Dear Sir/Madam, I am really fed up from your company staff and customer care. Nobody is taking my complaint matter seriously. I tell you my problem in detail as follows - I had taken a internet data card no. [protected] on August 2014. I had stopped using this card from December 2014 but still paid the monthly rent till february 2015 but when I came to know that you had charged 6 months advance rent on the month of february bill without my confirmation then I got angry and immediately deactivated the internet data card no. [protected] but still your staff continue calling me for this advance rent payment. But now it was height of problem when you started creating problem in my 8 years old running calling mobile no. [protected] by firstly activating pre announcement message for payment on 10 may 2015 as still my last due date for payment was 12 may 2015. Also you stopped my international call services on 10 may 2015. I went to your vasant vihar, new delhi vodafone store on 12 may 2015 and paid my bill of my mobile no. [protected] and request your staff to activate my international call services and solve the problem of internet data card no. [protected]. Your staff said that it will take 2 days time for solving the problem of internet data card no. [protected]. I said Ok and came back but next day your company has stopped/barred outgoing call of my mobile no. [protected] and I got frustrated that I called many times to the customer care and also went 3 times to your vasant vihar, new delhi vodafone store but still nobody has solved my problem and also your staff is not behaving with me properly.     Hi, They changed my plan without informing me.         Not sure, why I am being charged for VAS download for this particular download : d2c_mydala_99 for 2 units and thus charging me 198rs. Generally we dont see the bill details, but this is happening from quite sometime and i have to check the details every month. I need a refund, because without any prompt or any downloads, I am being charged 200rs every month. Regards, Tejas

          I have asked to update postpaid plan as 199 based on the data available in the website. When activated they send attachment which contains different data compared to the website. When I asked there is no proper response I have attached below the attachment sent by them The website I have checked. https://shop.vodafone.in/shop/postpaid/postpaid_talk-plan.jsp I'm using TamilNadu number . Please check Postpaid plan 199 benefits In the net for other Local phones it is stated as Re.0.50 but in your attached as Re.1 Also the same for STD Calls Also in case of 2G Data, it says as 1GB as cap limit. Please correct the same and don't cheat customers. Also attached the screenshot of the website

            Date – 13.05.2015 To who it may concern, I have given application for MNP post paid from Airtel to vodafone on the 2nd of May 2015. On 9/5/15 visited your vodafone store at sector 11, Gandhinagr for a follow up due to a text message I received. Your executive gave information that your MNP will successful today midnight which is done as per information. But at same time he didn’t give new sim card of Vodafone, he should e aware that if the MNP is going to be successful at midnight and the next day was a Sunday he should have given me a new sim Being a customer we are not aware of all activities and process of companies, the executive should have advised me. On Sunday 10th of April I was out of town due to work requirements, and was not aware my service with Airtel has stopped and switched to Vodafone, the whole day I was helpless and without communication. At times also had to stop at STD shops to make calls and at times had to borrow mobile phone from strangers on road to make important calls. It was really stressful and embarrassing asking for people to help me make a call. Due to this I have suffered a lot in my business. Who is responsible for this loss? I want recovery of all my loss due to the executive’s carelessness service. If I get this kind first impression what should I expect more from Vodafone? I have ported my number from Airtel; have taken on board Rs.899 monthly rental plan. Before even my plan has started I have faced bad customer service, it has not been a good start but I expect someone will get back to me and bring some conclusion.             I got calls 5 to 7 times from Vodafone each time from diff people. All promised to call me back but one did. After the conversation I got SMS, each time the number they called were different and I have not received any emails. Once I also got a call saying that now that your complaint is closed is there anything else we can help you with, I mentioned how can it be closed when there ha not been any resolutions.             To who it may concern,

            I have received calls from Vodafone abot my complain about 5 to 7 times each time a different person.
            Every time had to explain the situation and each person said I will call you back but never does.
            When I logg on to my Vodafone account it shows complaint closed, how can it be closed when there is no resolution.
            I am really upset with so bad and very very poor customer service from such a big company.
            I am really disappointed to see that no body is interested in my complaint.
            I would really appreciate if some one from consumer complaints looks into my matter and speak on my behalf to Vodafone.

            Vodafone has rung me three times now and have explained my situation three time to three different people.
            All three did not sound promising I guess they were just ringing in as a formality.
            One of the executive assured that he will be ring me back to today before 3pm and resolve my query but I guess vodafone is not interested in my concern.
            No one has got back to me.

              inflated bill of Rs 3000 in feb 2015 and in mar 2015 ...detail of mobile data consumption of 600 MB and 480 MB as shown in bill of feb and march 2015 not disclosed to consumer despite request so far...usage as billed VF Mobile Connect not comprehensible...customer denies said high usage of 600 MB...consumer has right to know said usage details before pressuring in payment ...1/3 rd of payment made in instalement ...suddenly in may 2015 all services withdrawn ...under which legal provision of company or service contract, even the service of incoming call taken away...monopoly of such service provider, whether can be challenged in any legal forum if service to [protected] not restored immediately ...co. not considered that payment since feb2014 was regular

                Hi my details :Mobile no :[protected] Vodafone has been harassing me on a daily basis by making marketing calls!! I am receiving calls daily from vodafone no +91 [protected]. Sometimes its asking me to activate 3G plans some time to purchase additional sim cards. Many times the cust care exec seems to be so arrogant, uses filthy language for refusing!!! This is vodafone harassment at the max!!! I have written 10 complaints to nodal team but still they haven't woken up from their sleep!!! Please help me in lodging an official complaint and de-activate this number with immediate effect.

                Vodafone is a crap service provider, I stay in the heart of the city and no network at my residence!!! Vodafone has been cheating customers by saying 3G service is good and 40% faster!!! Well it can happen only when u have network!! I dont know how they have come up with this comparison. Airtel seems to be much better in terms of speed and network!!!

                  On 07/05/2015, at 12.54pm I done the recharge for Rs.20 through online using Vodafone.in .The amount is credited at my account at 07/05/2015 at 05:48pm. Same issue arise at 04/05/2015 also, i recharged for rs.195.Am enquire the same about vodafone customer care means they are telling its a process.After recharge, I have to wait for more than 2 hours to get my own money in my account, They cannot telling any proper reason for the delay.They are telling again and again as its a process.If its is a process means, i will tell that its an worst process implemented in vodafone.The vodafone no i recharged is [protected].

                    The 'look @ it' service gets added to my vodafone bill every month without my permission or active intention. I receive a message from vodafone (VD-VFCARE) informing me that the service 'Look @ it' has been added for a charge of 90 rs a month(45 rs / 15 days) and that i can deactivate it by calling or sending an SMS- STOP to 155223. Every 15 days then get a message that this service has been active and will charge me for the next period. When I try and deactivate it, the message fails to go through. This kind of a service that charges me inadvertently reeks of a spam/phishing service. According to the vodafone customer rep, this is added to a users phone when they click on a link while web browsing on the phone or accidently click on an in-app advertisement(accidently) that may open up the web browser causing the service to be activated automatically. According to the vodafone rep, the link 'i clicked' on that activated this on my number is: http://180.150.250.81/sub/look-at-it. According to a vodafone customer rep, this is a web service, and not a vodafone value added service even though it shows up on the bills as value added service. Apparently, this is a bollywood news/info service, although ive never attempted to access it/dont know how to. Trying to access this link from my laptop browser gives a message: 'Sorry, your device is not supporting!' Accessing it from the phone would mean it gets activated on my phone again so i wont attempt to. I asked vodafone to ban/barr this service but they will not do it. I see other consumer complaints on this board for this service but i see no resolution.

                      Hi All, Vodafone deducted RS 21 from my no -[protected] on 06/05/2015 and upon discussion with care person they give one mail id to ask for refund the amount to my account.As this is fourth time they deducted from my account but previous three time they refund that amount.But this time no response from Vodafone care.Again asking for customer care regarding that amount, below are the response from care .Please verify is this the right way to talk with customer and giving the solution on balance deduction.                         My phone number is [protected]. It has the plan of Rs 125, where Rs 30 is charged additionally with which it is supposed to provide the service for 500 mb 2G data and 60 mins of STD call per month as a offer for plan SEP 125. For the month of April the data consumed shown is around 469 mb, which is within the stipulated 500 mb but still the bill amount has come for Rs 2226.20 where the bill for internet usage has been included. No notice has been received regarding the deactivation of the offer . Thus, resolve this matter at the earliest otherwise the same will be forwarded to the consumer forum for breach of scheduled offer. ARIJIT MUKHERJEE.

                          Nnections Vodafone deducted balance of 77. I got a message that tiny tv service has been activated. When I called Vodafone customer care executive said that you will get refund within 24 hours. But till 2-3 days I didn't receive any refund. So I call again this time he said that refund will be done in 2 hours. but as usual I didn't receive any refund. When I call customer care this time the voice said we can not connect your call to customer service executive. So I tried online chat option. That time she register my complaint. But after two days I received a message that your complaint has been resolved. Surprisngly I didnt get any refund. so I want to ask Vodafone when you deduct any balance you should know why you do that or for which service. If you donot want to give refund for these unknown services close your company and go to home. Every time customer care executive said it is for tiny tv service but even he does not know Ho these services got activated from mobile. I have charged many times for these services. Their pet answer was these services activated when you clicked on any popup on websites there are so many websites like this. But when I asked tell me only one website. He was speechless and repeat same answer that so many websites are there. I want my refund otherwise I will go to consumer court. I think Vodafone is doing a big scam. Because there are so many customers who didn't even Check their bills. and a lot of corporate connections bill are paid by companies who donot have time for this.

                            one month before i have taken 2 new connection of your vodafone store.but after two days my both sim blocked.i called costumer care to know the reason of blocking my sims.costumer care said that my address verification is failed but your RFI person talk to me but he did not come for RFI at my address.he is throwing wrong information to your office & my sims are block then i go to your vodafone store and and then your representative told me some GO limit issue on my address then i gave him my secondary address and he asure me my sims activated in 3 days but after one week i got a call of your RFI person and he verified my address and he told me my both sim activated in next day but again he gave fake information and my one sim is activated and one is deactivated and i tried to contact your vodafone representative but he can not take my calls at last i again went your vodafone store but no any representative take seriously my problem, at last suffering these problems i surrendered my activated sim because of very irresponsible behaviour of your vodafone employees. please do somthing of these types of problems because many customers are suffering problems of these fake communications and your vodfone store not helping them.i want to be part of your vodafone network but your vodafone staff not supporting me that why i am forced to surrender my sim.                               Day 1- Last Sunday i.e on 10th May 2015 I bought a brand new iphone 6 for which I needed a nano sim. So after purchasing the mobile I went straight to the vodafone gallery and replaced my existing sim with a nano sim which I was told by the vodafone executive will get activated within two hours. So I went home and was waiting eagerly for those two hours to pass by so that I could use my iphone. But for waiting impatiently after 3 hours and yet no activation of my nano sim being done, I called the vodafone customer care to know what was the status. So the executive tells me he has no idea about my nano sim and that I will have to revisit the store for the same. But still I adamantly called them 4 more times, sadly just to hear the same reply. Day 2- So next morning I revisit the store and tell them my problem to which they replied that the request was not completed so they added a new request for the activation of my nano sim and said it would be activated in an hours time, which obviously did not happen so I visited them for the 3rd time only to know that there is some problem in the system and the status of your sim is still open but it surely will be activated by that evening. So I went home and waited for it to get activated with no luck. Day 3- Still no activation. I call the customer care and very aggressively explain them my issue for which I get a reply that the status is still open and don't know how long it will take and what exactly the problem is. So after arguing a lot with the executive I demand him to put his senior on the call, for which he puts me up on hold for a loooonnnnnggggg time and ultimately disconnects me. Upon his this action my brain exploded and I called the center again. Unfortunately I had to explain my problem all over again as obviously it was a different executive and strongly but calmly demanded an explanation, upon which he honestly told me that mam I or the senior or the in-store executive will and can give you only one answer that is seen on the computer screen i.e. my request was still open and that no one could tell me even approx time by which my nano sim card would be activated. So the conclusion is that vodafone is good for nothing. They have no idea on what services they are providing. They do not trust their own services so I too am about to give up on vodafone. Still I will wait for 24 hours and see if anything positive happens. If not then I will go to the vodafone store and give them a nice and elaborate lecture about their inefficient services and discontinue their so called services and switch to hopefully a better operator with my existing number. I want to say so much more about vodafone but I am out of time so screw vodafone.

                                  I have surrendered the post paid sim card bearing mobile no [protected] on 27.01.2015 and allotted request no. [protected]. . The monthly billing date is 25th according paid the bill amount for the month of Jan 2015. Surprisingly, when I received the bill for the month of Feb which is due for payment in March an amount of Rs. 187/- has been charged as rental against the disconnected no. [protected]. when I contact the Voda fone stores, NAD Vizag I was intimated that the amount was erroneously charged and assured me that the same will be rectified. Instead of rectifying the error the same amount of Rs. 187/- again charged in the ensuring bills also, along with my another post paid voda fone no. [protected]. I have visited voda fone stores NAD Visakhapatnam in four different occation and contracted the manager/incharge Mr. Srikanth, and Mr Ganesh for attending my grieveance, but all my efforts are in vain and the response is very poor. In addition when I requested for switching from post paid to prepaid plan against my voda fone no. [protected] I was told the same cannot be done now and the same will be acted upon only at the end of the month. The attitude of the staff or incharge is not cordial and not only the response is poor. It is therefore requested to settel the grievence at the earliest and direct the concern authority/person to take immediate action as statetd above. yours sincerely B Ramesh.

                                    Some two value added services were activated automatically without even opting. I considered first activation as my mistake but the second service named Vodafone TV was activated out of nowhere just after recharging my number from paytm. This is really not happening at all and on complaining they are saying that the amount cant be refunded.Without taking the service why should i pay to them. what the hell is that. I want my whole talktime back or else i would file a case against this.

                                        I would bring into notice of all dear Vodafone customers how Vodafone India is doing he unethical business in India. few days back I written a mail to Vodafone Dear. I am extremely annoyed and unhappy with customer services support. Last three months bill of my no. [protected] are having wrong charges.. Even May month bill has reflected over bill of Rs 850.00 for use of for the bill no. [protected], I have combo of 300mb 2g plus subscribed Rs. 150 of 500Mb 3g data and also adhoc data plan Rs 100 for 300mb 3g data total 1100mb data for said bill. I m surprised and to see the illegal charges reflected in my bill. I spoke with Nodal officer but she failed to understand the grievances. Now I request to kindly look into into it and correct the bill amount. If issue doesn't solve than I will compel to opt for some better service provider. Early response is expected. there was no response from Vodafone, then I again wrote... Dear, Continue in reference to my earlier mail. The unnecessary charge levied month wise so far as March Rs 30 for joke n others April Rs 80 for data use May 850 data use Plus Rs. 25 late payment charge Plus taxes Gross total approx. Rs 1100/- These are unacceptable and illegal. This is not matter of money but it's trust in your brand and the way Vodafone do the business. So please adjust the above cited amount in present bill, so that a standoff is cleared and I can continue with same trust and belief that Vodafone is better choice and a trusted brand. I do not need any technical and other clarification, to insist me to pay for these charges which I didn't used. I hope you may understand and our relationship may continue. If still not than option are wide open and option are available to project things on large public domain to give and share experiences with Vodafone with general users on social site and other media. Apart from consumer forums. Thanks
