Hi Team, I have taken a vaodafone Postpaid sim [protected] in january, i lost that one month ago. Then Immediately i made a call to your customer care and asked them to block it, hey replied that "we are blocking" .On the next day again i got call from one of your customer care executives and he was told to me that "We are calling from central vodafone office, your sim got deactivated, if you come we will provide new sim to You", and i Told to that person i am not interested to continue postpaid.Then After a month all of sudden i got a call from your customer care representative and she is asking the for the "Bill Due".How do you expect customers to pay money for deactivated services ?       Dear Sir, Vodafone sent a flash message to my number that for recharge of Rs. 65 there is a full talktime offer. But as i recharged with Rs.65 my monry was deducted from my account but rechrage was not done. Even Vodafone Customer care was not available for a long time.         Took a new vodafone number [protected] at Ghodod Road Vodafone store (Surat) with all the required proofs submitted. The Incoming and outgoing calls are barred even though I had submitted my Id proof twice at the store.Kindly help as they are saying to submit the proof again, even though the mistake is from their side.

          Dear Team, This is with respect to my vodafone number : [protected] and wanted to inform you that there are lots of inappropriate charges imposed in my Jan’15 and Feb’15 bill which I am listing below. 1. I had been informed about an offer that 3G internet pack of Rs 299 will be provided to me on a discounted rate of Rs. 149 for first two months. After my approval they have activated the pack from Feb ’15 but in the bill of Feb’15 they have charged Rs 299 (with no discounts). When I interrogated, they said that the discount will be applicable for the second month and third month whereas you have to pay Rs 299 for the 1st Month. 2. I had asked to change my rental plan from Apr’15 and asked to set the Rs. 99 rental plan till Mar’15, but now in the bill of Mar’15 they have changed Rs 154.68 in my rental plan. 3. As this was not acceptable to me so I had not paid the extra charges imposed in my bill. Due to which late payment charges have been added in my Current bill.             Hi, I have raised atleast 3 dnd requests to not recieve any calls from the vodafone customer care. But my opinion is paid no heed and till date i get an hourly call from them. I dont want to recieve any promotional offers from vodafone and i want them to not disturb me in my work. Thanks, Rini

              I had recharged Rs 50 on yesterday. I didn't get these amount in my mobile.I spoke to your CCare person, he is saying I had been sent a lot of MMS from my mobile.Actually I had sent SMS only( few text).My concern is this is cheating to me from Vodafone.If you don't mind clear this problem and refund this amount to me.My concern is should be free after two or three SMS.                   Hello, My Vodafone no is [protected]. This is the case of cheating by one Vodafone representative Mustafa([protected] / [protected]). 4 months before I was using Airtel network with this number without any issue. One day(December) this Mustafa came to my office(Capgemini) and offer me I will get the benefits of Red4business 666 plan for Rs.333 for life long and the roaming usage(both outgoing and incoming) will be free within first 1500 min. So I submitted all my document via Whatsapp because he said that this is a limited period offer and I should submit all my document before some dead line. After that my phone number successfully ported from Airtel to Vodafone by the end of December. When it ported to Vodafone I was in my native Kerala. Since I have lot of roaming free(as per the promise by Mustafa) I used to call from this roaming sim. After one month I got my first Vodafone bill with amount of Rs.888.85. I get shocked because as per the word of Mustafa bill should be around Rs.400. In the bill monthly rent is Rs.666 and roaming charge is Rs.215.75. So I called Mustafa and told my problem. Then he said that regarding roaming – sorry sir roaming is not free and if you pay Rs. 75 rupees roaming will be free for one month and regarding the monthly charge no need to pay the money, send a complaint mail to “surelinks.[protected]@gmail.com”. So I sent the mail to the email address and after some days one guy called me and said me that on the next bill I will get the waiver of RS.225. On the next bill they reduced Rs.225 but again same monthly rent Rs. 666. So again I called Mustafa and there is no response from his side. Again I sent a complaint mail to the address(“surelinks.[protected]@gmail.com”) what he gave me on last time but I got a response like your account plan is Red4Business 666 so the rent should be RS.666. Anyway I didn’t pay my bill for February and on the next month(March) they again charged me Rs. 666 for rent. So as per my suggestion please don't go for vodfone postpaid connection to don't get cheated. Thanks & Regards

                    Dear, sir / madam this message is sending to attract your mind that on name of your company some persons are doing froud.. this is because i send my some documents like as identity card, rashan card, aadhar card and one passport size pic in subjet for take a vodafone tower in my land to .[protected]@gmail.com and registration fee of 1500 from s.b.i. bank in A/c no.[protected] in account of mr.Harish chandra s/o sarju parsad, but after registration fee they told me to pay amount of 5500, 11200, 25200, 31700, & 40200 and i pay all these to them but still they didn't pay my amount of 4500000 they talks to me pay more 44200 also again but i already pay them too much money in these i talk with mr Srikant tripathi(manager), mr.Anil(m.d), and mr. Customer care representative said that I have used some service with DNLD-DWAP_WAL_0035_PPU_FUT00130 Please refund this amount 35INR ASAP.                           This Rakesh, I have raged a complain to VODA FONE regarding weak signal on 30/03/2015. My complain no is [protected]. During complain time customer care told to me, ” we will resolve is problem very shortly”, but till now (after 15 dayes ) not done anything regarding my complain or not even give proper answer to me. I am very disappointed like this type of service of service given by VODA FONE. It is very disgraceful for VODAFONE.

                            I received a missed call from[protected] and called back. There was a recorder Hindi audio being played and I disconnected the call. I was charged 50/- rupees for the same. This seems like a fraud number Can you resolve this issue and revert back my money.

[protected] and i had done a recharge of Rs.97 via my bank mobile app for the above mentioned number and in return i got this msg from vodafone : "Rchrg of MRP Rs97.0 on 15-Apr-15 successful.Tlktime rcvd Rs0.97, STax Rs10.67, AccessFee Rs85.36, New Bal Rs45.16.TransID KA[protected].Dial *111# for a/c info.." Now can anyone please explain me that even after deducting the STax of Rs.10.67, why was additional amount of Rs.85.36 was deducted under the subtitle of "Access Fee" and is it fair that i got just Rs.0.97 as Talktime for the Recharge of Rs.97..? Is this the Quality of service Vodafone is planning to give to its customers by looting them in this manner..?? Requesting Vodafone team to please look into this matter and sort out the same, if vodafone team thinks its right for doing so then requesting the team to please justify the same if such Access fee details if its mentioned in Telecommunication laws and articles.. Requesting vodafone team to please share the details with public for the same

                                    I have previously also given complaint regarding vodafone 3g network speed but previously i use to receive good 3g internal coverage in ulhasnagar 421004 but now from last 4 days no coverage interally inside the house belwo are the vodfone site details LAC 3100 CID:37392 RNC:12 PSC:330 Please look at this vodfone tower site and improve the coverage

                                      Hi I had purchased an international roaming plan of Rs.1499 with a 30 days validity period. The Intl. roaming was activated on 23rd March 2015 as I was travelling abroad later that day. The billing cycle is on the 25th of each month so the amount was debited in that bill. Now during my stay abroad, I did not use Vodafone services or sim card for any communication purpose. The company debited 149 for international roaming activation charges and Rs.1499 for the plan. After I returned from my overseas trip I called up Vodafone customer care and requested them to credit the amount of Rs.1499 in my next bill. I also requested to waive off international roaming activation charges of Rs.149 which they are going to charge again in my current bill dated 25th April. I have used roaming service for just 12 days (not the 1499 plan) and requested vodafone not to charge me twice (Rs.149). I spoke to supervisor Ms.Yachana Dixit who bluntly denied of any refund for my 1499 plan which I did not use at all. I therefore wish to register my complain to help me get refund of my Rs.1499 + Rs.149 in my current bill dated 25th April 2015.

                                        Hello, This is regarding my complaint to Vodafone who cancelled my prepaid sim connection since last 9 years. Vodafone sent a message that this number is old and they will cancel this number however I have not approved or do not wish to change my number still Vodafone has deactivated my sim number. How can vodafone can do this without costumer approval that to with that connection which I was using since long. Request to resolve this matter. Regards
