I use a VODAFONE SIM card . On 6th May, 2015 I recharged it with Rs. 101 300MB 3G net pack . But till now its working like a 2G network . Sometimes it shows H+, H, 3G but at those times it stops working .This happened with my last net pack which I recharged for Rs. 249 .

    my name is gurneet singh and my vodafone number is +91 [protected]..i m consistenly using the vodafone services from many years..But from now the company is causing problems..An unknown and unexpected service named Look @ it is been activated on my vodafone postpaid number without my permision..i had been charges rs 45 for 15 days without any reason..i was annoyed and i called customer care to resolve the problem but instead telling me the solution the employ argued with me..what i want is that the unnescesarily charged rs 45 would not be reflect in my upcoming vodafone bill.. regards Gurneet singh randhawa [protected]

      , I mehakjot singh s/o s balbir singh r/o village bahadurpur purchased a vodafone sim card bearing no. [protected] .on monday /04/05/2015 . i paid RS. 130 for that sim, i submitted adhar card copy of my father for whom i purchased this sim . i was assured that it will get activated by evening but its been 4 days sim is not activated, for no reason the vodafone sim card dealer is harrasing my father and our family as we are in great need of a sim ard for communication. i tried to contact vodafone customer but even the turned down my request to have a word with vodafone store Batala, I KNOW JUST ONE THING I PAYED MY MONEY FOR VODAFONE SIM AND IN RETURN I GOT UTTER HARRASMENT . such vodafone dealers shows the class vodafone maintains . any tom dick and harry is employed or been hired by vodafone .The dealer has tur SHAME . SHOP NAME : BACHITTAR TELECOM, SUGAR MILL, BATALA 143505 SHOP CONTACT : [protected] the dealer has turned a deaf ear . hope you people can do sumthing

          Hi Vodafone team, Its regarding automatically activated below mentioned plans to my mobile : [protected]. I am raising concern regarding additional charges applied for the above mobile number. Plan details :- 1. MI_C_V_150_30d_R500MB_BCFU_3G 2. MI_C_V_150_30d_R500MB_BCFU_3G and monthly plan has been changed twice without any request. Please let me know how this plan is activated on my cell phone and also want a favour from u Vodafone team. I am really not happy with this being a privileged customer for a period of 1 year or more. now I want this issue need to be resolved .please acknowledge the same ASAP.             I have prepaid SIM connection. I have done recharge 300, 200, 200 rupees. It gives successful recharge message but it did not show any talkvalue. When i am calling to customer care, they say below arguments like: 1)system is not working now, call after 4 hours. 2) Balance gone due to internet usage, while i did not use any data/internet. Thier computer system is also saying this connection have no internet enabled. 3) You will recieve balance after some hours, but it never come. 4) We have no idea where your balance gone. Please help me on this issue.

                Vodafone says that they provide good mobile Internet but its totally false. There is no proper 3G Internet available in below areas of Bangalore. 1. BIAL Airport 2. Kormanagala 3. BTM 4. MG ROAD. I request you to check the issue or don't say Vodafone has good 3G coverage. I will post this to all blogs.

                  I had subscribed to vodafone postpaid and no. Alloted to me was [protected]. After somtime i paid all dues and switched over to another operator i.e. idea.                     R/Sir I have a vodafone postpaid No.[protected]. Before this no. is Vodafone prepaid after this lost i says that a duplicate no. What they says Rs.500 for security. I have a duplicate no. and his bill plane is Rs.299 i pay the bill of two month. What i not received my bill. After two month they says to me for bill when i pay for bill the bill is Rs.1130 i says for bill detail. What they don`t to me any detail. Please solve my problem. Contact No.+[protected]

                      Dear Concern, I have been being behind Vodofone Kerala customer service (111) team to find solution.I had spoken to 4 executives to get reason for not releasing outgoing after payment.Finaly one lady executive told 700 rs balance needs to pay.After paying the amount still outgoing is not released and i went for roaming, now incoming calls are also deactivated.I tried to call post paid customer care but calls is connecting to prepaid and they are unable to connect to postpaid section.I never expected such a poor and untrained executive in Vodafone customer care.Still my complaint is not yet resolved and i want to cancel this connection.                         I have been using [protected] and I have disconnected in Nov 2014 in the same month I have paid bill amount 520 and I was informed that it would be refunded by march month 2015 but still I have not received any intimation regarding that so I need the refund or I need to file a police complaint

                          I bought 3G datacard at jan 2015. First month only it was worked fine. Then slowly decreased internet speed. It is works like 2G connection. So many I have complaint to customer care. But They didn't take any action. Please resolve it or else going to disconnect it

                                Hello, My name is ANIL KUMAR PAL my no. Is ([protected]) recently I port my contact no. MTNL to Vodafone post paid. In the first 7 days they activated my no. And I used that really good but after the 7 days of my usage they blocked by no., When I called to the customer care everyone was giving me wrong detail about my no., Some said that your has been blocked because of the negativity locality, and some said that I was not at home so physical verification was not done that time, Then I get one more chance to activate my no. So I visited to the vodafone store at MAHIPALPUR (NEAR INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT) when first time I visited their they get my all the details but didn't responded me and I again visited their after 7 -8 days after then they raise my complaint, , Basically they are not able to help the customer in the first time of his visit, They also don't have sense that how to react with the customer. And they blocked my no. I hope you'll help me. I am not able to use my important no. From last 1 month just because of the bad customer service please take an action against them.

                                I still didn't get any response from Vodafone, Please resolve my problem as soon as you can. As i can check in my Inbox their is 7-8 messages every one is apologising and suggesting me that call on 144 and they resolve your problem, But when i tried to call that time time the voice mail sugessting me that you have dialed a wrong no.

                                  Today I checked my Vodafone bill for the month of April'15, generated on 5th May 2015 and it was way to high. They billed Rs. 955 (still itemised bill is not available online). Since the bill was quite high then my usual bill which use to be in between Rs. 550 to Rs. 700 I checked my old bills and found that since December' 14 they are charging me data download charges. I initially did not pay attention because for the month of December'14 and January'15 my phone was on roaming and for February'15 and March'15 due to official and personal reason I made lot of calls. This was not the case in April'15, in April 15 I have made limited number of calls and when I saw Rs. 955 bill it was a shock to me.I called their customer care and informed them about the discrepency in last 4 months bill and the current bill. I have received a complaint with Vodafone and complaint number is: [protected]. I called their Nodal Office number, Murphy was the representative who picked up the call. She told me that data download charges are valid because I have downloaded some app (I am not at all aware what app I have downloaded and how it is possible that I am doing every month witout my knowledge), I requested her to tell me the name of the app and she gave me some alphanumeric name of the app which I have never heard of. I have been using this number from last 7 years and internet on this number from last 4 years. I have never had such issue before and I am browsing the same stuff which I use to browse earlier. My question is how is it possible that from last 4 months the bill is so high? I have another Vodafone number which I am using from last 6 years and never had such issue on that number. I was paying the last 4 months bill without checking because I trusted them, now I realized that they were charging me unecessarily.Request you to please help me in getting this issue sorted. PS: I have Rs. 99 2G data plan with 2 GB download limit activated on my number.

                                  I have sent an email to your corp email id but haven't received a response. Apart from that I am getting hell lot of messages in my consumer complaints account inbox stating some sites are chargeable. I am not sure who those guys are and why they are cluttering my mailbox here? It doesn't make any sense by stating that some sites are chargeable. I haven't seen any site charging just by visiting it, and even if something is getting downloaded that has to be with my concern.

                                  Have you ever heard that you will be charged because you are doing excessive search on google or you will be charged because you have visited a particular site. I have never heard that atleast in broadband world. Even if a site charges for particular section they ask you to make the payment it is not like they will directly charge you on your broadband account. So please understand the concern first and then reply instead of simply replying.

Not able to give delivery of my sim card and when I would be try to contact him then they don't give me any solution. I will provide you her number [protected].
