Hi team,
I have copied some emails interactions that I had with the Vodafone team in the past regarding the network issues that I have been dealing with and the issue of me getting a refund of Rs 200, as I was charged for that and the recharge was never done on my number.
I am really tired of complaining again and again and proving the proofs of me being charged for the amount, Your team has been dragging the entire issue since more than two months and have not done the refund yet. When ever I call them they listen to my woes argue without being sympathetic and just disconnect the call as if no one is monitoring their calls. I would request you to please help me in getting my refund, resolve my network issue and reprimand the executives who had been assisting me in the past with this issue as they have been horrible and have made me realize that customers really don't matter for VODAFONE.

Feedback: Absolutely horrendous way of treating customers.. Extremely bad network.. Pathetic customer skills.. I have been waiting for a refund to be done for last two months approx. but no one has paid any heed to it. You have forced me to get my number ported to some other network services.. you guys should be ashamed of the way you treat you customers and ignore their requests.. if any one is ever going to read this complaint then i need you to call me on my number and help me with my issue otherwise i am forced to take legal action against your company and the way you have been treating me. to name a few people who have been very poor in their customer skills in your company are .. I am really surprised to know that the network issue at my location cannot be resolved wherein your company reinstates the fact that it has got the best network coverage across india, I live in Rohini, Delhi so its not a remote area where this issue should persist, I am really disappointed to know this. You can keep your free services of missed call alerts i really don't need it.I just want you to refund me the amount for which I made the transaction for getting my recharge done.
I am astonished and at the same time extremely crestfallen with the fact that I have emailed your company the bank statement for the transaction made and not being refunded at least twice but still you are seeking the same from me.
Just refer the bank statement that I have attached again for your notice and refund my money. You all have really tested my patience to the hilt now.

This is so inefficient of you people. I have send the card statement multiple time then also you all are not able to make out the fact that I have been charged twice for the 200 rupees recharge where in the recharge for that amount was done only once.
Let me elaborate on it further for your assistance:-
04/03/15 FREE CHARGE PU Amount 55.00 (This is for my 255 rupees recharge that was for the data/ internet plan, I have been charged 55 only by Free charge because they had my 200 rupees already submitted in their wallet, i.e my account. This is the reason my card shows 55.00 for that recharge. I got that done and the message also came through)
04/03/15 FREE CHARGE PU Amount 200.00 (This is the recharge for 200 rupees talk time, THIS RECHARGE WAS NEVER DONE, THE MESSAGE NEVER CAME THROUGH. I waited for quite some time then did another recharge for account balance)
04/03/15 FREE CHARGE PU Amount 200.00 (This is ANOTHER recharge for amount 200 rupees i did, this message came through and I got the balance for it)
If you check clearly this is what my card states and this is for what I am asking the refund for. I have been requesting the refund for the amount of which the recharge never came through.
I have again attached the statement for you and also an image highlighting the transactions in question here.
To be honest you all have really dragged this refund issue to the hilt and this is so ridiculous that for a refund you have caused me so much of an inconvenience and have taken hell lot time to get me back my money.
Please address my issue now and get me the money back.. I don't need any of your offers in lieu of it.
P.S : I would also like to escalate this case to the highest authorities in your organization so that they can review how inefficient your team has been in solving my simple concerns and have been driving the customers away to use another service providers.
Refund me the money at the earliest !!

I have checked my account. I have not received any refund yet and no one has addressed my concern about network issues also.
Disgraceful show of service by Vodafone Team !!
It's been more than 48 hours of me getting the below mentioned email from your team.
"Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for your email dated 01.05.2015 regarding the services for your mobile numbers [protected].
As per our telephonic conversation,
We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you.
We would like to confirm you that we have forwarded your complaint regarding recharge amount not credit for your Vodafone mobile number to our specialized Vodafone care team. Your service request number is [protected]. We assure you that the same will be resolved within 48 working hours and you will also get a call back regarding the complaint given.
In case you need further assistance, please do call or email us. We’ll do our best to help you. Our Vodafone helpline and SMS communication number 111 has changed to 199. Save the new number and call us anytime.

No amount has been refunded yet to me and the worst part is today I got a call from your team by some executive named "Vishal" stating that he would be needing my credit card statement and an email stating the entire misery that I have been narrating for past few months again.
Is this how you are suppose to treat your customers with no resolution, false promises and absolute pathetic charade of customer service display?
It's absolutely ridiculous to see such a treatment by your people. Its been more than two months of recharge refund issue that i raised and everytime I send an email to you I get a call from your guys asking me the entire details again, when I resist stating it again and again and ask them few questions about the information that they already have in regards to my query then they disconnect the call. Vishal the guy who called me today also did the same by putting my call on hold and then disconnecting the call. isn't there any quality parameters at your end? Its been awful service by Vodafone now.
I just want my refund money back..refund it to me so that In future i dont have to use your pathetic services any more.
Provide me an update on my refund status asap..
What is taking so long for you all to refund my money when I have provided you the proof document?
Now in the morning I have got a message from Vodafone stating that I should call at 199 to get an update as they were unable to reach me on my number..
This teaches two things..
1st your disgusting network that even located in delhi, rohini in the vicinity of my home your network is not available on my phone and so I was not reachable even when the phone was fully operational..
2nd that even after two months and so many emails your team expects me to give you a call and enquire again about my refund as it is my trouble and you all just don't care even a bit.
Are you people so cold and so damn untrained that you need to follow up with the customer to provide them issue resolution when a customer has been constantly doing so on his own for past two months?
Provide an email address of your DIRECTOR of operations of INDIA..i need to escalate this issue to highest authorities now.
WHY HAS THIS ISSUE OF MINE NOT ESCALATED TO THE HIGHER MANAGEMENT WHEN I HAVE BEEN SAYING TO GET IT DONE FOR PAST FEW TIMES????
You people have not been able to help me and this has been absolutely worst experience with you all.
I will make sure that I get cancelled all my numbers and discontinue using any of your services in future and also ensure the fact that I encourage ALL MY KNOWN friends, family, relatives get their vodafone numbers deactivated because of this awful service of yours.
