I have given application for MNP post paid from Airtel to vodafone on the 2nd of May 2015.
On 9/5/15 visited your vodafone store at sector 11, Gandhinagr for a follow up due to a text message I received. Your executive gave information that your MNP will successful today midnight which is done as per information.
But at same time he didn’t give new sim card of Vodafone, he should e aware that if the MNP is going to be successful at midnight and the next day was a Sunday he should have given me a new sim
Being a customer we are not aware of all activities and process of companies, the executive should have advised me.
On Sunday 10th of April I was out of town due to work requirements, and was not aware my service with Airtel has stopped and switched to Vodafone, the whole day I was helpless and without communication. At times also had to stop at STD shops to make calls and at times had to borrow mobile phone from strangers on road to make important calls. It was really stressful and embarrassing asking for people to help me make a call.
Due to this I have suffered a lot in my business. Who is responsible for this loss?
I want recovery of all my loss due to the executive’s carelessness service.
If I get this kind first impression what should I expect more from Vodafone?
I have ported my number from Airtel; have taken on board Rs.899 monthly rental plan.
Before even my plan has started I have faced bad customer service, it has not been a good start but I expect someone will get back to me and bring some conclusion.

Complaint marked as Resolved I got calls 5 to 7 times from Vodafone each time from diff people.
All promised to call me back but one did.
After the conversation I got SMS, each time the number they called were different and I have not received any emails.
Once I also got a call saying that now that your complaint is closed is there anything else we can help you with, I mentioned how can it be closed when there ha not been any resolutions.
This is shocking and really disappointing.
I would really appreciate if an immediate action is taken and bring a resolution

I have received calls from Vodafone abot my complain about 5 to 7 times each time a different person.
Every time had to explain the situation and each person said I will call you back but never does.
When I logg on to my Vodafone account it shows complaint closed, how can it be closed when there is no resolution.
I am really upset with so bad and very very poor customer service from such a big company.
I am really disappointed to see that no body is interested in my complaint.
I would really appreciate if some one from consumer complaints looks into my matter and speak on my behalf to Vodafone.

I am really fed up from vodafone company staff and customer care. Nobody is taking my complaint matter seriously. I tell you my problem in detail as follows -
I had taken a internet data card no. [protected] on August 2014. I had stopped using this card from December 2014 but still paid the monthly rent till february 2015 but when I came to know that you had charged 6 months advance rent on the month of february bill without my confirmation then I got angry and immediately deactivated the internet data card no. [protected] but still your staff continue calling me for this advance rent payment. But now it was height of problem when vodafone company started creating problem in my 8 years old running calling mobile no. [protected] by firstly activating pre announcement message for payment on 10 may 2015 as still my last due date for payment was 12 may 2015. Also vodafone company stopped my international call services on 10 may 2015. I went to your vasant vihar, new delhi vodafone store on 12 may 2015 and paid my bill of my mobile no. [protected] and request vodafone company staff to activate my international call services and solve the problem of internet data card no. [protected]. vodafone company staff said that it will take 2 days time for solving the problem of internet data card no. [protected]. I said Ok and came back but next day vodafone company has stopped/barred outgoing call of my mobile no. [protected] and I got frustrated that I called many times to the customer care and also went 3 times to vasant vihar, new delhi vodafone store but still nobody has solved my problem and also vodafone company staff is not behaving with me properly.
Now you itself judge that how I am feeling and how vodafone company and staff is harrasing me and treating me very badly.
Please solve my problem immediately.
