one month before i have taken 2 new connection of your vodafone store.but after two days my both sim blocked.i called costumer care to know the reason of blocking my sims.costumer care said that my address verification is failed but your RFI person talk to me but he did not come for RFI at my address.he is throwing wrong information to your office & my sims are block then i go to your vodafone store and and then your representative told me some GO limit issue on my address then i gave him my secondary address and he asure me my sims activated in 3 days but after one week i got a call of your RFI person and he verified my address and he told me my both sim activated in next day but again he gave fake information and my one sim is activated and one is deactivated and i tried to contact your vodafone representative but he can not take my calls at last i again went your vodafone store but no any representative take seriously my problem, at last suffering these problems i surrendered my activated sim because of very irresponsible behaviour of your vodafone employees. please do somthing of these types of problems because many customers are suffering problems of these fake communications and your vodfone store not helping them.i want to be part of your vodafone network but your vodafone staff not supporting me that why i am forced to surrender my sim.     Day 1- Last Sunday i.e on 10th May 2015 I bought a brand new iphone 6 for which I needed a nano sim. So after purchasing the mobile I went straight to the vodafone gallery and replaced my existing sim with a nano sim which I was told by the vodafone executive will get activated within two hours. So I went home and was waiting eagerly for those two hours to pass by so that I could use my iphone. But for waiting impatiently after 3 hours and yet no activation of my nano sim being done, I called the vodafone customer care to know what was the status. So the executive tells me he has no idea about my nano sim and that I will have to revisit the store for the same. But still I adamantly called them 4 more times, sadly just to hear the same reply. Day 2- So next morning I revisit the store and tell them my problem to which they replied that the request was not completed so they added a new request for the activation of my nano sim and said it would be activated in an hours time, which obviously did not happen so I visited them for the 3rd time only to know that there is some problem in the system and the status of your sim is still open but it surely will be activated by that evening. So I went home and waited for it to get activated with no luck. Day 3- Still no activation. I call the customer care and very aggressively explain them my issue for which I get a reply that the status is still open and don't know how long it will take and what exactly the problem is. So after arguing a lot with the executive I demand him to put his senior on the call, for which he puts me up on hold for a loooonnnnnggggg time and ultimately disconnects me. Upon his this action my brain exploded and I called the center again. Unfortunately I had to explain my problem all over again as obviously it was a different executive and strongly but calmly demanded an explanation, upon which he honestly told me that mam I or the senior or the in-store executive will and can give you only one answer that is seen on the computer screen i.e. my request was still open and that no one could tell me even approx time by which my nano sim card would be activated. So the conclusion is that vodafone is good for nothing. They have no idea on what services they are providing. They do not trust their own services so I too am about to give up on vodafone. Still I will wait for 24 hours and see if anything positive happens. If not then I will go to the vodafone store and give them a nice and elaborate lecture about their inefficient services and discontinue their so called services and switch to hopefully a better operator with my existing number. I want to say so much more about vodafone but I am out of time so screw vodafone.

        I have surrendered the post paid sim card bearing mobile no [protected] on 27.01.2015 and allotted request no. [protected]. . The monthly billing date is 25th according paid the bill amount for the month of Jan 2015. Surprisingly, when I received the bill for the month of Feb which is due for payment in March an amount of Rs. 187/- has been charged as rental against the disconnected no. [protected]. when I contact the Voda fone stores, NAD Vizag I was intimated that the amount was erroneously charged and assured me that the same will be rectified. Instead of rectifying the error the same amount of Rs. 187/- again charged in the ensuring bills also, along with my another post paid voda fone no. [protected]. I have visited voda fone stores NAD Visakhapatnam in four different occation and contracted the manager/incharge Mr. Srikanth, and Mr Ganesh for attending my grieveance, but all my efforts are in vain and the response is very poor. In addition when I requested for switching from post paid to prepaid plan against my voda fone no. [protected] I was told the same cannot be done now and the same will be acted upon only at the end of the month. The attitude of the staff or incharge is not cordial and not only the response is poor. It is therefore requested to settel the grievence at the earliest and direct the concern authority/person to take immediate action as statetd above. yours sincerely B Ramesh.

          Some two value added services were activated automatically without even opting. I considered first activation as my mistake but the second service named Vodafone TV was activated out of nowhere just after recharging my number from paytm. This is really not happening at all and on complaining they are saying that the amount cant be refunded.Without taking the service why should i pay to them. what the hell is that. I want my whole talktime back or else i would file a case against this.

              I would bring into notice of all dear Vodafone customers how Vodafone India is doing he unethical business in India. few days back I written a mail to Vodafone Dear. I am extremely annoyed and unhappy with customer services support. Last three months bill of my no. [protected] are having wrong charges.. Even May month bill has reflected over bill of Rs 850.00 for use of for the bill no. [protected], I have combo of 300mb 2g plus subscribed Rs. 150 of 500Mb 3g data and also adhoc data plan Rs 100 for 300mb 3g data total 1100mb data for said bill. I m surprised and to see the illegal charges reflected in my bill. I spoke with Nodal officer but she failed to understand the grievances. Now I request to kindly look into into it and correct the bill amount. If issue doesn't solve than I will compel to opt for some better service provider. Early response is expected. there was no response from Vodafone, then I again wrote... Dear, Continue in reference to my earlier mail. The unnecessary charge levied month wise so far as March Rs 30 for joke n others April Rs 80 for data use May 850 data use Plus Rs. 25 late payment charge Plus taxes Gross total approx. Rs 1100/- These are unacceptable and illegal. This is not matter of money but it's trust in your brand and the way Vodafone do the business. So please adjust the above cited amount in present bill, so that a standoff is cleared and I can continue with same trust and belief that Vodafone is better choice and a trusted brand. I do not need any technical and other clarification, to insist me to pay for these charges which I didn't used. I hope you may understand and our relationship may continue. If still not than option are wide open and option are available to project things on large public domain to give and share experiences with Vodafone with general users on social site and other media.                 My Vodafone No. [protected] Account No. 1.40740970 In the bill dated 10.05.2015 i have been charged Rs. 149/- stating VAS Download charges and the detail was given "d2c_mazaa_149" charged on 19/04/2015 at 12.09.50pm. I called customer complain center and spoken to the customer care executive as well as senior executive and they said that i have clicked on a link on my device so i have been charged whereas i never use any application apart from social networking application on my mobile phone. Even after my repeatedly saying i have not done anything like this the senior executive keep saying me that i will be charged no matter what as i have clicked on a link. But from where does that link came on my mobile? I have been using mobile from last 14 years and this vodafone connection from last two months only. My whole life i have never been charged like this by any serivce provider like Airtel, Tata or Reliance but as soon i did MNP to Vodafone i have been charged this amount which i have not used. I couldnot understand just by clicking any link (which i dont even know that i have clicked) why will be i charged any amount. How can a company like Vodafone do this unethical and illegal thing? How can a person be charged money by just clinking a link? I searched on various forums also and found out that this problem is facing by hundreds of people on Vodafone. As in like only subscribers of Vodafone is clicking on such links and none else. Its a fraud which Vodafone is doing. I request to forum to kindly look into the matter and get the problem resolved. I assure that i have not downloaded or used any paid service on my mobile phone. The charges charged by Vodafone are unethical. If clicking a link is chargable it should be chargeable on all service provider then why just Vodafone is charging and none other? And if a link is chargeable Vodafone should confirm first before charging any amount for the same. Everywhere where monetary transaction is involved a second confirmation is required then why not in this case? Kindly reverse those charges and make sure that this doesnt happens again. I am again stating that i have not made any request of d2c_mazaa_149 so i wont be paying for that and in future if such cherges appear i wont be paying for the same.

                I have similar experience with airtel 4g connection. Your say has no value whatever the Company say you have to accept and pay for it. Even Depart of Tele-coomunication is helpless in the matter. Best course is to ban airtel services.

                  I have recently ported my Postpaid number [protected] to Vodafone. The customer Care executive Manoj Kumar [protected] has discussed a plan with 299 rental. And give an offer that Vodafone will give you 500 MB Data for first 3 Months with this plan. I have used around 400 MB data and at the end they have given a bill of amount appx 2000. When I have complained they told me that there is no data plan associated with this number. After that they blocked my Outgoing. The complain is still in pending state as I was getting each day an SMS that Vodafone will contact me within 9 am to 6 pm from number[protected], but did not received any call from them. And now they have blocked my incoming as well. The number is very important to me for my professional and personal life as well. Please help me to resolve this issue ASAP.

                    Data not used completely but messages was sent that your data balance is complete due to the same message i discontinue the use of Internet data. but after billing i came to know that 1 GB of my data was balance. I also raised complaint but they are saying no discount will be provided. Please help me on this issue.

                      This complaint is in regards to high bill received from vodafone postpaid for mobile number [protected], I was informed its for data usage. I have been with vodafone for almost 6 years and never crossed Rs 500 as my monthly bill. This time the bill is Rs 7546, which is highly exorbitant and not justified at all. I have already made multiple attempts to speak to vodafone and seek reduction in the bill. However they are adamant in making no changes. Vodafone is trying to loot poor customers under the name of data usage.Please look into this as I am seeking resolution. Alternate number to reach me : Ashish Pawar [protected].

                              I am Girish Jadhav. I have hdfclife corporate plan with my Vodafone no. [protected]. I have thaken new postpaid connection [protected] with same plan. Which is start with rs.499 plan for 6 days and Vodafone store person conform me plan was change in corporate plan. But every next day my connection was disconnected saying that unpaid bills was more than limit ..so I was paying rs.1600 for same bill..all Vodafone staff explain me that this 1600 rupees is we deducted for 2 to 3 month. But now I am received bill rupees 3500. When we inquire about the same the vodafone store staff give me new in information that your internet pack is not activet we charge per mb 4 rupees. Which is not informed me initially. I want lonche coplaint against Vodafone store chembur. Specialy staff mr. Sandeep(team assistance), bhakti(team assistance) krisna, anuja... kindly do the needful.

                                  in vodafone best offer they show me 1gb 3g data in 147rs. but, when i recharged through deducted my main balance, only i get is 500mb. my vodafone num- [protected] recharged date- 11 may 2015 (approx 5pm clock) i feel cheated. pls solve my issue.

Dear Sir, With reference to the subject Wrong Plan and number active for other user, I would like to draw your attention that I am very dissatisfied with Vodafone services. 1) I registered on Vodafone site, that I need a Vodafone postpaid number, inturn I got a call from company and detailed me about Rs 249- Bridge plan ( 550 mins Local + STD, 250 SMS Local + STD, local call- 30 paisa, STD call- 50 paisa. ) I said OK and next day representative came, I have handed over him my documents, Rs 250 as security and he gave me a form writing the above product ( Rs 249 Bridge Plan). My number got activated on 7th April 2015 Now its showing my plan as below, but company is saying we have activated the same plan as told to you, but 250 STS SMS is not there. (that was my requirement, as I have taken this number for official purpose and my team is located on PAN India basis) Your current tariff plan is Sachet 300 Min Plan & you will get the following benefits . Monthly rental Rs. 300 Local Vodafone to Vodafone calls at Rs 0.50 /minute Local mobile to mobile calls at Rs 0.50 /minute Other local calls at Rs 0.50 /minute STD calls at Rs 0.60 /minute Local SMS at Rs. 1 /SMS National SMS at Rs. 1.50 /SMS International SMS at Rs.5/SMS 250 Local + National Minutes Free 250 Local SMS Free . I am feeling cheated, they did fraud to me. 2) I have sent so many mails from 8th April 2015- till date, but not getting any resolution from company. Rather getting calls on daily basis, asking the problem again and again and than the same reply, complaint get resolved in 48 hours, but nothing has done so far. 3) I am getting calls from Ramesh- Ex owner of the number, - he is talking to me in a very rude manner.. How you get this number ?.. This number is mine etc etc. I am also getting n number of calls for RAMESH.. I am a working professional, and its not possible for me to attend such calls, moreover the behavior of the persons is very rude. The call is also coming in midnight, this is hampering my personal and married life and creating trauma for me. I have written so many mails to Vodafone, stating the above points, attached the copies which I get from their representative ( plan details ), but nothing has done so far… I would like to request you to please arrange for the resolution of my problem at the earliest. Monthly rental Rs. 300 Local Vodafone to Vodafone calls at Rs 0.50 /minute Local mobile to mobile calls at Rs 0.50 /minute Other local calls at Rs 0.50 /minute STD calls at Rs 0.60 /minute Local SMS at Rs. 1 /SMS National SMS at Rs. 1.50 /SMS International SMS at Rs.5/SMS 250 Local + National Minutes Free 250 Local SMS Free . I am feeling cheated, they did fraud to me. 2) I have sent so many mails from 8th April 2015- till date, but not getting any resolution from company. Rather getting calls on daily basis, asking the problem again and again and than the same reply, complaint get resolved in 48 hours, but nothing has done so far. 3) I am getting calls from Ramesh- Ex owner of the number, - he is talking to me in a very rude manner.. How you get this number ?.. This number is mine etc etc. I am also getting n number of calls for RAMESH.. I am a working professional, and its not possible for me to attend such calls, moreover the behavior of the persons is very rude. The call is also coming in midnight, this is hampering my personal and married life and creating trauma for me. I have written so many mails to Vodafone, stating the above points, attached the copies which I get from their representative ( plan details ), but nothing has done so far… I would like to request you to please arrange for the resolution of my problem at the earliest.
