wrong data usage charge

Whenever I recharge my mobile, within 2-3 days this service has been activated. I am fed up with this kind of attitude of the company and customer service. Customer care have some certain excuses to tell me. " Sir, you would have mistakenly clicked any chargeable like in any site" and bla bla bla...I don't understand why always I would click only there is balance available in my number. Please look at your service otherwise I don't have choice...
