Subject- Wrong Plan Activation and number already in use with other person. Dear Sir, With reference to the subject Wrong Plan and number active for other user, I would like to draw your attention that I am very dissatisfied with Vodafone services. 1) I registered on Vodafone site, that I need a Vodafone postpaid number, inturn I got a call from company and detailed me about Rs 249- Bridge plan ( 550 mins Local + STD, 250 SMS Local + STD, local call- 30 paisa, STD call- 50 paisa. ) I said OK and next day representative came, I have handed over him my documents, Rs 250 as security and he gave me a form writing the above product ( Rs 249 Bridge Plan). My number got activated on 7th April 2015 Now its showing my plan as below, but company is saying we have activated the same plan as told to you, but 250 STS SMS is not there. (that was my requirement, as I have taken this number for official purpose and my team is located on PAN India basis) Your current tariff plan is Sachet 300 Min Plan & you will get the following benefits . Monthly rental Rs. 300 Local Vodafone to Vodafone calls at Rs 0.50 /minute Local mobile to mobile calls at Rs 0.50 /minute Other local calls at Rs 0.50 /minute STD calls at Rs 0.60 /minute Local SMS at Rs. 1 /SMS National SMS at Rs. 1.50 /SMS International SMS at Rs.5/SMS 250 Local + National Minutes Free 250 Local SMS Free . I am feeling cheated, they did fraud to me. 2) I have sent so many mails from 8th April 2015- till date, but not getting any resolution from company. Rather getting calls on daily basis, asking the problem again and again and than the same reply, complaint get resolved in 48 hours, but nothing has done so far. 3) I am getting calls from Ramesh- Ex owner of the number, - he is talking to me in a very rude manner.. How you get this number ?.. This number is mine etc etc. I am also getting n number of calls for RAMESH.. I am a working professional, and its not possible for me to attend such calls, moreover the behavior of the persons is very rude. The call is also coming in midnight, this is hampering my personal and married life and creating trauma for me. I have written so many mails to Vodafone, stating the above points, attached the copies which I get from their representative ( plan details ), but nothing has done so far… I would like to request you to please arrange for the resolution of my problem at the earliest.     Hi, my name us Ashok and my no us [protected] Im using dis number fm 10years and i have activated d caller tune since from 6 years, but tday morning without my knowledge they have deactivated it and also deducded d money of 55rs fm my accout, I need the explanationtion why n who deactivated the the hellotune, and i want d same callertune to b reset for me without any additional charges.       On 5th May from vodafone online recharge site I tried to recharge for Rs 179 Internet 2g data pack but i recived the status as : " Transaction failed" as message but my money was deducted therefore I waited for half an hour and recharged for Rs.199 2g data pack and it got activated, therefore I should be reverted my Rs. 179 . But in vain, therefore I called vodafone customer care, the answer was so arrogant they say both the packs got activated as the 179 pack got activated 5 hours later to when I recharged. What is this ???? When i asked more she said to talk to her manger and put me on line waiting for 20 mins but no one attended the call. I am going to change my account to airtel, such cheap and arrogant behaviour towards customer, even will not recommend my friends for vodafone.

        Hi My vodafone number is [protected] which is in cug group of 20 people. I was checking My unbilled amt. On Daily basis and when my last bill cycle started my unbilled amt. was showing 200 on the first day.I complained about it to customer care and Mr subhankar bhowmick who assisted me assured me that there is no service is activated Additionaly. I myself also checked it. The same happened twice within a week and i again called You people and informed the same thing. They also told me that if there will be any unexpected chaRges they will surely assist me on this and for now just ignore the unbilled amount Since they do not have much infomation on this. Today when i received my bill i saw tHere are additional charges of 149 twice for d2cmaza Nd 99 for wapvilla. i got no text messages on this and i am very sure i dint used a single kb of this services. Now the customer care is not helping me.

          My vodafone number [protected] has been deactivated without any intimation/notice to me. I havent used it for some months.Its fair to deactivate but the call centre executive told me that the number has been assigned to somebody else. How can they assign it to somebody else without intimating me??!!! This is ridiculous!!!

            Vodafone, Please read Trai clear attached guidelines no. 1 to 9 from page 1-6 which clearly says that http://www.trai.gov.in/WriteReadData/Direction/Document/Dire10-7-13.pdf http://www.trai.gov.in/WriteReadData/userfiles/file/measuresto%20protectconsumer... Page 1, point (i) The Service provider shall obtain confirmation from the consumer through consumer originated sms or email or Fax or in Writing within twenty four hours of activation of the value added service and charge the consumer only if the confirmation is received from him for such value added service and shall discontinue such value added service if no confirmation is received from the consumer So now Vodafone cannot cheat consumer by saying that they added plan by just sending sms & it’s a Trai Guidelines. Stop Cheating Consumers. & read it guidelines . I guess no vodafone executive read it Trai Guidelines. I requested for my old plan by email to Vodafone corporate email id which also not attended by corporate service of Vodafone. They are just explaining the wrong thing in wrong manner. I already complaint in Department of Telecommunication in Govt site. (http://www.pgportal.gov.in/) (Your Registration Number is : DOTEL/E/2015/15393 ) I hope now vodafone revert the charges & change my old mobile plan.

              I made a payment of Rs 6432 on 11/5/2015 for my Vodafone No [protected]. I got a message from ICICI that my credit card account is debited by Rs 6432. What should I understand?                   There is no response from vodafone over my complaint regarding non availability of network in my area which is Moujpur, northeast Delhi. I m unable access 3G services at all. My previous complaint is been not taken up seriously so kindly take necessary action against my complaint as soon as possible as m facing so much problem due to nonavailabilty of networks.

                    I am using Vodafone And I am facing lots of call drop at my location since october 2014. I even filed complaint at Vodafone customer care but my issue is still not resolved and half of my balance is wasted on this drops. I want Vodafone to either refund the money wasted on this call drops or else resolve the issue finally

                      Hello everyone, this is Ankit Arora . I requested to change my tariff plan as i needed data plan on which they agreed and told me that from your new bill cycle, it will get changed automatically .But later they refused that there is no request of change in plan . It was shocking .Now they are saying no such plan available . They are making fool of the customer . I registered a Complaint to deactivate my account twice .One of my complaint number registered is [protected].Now I want to deactivate my number and my 3 Family members numbers too.I called on cust care on sunday 10th may 2015 . they disconnected my calls 3 times in between.I advise you all not to use voda, go for airtel or idea.

                        Please ref [protected] & [protected], I have not received any response for the mail which i have sent earlier through online.I spoke to Mr. karthik today Ref complaint number [protected], He was very rude and unprofessional and was hearing songs when I called him, when i asked him to turn off the songs, he said call centers will be like this only, he does not fit to be a CSR.. He behaved unprofessionally, please listen to the call recording and take necessary action on him as well as my my 3g internet compliant and pls call me without fail

                          Yesterday, 10th May, 2015, RS.99 was deducted from mY Vodafone account and I received an SMS saying "Dear Customer, Thank you for buying mydala deals. To enjoy your free deals log on to m.mydala.com. For queries call at[protected]. Enjoy the deal!" To be noted, that I didn't even buy anything remotely close to a mydala deal. And this is not the first time Vodafone has been involved in such a scam. Everytime I call their customer help, they say it because I clicked something on the internet. But is clicking "something" on the internet enough to deduct Rs.99 from the balance? Can I expect consumercomplaints.in to delve into the matter?

                            i cal to customer care they cant satisfied...vikas kumar nd vieky thakur thai is senoir ...i said i did recharge roaming pack..vodafone acpted my pack but after twp days this is now invalid ...then how they proved it n cant massage me...n one day i charge 72 roaming packbut 8 hour they cant processed then i take online recharge 5 rs they valid on it nd previous packis 72 that was deactivated because you done 5 rs pack ..okay iam agree then why is not process in 8 hour...nd when i talkto customer care they think iam fool...? nd my number is [protected] ...vikas kumar and vieky thakur from sanjauli vodafone customer care, shimla...

                              i am an active user of vodafone since past 10 years my mobile no is [protected]. there is an ongoing network problem in my area as mentioned above since past one year .the consumer is being cheated as even your customer service of vodafone surat is not responding to our complaints, they has installed an network box on our terrace 2-3 years ago by that brought no changes .This is leading towards communication gap and fraudlent practice with the customer. there is being an active call drop problem while communication with the other party .so the consumer demand is not being at all satisfied . i expect an active response and change from the government side.

                                  It has happened to me twice that Vodafone has deducted 100 rs. each time from my prepaid balance. They simply said, I have clicked on some link, on some website, against which I am charged (I am using 3G data pack already). My question here is I have been using same websites on Vodafone Postpaid, I was not being charged, Now on prepaid they are charging me like anything. When I talked to Anish(vodafone CCE at 06:25 PM on 10th may, 2015) he said he can't take my request for reversal of charges as it is an old deduction, cannot lodge my complaint, as his system des not allows him, cant transfer my call to his senior, as his senior is not available, cannot give me any reference ID for the communication made as Vodafone does not has nay such system. I wonder if this is the service Vodafone is giving and such is the rude behaviour of Vodafone CCEs, How can one make his complaint heard.                                     While using Internet on my phone, there was a pop up msg that appeared. On closing the pop up window, I received a msg on my phone, ( DEAR CUSTOMER, THANK YOU FOR BUYING MYDALA DEALS. ) On informing this to the Customer care, they were forcing it on me that it was on my command that this was done. I did not authorise any such payment. I did not buy any deal. Even during the telephonic conversation they failed to explain me that how can a third party ( not vodafone ) add charges to my vodafone bill. Vodafone provides following services to this number (or any customer ) which it can charge: 1.Calls 2.SMS 3.Internet 4. Other vodafone services MYDALA is not vodafone. I did not authorise Vodafone to apply any other charge on my account.

                                        I am a Vodafone Customer since 2010. My Number is [protected]. My outgoing services have been barred since yesterday evening due to delay in making the bill payment. Have made the payment around 18:01 Hrs on 09/05/2015. Waited for 45 Minutes still the services were not activated hence made a call to customer care and spoke with Lokesh around 18:52 Hrs on 09/05/2015. He promised of taking a service request and I should be getting service back and running in 30 Minutes, asked him to connect the call to a supervisor he said there was no supervisor available and placed on hold for a long time, where in I had to disconnect the call. Waited for an more than hour but still services were not activated. Called customer care and spoke with Sai, this guy says services are activate and I should be able to make outgoing calls. Disconnected the call and tried restarting my mobile and removed SIM, Etc., but still was unable to make outgoing calls. Called back customer care again around 21:14 Hrs on 09/05/2015 and spoke with Nagaraj. Gave all the information now this guy doesn't understand English. His grammer and articulation is pathetic. Had to explain him in Telugu after asking him what's his mother tongue. When requested for Supervisor he upfront said no Supervisor is available and after a long argument he said will try and placed me on hold for 50 Minutes. Got hold of someone Jacob from escalations team. He assured getting the service up and running in 30 Minutes. Waited entire night but services were not released. Called the customer care in the morning 06:03 Hrs on 10/05/2015, after a long hold of 15 minutes as I reached a live person call was transferred to prepaid customer care. Had to disconnect the call and call them back. This time got hold of Lakshmi, I requested for supervisor and she placed on long hold had to disconnect the call. Called customer care after sometime 06:21 Hrs on got hold of Pramod and now this guys gives a different news to me stating there is an issue in the Vodafone network and it should be resolved ASAP. Doesn't have any time frame. It has been a pathetic journey with Vodafone. Your executives raise voice with customer and they are rude when asking for service. Want to understand is Vodafone giving any free service to us or we are paying to get service. And as a Customer have right to be arrogant when I am not getting service. Every executive at customer care lied with me since the time I have been calling them. You guys have given a good respect to customer who has been loyal since 2010. When I think of new customer what kind of service they might be getting and how your executives have been behaving. I have all the calls recorded and want to take a legal advice from my attorney (Wife) so that I can file case on you guys for denial of service and wrong information provided to me. Also I am going to put across the same information across all the social media. So that people should be aware of service Vodafone has been providing. Also above all this going to cancel the service at the earliest once I get number portability done. Regards, Midhun
