Hi, I had a vodafone postpaid number [protected], for this number vodafone was charging me extra charges for even call to my CUG numbers which are free. When I talked to customer care they just said we will give you some relaxation of 286 rs (which is much lesser than what they charged for) around in the bill as it is not possible for them to find out all the CUG numbers I called for, I am not a beggar whom they are giving 286Rs relaxation....

The Relationship Manager of the local center at Kaloor, Kochi adviced me to change my excisting PREPAID Plan of Vodafone to POSTPAID PLAN for most profitable service.
