This Rakesh, I have raged a complain to VODA FONE regarding weak signal on 30/03/2015. My complain no is [protected]. During complain time customer care told to me, ” we will resolve is problem very shortly”, but till now (after 15 dayes ) not done anything regarding my complain or not even give proper answer to me. I am very disappointed like this type of service of service given by VODA FONE. It is very disgraceful for VODAFONE.

    I received a missed call from[protected] and called back. There was a recorder Hindi audio being played and I disconnected the call. I was charged 50/- rupees for the same. This seems like a fraud number Can you resolve this issue and revert back my money.

        Myself Vodafone customer, contact no. [protected] and i had done a recharge of Rs.97 via my bank mobile app for the above mentioned number and in return i got this msg from vodafone : "Rchrg of MRP Rs97.0 on 15-Apr-15 successful.Tlktime rcvd Rs0.97, STax Rs10.67, AccessFee Rs85.36, New Bal Rs45.16.TransID KA[protected].Dial *111# for a/c info.." Now can anyone please explain me that even after deducting the STax of Rs.10.67, why was additional amount of Rs.85.36 was deducted under the subtitle of "Access Fee" and is it fair that i got just Rs.0.97 as Talktime for the Recharge of Rs.97..? Is this the Quality of service Vodafone is planning to give to its customers by looting them in this manner..?? Requesting Vodafone team to please look into this matter and sort out the same, if vodafone team thinks its right for doing so then requesting the team to please justify the same if such Access fee details if its mentioned in Telecommunication laws and articles.. Requesting vodafone team to please share the details with public for the same

        Access fee of Rs. 73???
        Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible!
        I recharged my Vodafone no [protected] with Rs249. They deducted rs32 as service tax and an additional amount of Rs 214 as access fess wth..please kindly look into the matter.

        What is this access fees of 301 rupees???

        I've just now done recharge of amount rs 225 on my vodafone no.[protected] out of which 34.32 was GST charges(which is acceptable) but at the same time it had 190.68 as access charge, so now can you please notify me what is this charge for??Recharge of mine of rs 225 was totally wasted since I came up with empty hands..How can you loot your customers so much in the name of access charge without mentioning it earlier so that we could be aware of evils going on.

            I have previously also given complaint regarding vodafone 3g network speed but previously i use to receive good 3g internal coverage in ulhasnagar 421004 but now from last 4 days no coverage interally inside the house belwo are the vodfone site details LAC 3100 CID:37392 RNC:12 PSC:330 Please look at this vodfone tower site and improve the coverage

              Hi I had purchased an international roaming plan of Rs.1499 with a 30 days validity period. The Intl. roaming was activated on 23rd March 2015 as I was travelling abroad later that day. The billing cycle is on the 25th of each month so the amount was debited in that bill. Now during my stay abroad, I did not use Vodafone services or sim card for any communication purpose. The company debited 149 for international roaming activation charges and Rs.1499 for the plan. After I returned from my overseas trip I called up Vodafone customer care and requested them to credit the amount of Rs.1499 in my next bill. I also requested to waive off international roaming activation charges of Rs.149 which they are going to charge again in my current bill dated 25th April. I have used roaming service for just 12 days (not the 1499 plan) and requested vodafone not to charge me twice (Rs.149). I spoke to supervisor Ms.Yachana Dixit who bluntly denied of any refund for my 1499 plan which I did not use at all. I therefore wish to register my complain to help me get refund of my Rs.1499 + Rs.149 in my current bill dated 25th April 2015.

                Hello, This is regarding my complaint to Vodafone who cancelled my prepaid sim connection since last 9 years. Vodafone sent a message that this number is old and they will cancel this number however I have not approved or do not wish to change my number still Vodafone has deactivated my sim number. How can vodafone can do this without costumer approval that to with that connection which I was using since long. Request to resolve this matter. Regards

In march postpaid bill i found Rs.700.00 is charged against data usage of approx. 0.59GB till 18.03.2015 whereas my validity o[censored]sage of 1 GB data is till 20.03.2015. Now I will be very pleased why the charge is implied and what is the process of rectification of bill and webout ? Actually this type of charges insists to break the continuation of service.

                          i aakash atwal resident of house no.495 sector 28 faridabad ( haryana ), i m suffering a harassment from the service provider * vodafone, i have lodge my complaint to vodafone regarding not receiving signals in my home under roof since two months . They issued me a registration no.[protected] on 26 march 2015 time 1.06 pm .And promised me to resolve the problem by 28 march 2015. But after then my bad time starts, since then I continuously called on 198, but they suggest me to change the service provider.I have book a loss of re's. 4.5 lac since then, as I m unable to receive any phone calls and Internet signals in my home under roof.. I hv ask them about the *PHP Spellcheck Trial* of the problem, but they have no answers, i talked to many people of senior level and network team, but they have no appropriat answer to my problem.Now my bill is over due of re's 2230, and i m nt going to pay under protest . May i ask vodafone about my rights to attend the phone calls in my home under roof ?

                            I have activated roaming free plan of Rs 149 on Feb 9th 2015, and as per the plan i was supposed to enjoy unlimitd free incoming calls, 100 mins local/std outgoing calls, 100 local/national sms. However as per the bill received on 14th April, i have not received the benefits of roaming plan and was asked to pay without getting the benefits of plan along with service tax. 2nd issue, as i have activated roaming fre pack of Rs 149, all my incoming calls are free while roaming, but the vodafone has charged me additional Rs 75 roaming free pack apart from base amount of Rs 149 along with service tax. I have already requested Vodafone to rectify the same as i had faced the same issue in earlier billing cycle for which they have apologized and gave me waive off of sane in earlier billing. But in the current billing cycle Mr.Ravi Kumar, the customer care guy refused to address my issue saying the same can't be done for 2nd consecutive time even if mistake is at their end. For two consecutive months i had to face problem with billing issues and had to request customer care to rectify mistake at their end, and the response was very unsatisfactory. I request consumer forum to take my complaint seriously and resolve me ASAP.

                                  I have been facing a horrible experience with Vodafone customer service since past two days. My Post Paid credit limit was low and I was billed a higher amount. My outgoing was deactivated. I requested Vodafone customer service executive to send me bill which was not possible since it was not generated. I could not pay before seeing the bill. Considering my need, a senior promised me to start my phone in two hours on 12 April. It's April 14, phone has not yet started. I have been calling customer service since long and requested a call back from senior executives since juniors didn't have the decision power. They promised call back in 15 minutes, 2 hrs, I never received a call. Once I received, I was on another call and called back urgently to 111. I received the same answer that someone will call me as soon as possible. Today morning, a customer service exec told me that all seniors are busy and nobody seems to want to solve my problem. He is new. Today afternoon, a customer service exec told me indirectly that I was lying. I expected a better service from Vodafone as a Postpaid customer. I received my bill today which is about 2500 INR. I realized I added booster packs by mistake and I have actually not used them. I would not have minded paying if the service had been good by Vodafone. I feel as if I am trying to be a liability to Vodafone and they do not want me as a customer. Instead of trying to solve my case, everybody was trying to say the same thing: pay 80% of the bill. I told them that I can do that only if I receive the bill. For about 48 hours, I have been without connectivity. The executive who promised me that my phone will be started in 2 hours is nowhere. I did not expect this much unprofessional attitude from Vodafone.

                                        dear sir, i m vikrant sharma, my vodafone number is [protected]. i m new customer. vodafone service provides me wrong information about my 899 pack. my network shows all the time roaming when i m in local areas, my number shows a message your data pack expires after activation of somedays. but after somedays. i was received a call by vodafone vodac man, call about customer satisfaction.but just a formality, executives told me sir your data pack is not expire, u had used only 200 mb in your plan. so freely use internet. now my bill issued and shows rupees 972 approx for internet pack and some amount for roaming. so, why i m payy amount for all this, i face many problems by executives, miss behave, they talk like illmannered, seriously i m in so tensed about service. vodafone dont knows the real meaning of customer service. sir plz solve my problem. i called 198 many times but they giving me negative behaviour nothing else.help me sir
