Dear Sir, I had a terrible experience as I had gone there(Sant Nagar Vodafone store) to get nano sim but your rep Mr Gaurav turned to be best of the lot that I have seen so far in Vodafone . This man almost duped me in passing an extra strong SIM card costing Rs.200/-(which on intervention by Mr Rahul was returned to me)that Vodafone has come out with recently. When I asked for the literature for the extra strong SIM, I was told that Vodafone has not published any pamphlet so far. Great people you have at your Sant Nagar store. Good sense prevailed that I was able to call his bluff in time. Hats off to Mr Gaurav Please counsel them . Are we grooming young ones to become super cheater when they hold bigger managerial positions in MNCs like Vodafone. Ms Anisha Arya unfortunately was on leave on 26May evening when this happened. Best of luck to Vodafone. When I called up [protected] at around 6:05 P. M. I was told that no supervisor is available with whom I could lodge a complaint of Vodafone employee.     There is problem in my sim that is incoming calls not receiving in my sim . In details anyone call to my sim so that say that the number is wrong. But my number not wrong. And outgoing is ok. I called Kolkata customers care (no. Is [protected]) . He/she say wrong talk, and talking manners not good. And solutions have not done by kolkata customer care. I called many times. All employees of Kolkata customers care not good. Talking manner not good.

      Lately i made a call to the Vodafone customer care in Chennai, i had a local regional language speaking agent connected to the service. i had a very low voice due to my soar throat, he was telling it wasn't audible at the moment i tried my best to sound heaver but it wasn't enough it seems, the adviser sarcastically insulted me saying that im deaf and i cant hear more than this, i was telling him that your supposed to sound in a polite manner, but he didn't take it, as i got irritated i asked him to hung up the phone ., but he started abusing me in a harsh way .. saying .. is this kind of customer service that Vodafone is running, this is the worst experience i would tell. even a small start up company might have a good service running by as this is big brand i would suggest to employee better staff to avoid this kind of miss happening .. please do something about this ...

        I want to activate some data plan on my number([protected]). I call customer care and want to know about the data plan. They told me for two bill celcle i have a 2G offer 50% for that offer i have to pay Rs. 90 per month. But with in two month in this month my bill was generate for data pack Rs. 180. My present alternate contact number is [protected].Since 3 Months I am facing the network issue in my local area (Gandhi Nagar) & so I am not able the OG/IC call without any disturbance. Therefone I am any complaint to vodafone customer care & Vodafone store but did not get the resolution from your side.so hopeless I was gone to Vodafone store which located in Krishna nagar & explain the entrie issue but they did not given the issue resolve SLA Time & did not waive the bill for non.usege period. They advised me to do some procedure for getting back the signal and we cannot provide the waiver & she suggest me if issue is so long so you have to cancel the Number. finally Said that they can't do anything . Next day I confirm the procedure . they told me that retention team will call you within 24 hour but till date I am not getting any call from retention team So till for this month, won't Vodafone take any action?             I have a Vodafone postpaid sim # [protected]. Since last few days unwanted services have been activated on my number. I do not have any idea what those services are for and why have they been activated on my number. I never requested for any of those services. Rs.149 has been charged for the same. Please deactivate all these services and adjust the bill for this month. I will not be continuing the postpaid services from next month (June 2015) onwards, so please adjust the amount deducted in this bill cycle only. Kindly take this seriously and don't compel me to take legal actions against you.

              i am jitendra arekar, my mobile number is [protected] i am using vodafon billing last 2 month, my previwes company is Idea last 3 year before that i am using airtel prepaid service. I am paid two bill for vodafon, after that one sms received from vodafon to me your priviwes company payment is pending 312.00 rs. please pay and submit payment receipt nearst vodafon store. after that i am paying idea bill amount 312.00 and submit bill copy to vodafon store before expairy date 22 may 2015. next day i am checking the status of sim card activation from boisar vodafon store, they said your number is de-active i am using above number is last 10th-11th years thats why we require this number please co-operation regards, jitendra Arekar +91 [protected]

              i chk with airtel gallary, gallary person mail to main store & check, next day he call me & said this number at the is vodafon constudy.
              please request him to re-connect this number.

                  On 26th May 2015, at about 9.30p.m., I attempted to recharge my phone no.[protected] with Rs.649 3G data pack online through internet banking. After the amount was deducted from my bank account, the Vodafone website showed some error and showed that the transaction failed. So, after a few minutes, attempted to recharge again with Rs.649 3G pack. This time it was successfully done and I also got a message from Vodafone confirming the same about 9.34 p.m. Then at about 1.10a.m. on 27th May 2015 I received another message from Vodafone that my data pack is active. Suspecting that the Vodafone has charged my number twice, I called the Vodafone customer care immediately. He checked the system and said that the system is only showing the recharge at 9.34p.m. and advised me to call customer care in the morning as it takes upto two hours for system to get updated and also ensured me that in case my number has been charged twice, the Vodafone would refund the amount erroneously charged. Accordingly, I called the customer care this morning I.e.27th May 2005 at about 10.27 a.m.to enquire. The girl that took my call was extremely rude, unhelpful and abusive. Did not help me at all and even disconnected the call after shouting at me. Extremely pathetic behaviour on part of the customer care representative. Now, my grievance is, my number has been charged twice. Even the failed transaction has somehow managed scrape through. I want my refund for the failed transaction.

                    I am using my vodafone number [protected]. My present plan has provided by agent of 199 plan with offer 600 minutes, 200 SMS, 3G data unlimited but I had not gotten aforesaid plan. This was provided plan as 300 minutes, 1GB data uses by 3G speed or 2G data unlimited uses this plan. I had not been mentioned real service plan which i found after use it. Please provide my offers 199 plan and activate the service my pending data. Now I have a big problem which is related to High Charged after offer it.Your company charged unreasonable bill in last month. arrange to my new bill previous plan offer. So please taking care of this issue otherwise I will definitely switch from your services.

                    My Videophone no is [protected] and I had been using this no since several years now .I travel frequently to Africa and on a recent visit used 18MB data, To my utter disbelief and shock I was charged 19000 Rs for the same .. I have written more than a dozen emails to the complaints section and I only get standardised replies without even a person calling me from Videophone .I have been paying a amount of around 3000Rs monthly for all these years and yet nobody in Videophone is bothered to solve my problem .I have no choice now but to change to a alternate number as this huge amount for such a minor data usage is nothing but fraud and cheating from Videophone

                      This is Sinclair Fernandez. My father's number is [protected] (Chennai) and the phone used is Nokia lumia 510. I had recharged for rs. 249 (data pack 1.25gb - 3G) on 23rd but I was not able to access the internet. The message "you may have lost your mobile data connection" appears on the internet explorer screen. Please take note that I had tried this sim on two other phones and im not able to access the internet. However if I place another person's simcard in the nokia lumia 510, the internet works fine. I had been with the vodafone customer care since 23rd night but they are not able to sort this issue. They insist that I download setting for the mobile and that had been their constant reply when that doesnt seem to work. Kindly understand that downloading some settings is not the problem as other simcards of vodafone and other service providers work fine. Mover over, I spent Rs. 100 and got a replacement sim card on 24th to be sure that nothing is wrong from my side. Even getting a replacement sim was useless. Night of 26 may 2015, I tried calling Vodafone customer care help line "199" from [protected] but every time I press 9 to speak to a customer care agent, it does not go thru instead the IVR starts to play from the beginning. Hence, I used another mobile to contact your customer care help line "199" from [protected] at 10:20 pm on 26th May 2015 (yesterday). When I got to a customer care agent and I told him the issue i was having he became "VERY ABUSIVE". He said his name was Elango (may be false name) on May 25, 2015 7:45:26 AM I sent an email to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com. on May 27, 2015 9:07 AM Mr. Rajaminu (Vodafone Care agent) replied with interaction number [protected] I had spent Rs. 349 to use the internet on mobile number [protected] and after visiting the Vodafone store in Chrompet, Chennai, got a replacement simcard, called the call center for almost 10 times. i still am unable to access the internet on that number and when I ask the customer care agent for an update on the status i get ABUSED.

                          The activation messages say that the rental for the above service will be reflected in my next bill.
                          I don't want any of the above mentioned services and I haven't asked for them either.
                          This is not the first time such incident is happening. Earlier also some other service was activated.

                          Please deactivate all these services and adjust the bill for this month. I will not be continuing the postpaid services from next month (June 2015) onwards, so please adjust the amount deducted in this bill cycle only.
                          Kindly take this seriously and don't compel me to take legal actions against you.

                            Dear Vodafone. My name is chaitanya. My complaint is with my Andhra Pradesh number [protected]. My present alternate contact number is [protected] (Mumbai). Today I lost signals for my Andhra number. I called to customer care to report it. They advised me to do some procedure for getting back the signal and all finally with no use. They finally Said that they can't do anything and even they can't take any complaint because I'm in non local. It takes one more month for me to get back to Andhra.                               Hello, My name is Kapil Kumar and I am using Vodafone's number [protected], after purchased the new number, I got network issue at my office address, I already logged complaint many times regarding network issue but they always said that " we are working on that and it will resolve with in 3 months' but still I am getting the same issue. So I decided to PORT my number and I did message to port, but the very next day I got a call from Vodafone retention department and she stated that as per TRIA I can't port my number due to my number is new (not 90 days old), so I said to her that I wanted to disconnect the number then, but she suggested me to continue this number and your number's rental will be half for 3 months and also your network issue will be also resolved, so that I decided to go with Vodafone for at least 3 more months. now the issue is I am getting the same network issue at inside my office and also getting my 3rd bill with full rental. after received my 3rd bill spoke with Vodafone's c.c.e, he said according to retention team executive, she provided that half rental offer for 2 months. I said to C.C.E that please log a complaint for false offer give by retention executive then he logged the complaint but again after 5 days still I am not getting any resolution yet. Once I got a call from Customer care asking me to wait till the problem is resolved, some 2 weeks back. (wait: meaning they having no idea till when). Its sad and pathetic that a Co. like yours doesn't take a minute to take money from us, but when it comes to returning, it takes a lifetime!                                       We received a call form Voda phone repersentative ([protected]) and they have promised, you recharge for Rs-204, you get free STD and local call for one month. we repetedly ask her about the same that are you sure its STD free, Now we received only local free. we requested the Voda phone customer care we do not want this, Please cancel this but they are saying that in system its only free for local only. Can you helps us to go in detail and check our conversation and save many other consumers for the fake promises made by voda Phone. My phone no. is [protected]

                                        Dear Sir, This is to inform you that today morning i.e on 26/05/2015 my vodafone balance for number [protected] was deducted by Rs 90.I enquired with customer care executive and was told that i have requested for some social book facility this morning and have given confirmation for the same.Whereas I am not even aware of the same.I am a customer of Vodafone from past 5-6 years and earlier i was having post paid number and due to some instances of some charges i converted that post paid connection into prepaid.Today i again had a bad experience o[censored]nneccesary deduction of this Rs 90.I repeatedly called for the issue to be resolved as line was geting disconnected and i have requested customer care executive for reversal of these charges deducted but they were not at all cooperative and one among the them was so rude and abrupt that it made my experience even worst.I request you to kindly see into this matter and get my charges reversed as such deductions are not acceptable and i will be left with no other option but to port my number to some other service provider and end our relation of 5-6 years.                                         I had sent mail to vodafone mumbai team also and now they have resolved the problem and my deducted amount was returned I am thankful to everyone who tried to help me resolving this out Regards Prashant kataria
