Heights of cheating !!! 2 weeks back i had to post on ur facebook page to get to know my status of a compliant i gave. I dont know how many times i need to argue with you. Today morning i receive an sms saying some random Glamour Zone pack has been activated with a rental of Rs90. wth... how come u activate a service when i dont even ask for it and charge me for it. Now dont pass on the blame on me saying i requested for it which u usually do for all compliants. i decativted the service now.. Enough is enough .. stop cheating ur customers by pushing some services on ur wish and steal money from us. thts it 1 more month and am out of this daylight robbery. Its just 2 months i took ur service and from then i got headache for every bill. I seriously regret moving out of airtel and taking up ur service.

I wan the company to return my money back immediately.even in the last week my 50rs was deducted for something which i didnt even have knowledge to access it..
plz return back my money..stop being so cheap, by exploiting ur customers ur only putting down ur reputation..I shall change to a new network rather taking a Vodafone connectionin
Today I also received a sms from Vodafone is glamour zone pack is activate and deducted rs. 90.00 in my balance, whereas I don't have activate this pack, please accept my Complaints and take.action
Same thing happened with me. Vodafone should stop cheating.
The worst part is the service of their customer care, while addressing their issue, they speak as though we have requested the activation of the pack, i m gonna change from vodafone to some other network if they wont adjust back the money in my forthcoming bill.
I also got mesg of activation of glamour in pack for 1 days. it deducted my balance rs 3.it is cheating
I got a msg. Of activating a glamour pack which I don't want and that too for 7 days. It also deducted rs.35 from my balance. It is cheating and plz take some action for it.

Such a shameful act and it is better to keep low balance on Vodafone Card.
I got the same issue . When I called d customer service he is complaining me that I have activated the glamour pack ( still I dunno Wat d heck is d plan ) when I asked for d return money ! He was like " madam do not repeate like this again " ! I have been a loyal customer for more than 8 years ! Shame on u !

I have faced a similar issue and on detailed investigation found out that vodafone is violating TRAI guidelines.
I have escalated this to TRAI and tecom ministry.
I request all you guys to please msg me on whatsapp with the issue you faced and the date and time of issue.
I am planning to sue vodafone in a public intrest litigation.

It happened with me also .. Vodaphone has deducted silently Rs. 20 and Rs. 90 in the name of some Glamour Inn and Beauty Fix VAS from my balance. They played very smart, they choose the day for deduction when I had adequate balance. After 4/5 days, when I realized, I called to customer care and enquired about it, they didnt tell me about the service instead keep on repeating that I have requested for it ...what nonsense ..., their customer care just played a dumb role and replied its not in their hands and said i would have complained within 24 hours ...

looks like Vodaphone has moved to fraudulent business ... dont keep balance with Vodaphone ...

I saw this web post and I spoke to Vodafone for the second time and explained that it is not worth getting this money in the wrong way.

Instead of earning the money in the wrong way, please provide good service and Customers will support Vodafone even if it is little pricey.

They have REFUNDED my Rs 45/- back to my account and they confirmed that a senior OFFICER WILL CALL ME in this regard.

Following is the SMS I received after the phone conversation with Vodafone support staff

I been deducted rs 79 for glamor zone kindly refund
from 2 days i am getting getting messages that Models club pack has been activated with a rental of Rs75, Beauty pack has been activated with a rental of Rs35 & . Today morning i receive an sms saying Glamour Zone pack has been activated with a rental of Rs90. . I dont know how many times i have argue with customer care. how can u activate a service when i don't even ask for it and charge me for it.

Its a headache for me every day. how to over come this problem. any suggestion
I got the service of international roaming at [protected] (ported from BSNL to Vodafone recently). Deposited Rs.3K for this purpose and in my plan, I can have Rs.3500/- outstanding. Reached Bangkok of 18.12.15 morning, activated the number. During day time used only for e-mail and Whats App. In evening, got the msg of consuming 20MB during international roaming and after sometime got another msg stating the dues as over Rs.22K and all the sevices were discontinued. Its really astonishing to get the estimated amount within a few hours in the same day. Although I used WiFi during this period. Even as the charge for 10KB is Rs. 5.50 internationally, dues should be far below Rs.22K. I did not have any international call and no call was received or cut. Only 2 sms was sent.
After return, roaming was disabled on the same day and based on suggestion from local Vodafone office, paid Rs.17K. Already Rs. Rs 3K was given advance while applying for international roaming. Still full services were NOT enabled. Wanted additional money to activate outgoing call. Again paid Rs.3K on 2nd Jan'16. Still GPRS service is not activated. I could not get break-up of the amount demanded, and did not get the answer, even after sending mails to Vodafone during lat 10 days.
I would request Vodafone to settle the grievance instantly and send the break-up through mail.
I am on roaming and received a message at 1:30 in the night that glamour zone pack has been activated when there is absolutely no way I could have requested it. I have emailed Vodafone about this but reading all the comments here I feel there isn't much hope for a refund the company has stooped to the level of stealing from there own customer. Shame on Vodafone.
Ya, this is happened with me also. I was just surfing on internet, and after sometime I got message from vodafone that, "Your Glamour zone pack is activated & Rs.45 has been deducted. I immediately call to vodafone customer care, the lady from the other end told me that, she didn't get any account information of mine. she gave me other number to deactivate the service(155223), I had successfully deactivate the service using this number but still I didn't get my money back.
What the hell is going on with vodafone. Its really not accepting from Vodafone.

I also got the message for deduction of Re. 90. For which i have not gave my prior consent. This is not done on the part of Vodafone. They are doing irregular course of transaction with their customer. For which they shall gonna sue. Unless otherwise take necessary action in against of such wrong act. Otherwise being an advocate I'm gonna raise a online petition as their are many victims. And your company will have to compensate for this.

Vodafone did same with me My Monthly rental = 375 and call amount = 0, Internet use = 0 and bill = 2112 i pay to see advertisements see that tweet but it's not completed yet after complaining about consumer forum they told me we remove that amount and you just pay 1900 out of 4000 I paid its almost 15 days passed but my mobile number is not activated till date.

I have been using the a mobile connection since more than last 12 years and was with TATA Docomo. Later it was ported to Vodafone. I have been heavily charged for its usage and I decided to port it to Airtel on January 2017. But Vodafone has rejected it with a bogus accuse that I had outstanding bills to pay.

My busy schedule didn’t allow me to go behind this issue and I tried to port it out on 18-March-2017 after paying the entire outstanding plus excess amount to avoid the possible controversies on any outstanding bills. Even then also it was rejected accusing the same reason.

Finally, the third time on 29-November-2017, I tried to port it out again. I paid the bill amount and Rs.200/- extra towards any usage charges that may arise on the period between the porting request date and porting date. Vodafone has rejected it again saying the same reason. A screenshot is attached herewith, anyone can clarify what amount was outstanding on these days.

They want to loot me with heavy bills.

Please look in to this matter and do the necessary actions against them in this regard. I have been paying an average of Rs.1000/- each month, while I could limit my bill to Rs.250/- if ported to a prepaid connection of other providers. Vodafone is liable for the excess amount they have been collecting since last January from me. Please do the needful to persuade them, refund me the same immediately.

I have again on 15-Dec, initiated for porting for the fourth time and waiting for the action.

Today ie 13/2/18, vodafone activated some entertainment zone pack of 90 rs all by itself & promptly deducted that amount. this company is engaged in fraud.wonder what happens to subsribers who dont know english & dont have recourse to redressal.even after sending stop sms it has not refunded money as of 13/2/18

on 12th april i gave a request for porting my jio no to vodaphone prepaid at the rajarajeswari nagar, bangalore-98 outlet. the outlet executive verified my aadhar details and gave me a sim. on 18th it got migrated to vodaphone . but to my shock it was not prepaid but postpaid 399 plan. when i protested with customer care they raised a SR no and asked me to wait till 20th april and wait for a call back from vodaphone.after that there were so many visits to the outlet and calls to the customer care. till today the issue is not resolved. the outlet person downgraded the plan from 399 to 99 and asked me to retain in this plan for 3 months and migrate to prepaid. when the customer wants the no to be ported to prepaid for whatsoever reasons, they are insisting this no to be on postpaid for 3 months which looks to be entire system is faulted in vodaphone.

Today i got an SMS saying bout some Spicy Videos weekly pack activated. I dont even see any such pack inside the application / nor on their website. I called up their team asking about this pack. What answer i got - "I AM SORRY FOR INCONVINIENCE AND WE ARE CANCELLING THE PACK AND NO MONEY WILL BE DEDUCTED".

Then i got my bill - which was on a bit higher grounds. Usually i dont bother up much but this time i did try and see what is the reason for the same and what i found there some INDIAGAMES WWE 90N pack on my account active - To my surprise - i called up again to the Vodafone care. What answer i got - "I AM SORRY FOR THE INCONVINIENCE AND WE ARE DEACTIVATING THE PACK AND THE MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED".

On asking them as how it got activated in 1st place - they say that it would have been done with popups that would have come up during surfing on mobile. I asked them on technical grounds as how it is even possible that without me giving in any number of mine in popup or the popup not having any ID of mine - it just pops up and a pack is activated? They said - no technical details will be provided - TALK TO NODAL OFFICER.

I tried convincing them to come out with answer - but the only stuff they came out with is - IT IS DONE BY 3RD PARTY TOOLS / AD POPUPS THAT WOULD HAVE CAME ACROSS TO YOU WHILE SURFING. As for me remembering, today when my pack was activated, throughout the day, i didn't surf any site where a popup would have come in. Not a single site. Still a pack comes up as activated in my account.

This packs are not active in their official application / nor on websites. But this apps are all active only in for 3rd party applications which dose popup. The question arises, why are such packs even started if there were not to be released officially to any users. ?
And how is it that the 3rd part apps have access to their API?
And how is it - they even start such packs without official notices to the user or asking in the user if you want to activate such pack or not?

There are no answers from the customer center. But lets see if there are any answers from Nodal officers or not. But i personally feel, it is cheating that the Vodafone users are doing in with their customers.
VI cheating subscribers in way of activation of VAS without permission and deducting amount. They are not ready to submitt account details. Today their my account section also not working. getting lot of OTP, but the account page not opening. no response when submit deactivation of VAS

    Sir, They use to cut my my balance and activate unnecessary balance without giving any message before or after so that it could come in my knowledge. This is d reason i come to know my balance when i use it and they use to say ee can't refund your balance after 24 hours. The main issue is that I am using smart phone and using internet from last 1 year but never I clicked or used any fake website but this time vldafone care is saying that every plans active through your internet use. So it means by use of only whatsapp where no advertisement get published I am lossing my balance. Please help me sir because to change to network is not a permanent solution. They all are same. For your this kindness I will always be obliged.

      Hi, I had a vodafone postpaid number [protected], for this number vodafone was charging me extra charges for even call to my CUG numbers which are free. When I talked to customer care they just said we will give you some relaxation of 286 rs (which is much lesser than what they charged for) around in the bill as it is not possible for them to find out all the CUG numbers I called for, I am not a beggar whom they are giving 286Rs relaxation. What all I need was that my bill should be correct and I will pay it. But after sometime vodafone didn't give me proper bill instead they disconnected my connection, which cause me huge problem as it is not my fault that they are not giving me proper bill so why should I pay till then and unnecessary they are charging for late fee as well. Moreover now they are sending me demand notice for the amount. Please help me, as these service provider is taking advantage of these things as common people dont have time to indulge in this things.         The Relationship Manager of the local center at Kaloor, Kochi adviced me to change my excisting PREPAID Plan of Vodafone to POSTPAID PLAN for most profitable service. Unfortunately, I repent on my most idiotic decision after I was TOTALLY BLOCKED to get my new connection and getting it recharged as well. So I strongly asked to REVERSE this change so that I will get an UNINTERRUPTED PREPAID service from your net in future.

          again heavy bill from vodafone. 1-it shows 6 gb 3g data in my account(CONFIRMED 3 TIMES BY VODAFONE EXECUTIVE) but in bill they charge RS.-3281.87 FOR DATA USE. 2- D2C Maza 149 activated, but i don't know then and how !!! 3- After 4-5 times conversation with executive, no solution or answer .                 Hi Vodafone Team, This is to inform that you people are charging anonymous service to my number [protected] currently family and friends service is active of my number. I am 60 year old person i cannot come to Vodafone gallery and just fight with you people every time. Every month there is some of value added services get activated for my number when contacted to customer care they say i had activated itself.                   I see that by dialing *121# rupees 147 gives 1 GB 3 g but when I recharge it gives just 500 Mb.i call all kind of customer services. Related to Vodafone but not a single person try to talk with me just 10 second.and for this I lost 10 rupees from my main balance. I feel help less this money is so huge for little income persons like me.

                    Dear Sir / Madam, This is to draw your attention to the fact that I ported my Airtel CUG Postponed connection to Vodafone CUG Postponed Connection ([protected]) in the month of March 2015 in our Institute. I started using my vodafone connection from 25th March onwards, but after a week I got a sms informing that my credit limit has been exceeded i.e. Rs. 1100. My connection was temporarily disconnected four times in a month (upto 23rd April) due to credit limit exceeded so that I paid Rs. 2000 (Rs. 500 x 4 times ) to continue the connection till date but still I got a sms informing that my I have to pay Rs. 1294. I subsequently called up customer care as I am sure that my bill cannot be more than Rs. 1000. I wanted to know about the details about the bill raised. But I was advised by your customer care representative to wait for the final bill generation as the billing cycle was not yet completed then. I was assured that this issue will resolved once the bill is generated and the excess amount will be adjusted in the next bill. I have called customer care regarding this issue several times but to no avail. All I get are false assurances and very poor customer service. I wonder why I am denied the details of the bill, I am expected to pay even I cannot login online to see the bill details from the last month in your portal. you are requested to provide me the details ASAP with the promised final adjustment.                       I have a 4 four postpaid connections with Vodafone. My wife's mobile no is [protected]. I have submitted the KYC documents on three occasions with the Vodafone store at RN Mukherjee, Kolkata( near Stephen House) and every time they have refused to give the receipt for the same.and they still claim that I have not submitted the KYC form. Again I was forced to submit my KYC documents today with the same Vodafone Store because they have intentionaly blocked the caller id of the above stated number.and when ever she makes a call the KYC submission tapes keeps on playing. When my office staff went to submit the KYC documents the vodafone representative refused to accept the same on the following grounds:- form of Vodafone filled in blue ink and signed in black ink photo is not as per size, though the photo is passport size signature on the voter ID card(xerox) is not across the id, but at the side. This is simply a case of harrasment, because if it is so then why don't they specify the details as to how the same is to be filed. I have been using the post paid connections for the last 15/20 years of Vodafone, and if this type of harassment is met to the consumers, then I am constrained to say that I will be forced to shift to another telecom company.                           Hi My name is Manmohan saklani A Vodaphone customer I have got my monthly Post paid bill for mobile Number is [protected] In my current postpaid bill (month apr 2015 bill) Vodafone unnecessarily charged me Rs 1550 /- for 3G " Plan for which I don't know on what basis they charged this much amount as I am not activated such plan in my regular monthly billing plan So I would request kindly exclude/reverse Rs this from current bill of apr 2015 bill I need this reversal before my next due date which is on[protected] Otherwise I am not going to pay any single penny to Vodafone India company. IMPORTANT :I WAS USING 2G OF 300 MB AND REQUESTED TO ACTIVATED 3G 500 MB PLAN BUT THEY DID, NOT DO SO.I WAS 8 YEARS RELATION WITH U HOPE THAT U UNDERSTAND THAT

                            This in regards to my bill for the of April 2015 for my Vodafone postpaid number. It includes the charges for data usage of around Rs 8000 which is completely inflated and non sense. When asked for details bill carrying details of huge chunk of daily data usage was sent. I found this completely inappropriate and consider it as a fraudulent charges. My general consumption of data for previous months never exceeded above the subscribed internet plan with limit of 1 GB. I am not getting any proper explanation in this regards by the customer care and also no complaints are been taken against this inflated bill. This kind of behaviour and unnecessary charged are unacceptable. I want to register my complaint for this. Ankit My vodafone number is [protected]

                              With reference to above subject, i have today BONUS 27 ISD offer recharge him and this offer successfully recharge SMS received my mobile.My mobile no.[protected].but i have today10p.m.call U.S.A.on Phone no.[protected] but they have deduct regular charge Rs.8/- per minute but as per terms and condition they have only 2 paise per minut charge deduct my account. so excess deduct amount credit my account. I have also tried his customer care call no.199 but they have no replyme.

                                Hi, My name is Pankaj Khanna and my vodafone no. is [protected]. I would like to say Vodafone is now using fradulent methods to get money from the consumer in disguise of VAS. This is absolutely ridiculous. Few months back I have was charge for download of these so called VAS and this month also I was charged with d2c_mydala_99 which I do not have any idea what is this. I have not paid these charges previously but vodafone is charging every Rs. 50 as miscredit charges. I am paying charges for the services which I am using as a honest customer. I would like to tell you that I am fed with vodafone now and soon planning to take legal action against vodafone. I lodged a complaint regarding this many a times with the vodafone but everytime they are having predefined msg that these are the downloaded charges which I have to pay. I just want to know that we are having broadband connection and why these kind of charges doesn't comes in the broadband bill. Is these kind of so called pop up's does not occur in broadband and if they disagree on that point why vodafone is paying on our behalf. When we want to any VAS we will on our own, why should vodafone pay. Further services is getting pathetic day by day. Network problem is almost everywhere. Pankaj Khanna

                                I received a call from vodafone representative named Mamta. I appreciate that. But she fails to give the solution. Although she agreed on reversing the charges levied this month for d2c_mydala_99 VAS, but express her inability to reverse miscredit charges levied by vodafone every month for non making payment of these so called VAS services.
                                She told me to call next day to provide the solution but the next day never came. I also told her abut the persistent network problem with vodafone. Singal breaking, No network converage, data related problem.

                                I request vodafone to reply asap.

                                  I have not been getting network at my apartment since the past 7-8 years I have logged several complaints but no action has been taken. Almost all the cell phone at my residence are Vodafone it creates a lot of problems. I have lost many important calls in the past due to this. Inspite of making repeated complaints no action has been taken. Kindly provide a solution and contact me for any other information.

Last three or four months they have charged maximum bill amount by excusing many services. But I do not used or no request activated this services. Every months I pay the bill and inform him via email or messages to customer care about to forcefully activated many services to deactivated but no results. End of March I deactivated the Internet connection. But, It shown this monthly bill they are added extra downloading charges. Please kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.                                         I m using 199 rs internet pack in every month but 13 may 2015 any body recharge net pack on my mobile by mistake nd m registered my complaint 13 may in vodafone and one lady senior(varsha) was said ur amount 199 rs reactivate in ur mobile account with in 48 hr but no any reimbursement in my mobile account.so please as soon as possible do.                                         Thanks but my compliant was registered on 13/05/2015.And according to Madam Varsha my compliant closed within 48 hr but m very disappoint with her. When i saw no response from vodafone then 15/05/2015 i was recharge again 249/- internet pack. My experiance with Varsha is very bad. So if you wants help me so my 199/- recharge re activate after 11/06/2015. Because i was recharge yesterday when i was completely disspoint. I wants call from vodafone as soon as possible.
