We have Requested Miss Zarina Who is Area manager for yeshwanthpur region For a Consolidated Bill For all 15 Lines as well as Addition Of one More Number to CUG NO Wide [protected] and Change Of Plan For Numbers [protected]-65. In this Regard Nothing Has been done so Far Kindly Do the needful at the earliest and provide us proper service. I hope this will be resolved at the earliest

        I am Tapas Kr Das .My vodafone postpaid connection no.[protected] . In march postpaid bill i found Rs.700.00 is charged against data usage of approx. 0.59GB till 18.03.2015 whereas my validity o[censored]sage of 1 GB data is till 20.03.2015. Now I will be very pleased why the charge is implied and what is the process of rectification of bill and webout ? Actually this type of charges insists to break the continuation of service.

          i aakash atwal resident of house no.495 sector 28 faridabad ( haryana ), i m suffering a harassment from the service provider * vodafone, i have lodge my complaint to vodafone regarding not receiving signals in my home under roof since two months . They issued me a registration no.[protected] on 26 march 2015 time 1.06 pm .And promised me to resolve the problem by 28 march 2015. But after then my bad time starts, since then I continuously called on 198, but they suggest me to change the service provider.I have book a loss of re's. 4.5 lac since then, as I m unable to receive any phone calls and Internet signals in my home under roof.. I hv ask them about the *PHP Spellcheck Trial* of the problem, but they have no answers, i talked to many people of senior level and network team, but they have no appropriat answer to my problem.Now my bill is over due of re's 2230, and i m nt going to pay under protest . May i ask vodafone about my rights to attend the phone calls in my home under roof ?

            I have activated roaming free plan of Rs 149 on Feb 9th 2015, and as per the plan i was supposed to enjoy unlimitd free incoming calls, 100 mins local/std outgoing calls, 100 local/national sms. However as per the bill received on 14th April, i have not received the benefits of roaming plan and was asked to pay without getting the benefits of plan along with service tax. 2nd issue, as i have activated roaming fre pack of Rs 149, all my incoming calls are free while roaming, but the vodafone has charged me additional Rs 75 roaming free pack apart from base amount of Rs 149 along with service tax. I have already requested Vodafone to rectify the same as i had faced the same issue in earlier billing cycle for which they have apologized and gave me waive off of sane in earlier billing. But in the current billing cycle Mr.Ravi Kumar, the customer care guy refused to address my issue saying the same can't be done for 2nd consecutive time even if mistake is at their end. For two consecutive months i had to face problem with billing issues and had to request customer care to rectify mistake at their end, and the response was very unsatisfactory. I request consumer forum to take my complaint seriously and resolve me ASAP.

After 3 years when i change my 2 post paid connection to prepaid I face a lot of problem .from last 1 month 2 times my 1 no-[protected] was disconnected.everytime i cooperate them to submit the documents but still I am a victim of their harassment. My another no -[protected] is still continue where same document had submitted on sameday. My business and my personal life is still hampering for this iissue so first I want to activate my no and I also want compensation for same. Thanks Santu dey [protected]

                I have not subscribed to any tiny tv. But they have directly sent a message about my activation along with a deduction or Rs 77 from my balance.                   I have been facing a horrible experience with Vodafone customer service since past two days. My Post Paid credit limit was low and I was billed a higher amount. My outgoing was deactivated. I requested Vodafone customer service executive to send me bill which was not possible since it was not generated. I could not pay before seeing the bill. Considering my need, a senior promised me to start my phone in two hours on 12 April. It's April 14, phone has not yet started. I have been calling customer service since long and requested a call back from senior executives since juniors didn't have the decision power. They promised call back in 15 minutes, 2 hrs, I never received a call. Once I received, I was on another call and called back urgently to 111. I received the same answer that someone will call me as soon as possible. Today morning, a customer service exec told me that all seniors are busy and nobody seems to want to solve my problem. He is new. Today afternoon, a customer service exec told me indirectly that I was lying. I expected a better service from Vodafone as a Postpaid customer. I received my bill today which is about 2500 INR. I realized I added booster packs by mistake and I have actually not used them. I would not have minded paying if the service had been good by Vodafone. I feel as if I am trying to be a liability to Vodafone and they do not want me as a customer. Instead of trying to solve my case, everybody was trying to say the same thing: pay 80% of the bill. I told them that I can do that only if I receive the bill. For about 48 hours, I have been without connectivity. The executive who promised me that my phone will be started in 2 hours is nowhere. I did not expect this much unprofessional attitude from Vodafone.

                        dear sir, i m vikrant sharma, my vodafone number is [protected]. i m new customer. vodafone service provides me wrong information about my 899 pack. my network shows all the time roaming when i m in local areas, my number shows a message your data pack expires after activation of somedays. but after somedays. i was received a call by vodafone vodac man, call about customer satisfaction.but just a formality, executives told me sir your data pack is not expire, u had used only 200 mb in your plan. so freely use internet. now my bill issued and shows rupees 972 approx for internet pack and some amount for roaming. so, why i m payy amount for all this, i face many problems by executives, miss behave, they talk like illmannered, seriously i m in so tensed about service. vodafone dont knows the real meaning of customer service. sir plz solve my problem. i called 198 many times but they giving me negative behaviour nothing else.help me sir

                          I am Ishita Das, resident of 744 S.H.K.B. Sarani, Jawpore, Kolkata-700074, India. I lost my phone on 09.04.15 with the vodafone sim [protected]. I deactivated the sim on that very day and took a duplicate sim from my nearby vodafone store. the sim was not activated which was said to be activated within 2 hours. After visiting the store again they said the address was not matching and they sent us to another mobile store. At the next store we again submitted the details and they said to continue postpaid connection for 3 months and took Rs. 300. They forced to take a micro sim though we did not want it. Still the number is not activated. My question is: I took the sim in the year 2007 in the name of my father Tapan Kumar Das, submitting his address proof. How it could be changed? And if it is so, why I was able to continue with this for so many years? And the vodafone stores are simply saying different things at different times. There is no physical verification of address as told by the customer care. If this continues, I would be bound to leave this connection for ever. Hoping for prompt action. Thank you.

                            I visited your vodafone store at Saltlake Sector 1, Kolkata on 13/04 at around 12 noon. I had to ask a simple thing but to my utter surprise there was nobody to ask me about my requirement, There was no reception counter. One boy was swapping card in front and after finding nobody I asked him that I have a small query. The boy did not even bother to look at me, simply direct me to collect coupon. Being shocked at his approach, I left the store. Today nobody has time to collect a coupon and stand in queue for a simple reply. This is quite unprofessional approach and highhandedness from your part. The employees of that store need proper training to be a part of your Happy to Help campaign. Somnath Adhya [protected]

                              I requested for change of plan on15- 16th March. The girl at counter in Rajarampuri, Kolhapur changed it & i received SMS on 17th. However seeing the bill now it looks like that, she changed only calls & roaming plan and didn't change my data plan. So for next 5 days i have been charged at 4 paisa per 10 kb. i.e. rs 4, 000 per GB. In 5 days u charged me almost Rs 1000 for no fault of mine. Its mistake by your sales girl. Pl correct it & change my bill. If not done I will go to consumer court. Vikas Taralekar.

                                Whenever I recharge my mobile, within 2-3 days this service has been activated. I am fed up with this kind of attitude of the company and customer service. Customer care have some certain excuses to tell me. " Sir, you would have mistakenly clicked any chargeable like in any site" and bla bla bla...I don't understand why always I would click only there is balance available in my number. Please look at your service otherwise I don't have choice except changing the service. [protected]

                                  Good Eveaning sir, My Name is Sandesh A Nalawade i am using Vodafone number from last 1 year but 3 months ago i got the bill which was Unexpected. so i doesnt pay that bill. 2 months they dont call me and on 23rd or 24th i got a call from Vodafone for Sattlement that " Sir ur bill is sum what 2200 sumthing like that when u r paying but i told them i am not going to pay this bill this bill 2 much than that Vodafone Lady told me plz pay 1250 rs i will Active ur LIne. so i told ok. Than on next day she send his person at my Home for collection than i given a Check of Rs 1250/- Rs on 25.03.2015. Than the lady told me i will Active ur Line on 1st April 2015. but still my Line is Suspended and when i call them on that Number they told me its a wrong number.Means they are Froad . PLz Help me Sir

                                    My vodafone mobile services were suspended after six months for reason under address verification. Address verification should have done within month after getting in vodafone network. I did not recevice any notification for same and suddenly the service was suspended.

                                      I have two numbers on my name with corporate plan(mi_cap_750_30d_promo_3g) I can see mi_cap_750_30d_promo_3g in my bill details and i am paying for same from last 3 months. I have never asked for this kind of service why this got activated on my both numbers. I want this services to be deactivated on my both numbers RIGHT NOW and also I want last 3 months balance. I am not going to pay this bill... With extra charges exclude all this extra charges and if vodafone not going to pay attention on this then I have to surrender my both numbers.

In Mar 10 2015 myself recharged Rs. 185 through Online ( Vodafone Portal) . here my amount reduced from Bank Account but still recharge amount not added in my Balance. today date is Apr 13. One months Passed but till no Improvements in this regards. By meanwhile this one month of duration there are lot o0f conversation between me and vodafone customer care. everyone wants to avoid this query. no one ready to provide solution for me. when i was first raise the complaints in this regard to vodafo9ne care through 198 they replied wait for some 7 days of time that amount reversed in ur account. i truested their words and wait. but 10 days are passed. but amount not reversed in my account. after that i called to same 198 and explain all the things again. this time they replied there is no problem with vodafone check with bank side. there may be some problem in your bank. again i trusted thei words. i liogged one complaint in my bank side. but from bank side they are giving written statement to me there is no problem with bank side. check with marchant side. again i revertback to vodafone customer care side . this time they says that no problem in vodsafone side also. then i asked written proof from vodafone but they are not ready to provide. then i escalate to this query to vodafone Nodal. ( [protected] After long time waiting i got line for this Vodafone Nodal). Nodal Person Says that i logged a complaint in this regard. you will get the solution with in 2 working days. this was happened on Apr 2 2015. But till now i didnot get any proper solution for this. after that i tried long time but line always busy. in most of the time switch off condition. if i want to go for TRAI in this regard i referred in TRAi Website but again TRAI also redirects to Vodafone Side only. So finally i disappointed about Vodafone and their poor services. Finally i concluded Once the money goes to Vodafone it will not to return back. and Vodafone expects perfection from customers. But Customers dont except perfection from Vodafone side. if we pay the bill 1 day delay they can penalize amount from Customer same case may happen for vodafone we cannot ask any question. because vodafone thinks cusotmers are all slave . In addition this vodafone customer care peoples are the most in efficient peoples. when ever i call ans ask they have some readymade answers like system getting upgraded call after some time, option not available, higher officer not available call after some time. If any one understand my pain kindly suggest any way to move further...
