for the extra strong SIM, I was told that Vodafone has not published any pamphlet so far. Great people you have at your Sant Nagar store. Good sense prevailed that I was able to call his bluff in time. Hats off to Mr Gaurav Please counsel them . Are we grooming young ones to become super cheater when they hold bigger managerial positions in MNCs like Vodafone. Ms Anisha Arya unfortunately was on leave on 26May evening when this happened. Best of luck to Vodafone. When I called up [protected] at around 6:05 P. M. I was told that no supervisor is available with whom I could lodge a complaint of Vodafone employee.                             There is problem in my sim that is incoming calls not receiving in my sim . In details anyone call to my sim so that say that the number is wrong. But my number not wrong. And outgoing is ok. I called Kolkata customers care (no. Is [protected]) . He/she say wrong talk, and talking manners not good. And solutions have not done by kolkata customer care. I called many times. All employees of Kolkata customers care not good. Talking manner not good.

                              Lately i made a call to the Vodafone customer care in Chennai, i had a local regional language speaking agent connected to the service. i had a very low voice due to my soar throat, he was telling it wasn't audible at the moment i tried my best to sound heaver but it wasn't enough it seems, the adviser sarcastically insulted me saying that im deaf and i cant hear more than this, i was telling him that your supposed to sound in a polite manner, but he didn't take it, as i got irritated i asked him to hung up the phone ., but he started abusing me in a harsh way .. saying .. is this kind of customer service that Vodafone is running, this is the worst experience i would tell. even a small start up company might have a good service running by as this is big brand i would suggest to employee better staff to avoid this kind of miss happening .. please do something about this ...

                                I want to activate some data plan on my number([protected]). I call customer care and want to know about the data plan. They told me for two bill celcle i have a 2G offer 50% for that offer i have to pay Rs. 90 per month. But with in two month in this month my bill was generate for data pack Rs. 180. My present alternate contact number is [protected].Since 3 Months I am facing the network issue in my local area (Gandhi Nagar) & so I am not able the OG/IC call without any disturbance. Therefone I am any complaint to vodafone customer care & Vodafone store but did not get the resolution from your side.so hopeless I was gone to Vodafone store which located in Krishna nagar & explain the entrie issue but they did not given the issue resolve SLA Time & did not waive the bill for non.usege period. They advised me to do some procedure for getting back the signal and we cannot provide the waiver & she suggest me if issue is so long so you have to cancel the Number. finally Said that they can't do anything . Next day I confirm the procedure . they told me that retention team will call you within 24 hour but till date I am not getting any call from retention team So till for this month, won't Vodafone take any action?                                     I have a Vodafone postpaid sim # [protected]. Since last few days unwanted services have been activated on my number. I do not have any idea what those services are for and why have they been activated on my number. I never requested for any of those services. Rs.149 has been charged for the same. Please deactivate all these services and adjust the bill for this month. I will not be continuing the postpaid services from next month (June 2015) onwards, so please adjust the amount deducted in this bill cycle only. Kindly take this seriously and don't compel me to take legal actions against you.

I am paid two bill for vodafon, after that one sms received from vodafon to me your priviwes company payment is pending 312.00 rs. please pay and submit payment receipt nearst vodafon store. after that i am paying idea bill amount 312.00 and submit bill copy to vodafon store before expairy date 22 may 2015. next day i am checking the status of sim card activation from boisar vodafon store, they said your number is de-active i am using above number is last 10th-11th years thats why we require this number please co-operation regards, jitendra Arekar +91 [protected]

                                      i chk with airtel gallary, gallary person mail to main store & check, next day he call me & said this number at the is vodafon constudy.
                                      please request him to re-connect this number.
                                      then i request bet he is not agree
