I AM USING A SIM CARD IN MY DOCUMENTS AND ITS THE FIRST ONE, BUT WHEN I SUBMIT MY DOCUMENTS TO BUY A NEW ONE ITS SAYING THAT THERE ARE NINE SIM CARD RUNNING IN MY DOCUMENTS. I THINK THE COMPANY IS CHEATING WITH US FOR THEIR PROFITS. NOW IN THE MARKET SIM CARD IS AVAILABLE WITHOUT DOCUMENTS. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE? THEY ARE COPYING OUR DOCUMENTS FOR THEIR PROFIT. ITS HARASSING US.

    I have been using the current vodafone number since 7 yrs, and it has been a corporate plan since 5 years . Recently Vodafone deactivated the unlimited corporate 2G plan and when I repeatedly since Jan 19th to activate the plan, the plan got activated last few days ago and now they are charging me Rs 5500 for the internet usage during the period when the plan was no there, last month Vodafone accepted the mistake and gave me a waiver of Rs 3000 but this month again they have charged me Rs 2500 which they have clearly mentioned they shall not give an waiver, if i donot pay as they say, they shall terminate the servies in next few days .       call customer care and they pick my call then i tell that my sim dosnot recieving 3G network and they said please sms ACTPG3G to 199 and i recharge with 62 rs and i recieve 600mb for 30days and aftet messiging this ACTPG3G to 199 my all internet balance cut an d i call customer care for this they said that this is your fault our excecutive does not give you wrong quiery they give right quiery and their executive name is rajiv kumar i am not sure about this but i am sure 50% that his name is rajiv kumar who give this quiery to me and my vodafone number which is facing these issues is [protected] and if you want to talk with me please call me On my this number [protected]

          My name is Augustin and my Vodafone mobile no is [protected]. Am using this no for past 4 years. There have been few recent instance where my internet data pack is active but money got deducted Rs.150/- from my account. This has happened 4th time. First two time after repeated follow ups with customer care, they stated amount deducted for download. Whereas there was no activity from my end. Finally they refunded the amount. Now again the same instance had happened. Am fed up calling the customer care as there is no direct no to address the complaint.This time too the customer care executive is giving the same download reason. I only use internet pack for browing the net and not for any downloads. Kindly look into this issue to resole this bug and refund my money.             I am a Hutch / Vodafone Customer since 27/10/2004. I regret to inform about the following facts, which has resulted into complete disconnection of my Vodafone no. [protected] for more than 43 hours from about 7:30 PM of 14/05/2015 to about 2:30 PM of 16/05/2015. The following message was received by me from VG-VFCARE on 11 May'15 at 3:34 pm via SMS when I was roaming in Mumbai : " We could not verify your docs & address as req. By DOT. Your number will get deactivated in 3 days of time. Visit any nearest touch point to avoid disconnection". Since mine was a CUG connection for Piramal Group, where I am employed, I contacted the single-point contact person of Vodafone, Mr. Aslam and requested him to collect all my relevant documents on 13/05/2015 morning from my office on my return from Mumbai. Mr. Aslam called me up in the evening of 12/05/2015, when I was travelling from Mumbai to Bharuch and requested me to send scan copies of (1) Co. Photo ID, (2) My Photo ID & Address Proof (my Passport) & (3) PAN to his mail ID, which had been duly forwarded to him at 12:31 PM of 13/05/2015. However, despite above, to my utter surprise & disbelief, my Vodafone no. had been disconnected completely at around 7:30 PM of 14/05/2015. As a result, I lost complete control of the access to my Factory (which is the basic purpose of providing me with this connection). I could not even be able to receive any incoming call or message or mail. In effect, I had to pass through a tremendous amount of mental agony and harassment. I had to run from Pillar to Post for about 43 hours to ultimately get my connection re-activated at around 2:30 PM of 16/05/2015. Activation of my internet connection took further several hours and my ISD activation has been completed only in the afternoon of 19/05/2015. I have raised some pertinent questions to Vodafone Officials on 24/05/2015 about the whole episode, which remained unanswered till date: • Had I not provided the then HUTCH Officials with my ID & Address Proof at the first instance when I was given the connection on 27/10/2004 ? • If not, why no action has been initiated by Vodafone for so long (more than 10.5 years) ? • An Address change had also been effected in between w.e.f. 01/11/2009. Had I not provided the Vodafone Officials with the new Address proof then also ? • If not, why no action has been initiated by Vodafone for so long (more than 5.5 years) ? • The SMS received from Vodafone says “We could not verify your docs & address as req. By DOT” . Does it mean that ‘Vodafone's failure to verify my documents & address as per requirement of DOT’ would lead to penalising me by way of disconnection of my number ? • Finally, despite my providing the ID & Address Proof once again on 13/05/2015, why still my number has got disconnected completely on 14/05/2015 ? I am yet to receive any reply to my queries (point wise). I have also requested Vodafone to investigate the whole episode and find out necessary corrective & preventive measures so that no other customer of Vodafone goes through the same mental trauma and face unnecessary harassment.               dear sir, i had used Vodafone postpaid for 7 or 8 months. Now i mnp from postpaid to prepaid before 3 months i asked in store, they told me that within 60 days the cheque will come to your home. But till now 3 month gone. but i did not get my deposit amount please take my complaint and i waiting for good action thanks & regards J.Premkumar

                  On may 27th, 2015, vodafone(VB-VFCARE) deducted Rs. 20 from my account ([protected]) for a service "gaana khazana" i did not subscribe for and again on may 28th, 2015 RS. 35 is deducted from my account for the activation of service "gaana khazana". That is total Rs(20+35)= Rs55 is deducted from my account in 2 days for the services i did not even subscribe for and this is happening every time when i recharge my account. Earlier i have complained regarding this topic. So, kindly i request you to refund my money of Rs.55 and request you to avoid this kind o[censored]nwanted subscriptions.

                  On june 15th, 2015, vodafone(VB-VFCARE) deducted Rs. 20 for a service "gaana khazana" i did not subscribe for and again on june 19th, 2015 i have received a mail from VB-VFCARE that RS. 35 will be deducted again from my account for the activation of service "gaana khazana". I tried to deactive. But it shows failed. i dont like this service to reduce amount in 2 days for the services i did not even subscribe for and this is happening every time when i recharge my account. So, kindly i request you to to avoid this kind o[censored]nwanted subscriptions.

                  I have Vodafone service, i got today a message from vodafone(VB-VFCARE) saying, Gaana khazana has been activated as requested and 35Rs has been deducted from my account. I have not requested this service to get activated. I deactivated immediately sending message "STOP" to 155223, but the deducted amount did not get credited back. Please refund Rs35 back to my account.

                    Respected sir, I am a customer of Vodafone. I used vodafone app to recharge Rs 29 . I see in app that In Rs. 29 3G 1 day valid from 12am to 6am. I used the app and recharge via net banking. But after recharge message came Std pack activated. I call 198 . Mr Deepak Roy pick up the phone. I want to know about the problem. But he talk with me in rude. I don't understand anything. As a result I am not able to get the best way to solve the problem. Is this a customer care service ?                       I got the same message Rs.45 cut for subscription of [protected]@it. Never heard of what it is! This message keeps repeating again and again. Called 198. they said they did not know what I browsed and clicked on the internet. The data plan allows only some content to be downloaded and the rest are payable evn though I subscribed to data plan. So I asked how I would know if the content I am about to download is chargeable or free. He said I would get a pop up on the screen. My i phone has a pop up blocker n i am not blind to click on any random window that opens. Till now, Vodafone charged me 254+45+45+45 for this service. This has to be immediately stopped and I want my money back.

                        i want to deactivate this ([protected]) number because it got stolen or been allotted to someone else and unnecessarily i am paying the bill for this no. i would also require the complete detail and call history made by this number from start.

                        usage of this no. by me is negligibale.

                        i did went to Vodafone store to complain and ask for detail but they couldn't gave me a satisfying answer.Being a loyal and Vodafone red customer the treatment was unsatisfactory.

                              300 Rs debited without any reason. They say those were GPRS charges for internet. But my internet plan is active till June month. want to lodge a complaint as this is second such instance. First time, they agreed to the error. this time they are not responding, nor giving the itemized statement for debit. Regards Sridhar

                                I am unable to download anything from play store. I have informed the matter to toll free number 198. I have been facing this for last one month. I have placed the sim card in other mobile also but the same problem continue. Sometimes it shows SORRY NOT ENOUGH SPACE and sometimes ERROR CODE 927. Please help.

However on conversation with Vodafone Customer Care(two times) they have assured to refund within 02 Hours. But a lapse of over one week the could not be refunded yet.                                       I recently activated my new Vodafone sim. I can't seem to recharge. Every recharge amount I tried making is showing that it's a wrong denomination. This is my first recharge since the sim got activated. Is there a specific amount for first recharge?

                                        I have taken SIM Number [protected] by paying money to the retailer on 22nd of May 2015 and have been informed that SIM registration will be done by Monday i.e 25th May 2015, but till today i.e 27th of May nothing is happend, still when I use SIM card in the device, we are not finding signals. I have submitted proper documents ( valid Voter ID ( LOCAL ID) and Photographs too) I request you to activate my connection as early as possible.
