So i want submit the complaint about the same. If you want that, i will be join with vodafone please take this problem very seriously, Otherwise will kick out to Vodafone

      Dear Sir, I was changed from prepaid to post paid and when the agent called me she gave me many options for the changes but there was no changes made with my vodafone, I requested many times to increase the credit limit..but always they give a wrong commitment... I use a lot o[censored]sage on my mobile..I would like to deactive this connection and they people will not help me to deactivate the connection

        Hi sir, I'm vignesh. I have recharged my mobile no: [protected] for Rs.127 on 16.04.2015 for 1Gb 3g Data plan. I have received a message that "Your request for Data pack BC127 is successful.Please wait for Data pack activation SMS before using the service". But afterwards I did not received any confirmation message for data plan activation. When I turn on my mobile data, Rs.10/- was charged for usage of 4.5mb data. Then I called 198 and explained what was happened with Mr.Kumaran who had attend my call. He told me to wait on the line And after sometme he told that the balance is in main balance. Then I asked him politely "why? and even I received a message of data plan activation from your end then how it will go main balance". He replied me harshly " even u don't have the knowledge to check your balance in your mobile then why do you use this network. And he also told me your mobile number is not eligible for this data plan of rs.127/-". His speech was very hurted me. OK. This is a very bad experience with your customer care service and highly disappointed. After the second of call disconected i have received a message that" Your subscription for HOTSHOTS service has been renewed and Rs 90 has been deducted.The service will get renewed on[protected]". I'm not subscribed any pack. But they debited my balance of Rs.90/- without my confirmation. We leave all the above think. After that I have recharged for Rs.127/- and activated my data plan for the same. Now I asked a question " how do u engage a person who does not having any product knowledge and how do speech with customer". I knew that vodofone is a best network for usage but in customer service side some persons behave harshly and undisciplined like this Mr.Kumaran. So first time I am hurted lot by your network because of Mr.Kumaran dispute. whether u make refund to me or not but please take action against that person(Kumaran) or avoid happening the incident like this and I request you to register a complaint and provide the reference number.           I have done a bonus recharge for rs 119 from Vodafone website https://shop.vodafone.in/shop/prepaid/bonus-card1.jsp As per the information provided in the website the recharge is for rs119 with 10 P/M for VF to VF and 30 P/M for mobiles for 28 days. Whereas after recharge i got message that rate cutter is only for VF to VF and the other mobile it is still charging at a standard rate.

            I cannot attend the phone calls in my home as there will be poor signals. i have to go out to attend the phone or to make phone calls even at night, rainy days and in all situations. I have complained about this several times, but not rectified till date. last week somebody visited my home and verified the signals.               dear sir, i (Sayantan Basu)am using vodaphone for past 7 years. In June 2014 I come to know that the ownership my phone no ([protected]) is transferred to a company named K.R. Instruments and chemicals(KRIC in abbreviation) without my consent. I contacted that company (previously i was seeking employment in KRIC, but I didn’t join the organization) and they notify me that they changed my personal prepaid number to a company post paid connection, and all those happened without my consent. KRIC give me the new sim card back and then say the customer details can be changed after 3 months, I paid the bills through the KRIC all this time. In the mean time I have to go to outstation for job after I come back I went to vodaphone store at BBD bag to revert my customer details back but they asked for a noc from KRIC. When I asked why it was changed at first they were unable to give any answer and after pointing out they perform an illegal procedure they misbehave and say I can complain to police. Sir please look into the matter and act accordingly.

                Hello, On my [protected] on 13th @ 23:44 pm they activated the Vodafone TV channel pack with any confirmation & i didnt activate either. They deducted 75 RS without any reason & when i asked they told unacceptable reasons for it. The customer care guys Shaid hussian & Sunil on that day are so irresponsible about your product & they dont know to speak with customers. I have not at all opened any sites from vodafone TV channel. Hence can credit back the amount 75 RS which deducted. Thanks Naveen

                  Hi Team, I have taken a vaodafone Postpaid sim [protected] in january, i lost that one month ago. Then Immediately i made a call to your customer care and asked them to block it, hey replied that "we are blocking" .On the next day again i got call from one of your customer care executives and he was told to me that "We are calling from central vodafone office, your sim got deactivated, if you come we will provide new sim to You", and i Told to that person i am not interested to continue postpaid.Then After a month all of sudden i got a call from your customer care representative and she is asking the for the "Bill Due".How do you expect customers to pay money for deactivated services ? The Incoming and outgoing calls are barred even though I had submitted my Id proof twice at the store.Kindly help as they are saying to submit the proof again, even though the mistake is from their side.

                          Dear Team, This is with respect to my vodafone number : [protected] and wanted to inform you that there are lots of inappropriate charges imposed in my Jan’15 and Feb’15 bill which I am listing below. 1. I had been informed about an offer that 3G internet pack of Rs 299 will be provided to me on a discounted rate of Rs. 149 for first two months. After my approval they have activated the pack from Feb ’15 but in the bill of Feb’15 they have charged Rs 299 (with no discounts). When I interrogated, they said that the discount will be applicable for the second month and third month whereas you have to pay Rs 299 for the 1st Month. 2. I had asked to change my rental plan from Apr’15 and asked to set the Rs. 99 rental plan till Mar’15, but now in the bill of Mar’15 they have changed Rs 154.68 in my rental plan. 3. As this was not acceptable to me so I had not paid the extra charges imposed in my bill. Due to which late payment charges have been added in my Current bill.                               I had recharged Rs 50 on yesterday. I didn't get these amount in my mobile.I spoke to your CCare person, he is saying I had been sent a lot of MMS from my mobile.Actually I had sent SMS only( few text).My concern is this is cheating to me from Vodafone.If you don't mind clear this problem and refund this amount to me.My concern is should be free after two or three SMS.                                   Hello, My Vodafone no is [protected]. This is the case of cheating by one Vodafone representative Mustafa([protected] / [protected]). 4 months before I was using Airtel network with this number without any issue. One day(December) this Mustafa came to my office(Capgemini) and offer me I will get the benefits of Red4business 666 plan for Rs.333 for life long and the roaming usage(both outgoing and incoming) will be free within first 1500 min. So I submitted all my document via Whatsapp because he said that this is a limited period offer and I should submit all my document before some dead line. After that my phone number successfully ported from Airtel to Vodafone by the end of December. When it ported to Vodafone I was in my native Kerala. Since I have lot of roaming free(as per the promise by Mustafa) I used to call from this roaming sim. After one month I got my first Vodafone bill with amount of Rs.888.85. I get shocked because as per the word of Mustafa bill should be around Rs.400. In the bill monthly rent is Rs.666 and roaming charge is Rs.215.75. So I called Mustafa and told my problem. Then he said that regarding roaming – sorry sir roaming is not free and if you pay Rs. 75 rupees roaming will be free for one month and regarding the monthly charge no need to pay the money, send a complaint mail to “surelinks.[protected]@gmail.com”. So I sent the mail to the email address and after some days one guy called me and said me that on the next bill I will get the waiver of RS.225. On the next bill they reduced Rs.225 but again same monthly rent Rs. 666. So again I called Mustafa and there is no response from his side. Again I sent a complaint mail to the address(“surelinks.[protected]@gmail.com”) what he gave me on last time but I got a response like your account plan is Red4Business 666 so the rent should be RS.666. Anyway I didn’t pay my bill for February and on the next month(March) they again charged me Rs. 666 for rent. So as per my suggestion please don't go for vodfone postpaid connection to don't get cheated. Thanks & Regards

                                    Dear, sir / madam this message is sending to attract your mind that on name of your company some persons are doing froud.. this is because i send my some documents like as identity card, rashan card, aadhar card and one passport size pic in subjet for take a vodafone tower in my land to .[protected]@gmail.com and registration fee of 1500 from s.b.i. bank in A/c no.[protected] in account of mr.Harish chandra s/o sarju parsad, but after registration fee they told me to pay amount of 5500, 11200, 25200, 31700, & 40200 and i pay all these to them but still they didn't pay my amount of 4500000 they talks to me pay more 44200 also again but i already pay them too much money in these i talk with mr Srikant tripathi(manager), mr.Anil(m.d), and mr.
