Hi, I have done recharge for Rs. 30 with order no: o[protected]and transaction no: CSMP[protected] to my mobile [protected] in Kolkata zone. But I did not get the balance in my mobile or the money was not refunded even. I have recharged on 22 April, 2015. and contact customer care. I was told refund of money will be done within 7 working days as i din not any balance in my mobile after recharge. But still no money is being refunded now.

    Vodafone should change the name to vada pav.. this is how their service is. Just a big bunch of lazy employees. And big bunch of loosers and lethargic perople. I made the biggest mistake of my life porting my phone to vodafone from airtel. In last one month my no has been disconnected more than 10 times. I have personally visited vodafone gallery 10 times, called them 10 times, but its of no use. They say I have shifted from my address and hence the physical verification is not done. I have given them my address so many times and no one turns up, but they always update I have shifted from that place. Such a sad service... why lie.. be honest and say you are lazy and did not come to my place. I have some one at my hone the entire day. 100 times you guys just lie lie lie..!!!

      I paid for a recharge of Rs102 (300MB 3G plan) on April 21, 2015. It has already been close to 20 days but I have not received the data for usage. When I called customer care, they argued that I had not done any such recharge. I have record of payment been made through my bank account (I had added two plans in my cart: Rs 251 and Rs 102. So I have record of a payment being made of Rs 353). Please let me know what else do I need to provide. Thanks a lot in advance for your help.

        Dear Sir/Madam i am not able to contact my in laws in their land line STD number. i have 3 Vodafone numbers presently. whenever i dial std code 0663 followed by number its saying wrong no. call going from BSNL and Reliance mobile but not from Vodafone mobile (Maharastra). even the post paid vodafone mobile which was working fine at Delhi also saying same thing.i have approached to 198 so many times but nothing has improved yet. please guide what to do. this is happening with Vodafone (maharastra only)

          i have been using vodafone connection for over 10yrs now and my average bill would come around 2400 rs per month. in the month of april i received a bill amounting to rs.13, 654. on 8th of april 2015 i called up the vodafone helpline to deactivate and activate certain plans. i spoke to an executive named raju shukla. i asked him to deactivate my 2 promo offers both worth around rs.80 from the immediate basis and deactivate my 1250 8gb 3g data plan from the next billing cycle and activate 650 3g unlimited plan. but instead of deactivating the promo offers he deactivated my 1250 8gb 3g data plan and didn't activate my new 3g plan. i didn't even receive any ams confirmation from there side. i have been mailing and calling vodafone people for the past 2-3 weeks but nothing has been resolved by now. today 8th may 2015 i get a call after me calling again and again from the corporate care a woman named snehal spoke to me. she heard about my entire problem just like all the others did and told me she would get back to me after going through everything. she then calls me just after 10 mins to tell me that it is not there mistake and i have to pay the bill. wen nothing was done in the past 2 3 weeks she suddenly gets to the conclusion in ten mins. and wen i asked her that i wanted to hear all the recored calls she denied to help further. this is cheating and fraud. i would like to lodge a complaint and would request people to not to get cheated by such people. i would even like a compensation for all the mental harassment they have done. thanks

            I Rali Sunitha your Vodafone cell tower viz 038 is in our roof top of the building house no: 59, sector_12, door no:1_116_8, m.v.p.colony, Visakhapatnam. _ 530017. The above referred agreement was expired on july 2014 after successful completion 10 years. I come to your office several times for renewal the agreement. I asked renewal rent 25000/_ rupees as per rental values in our place. I didn't get old rent also. I come to your office for this matter but nobody response to me. that's why I complained through this letter. so please kindly renewal the agreement as early as possible.               I have already paid the bill yesterday but the outgoing calls is barred for my number and i have already complained about this to costumer care 4 to 5 times but still the outgoing is not going and also when i call them they just saying it will be resolved within 30minite but no use the calls is not going really this is very bad first time am much trouble from vodafone I[censored] can resolve the problem means do favr my number is [protected]

              My number ported from reliance to vodafone on 20/6/2015, and on 21/6/2015 they have barred outgoing saying physical verification not done. Actully they came to my home and physical verificatin was done. but now they are giving these kind of reason. its really causing problem for me.

                  Without my knoledge 55rs was deducted and later when i spoke to customer care dey said dey vl refund d amount in 4hours. I search for 3G data plan by dialing *111*6# & have got more option & I choose option 4 & press send button & again I get more option & select option 2 on dated 08/05/2015 & get information that 3G 1GB data free for 30 days with recharge amount Rs251. I recharge with aforesaid amount on dated 08/05/2015 but get 3G 1GB data free valid for 28 days (i.e. upto 04th June 2015). I contact with vodafone customer care but they have replied me the validity period for 28 days is correct and 30 days validity which I see by dialing *111*6# is update problem. So please take necessery action against this matter.

They don't even let me speak with their manager so that i can speak with him/her about the issue I am facing from their side from the last 3 months.                             Dear Respected Sir, I'm a very old vodafone customer and my plan is vodafone RED1299. I have a complaint I'm the vodafone india customer my number is[protected] and my problem is Vodafone is send me wrong charges bill on March 2015 I mail to vodafone customer care, nodal office and appellate authority for regarding this on 21st march. after a day nodal officer which name (Rahul Bhardwaj) reply me and told me we give you a 25% service gesture discount on your 10054 rupees bill then i agree but i also a call to customer care on 25 march for confirmation the my bill amount he tell me Sir please pay the 75% of the bill amount we give you discount as per our mail then same day i pay the 7600 rupees by online but i never received any discount till today i'm also very harass me everyday on call I told to everyone about my problem they can't give me any solution my outgoing also barred Sir i need your help to sort out my problem.                                 For Value added services downloads they have charged me a sum of 472 plus service tax of 12.5 % which sums to Rs.530. The executives claim that i have opened a third party application for which i have been charged . in complete disappointment with the Allegations they are putting on educated consumers. Such reasons try on kids if they are so fond of but pls tell them not to try on us. Its not the matter of money, but its the matter of trust what an individual like me shows on a company like Vodafone its Breach of trust. Pls dont do this and i need compensation for the same.                                     Hi team, I have copied some emails interactions that I had with the Vodafone team in the past regarding the network issues that I have been dealing with and the issue of me getting a refund of Rs 200, as I was charged for that and the recharge was never done on my number. I am really tired of complaining again and again and proving the proofs of me being charged for the amount, Your team has been dragging the entire issue since more than two months and have not done the refund yet. When ever I call them they listen to my woes argue without being sympathetic and just disconnect the call as if no one is monitoring their calls. I would request you to please help me in getting my refund, resolve my network issue and reprimand the executives who had been assisting me in the past with this issue as they have been horrible and have made me realize that customers really don't matter for VODAFONE. I have send the card statement multiple time then also you all are not able to make out the fact that I have been charged twice for the 200 rupees recharge where in the recharge for that amount was done only once. Let me elaborate on it further for your assistance:- 04/03/15 FREE CHARGE PU Amount 55.00 (This is for my 255 rupees recharge that was for the data/ internet plan, I have been charged 55 only by Free charge because they had my 200 rupees already submitted in their wallet, i.e my account. This is the reason my card shows 55.00 for that recharge. I got that done and the message also came through) 04/03/15 FREE CHARGE PU Amount 200.00 (This is the recharge for 200 rupees talk time, THIS RECHARGE WAS NEVER DONE, THE MESSAGE NEVER CAME THROUGH. I waited for quite some time then did another recharge for account balance) 04/03/15 FREE CHARGE PU Amount 200.00 (This is ANOTHER recharge for amount 200 rupees i did, this message came through and I got the balance for it) If you check clearly this is what my card states and this is for what I am asking the refund for. I have been requesting the refund for the amount of which the recharge never came through. I have again attached the statement for you and also an image highlighting the transactions in question here. To be honest you all have really dragged this refund issue to the hilt and this is so ridiculous that for a refund you have caused me so much of an inconvenience and have taken hell lot time to get me back my money. Please address my issue now and get me the money back.. I don't need any of your offers in lieu of it. P.S : I would also like to escalate this case to the highest authorities in your organization so that they can review how inefficient your team has been in solving my simple concerns and have been driving the customers away to use another service providers. As per our telephonic conversation, We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to confirm you that we have forwarded your complaint regarding recharge amount not credit for your Vodafone mobile number to our specialized Vodafone care team. Your service request number is [protected]. We assure you that the same will be resolved within 48 working hours and you will also get a call back regarding the complaint given. In case you need further assistance, please do call or email us. We’ll do our best to help you. Our Vodafone helpline and SMS communication number 111 has changed to 199. Save the new number and call us anytime. Happy to help, Neha Nanda " (You may also refer the chain email) No amount has been refunded yet to me and the worst part is today I got a call from your team by some executive named "Vishal" stating that he would be needing my credit card statement and an email stating the entire misery that I have been narrating for past few months again. Is this how you are suppose to treat your customers with no resolution, false promises and absolute pathetic charade of customer service display? It's absolutely ridiculous to see such a treatment by your people. Its been more than two months of recharge refund issue that i raised and everytime I send an email to you I get a call from your guys asking me the entire details again, when I resist stating it again and again and ask them few questions about the information that they already have in regards to my query then they disconnect the call. Vishal the guy who called me today also did the same by putting my call on hold and then disconnecting the call. isn't there any quality parameters at your end? Its been awful service by Vodafone now. I just want my refund money back..refund it to me so that In future i dont have to use your pathetic services any more. Provide me an update on my refund status asap.. What is taking so long for you all to refund my money when I have provided you the proof document? Now in the morning I have got a message from Vodafone stating that I should call at 199 to get an update as they were unable to reach me on my number.. This teaches two things.. 1st your disgusting network that even located in delhi, rohini in the vicinity of my home your network is not available on my phone and so I was not reachable even when the phone was fully operational.. 2nd that even after two months and so many emails your team expects me to give you a call and enquire again about my refund as it is my trouble and you all just don't care even a bit. Are you people so cold and so damn untrained that you need to follow up with the customer to provide them issue resolution when a customer has been constantly doing so on his own for past two months? Provide an email address of your DIRECTOR of operations of INDIA..i need to escalate this issue to highest authorities now.                                       hi, In the current bill i can see there are additional 109 rs for value added service which were i never activated. service are 1. d2c_mydala_99 2. rozgar_seva_ppu_10 it is unfair. i need deductions of this amount. Please find the proof of it, I have attached with this complaint

                                        Hello, I am currently not using my vodafone number [protected] and when i got an alert mail from vodafone stating that I should revert urgently with my alternate number, I provided that number and sent reminder emails too. I have even asked on vodafone customer care saying that i want to discontinue my number but i am getting no response. Why should I be paying my regular bills without using any service and that tooo for a lag at your end.
                                        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
