    I OWE A VODOFONE NUMBER [protected] FOR WHICH THE LAST BILL AMOUNT WAS RS.583/- WHICH I PAID THROUGH CHEQUE ALONGWITH THE COUNTER SLIP OF BILL AND THE SAME WAS CLEARED IN MY BANK ACCOUNT. VODAFONE STAFF CALLED SEVERAL TIMES FOR PAYMENT OF THIS BILL AND I REPEATEDLY TOLD THEM THAT THE BILL IS BEEN PAID AND IS CLEARED FROM OUR BANK.STILL PHONE CALLS CONTINUED..FINALLY LODGED COMPLAINT OF HARASSMENT THROUGH PHONE WHOSE NUMBER WAS [protected] DT.7-4-2015 AND I WAS ASSURED TO GET THE PROBLEM RESOLVED IN NEXT 48 HOURS. NO ACTION WAS TAKEN, ON THE CONTRARY THE OUTGOING CALLS WAS BARRED TODAY. I WAS IN ROAMING AND LOST IMPORTANT CALLS. I AGAIN CALLED VODAFONE CENTER TO PUT A START THE SERVICES WHICH THEY ASSURED TO START SOON. ON CHECKING UP TODAY THEY FOUND THAT THEY HAVE CREDITED THE CHEQUE ON OTHERS ACCOUNT. DUE TO CARELESS OF VODAFONE STAFF, I HAD TO SUFFER A LOT BY CALLS AND TODAY BY FINDING MYSELF HELPLESS FOR CALLING. I NEED REGRET LETTER FROM VODAFONE AND COMPENSATION FROM THEIR END FOR MY HARASSMENT

      Hi, This is in respect with complaint against Vodafone India who robbed me out of a hidden subscription plan saying that i activated a plan of Rs. 1250/- per month for 10GB, 3G Plan named :- MI_C_V_1250_30d_R10GB_FU_3G I was under the impression that those were my calls and messages until i realized, it's not so and i logged to my online account and found that i was being cheated by them thoroughly. This happened for 7 months and due to some personal medical reasons i was unable to check my itemized bill and my family kept on paying the bills. They need to refund me MI_C_V_1250_30d_R10GB_FU_3G, Rs. 1250/- x 7 Months = Rs. 8750/- THIS COMPLAINT TO REMAIN UNTIL I AM BEING REFUNDED BY THESE GUYS.

        Hello Sir, I am Dhiraj kumar. Last month I bought Vodafone dongle from that day, I am having much trouble with your dongle. When I purchased that dongle that time the first representative whom gave me dongle and collect my document, he didn't submitted my document on time so, that reason dongle start late 2 days that's why it took 4 days to start and then after 2 days it's stopped working. I complaint about that but I didn't get proper response from customer, even they didn't updated my document which I gave him and saying to me you need to visit Vodafone store and submitted again your document, what do you think customer's don't have work to do, they are mad with these silly stupid mistake of your representative customer facing so much trouble and just because of your jerk customer care and lazy representative who collect documents, and at the end I need visit Vodafone store. And Vodafone store much more in bad conditions your Vodafone store A Lady Manager don't know how to speak with customer even they screaming on customer; that condition of Vodafone store (District center west end mall New Delhi : 110058, India). There a single person who take care dongle problem and he having fun out side enjoying to wondering in mall after so many call he came and telling me your dongle some of service is stopped, you need to wait 4 to 5 hours. Vodafone store representative requested for the start the service. what's that mean it work 2 days after that some service is stopped automatically stop how could be it happened, if it stopped why the Vodafone dongle team concerned about it. That your duties not our, If any customer whom bought Vodafone dongle and services that's your responsibility to take care of why customer suffered for this problem and why he need to visit every time on store, if your customer care team can't handle the his work properly you should be close that. Now last 3 to 4 days I am complaining about Internet speed and breaking problem, but I didn't get proper response from customer care, even today when I was talking with shruti she guiding me cleaning junk, temp files, I told her doing and she disconnected the call. when I enquiry about dongle they told me you would be getting 21+ mbps speed and disconnection or breaking problem these were all the fake promises Vodafone did. But they didn't completed any single of them. It so frustrated and irritating for me I fed up with all these thing. Do you me a favor I just want to stop this dongle and refund my dongle money, I am agree to pay bill of this month but don't want to use any more your dongle, I am also using Airtel Dongle it's working fine speed & not getting any slowness, breaking problem even since last 1 year I am using Airtel and didn't any time Airtel Store for any reason that called service which providing by the Airtel.           well well i ported from Docomo to Vodafone anand used to be in a misconception that vodafone wasnt like other telecom partners looting customers but today i am proved wrong by them. they deducted 110 rupees and one Mini TV service got activated all by itself. and when i called the customer care executive he told me i have downloaded videos? are you kidding me? after that he tells me there are two kinds of websites ek free aur ek pe paise lagte. i just recharged for a 500 MB 3G plan and wished to watch some videos only to know that even watching videos is considered downloading by Vodafone and that one needs to pay extra money for it. and some like service gets activated for rs 5 a day all by itself. good game plan vodafone to loot the poor people here in Uttarakhand. you do this in Delhi circle and you will be dragged to court. Sickening! i just want my money back.

            The plan told by Vodafone representative and mentioned in bill is different. (Number: [protected] issued in Navi Mumbai) Even I said to make my limit 1000 but the limit was raised to 2000 and I got bill of Rs.2778/-. Several Vodafdone representative called me for Bill Payment & I complained each of them for this but only bill increased without any service or action. Why I got bill of 2778 when my limit is 2000/-??? Also my SIM was disconnected around 10 days back when the Bill was 2000 approx so how did this additional amount came in Billing. I was told that my roaming will be free for first three months but 1000/- rupees is my roaming charges?/ why???...Please Disconnect my connection IMMEDIATELY...and I will Pay only if I get proper bill ...not any false Bill. If this is not corrected I will go to Consumer Court soon.

              Sir, my name is Faiz Akam Khan, Mno [protected] I have submitted all required documents in Sep 2014 to connect with Vodafone prepaid account but my vodafone mobile no is disconnected without any prior information, before disconnection we have recharged 300 Rs top up + 199 2G pack +31 Rs Std rate cutter on 8 or 9th April 2015. Three days before we have received a SMS from DOT to submit my address detail, but the same was submitted 7 months before and the same were verified by Vodafone Executives Problem is .. When we were called up to vodafone customer care operator was told us that your no has not been wokring / used last three months so vodafone has calcelled your no and now he cant do anything and this is the reason of cancellation. This is to informed you that I have a sms and call record will prove that vodafone mobile was regularly in use with proper utilisation. Request you to start my no with immediate effect else we shall move to consumer coat... for justice of my loss.

                  Sir, Today morning at 7:00 am I received a message on my number +91 [protected] "Hello! Look @ it service is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 15 days rental of Rs.45 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is Rs.206.448.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free)."                     To, vodafone I called on 198 on 1 feb and 22 feb (pick by pankaj baboo and sumit).to both i asked for register my complain of network issues as well request for activating my service pack of 75 in which one number get free, the operator said that he feed my complain as ell he activated my service, and know i can call on register number as many time i wish but on 09/03/2015 i got the bill of around 2000rs . then i call to 198 for know the my service were activated or not then sandeep(operator) told me as such no service were activate on my number.i have the all call records with voice recording till to today that how fake game had been play with me. This is second time when i get irritated with service and know these fake promise again provoke me to change the operator, last time same thing did and i switched the operator but again same thing.                         I have been given wrong information by your representative that my data balance will be carry forward as I had recharged for Rs1255 for 10 GB and remaining balance was 3 GB which was going to expire on 12th after 2 days but when i recharge today with 255 my data was not carry forward.I need you to add the remaining data (3gb) to my account.Also, your agents are hanging up on me and not giving solution.                             I am a Vodafone customer (No: [protected]) since past 4+ years and i've been using postpaid connection since past one year. I recently switched my plan to Vodafone postpaid CUG 375. After 3 days(21st March, 2015) I got a call that it is activated and my mobile network will be disconnected and resumed within next 2 hrs. But after that all my incoming and outgoing calls got blocked. Outgoing calls were disconnected as soon as I dial. Calling to my number gave a message that "All incoming calls to this number are restricted" Despite of daily visit to Vodafone store, replacing the sim, replacing the handset, and paying heed to all petty advices from vodafone service people, the issue was not resolved. Now because of this problem I am trying to switch to other network. But Vodafone is not giving NOC for the other network to process my Porting request. Because of this unresolved Vodafone network issue, I am about to lose my personal contact number which will create further trouble.

                                Rang up in January 2015 about a phone bill and they kept saying they will get the manager to call me back within 72 hours or 24 hours and still waiting now . Also putting my contract bill up without telling me from £48.50 to £49 a month when I signed it for the £48.50 so not happy at all with customer service...

                                  Hi, Its related with plan change of my mobile no [protected] vis-a vis incorrect update from customer support even after several calls since last 3 weeks. At the outset, let me explain the issue in detail, last month I requested your support team to change my existing corporate plan i.e 149 voice and BS399blackberry to E_Connect_3G_ 375. This has been done effective 3rdApr’15 which is my plan billing cycle. I also requested for deactivation ofBS399 plan on 1st Apr’15 . While doing this whole discussion to get this effective, I was getting SMS which mentioned about unbilled usage of data which when I enquired about them, told to ignore that since I have Blackberry plan so this is wrong SMS and they apologized for the same . On top of it, I was told that this unbilled usage won’t be charged as you have corporate plan.This is same update, I have been getting every time till I get a formal bill on yesterday which is Rs 3300+. Now today I was told that, you can drop a mail on this issue on this mail id for this concern. Now question is, why I was told wrong information every time and also why should I pay this 3K plus amount when its company fault. The reason being, Had I have been provided the correct information I would have easily disconnected the plan with immediate effect. I was told to write mail on this Which I did religiously but yet to receive response from them Agnivesh

                                  We discussed and sill awaiting for your formal confirmation on mail.Apart from that, already requested several times that any one person from your side handle this issue wether from billing or social media. The reason being what you are saying to me on phone is getting contradicted on mail by billing. For example, i'm pasting mail content which contradict your statement. Also, it seems this issue has not been update properly in your billing system .

                                    Hi my name is Kapil Khandelwal and i am using Vodafone from last 6 yrs but now a days i am facing a lots of problem with the company. when i cross checked my last bill ( march 15) i found that there was a fake charges on my number [protected]. I called customer care number than they said it was charged for Vodafone live usages for using You tube Videos. I called atleast 10 times to customer care but didn't get any response even they were unable to find out the actual reason of Charges. One of them said it is due to Roaming charge for whole month while i was in the city so it is totally out of my understanding. i want clarifications on the following point- 1. i wrote 4-5 mails to corporate care id but never got any responsive answer as every time got a same answer that we cant remove the charges completly but can reverse 25% of charges applied. How can i pay the bill which i didn't use /?? 2. if it is charged for You tube Videos than prove me once because i am charged for per day basis for the entire month. Even same charges applied in current month as well while i am debating for previous month. if i watch a video on You tube than Atleast it will be charged Rs 50 or above for a single Video while i was charged 10-20 Rs per day. it is out of the question to justify this because for only increase my monthly bills i will open and close the You tube. i am an educated guy who know about the charges apply. 3. Everytime when i called to customer care never got a solution for this.they put my call on hold than dissconnected. 4. i am totally fed up with Vodafone services and it is a case of mentally harassment. need a prompt reply on this regards, Kapil [protected]

                                      I just started using Vodafone two days back and they started deducting balance by activating look @ it service and costumer care executive is saying that I have activated it via internet but I didn't activated any service I just use the sites that I use regularly but it didn't happened before how only this time it started activating services. I am highly disappointed that the company don't care about the costumers hard earned money. Please try make my balance of rupees 45 deducted for this service.                                         this is been very pathetic service of Vodafone. Always I need to call customer care to activate. Since 2 days I have been calling customer care, but none of them has taken seriously. Spoke to Sheetal, Ashwini, Poonam n 2 more girls. But sorry to say they are good for nothing.


                                        So for my mental harassment and services not provide won't be paying the bill henceforth.
