    Dear Service Provider, Greetings, I am felling very much aggrevied by the services and the treatment which your company is giving to the customer. I am a very Old customer of the COmapny more than 8 years when the organization was working in the name of Hutch. Today I have visited the Vodafone Store at Amhinsa Circle, C- Scheme, Jaipur for changing my address in the record of the comapny on the suggestions of your Customer Care. As a proof of Address submitted ICICI Bank Account Statement which is a scheduled bank but same was not entertained and address was not being changed though. It is very much disappoining to hear that they also does not have any complaint book on there store to register the complaint. This is a defeciency in the services on your part and it should be resolved immediately.

        Tkday, 23 may 2015, my balance was deducted three times for same. It showed rs 100 off for rs 40. But I didn't got any confirmation from either Vodafone or mydala. They just deducted my 40 + 40+ 21 rs for same. Thess all are just .

          hi my name is joel([protected]), i cleared my postpaid bill on 9th of may 2015 @ vodafone stores, and i kept an application of migration from postpaid to pre paid. n they accepted me on 11th may 2015 n i gotta conformation msg that process will takes 48hrs i gotta service number [protected] on my mbl number. but due to vodafone systm upgradation from 13th may to 20th may. i waited till date. n i called customer care exe many times but they were saying one answer CONCERNED TEAM NEED TO SEND CONFORMATION MAIL. Its been 4dayz. my sim not yet migrated to prepaid. And itz a problm from vodafone side i havent got any appology msg. sir plz plz plz look after this. till date is been 14dayz.. plz help me out. And i spoked with excalation department i got the same responce. plz sir help me out.

                Hello Vodafone Team i, RAHUL KUMAR is using Vodafone cellular services 2015. My registered number-[protected] first No- [protected] Second No-[protected] NOT:- 3G network problem - I-225 House No Alpha 2 Greater Noida but noida is your 3G Serives good. i am not satisfied with their services. from last two weeks i m facing very big problem regarding 3G network. my mobile is not showing 3G network signals. Bcoz of which i m not able to recieve any call nd not able to dial any call i complain many time in Vodafone company he says shortly ok kindle give us proper service and make good network in our area.                     Dear, Unnecessary taking money from my mobile currency for subscribing some websites. I went to vodafone web store in t in Tamilnadu they said the flash is on in mobile. Ok I ask to deactivate that. After they did and told it'll not repeated anymore. But still I have the same problem. I don't know what to do. I had lost my currency every day.                             Respected sir/madam, I subscibed to the Vodafone 3gb 3g plan worth rs 650/month.On 21st April, I withdrew the plan and in its place subscribed the super talk rs 199 plan.I submitted a letter to the Vodafonecarekolkata in the South City Mall.i received an sms from vodafone saying that my taiff plan has been changed.But a few days back a customer careexecutive caled me to inform that i am using 3gb 3gdata plus 199talk plan!!! what utter nonsense! today i received the bill saying i must pay rs 1057! pls check the issue and solve this utterly unprofessional behaviour!my phone no is [protected].i am enclosing the photo of the sms Vodafone on 21st April.                               Today while browsing 2 pop ups opened and before the page loaded, I closed the tabs and switched of the net. I then received a message from Vodafone telling that 77 rupees have been deducted for " tiny tv" service ( which I never did ) . After talking to customer care they told that 40 rupees talktime will be refunded back to the number mentioned. Since I didn't activated any service then why money is deducted and why I am not getting the refund of complete amount? I had talked to Mr kalankar, Mr James and one more lady in customer care Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The lady's name I don't know but she told that refund will be given. I had called on vodafone customer care and the names mentioned above picked up the phone in the same order at the specifed time- 2:22 pm, 3:05 pm and 3:13 pm respectively on 22-may 2015. Till now nothing had been done. I need refund of the complete amount on the number mentioned. Hoping for an early reply

                                  On 19 may, 2015 i have recharged my account ([protected]) of rs 70. And today(on 21May, 2015) mobile academy service(VB-VFCARE)has deducted rs 50 from my account automatically and i have not even subscribed it. And this is not the first time, its the third time, after deactivating this service before like two times, it has been activated again automatically . So kindly I request you to refund my money of rs 50 and make sure this never happen again in future.

                                    Hi, I would to complain about my connection number [protected], i am using this Vodafone number since 2005, last month i got the bill of Rs. 1245 according to detail i did the use the data plan way above my plan, & even in my current billing cycle it above the data plan which is not possible as i have wireless in my house n office too, i hardly use my data plan, you may check my usage on my previous bills, when i checked with customer care 1st rep replied that i made video calls, 2nd rep replied that they cant check where did i spend my data as its a breach of customer privacy, i never use this much data on my phone, i am sure that something went wrong at Vodafone end, i would really appreciate if you would check n refund the extra amount which i already paid, if this would not be taken care of i have no other choice rather then changing the provider

                                      My name is Abhay Kumar and mobile number is [protected] which i am using for more than 5 years. In the beginning of March 2015 I requested Vodafone costumer care to activate 3G internet plan of 1GB of worth around Rs 250 in the evening but after some hours in the same day when I rang customer care to know about the plan i found that the plan was not beneficiary for me so I requested the costumer care executive to deactivate the plan immediately. But today I shocked when i rang costumer care to inquiry about my excess billing for last some months and he said that my internet plan has been activated since March 2015 of worth Rs 850 per month. It is totally the case of fraud and misconduct and I have been cheated by the service provider so I am requesting you to please take strict action against the provider. thanking you

Though the company has been removed my intranet plan after my request and credited certain amount in my vodafone account but it is vary unfortunate that my mobile bill of the month of June 2015 has come with adding intranet plan fee Rs. 850 which I hadn't use anytime. Please solve my problem as soon as possible. Thanks
                                      It is very unfortunate that despite of many conversations with vodafone executive to settle my excess bill on my vodafone mobile number [protected], my bill of June month, 2015 has come with internet plan fee worth monthly charges 1049 Rs which should be 199 Rs as i have not been requested for any internet plan yet. The company has already removed my intranet plan from month of March and credited full internet plan amount in my vodafone account. One side vodafone has credited amount of internet plan and other side it adds bill of the internet plan. Please solve my problem as soon as possible. Thanks

                                        My phone no is [protected], I received a bill for period 14-03-15 to 13-04-15 and 14-04-15 to 13-05-15 for Rs.758.36 and Rs.821.77 respectively. It is showing charges as mentioned below: 1) Bill period[protected] to 13-04-15:- Monthly charges of Rs.321.94/- and VAS download charges of Rs.347/- 2) Bill period[protected] to 13-05-15 :-Monthly charges of Rs.482.37/- and VAS download charges of Rs.149/- From call center we came to know that VAS charges is of d2c mazaa download. Which is false download, its of no use for me. Every time when they call us for bill payment they just say we are forwarding your call and finally after 10-15 min no response.
