non receipt of sim card

Non availibilty of 3G connectivity

My vodafone SIM No. is [protected]. On 02.05.2015 I received an offer from Vodafone that I would be given 2 GB capacity in 3G network for a period of 28 days on that SIM if I paid Rs.249. Accordingly I paid the sum on that very day. But 3G net work on that SIM is not working at all. I am using the SIM in Vodafone dongle bearing No. CE0197. Whenever I am trying to connect internet we are receiving a never ending message of 'Searching for network'....

All incoming/outgoing calls BLOCKED after CUG activation

I activated CUG on my phone and now I'm not able to make or receive any calls since except to/from my 2 other CUG members. Vodafone India says they will resolve the issue by May 7th. Which means I will practically be without mobile phone for 4 days- which is absolutely unacceptable. I need my service to resume nrmally asap!...
