Hi, I got a bill for the month of April 2015 and was billed with Value added service. A total of Rs 424 was billed which includes the following services:- d2c_mydala_99 - 99 d2c_mazaa_149 - 149 wapvilla_ppd - 99 sf_tinytvw_w_77 - 77. I tried to call Customer care and i never get a chance to talk to them. I get a error message as network busy. The store executives have no clue about the value of these value added services....
