It has happened to me twice that Vodafone has deducted 100 rs. each time from my prepaid balance. They simply said, I have clicked on some link, on some website, against which I am charged (I am using 3G data pack already). My question here is I have been using same websites on Vodafone Postpaid, I was not being charged, Now on prepaid they are charging me like anything. When I talked to Anish(vodafone CCE at 06:25 PM on 10th may, 2015) he said he can't take my request for reversal of charges as it is an old deduction, cannot lodge my complaint, as his system des not allows him, cant transfer my call to his senior, as his senior is not available, cannot give me any reference ID for the communication made as Vodafone does not has nay such system. I wonder if this is the service Vodafone is giving and such is the rude behaviour of Vodafone CCEs, How can one make his complaint heard.
