no call back as still waiting

Rang up in January 2015 about a phone bill and they kept saying they will get the manager to call me back within 72 hours or 24 hours and still waiting now . Also putting my contract bill up without telling me from £48.50 to £49 a month when I signed it for the £48.50 so not happy at all with customer service......

I just started using Vodafone two days back and they started deducting balance by activating look @ it service and costumer care executive is saying that I have activated it via internet but I didn't activated any service I just use the sites that I use regularly but it didn't happened before how only this time it started activating services. this is been very pathetic service of Vodafone. Always I need to call customer care to activate. Since 2 days I have been calling customer care, but none of them has taken seriously. Spoke to Sheetal, Ashwini, Poonam n 2 more girls. But sorry to say they are good for nothing.

Unwanted bills charged-3 consecutive mistakes
