Hi, I have done recharge for Rs. 30 with order no: o[protected]and transaction no: CSMP[protected] to my mobile [protected] in Kolkata zone. But I did not get the balance in my mobile or the money was not refunded even. I have recharged on 22 April, 2015. and contact customer care. I was told refund of money will be done within 7 working days as i din not any balance in my mobile after recharge. But still no money is being refunded now....

I paid for a recharge of Rs102 (300MB 3G plan) on April 21, 2015. It has already been close to 20 days but I have not received the data for usage. When I called customer care, they argued that I had not done any such recharge. I have record of payment been made through my bank account (I had added two plans in my cart: Rs 251 and Rs 102.
