Outgoing services problem

VAS download charges Fraud behaviour

3G Recharge deactivated

I had recharged online with Rs. 251-3G Internet Pack 1 GB valid for 28 days (which was activated) and then 5 minutes later I had also recharged with Rs 16 STD pack with call rate 30paise/min valid for 15 days.
