I got charged Rs. 226 for Surprise 'Value Added Services' I am well educated about how mobile works. I never clicked on any third party link nor download anything. I got bill for following services which dont even make sense from their names. Executives couldn't explain what I was charged for. Details are as follows: d2c_mazaa_149 - Charges Rs. 149 sf_tinytvw_w_77 - Charges Rs. 77 BIll No: [protected] Plan: E_Connect_3G_375 Tried to complain by calling customer complaints number 199, but Executives put call on waiting for more than 30 min before I disconnected. When asked to talk with seniors, the call was again put on hold. This is a clear case of fraud. I am really unhappy about this.

I wish to express delight in informing that the complaint was resolved in a timely manner. Appreciation goes out to all those involved on this forum to get this resolved (I wish I knew their names).

I had dropped a complaint on corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com and received the following email today(29th May 2015):

With regard to your concern, we have already passed a credit amount of Rs. 253.93/- with tax towards download charges on your Vodafone number against bill dated 05/05/2015 and the same has been already adjusted on 27/05/2015

Your current outstanding amount is Rs. .85/- paise.

We assure you that, necessary steps have been initiated to give you a better service experience in your next interaction with Vodafone.

    This is in reference to the complaint registered for Mobile No. [protected] dtd. 19th May.'2015. It‘s really upsetting that since 6 days passed for the complaint being registered & there is no response from your end. It has been highlighted that am being wrongly billed for mobile internet charges as INR 16, 822.56/-. You are expected to kindly rectify & revise the bill for the billing period & revert with the correct bill amount so that the payment can be made immediately.
    Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Its really shocking that after lodging a complaint since 19th May'2015, till date there is not response from your end. Despite we are receiving reminders for the payment.

    Kindly be noted that am are not liable to make payment for the wrong bill generated from your end. Am being charged for the Mobile Internet usage - which is not at all used by me.

    Kindly rectify the same amount of INR 16, 822.86/- ( levied for mobile internet usage ) & resend the rectified / corrected bill on the given mail id : inder.[protected]@capacite.in so that payment can be done.

      hi i was to given a Bajaj microwave oven as gift from the company under festive season offer. I was notified on 2nd April 2015 that gift will be delivered within 25 days and the same was mentioned on the gift scheme brochure. after 10 days i called, they told actually sir you gift will be dispatched after 25 days not delivered within 25 days. so i called after 25 days they told sir it will be dispatched after toe days and this kept happening. After that the number given to contact them comes busy if you call using any network 24*7 and the other number given to contact actually tells you that it is a wrong number. today is 25th may and i now the company have cut off all ways to contact the scheme coordinator.

        I am using Vodafone. My no: [protected] This month i got bill of Rs.2258.44. As per voda fone o have made call to no [protected] (ISD) for 35 minutes. Thats why bill shoots up. I am having this no from last 3-4 year and b=never bill amount crosses 400-450, generally remain in 200-300 range. My first question is why ISD is activated on my no when i have never requested for the same. Second: how i can call a no suddenly for 35 minutes, which i have never called in 3-4 years. i checked my phone call details i am not seeing any call detail for this said duration. I checked with Vodafone they are saying you have to make payment. This is not good, i am confidenet there is some problem is their network which causes this bill.         Same problem, I have also not dialed this number [protected]. and they are saying to pay the bill.

        Vodafone Stop Cheating on your customers and this is definitely a network or your system problem. Other wise how it can be possible that me and other dialed the same number and we all are in different states of india.

        Kindly refund our money.

          Dear Sir, My Vodafone prepaid Mobile No. is [protected]. On 19/05/2015 Vodafone Customer Care activated 300 MB 3G data pack on my number and deducted 42/- from my balance without taking my consent.On the same day I visited Vodafone Store at Park Street and registered my complaint to refund the deducted amount of Rs.42/- and deactivated the aforesaid data pack.My service Registration No. was [protected] which was closed on 21/5/2015 without making refund with remarks "we were unable to reach you on your mobile to give an update. Please call 199 for an update". Again on 21/05/2015 I registered my complaint with Vodafone Store, Park Street vide service Registration No. [protected] but again same outcome with same remarks.I also called to Vodafone Customer Care on 199 at 5:07 p.m. on 23/05/2015 and they promised me to refund my balance of Rs.42/- within one hour. But they didn't keep their promise.Till this time I didn't get the refund of Rs.42/- in my account balance.They always lied and neither called me to activate 3G data pack on my mobile number nor called me to refund my deducted balance. If they have called me and I didn't pick the phone, there must be some missed call in my phone. But I have no missed call on this number within last four days. If you analyze my call history, you will find I never used internet on this number. I use this number only for making calls & SMSing. So, there is no question of activating 3G data pack on this number. The worst customer care service I have faced ever. They are great lier & cheater. Please look into the matter urgently and instruct them to refund my deducted balance of Rs.42/- immediately.

            Hello, The service provided by Vodafone is pathetic. Customer facing any problem they call toll free number and what happens after listening to all over problems they have no answer to our question. My internet balance of 1GB got deducted in just three days what the hell Vodafone is doing. The service people just pick up the call and ask me to wait for 15 mins and then disconnected the call what rubbish thing. They are there to help us not to put us in trouble. I called twice and once customer care executive tells to Forwad to senior management and end up giving lame excuses like there is no senior people to help you out such a lame excuse.

              My younger brother buy a phone micromax canvas sparks from snapdeal and to check its network i entered my sim from that time my plan is deactivated so I contact from customer care and Vodafone care but not given any solution they always they say that this micromax problem because we have a tie up with that company that on 1st sim we given 500 mb plan these things are also mention on mobile box as they say.but not such type of things on mobile box I also registrar this complain in Vodafone care by the number of [protected].

                It is a very worst experience with vodafone. I m a corporate person and we have MNP 5 numbers to vodafone postpaid corporate plan. From day one we faced the issues of network, voice, data services. After 1 month they solve the problem of network. And now we are facing the problem of credit limit. After every one day outgoing service and data service is barred by you. We are continuously calling to local store but they are unable to resolve the issue. Now its a height of irriration. I request you to permit our 5 numbers to change change the network. Sorry but its truth that vodafone is the thirdclass network we experienced till. Your store representative are not able to work.

                  I was trying to recharge using paytm app for Rs. 351 on 4th May 2015 9;34pm and by mistake I ended up recharging a wrong number missing by a digit. I was supposed to recharge [protected] with Rs. 351 but instead recharged [protected] with the same amount. I immediately called up vodafone call centre and they weren't helpful and infact one of the associate even put me on hold for more than 15 minutes saying that he is going to transfer to supervisor and instead of doing that he disconnected my call. Finding no help from them, I visited Vodafone store in Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad. I came in contact with one of the advisor named Mohan, he was polite and said that he would get the amount recharged on my number in next 24 hours which obviously did not happen, I called him up later on next day only to be told that it is under process. After waiting on for three days with no result, I again visited the store and Mohan assured me that he is working on it. But even after 5 days I got no response from him. I visited the same day to Vodafone store and met Mohan, there was another advisor by name Harish who bluntly said that he can't do anything about the wrong recharge. This guy, Harish was not just impolite but was plain arrogant and did not even care to listen what I was speaking, I was later on told by Mohan that he will escalate the issue but till date I haven't got any response after such an ordeal. All this while I've patient with your advisors but I am loosing my patience. I hope you will come out and resolve this issue asap and at the same time train your advisors and teach some manners to your advisors like Harish.

                    Vodafone has deducted my money without my consent..one was zeedito, I called several times to customore care but my problem was not solved. This time i decided to change my no from postpaid to prepaid, i visited the store at chakrata road dehradun, where i requsted to change the plan on 4 mar, but it took them 7-8 days to change my plan now i requested them to remit my security money of 500 rs, they told me that there system is showing that you have deposited security money of rs 250 only, customer care executive told me that they would help as i have the original recipet but after 2 months and 10-11 days i received the cheque which was of rs 250.Who is responsible, i will tell other people to not to go for vodafone as they customer care executive cheat people.

                      I've recharged for 3G Internet data pack and today the whole day I was browsing and using Internt on 2G speed. What a pathetic way of making money. You (Vodafone) have been doing such cheap things since I'm using my number. Well now I'm fed up of.your Service.                       I am very much dissapointed to say that i am not happy withy vodafone services.

                      I had recharged data plan for 147 rs 500 mB validity for 4 weeks on 01st Jul.I got message for successful recharge but suddenly after 5 days on 06th jul i got a message that your previous internet pack has been overwritten by new internet pack for 75 mb.Can you please how internet pack has been overwritten and please return my amount ASAP.For more clarification call me on [protected]

                          Dear Service Provider, Greetings, I am felling very much aggrevied by the services and the treatment which your company is giving to the customer. I am a very Old customer of the COmapny more than 8 years when the organization was working in the name of Hutch. Today I have visited the Vodafone Store at Amhinsa Circle, C- Scheme, Jaipur for changing my address in the record of the comapny on the suggestions of your Customer Care. As a proof of Address submitted ICICI Bank Account Statement which is a scheduled bank but same was not entertained and address was not being changed though. It is very much disappoining to hear that they also does not have any complaint book on there store to register the complaint. This is a defeciency in the services on your part and it should be resolved immediately.

                            apko yeh complaint bheja tha per koi solution nahi nikla ...aj phir gallery walon ne wahi reply diya ...cash counter person name ashok...maine unse last complaint ke baremey bataya per unoer koi asar nahi hua...aur nahi koi solution nikla...full time pass hota hai complaint karne mein aisa lagta hai india m customer ki koi value nahi hai..na company ko aur nahi government ko

                              Tkday, 23 may 2015, my balance was deducted three times for same. It showed rs 100 off for rs 40. But I didn't got any confirmation from either Vodafone or mydala. They just deducted my 40 + 40+ 21 rs for same. Thess all are just .

                                hi my name is joel([protected]), i cleared my postpaid bill on 9th of may 2015 @ vodafone stores, and i kept an application of migration from postpaid to pre paid. n they accepted me on 11th may 2015 n i gotta conformation msg that process will takes 48hrs i gotta service number [protected] on my mbl number. but due to vodafone systm upgradation from 13th may to 20th may. i waited till date. n i called customer care exe many times but they were saying one answer CONCERNED TEAM NEED TO SEND CONFORMATION MAIL. Its been 4dayz. my sim not yet migrated to prepaid. And itz a problm from vodafone side i havent got any appology msg. sir plz plz plz look after this. till date is been 14dayz.. plz help me out. And i spoked with excalation department i got the same responce. plz sir help me out.

Transaction was successful but not paid my mobile bills on day.but money got deducted from my account. Kindly check this problem. Money was deducted on 20- May-2015.                                       Hello Vodafone Team i, RAHUL KUMAR is using Vodafone cellular services 2015. My registered number-[protected] first No- [protected] Second No-[protected] NOT:- 3G network problem - I-225 House No Alpha 2 Greater Noida but noida is your 3G Serives good. i am not satisfied with their services. from last two weeks i m facing very big problem regarding 3G network. my mobile is not showing 3G network signals. Bcoz of which i m not able to recieve any call nd not able to dial any call i complain many time in Vodafone company he says shortly ok kindle give us proper service and make good network in our area.
