I am using Vodafone And I am facing lots of call drop at my location since october 2014. I even filed complaint at Vodafone customer care but my issue is still not resolved and half of my balance is wasted on this drops. I want Vodafone to either refund the money wasted on this call drops or else resolve the issue finally

    Hello everyone, this is Ankit Arora . I requested to change my tariff plan as i needed data plan on which they agreed and told me that from your new bill cycle, it will get changed automatically .But later they refused that there is no request of change in plan . It was shocking .Now they are saying no such plan available . They are making fool of the customer . I registered a Complaint to deactivate my account twice .One of my complaint number registered is [protected].Now I want to deactivate my number and my 3 Family members numbers too.I called on cust care on sunday 10th may 2015 . they disconnected my calls 3 times in between.I advise you all not to use voda, go for airtel or idea.

      Please ref [protected] & [protected], I have not received any response for the mail which i have sent earlier through online.I spoke to Mr. karthik today Ref complaint number [protected], He was very rude and unprofessional and was hearing songs when I called him, when i asked him to turn off the songs, he said call centers will be like this only, he does not fit to be a CSR.. He behaved unprofessionally, please listen to the call recording and take necessary action on him as well as my my 3g internet compliant and pls call me without fail

        Yesterday, 10th May, 2015, RS.99 was deducted from mY Vodafone account and I received an SMS saying "Dear Customer, Thank you for buying mydala deals. To enjoy your free deals log on to m.mydala.com. For queries call at[protected]. Enjoy the deal!" To be noted, that I didn't even buy anything remotely close to a mydala deal. And this is not the first time Vodafone has been involved in such a scam. Everytime I call their customer help, they say it because I clicked something on the internet. But is clicking "something" on the internet enough to deduct Rs.99 from the balance? Can I expect consumercomplaints.in to delve into the matter?

          i cal to customer care they cant satisfied...vikas kumar nd vieky thakur thai is senoir ...i said i did recharge roaming pack..vodafone acpted my pack but after twp days this is now invalid ...then how they proved it n cant massage me...n one day i charge 72 roaming packbut 8 hour they cant processed then i take online recharge 5 rs they valid on it nd previous packis 72 that was deactivated because you done 5 rs pack ..okay iam agree then why is not process in 8 hour...nd when i talkto customer care they think iam fool...? nd my number is [protected] ...vikas kumar and vieky thakur from sanjauli vodafone customer care, shimla...

            i am an active user of vodafone since past 10 years my mobile no is [protected]. there is an ongoing network problem in my area as mentioned above since past one year .the consumer is being cheated as even your customer service of vodafone surat is not responding to our complaints, they has installed an network box on our terrace 2-3 years ago by that brought no changes .This is leading towards communication gap and fraudlent practice with the customer. there is being an active call drop problem while communication with the other party .so the consumer demand is not being at all satisfied . i expect an active response and change from the government side.

                It has happened to me twice that Vodafone has deducted 100 rs. each time from my prepaid balance. They simply said, I have clicked on some link, on some website, against which I am charged (I am using 3G data pack already). My question here is I have been using same websites on Vodafone Postpaid, I was not being charged, Now on prepaid they are charging me like anything. When I talked to Anish(vodafone CCE at 06:25 PM on 10th may, 2015) he said he can't take my request for reversal of charges as it is an old deduction, cannot lodge my complaint, as his system des not allows him, cant transfer my call to his senior, as his senior is not available, cannot give me any reference ID for the communication made as Vodafone does not has nay such system. I wonder if this is the service Vodafone is giving and such is the rude behaviour of Vodafone CCEs, How can one make his complaint heard.                   While using Internet on my phone, there was a pop up msg that appeared. On closing the pop up window, I received a msg on my phone, ( DEAR CUSTOMER, THANK YOU FOR BUYING MYDALA DEALS. ) On informing this to the Customer care, they were forcing it on me that it was on my command that this was done. I did not authorise any such payment. I did not buy any deal. Even during the telephonic conversation they failed to explain me that how can a third party ( not vodafone ) add charges to my vodafone bill. Vodafone provides following services to this number (or any customer ) which it can charge: 1.Calls 2.SMS 3.Internet 4. Other vodafone services MYDALA is not vodafone. I did not authorise Vodafone to apply any other charge on my account.

                      I am a Vodafone Customer since 2010. My Number is [protected]. My outgoing services have been barred since yesterday evening due to delay in making the bill payment. Have made the payment around 18:01 Hrs on 09/05/2015. Waited for 45 Minutes still the services were not activated hence made a call to customer care and spoke with Lokesh around 18:52 Hrs on 09/05/2015. He promised of taking a service request and I should be getting service back and running in 30 Minutes, asked him to connect the call to a supervisor he said there was no supervisor available and placed on hold for a long time, where in I had to disconnect the call. Waited for an more than hour but still services were not activated. Called customer care and spoke with Sai, this guy says services are activate and I should be able to make outgoing calls. Disconnected the call and tried restarting my mobile and removed SIM, Etc., but still was unable to make outgoing calls. Called back customer care again around 21:14 Hrs on 09/05/2015 and spoke with Nagaraj. Gave all the information now this guy doesn't understand English. His grammer and articulation is pathetic. Had to explain him in Telugu after asking him what's his mother tongue. When requested for Supervisor he upfront said no Supervisor is available and after a long argument he said will try and placed me on hold for 50 Minutes. Got hold of someone Jacob from escalations team. He assured getting the service up and running in 30 Minutes. Waited entire night but services were not released. Called the customer care in the morning 06:03 Hrs on 10/05/2015, after a long hold of 15 minutes as I reached a live person call was transferred to prepaid customer care. Had to disconnect the call and call them back. This time got hold of Lakshmi, I requested for supervisor and she placed on long hold had to disconnect the call. Called customer care after sometime 06:21 Hrs on got hold of Pramod and now this guys gives a different news to me stating there is an issue in the Vodafone network and it should be resolved ASAP. Doesn't have any time frame. It has been a pathetic journey with Vodafone. Your executives raise voice with customer and they are rude when asking for service. Want to understand is Vodafone giving any free service to us or we are paying to get service. And as a Customer have right to be arrogant when I am not getting service. Every executive at customer care lied with me since the time I have been calling them. You guys have given a good respect to customer who has been loyal since 2010. When I think of new customer what kind of service they might be getting and how your executives have been behaving. I have all the calls recorded and want to take a legal advice from my attorney (Wife) so that I can file case on you guys for denial of service and wrong information provided to me. Also I am going to put across the same information across all the social media. So that people should be aware of service Vodafone has been providing. Also above all this going to cancel the service at the earliest once I get number portability done. Regards, Midhun

                          Hi, I have done recharge for Rs. 30 with order no: o[protected]and transaction no: CSMP[protected] to my mobile [protected] in Kolkata zone. But I did not get the balance in my mobile or the money was not refunded even. I have recharged on 22 April, 2015. and contact customer care. I was told refund of money will be done within 7 working days as i din not any balance in my mobile after recharge. But still no money is being refunded now.

                            Vodafone should change the name to vada pav.. this is how their service is. Just a big bunch of lazy employees. And big bunch of loosers and lethargic perople. I made the biggest mistake of my life porting my phone to vodafone from airtel. In last one month my no has been disconnected more than 10 times. I have personally visited vodafone gallery 10 times, called them 10 times, but its of no use. They say I have shifted from my address and hence the physical verification is not done. I have given them my address so many times and no one turns up, but they always update I have shifted from that place. Such a sad service... why lie.. be honest and say you are lazy and did not come to my place. I have some one at my hone the entire day. 100 times you guys just lie lie lie..!!!

                              I paid for a recharge of Rs102 (300MB 3G plan) on April 21, 2015. It has already been close to 20 days but I have not received the data for usage. When I called customer care, they argued that I had not done any such recharge. I have record of payment been made through my bank account (I had added two plans in my cart: Rs 251 and Rs 102. So I have record of a payment being made of Rs 353). Please let me know what else do I need to provide. Thanks a lot in advance for your help.

                                Dear Sir/Madam i am not able to contact my in laws in their land line STD number. i have 3 Vodafone numbers presently. whenever i dial std code 0663 followed by number its saying wrong no. call going from BSNL and Reliance mobile but not from Vodafone mobile (Maharastra). even the post paid vodafone mobile which was working fine at Delhi also saying same thing.i have approached to 198 so many times but nothing has improved yet. please guide what to do. this is happening with Vodafone (maharastra only)

                                  i have been using vodafone connection for over 10yrs now and my average bill would come around 2400 rs per month. in the month of april i received a bill amounting to rs.13, 654. on 8th of april 2015 i called up the vodafone helpline to deactivate and activate certain plans. i spoke to an executive named raju shukla. i asked him to deactivate my 2 promo offers both worth around rs.80 from the immediate basis and deactivate my 1250 8gb 3g data plan from the next billing cycle and activate 650 3g unlimited plan. but instead of deactivating the promo offers he deactivated my 1250 8gb 3g data plan and didn't activate my new 3g plan. i didn't even receive any ams confirmation from there side. i have been mailing and calling vodafone people for the past 2-3 weeks but nothing has been resolved by now. today 8th may 2015 i get a call after me calling again and again from the corporate care a woman named snehal spoke to me. she heard about my entire problem just like all the others did and told me she would get back to me after going through everything. she then calls me just after 10 mins to tell me that it is not there mistake and i have to pay the bill. wen nothing was done in the past 2 3 weeks she suddenly gets to the conclusion in ten mins. and wen i asked her that i wanted to hear all the recored calls she denied to help further. this is cheating and fraud. i would like to lodge a complaint and would request people to not to get cheated by such people. i would even like a compensation for all the mental harassment they have done. thanks

                                    I Rali Sunitha your Vodafone cell tower viz 038 is in our roof top of the building house no: 59, sector_12, door no:1_116_8, m.v.p.colony, Visakhapatnam. _ 530017. The above referred agreement was expired on july 2014 after successful completion 10 years. I come to your office several times for renewal the agreement. I asked renewal rent 25000/_ rupees as per rental values in our place. I didn't get old rent also. I come to your office for this matter but nobody response to me. that's why I complained through this letter. so please kindly renewal the agreement as early as possible.                                       I have already paid the bill yesterday but the outgoing calls is barred for my number and i have already complained about this to costumer care 4 to 5 times but still the outgoing is not going and also when i call them they just saying it will be resolved within 30minite but no use the calls is not going really this is very bad first time am much trouble from vodafone I[censored] can resolve the problem means do favr my number is [protected]

                                      My number ported from reliance to vodafone on 20/6/2015, and on 21/6/2015 they have barred outgoing saying physical verification not done. Actully they came to my home and physical verificatin was done. but now they are giving these kind of reason. its really causing problem for me.
