Hi, I got a bill for the month of April 2015 and was billed with Value added service. A total of Rs 424 was billed which includes the following services:- d2c_mydala_99 - 99 d2c_mazaa_149 - 149 wapvilla_ppd - 99 sf_tinytvw_w_77 - 77. I tried to call Customer care and i never get a chance to talk to them. I get a error message as network busy. The store executives have no clue about the value of these value added services.

    I was a regular user IDEA with mobile no. [protected] but i got a call from the customer care of vodafone on[protected]. In this call it was insisted by the representative of the vodafone that if you port your number with vodafone we will give you a service of 0.40 paisa per minute local on Local and STD calls forever. Another call on[protected] received which again elaborated that you need not to use call cutters of any type for call rates just because of lower rates of call on local and std calls. I repeatedly asked about the call rates because I was satisfied with IDEA. One representative having number [protected] (Mr. Rishikesh as per True caller) visited our house on 08-05-15 and explained the same. I decided to port my number just because of lower rates of call. But it is unfortunate that service of 0.40 paise is provided but local call rates are 1.5 paisa per second is given in spite of 0.40 paisa. I reguest you to kindly see the matter and search for the representative and callers of vodafone customer care who have supplied wrong and incomplete information. Hemlata ([protected])

        sir i have vodafone postpaid number with no:[protected] with monthly rental postpaid Rs.99/-.they given three months free 1 gb data by telephonic information contacted one of their employee.the plan period is 14 april 2015 to 14 july 2015.but in current bill they did not applied this plan and they generates 3900/- bill but the above plan did not applies. when i requsting them on customer care cell they dont told any information regarding this .they told contact vodafone store which is about 100 kms from my native and working place. i have no holidays only sunday is my holiday...but that store does not working in sunday..plese take up this matter kindly sir

          Vodafone has been a company which has turned out be a monster which is harassing customers like hell!!! My vodafone number is [protected]. I have been getting marketing calls from Vodafone no [protected]. I have atleast received 20 calls within last couple of weeks!!! I have escalated to Vodal nodal team but no use!!! I still get calls or blank calls for some reason!! Well if I dont want to use 3G data plan from Vodafone, why the hell vodafone is so desperate?? Vodafone network is so pathetic that basic calls cant be made, then why should i waste my money on 3G??? I am not even able to register complaint against this number by sending msg to 1909. Vodafone has blocked this service on my number!!! Who has given Vodafone right to block this???

          @Vodafone paid agents, stop sending automated messages... I know Vodafone has hired some stupid to do this job, but I am not going to call vodafone or visit any store so dont spam mail box!!!

We applied for 15 CUG connection for my office in the month of June 1st week, after vigorous follow up for 2 weeks then we got the connections. After getting the connection within couple of days our Sims's got blocked due to negative verifications as some of theres has open these account on Individual name, again after so many follow ups it got started but the story repeats again and our Sim got blocked again. i think last month I have send around 20 emails but nothing has been changed and nobody has taken ownership to get this resolved. I simple get an automated replies from them I request you DUMB IDOITS
          STOP SENDING AUTOMATED MESSG VODAFONE PAID !!!

          This is heights and we have to take this to the highest level as tell them they have some staffs who are not trained and they are spoiling the name of the company in big way.
          agree with u, Vodafone needs to pay for its mistakes!!! I dont understand how can vodafone find so many to hire ??? Cust service sucks!!

            I am Vivek Halder from Mumbai & my number is [protected]. The 3G plan MI_CAP_750_30d_R_PROMO_3G is activated without my consent & I am very unhappy about this as this number is mine from last 5 years now. Deactivate the same immediately & withdraw the amount from the bill date 18.05.15 as I am not going to pay the same till it is withdrawn or disconnect the number permanently I dont want to be on Vodafone any more. I have attached the bill page also for proof.

              Dear Sir, I have been forced to write this complaint due to inability of Customer service operators to answer. My compliant is regarding the deduction/ crashing of Data of my internet package. To summarize my experience. Earlier i took vodafone number due to its excellent service in Gujarat region. I was using the number for calls and internet both. but suddenly two times Rs 75 deducted from my account without any calls given. I inquired and complained to Customer care but nothing resolved. So i thought its better to restrict my services of Vodafone and now using it only for Internet (Not at all my loss, it's loss of reputation of Vodafone only). While using datapack 1024 MB in Rs 249, I noticed that in between 90-100 MB data was being deducted /consumed automatically whether i use mobile network or not. I noticed it since i am using 3G only during my office time and that too only for whatsapp or facebook or some net surfing thats it (having high speed Wi Fi connection at my home) so consuming ~130MB for this without videos downloading/ surfing is not possible. It happened 3-4 times and everytime i informed/ inquired customer care but their response was not satisfactory. To justify my complaint i also started keeping my log of internet usage on daily basis and entered on daily basis in my excel sheet. Time again i complained to customer care with the exact amount of data i used (thanks to my log sheet). After that compliant everything goes well for two months (No extra dedcutions & my nominal usage of ~28 MB on daily basis until yesterday. (May be they were surprised to notice same and had a check on their activity). Yesterday in the morning my data was ~230 MB and was valid till 21.05.2015 (mid night). At 15:33 i received message that my data left is 199.51 MB. I ignored it since i knew that i can not use so much data in a day so didn't complained. Now today when i checked my data package left, it is showing 0MB and this is STRANGE. I inquired with customer care but again same story, they can't help me. If anybody can help in this please let me know. Else i have to use same option of going ahead with another network and stop using Vodafone (Again not my loss) Excellent in Hi speed internet service but Worst Experience in terms of customer support. I don't know how long it will go if Customers are not satisfied yet Claimed themselves as Leaders

                Hi, my vodafone paispaid number is [protected]. In current month vodafone has been changed my plan to E_connect_3g_299_2015 . As per old plan I have unlimited internet data plan and as per new plan E_connect_3g_299_2015 I have 750 mb data . Now I have used 1152mb data as thinking that I have unlimited data plan . Two days ago when i have contacted to customer care they said you will get chnaged for more data usage above 750 mb . Kindly help me in this . I never changed any plan but still they are changed my plan . And now charging for extra data usage

                    Dear Concern, This is to inform you that I am the valuable customer of Vodafone telecom and my concern is i have the call today from Vodafone guy (Ankit) he directly told me that my number get disconnected because of i have made the promotional call to call to DND customer but he did not try to understand my problem, i have made the call to those customer whom account i have opened and share the number because in future we can resolve their problem time to time and tell them best way to invest their investment. Please try to understand my problem, every communication of mine connected with this number and last if something is happened by me unknowingly that i want to say apology to whom i have called.

I had submitted my no porting request on 11th of may till date i haven't recived any communication from your side nor you are reply and your executive picking calls. Even i am shocked to see Vodafone have very poor nodal & appellate authority. Now my concern is this if your are not dealing with your highest plan red1599 customer what type of service you might be proving to normal customers.                             My name is Rohan Solanki my mobile number is [protected] i was first using the network of AIRCEL but due some reson i had ported from aircel to VODAFONE but from the day my number got converted into VODAFONE i am unable to communicate also properly, the voice is cracking in every call. The second thingh it shows full network but then to the issue is the same. I had complain to the VODAFONE customer care many times but every time call them for the resul they say me there is no complain or request regestered and i had also mailed at vodafoner mail id but from ther also i havent got any responce.                               Dear Sir, I have got porting of a mobile number ([protected]) from Airtel to Vodafone on 10th April 2015. When I spoke to Vodafone customer care for porting, they confirmed me a special plan of RS. 249 (For three months only) with some 600 free cash and 500 MB 3G data free for 3 months only. Now I have received an invoice attached, wherein it is mentioned that the plan is Per Min 249 Spl Plan but billing is wrongly done based on some 199 monthly rental with all 3G internet data chargeable. Effectively I have received a bill of INR 1627.78 wherein mobile internet charges of 1226.24 + service tax is wrongly charged to my accounts. I have requested Vodafone to reverse these charges and make this billing correct and apply the committed plan for 3 months from the date of porting i.e. 10 April 2015 but they are not responding properly and positively. In addition to that I am upset with the way your call center is attending the call and giving negative response to the queries. For any further clarification please contact me on my alternate number +[protected]. Also attached herewith slip provided by your executive while handing over SIM card to me at the time of porting request. You may speak to him for further clarification if required.                                 On 18th May i recharged top up for Rs.50 and i got the talk time of Rs.41 as soon as i got recharge amount i got deducted of Rs.35 by vodafone. When i spoke with customer care executive he replied u would have clicked any link from Model Mania Pack...dat organization deducted u Rs.35...but i really did not...how can vodafone allow to get deducted money for such kinda 3rd party org..how cheap vodafone is?? will i be given back the amount?

                                On dec 22 Recharged top up for Rs.50 and i got the talk time of Rs.41got recharge amount i got deducted of Rs.35 by vodafone on next for model mania pack but i doesnt know anything about that pack and i didnt subscribe to that pack.

                                      Hello, I am Vodafone prepaid user more than 7 year but when I change it in postpaid for the same no. and my problems get started, A service name [protected]@It get enabled on mid-night of every 2nd weekend. In last incident charged amount (for same service) get refunded to me because i have not requested for the service but this time they (Vodafone) are charging for the same and Rep is not giving me sufficient reason for the deduction.                                         Same thing happened to me too just now... when i called customer care they said i may have accidentally clicked on some link on the Internet leading to its activation.
