Hello,
My name is ANIL KUMAR PAL my no. Is ([protected]) recently I port my contact no. MTNL to Vodafone post paid.
In the first 7 days they activated my no. And I used that really good but after the 7 days of my usage they blocked by no., When I called to the customer care everyone was giving me wrong detail about my no., Some said that your has been blocked because of the negativity locality, and some said that I was not at home so physical verification was not done that time,
Then I get one more chance to activate my no. So I visited to the vodafone store at MAHIPALPUR (NEAR INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT) when first time I visited their they get my all the details but didn't responded me and I again visited their after 7 -8 days after then they raise my complaint, ,
Basically they are not able to help the customer in the first time of his visit, They also don't have sense that how to react with the customer. And they blocked my no.
I hope you'll help me. I am not able to use my important no. From last 1 month just because of the bad customer service please take an action against them.
