Nobody
is bother to reply on said mail, Still I am not getting my gift nor any
correction on my bill . You people are saying through mail that within 2
days we will get in touch with you .
I
have received a call from Miss. Monica[protected]on 6Th
May 2015 she confirmed me that within 2hrs somebody from Vodafone
billing department call you and made necessary correction on your bill
regrettable none of them has called me.
I
have stopped your bill payment because Vodafone has impose me unnecessary
charged on my bill, Until or Unless my query is not resolved
I will not pay any single penny to Vodafone . You people have stopped my
outgoing facility .

Dear Concern,
Please be inform you that while converting
my number prepaid to postpaid, Ms. Nisha shukla who is working in Vodafone (
DADAR OFFICE) had committed me that after paying my first Bill I will receive a
gift which is 3 non-stick fry pan from available inclination .
After 3 months passing continuously paying
by bill amount to Vodafone, till date I did not get my free gift even I have
complained to customer care many times regarding the same .
Earlier I have stopped my Bill amount to
pay, But after discussing with one of your representative I pay the bill .
Many of the charges are levy to me which is
not appropriate . This time also I will not paying any such amount to Vodafone
against bill .
Attaching SMS confirmation message scan
copy which proved that when I have received the message about the gift but till
date unfortunately I did not got the same .
Hope you people looking forward to continue
the service with me. Requesting you to waive off some amount from bill E.g.
Late fee charges, Roaming charges extra service taxes etc.
