Although after talking to Vodafone guy Mr. Sachin and Mr. Rajesh regarding the sms of 3G getting deactivation so they said their Technical guy will take care but no one called up.On 10th April my 3G plan got activated and immediately I got a message saying that I have utilised my plan of 3G plan will get deactivated. So today again on 11th April it got deactivated. This is how Vodafone is cheating the client.

    Rahul Kumar here using Delhi Vodafone Postpaid Number [protected]. in my current vodafone is charging Downloading Chrages of 1331.50 for( Java Games) i have downloaded free games from play store with my WI-FI Connection... how come vodafone can charge for tht uses. i agre with my call charges, , My vodafone mobile connect charges, .. all right but downloading charges without any notification or sms .. callcenter saying you are using a Blackberry -9000 Handset .. .. thts why we have charged tht ... but in fact iam using Samsung Galaxy s-4... have never used any blackberry set in life... company is making phone calls regrding unpaid bill... but its not fair with POSTPAID USers i cant not pay tht much of amount... tht i have never used ... sorrry to vodafone phone... making fool ... y

      Dear sir/Madam, I am a user of Vodafone postpaid connection with number [protected]. This month, Vodafone had manipulated the data charges and had charged me incorrect amount in the bill. After repeated complaints to Vodafone I did not receive any feedback from Vodafone. I talked with two employees of vodafone named "nikunj desai" and "karan makwana" from Ahmedabad Branch ! They misguide me through data charges although even I heard the correct data charges system of vodafone from its employees! I had activated plan and used only 1-1 GB in limit of plan although they have charged me additional net charges !They dont want to refund me and talk Rudely and Scared me if i dont company will charge me with additional charges ! So please sir take action against my conplaint !

        Kindly let me know what to do under these circumstances - when the last outstanding ( vodafone) mobile bill payment has been made in May 2014 and subsequently the person leaves the country and despite not using the mobile services any more bills keep coming and finally a legal notice threat being given. Before leaving a personal request was made to the customer services and the old id held valid no more because of which was unaware of the subsequent bills . Kindly advise at the earliest the right procedure to follow so that no trouble ensues further. Thanking you in advance.

        Hello, The issue has been resolved after I called up the officer I could reach in Chennai. followed his guided instructions. I mailed to [email protected] who in turn responded as early as they could. Thanks to you all once again for asking me to consult vodafone. The matter might now be considered close.

        Thanks for all your responses and this is just to inform you of the update on the issue I raised. Since there was an uniform suggestion to take it up with Vodafone I have done the same and this issue will be settled at that end.

          Dear sir/Madam, I was a user of Vodafone postpaid connection with number [protected]. Few months back Vodafone had manipulated the data charges and had charged me incorrect amount in the bill. After repeated complaints and emails to Vodafone I did not receive any feedback from Vodafone. I discontinued the use of same. Finally after 3 months of dispute Vodafone came up with settlement and asked me to pay the correct charges. I agreed to pay the correct charges which I paid. In between this dispute I had discontinued the use of Vodafone postpaid connection, later on Vodafone notified me that I can get the new Sim card with same number [protected] on charge of 25 from any Vodafone store. I got a new Sim card on paying 25 rs at Vodafone store. No information was given by any Vodafone executive at time of settlement, at the time of getting a new Sim card from Vodafone store that I will be charged with rs 125 as reconnection charge. Vodafone charged rs 125 in my next bill cycle which I opposed to Vodafone. As usual Vodafone did not give me any reply. I have stopped using the Sim card and complained to Vodafone about the same. Still Vodafone is continuing the manipulation and sending the bills since last 3 months. I have not used the vodaVodafone since last 3 months and still am receiving the bills.

            Dear, I'm writing you to complaint against Vodafone. I port my airtel number [protected] some days ago in Vodafone, that time sales executive and cust care executive named Kavya told me that " Sir if you will Port your number in Vodafone then you will get a Leather Bag (Laptop Bag) from Vodafone side" and same thing told by sales person who was come for collecting documents and paper. from that date till now nobody called me and provide me that bag. Now I got call from your side for visiting of sales person in my home for verification. I told me that lady who called me for that thing, that i had commited of leather bag but her way of talking is too bad and totally uneducated lady. Now my number outgoing is barred from your side. i would like to know is this is service from Vodafone ...No Bag Provide and when i raised this issue, then they guys barred my outgoing even nobody called me for this thing.               Vodafone now doing superb fraud service by sending message to the customers in the name of spl offer.. yes i personally had it.. i got a message on 11/4/2015 @ 5.22pm IST from vodafone regarding spl offer of Rs 59 full talktime + local vodafone calls 20 paise with an ending message of offer valid for 3 days.. So as an normal customer i belived that i recharged for the amount of Rs.59 @ 7.30 IST. I got a message immediately as your recharge of MRP Rs 59 done and talktime recieved of 0.08 and i got shocked and approached the retailer and they said it will take 4 hours to get it. So belived and now 12/4/2015 i checked and i didnt got the recharge so i called 198 and checked and they said its only vodafone to vodafone 20 paise not fulltalk time. And i called three times but they are providing very anoying response that senior offical not available like and i total got fedup with this. Never expect this super duper international company doing such a fraud activities. So my humble request dont beleive on the fake Spl recharge msg send by THE GREAT FRAUD VODAFONE INDIA PVD LTD.

                    I OWE A VODOFONE NUMBER [protected] FOR WHICH THE LAST BILL AMOUNT WAS RS.583/- WHICH I PAID THROUGH CHEQUE ALONGWITH THE COUNTER SLIP OF BILL AND THE SAME WAS CLEARED IN MY BANK ACCOUNT. VODAFONE STAFF CALLED SEVERAL TIMES FOR PAYMENT OF THIS BILL AND I REPEATEDLY TOLD THEM THAT THE BILL IS BEEN PAID AND IS CLEARED FROM OUR BANK.STILL PHONE CALLS CONTINUED..FINALLY LODGED COMPLAINT OF HARASSMENT THROUGH PHONE WHOSE NUMBER WAS [protected] DT.7-4-2015 AND I WAS ASSURED TO GET THE PROBLEM RESOLVED IN NEXT 48 HOURS. NO ACTION WAS TAKEN, ON THE CONTRARY THE OUTGOING CALLS WAS BARRED TODAY. I WAS IN ROAMING AND LOST IMPORTANT CALLS. I AGAIN CALLED VODAFONE CENTER TO PUT A START THE SERVICES WHICH THEY ASSURED TO START SOON. ON CHECKING UP TODAY THEY FOUND THAT THEY HAVE CREDITED THE CHEQUE ON OTHERS ACCOUNT. DUE TO CARELESS OF VODAFONE STAFF, I HAD TO SUFFER A LOT BY CALLS AND TODAY BY FINDING MYSELF HELPLESS FOR CALLING. I NEED REGRET LETTER FROM VODAFONE AND COMPENSATION FROM THEIR END FOR MY HARASSMENT

                      Hi, This is in respect with complaint against Vodafone India who robbed me out of a hidden subscription plan saying that i activated a plan of Rs. 1250/- per month for 10GB, 3G Plan named :- MI_C_V_1250_30d_R10GB_FU_3G I was under the impression that those were my calls and messages until i realized, it's not so and i logged to my online account and found that i was being cheated by them thoroughly. This happened for 7 months and due to some personal medical reasons i was unable to check my itemized bill and my family kept on paying the bills. They need to refund me MI_C_V_1250_30d_R10GB_FU_3G, Rs. 1250/- x 7 Months = Rs. 8750/- THIS COMPLAINT TO REMAIN UNTIL I AM BEING REFUNDED BY THESE GUYS.

                        Hello Sir, I am Dhiraj kumar. Last month I bought Vodafone dongle from that day, I am having much trouble with your dongle. When I purchased that dongle that time the first representative whom gave me dongle and collect my document, he didn't submitted my document on time so, that reason dongle start late 2 days that's why it took 4 days to start and then after 2 days it's stopped working. I complaint about that but I didn't get proper response from customer, even they didn't updated my document which I gave him and saying to me you need to visit Vodafone store and submitted again your document, what do you think customer's don't have work to do, they are mad with these silly stupid mistake of your representative customer facing so much trouble and just because of your jerk customer care and lazy representative who collect documents, and at the end I need visit Vodafone store. And Vodafone store much more in bad conditions your Vodafone store A Lady Manager don't know how to speak with customer even they screaming on customer; that condition of Vodafone store (District center west end mall New Delhi : 110058, India). There a single person who take care dongle problem and he having fun out side enjoying to wondering in mall after so many call he came and telling me your dongle some of service is stopped, you need to wait 4 to 5 hours. Vodafone store representative requested for the start the service. what's that mean it work 2 days after that some service is stopped automatically stop how could be it happened, if it stopped why the Vodafone dongle team concerned about it. That your duties not our, If any customer whom bought Vodafone dongle and services that's your responsibility to take care of why customer suffered for this problem and why he need to visit every time on store, if your customer care team can't handle the his work properly you should be close that. Now last 3 to 4 days I am complaining about Internet speed and breaking problem, but I didn't get proper response from customer care, even today when I was talking with shruti she guiding me cleaning junk, temp files, I told her doing and she disconnected the call. when I enquiry about dongle they told me you would be getting 21+ mbps speed and disconnection or breaking problem these were all the fake promises Vodafone did. But they didn't completed any single of them. It so frustrated and irritating for me I fed up with all these thing. Do you me a favor I just want to stop this dongle and refund my dongle money, I am agree to pay bill of this month but don't want to use any more your dongle, I am also using Airtel Dongle it's working fine speed & not getting any slowness, breaking problem even since last 1 year I am using Airtel and didn't any time Airtel Store for any reason that called service which providing by the Airtel.                           well well i ported from Docomo to Vodafone anand used to be in a misconception that vodafone wasnt like other telecom partners looting customers but today i am proved wrong by them. they deducted 110 rupees and one Mini TV service got activated all by itself. and when i called the customer care executive he told me i have downloaded videos? are you kidding me? after that he tells me there are two kinds of websites ek free aur ek pe paise lagte. i just recharged for a 500 MB 3G plan and wished to watch some videos only to know that even watching videos is considered downloading by Vodafone and that one needs to pay extra money for it. and some like service gets activated for rs 5 a day all by itself. good game plan vodafone to loot the poor people here in Uttarakhand. you do this in Delhi circle and you will be dragged to court. Sickening! i just want my money back.

                            The plan told by Vodafone representative and mentioned in bill is different. (Number: [protected] issued in Navi Mumbai) Even I said to make my limit 1000 but the limit was raised to 2000 and I got bill of Rs.2778/-. Several Vodafdone representative called me for Bill Payment & I complained each of them for this but only bill increased without any service or action. Why I got bill of 2778 when my limit is 2000/-??? Also my SIM was disconnected around 10 days back when the Bill was 2000 approx so how did this additional amount came in Billing. I was told that my roaming will be free for first three months but 1000/- rupees is my roaming charges?/ why???...Please Disconnect my connection IMMEDIATELY...and I will Pay only if I get proper bill ...not any false Bill. If this is not corrected I will go to Consumer Court soon.

Three days before we have received a SMS from DOT to submit my address detail, but the same was submitted 7 months before and the same were verified by Vodafone Executives Problem is .. When we were called up to vodafone customer care operator was told us that your no has not been wokring / used last three months so vodafone has calcelled your no and now he cant do anything and this is the reason of cancellation. This is to informed you that I have a sms and call record will prove that vodafone mobile was regularly in use with proper utilisation. Request you to start my no with immediate effect else we shall move to consumer coat... for justice of my loss.

                                  Sir, Today morning at 7:00 am I received a message on my number +91 [protected] "Hello! Look @ it service is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 15 days rental of Rs.45 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is Rs.206.448.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free)." However, I have made no such request and it was deducted from my balance without any confirmation. The vodafone care number 198 is also not available at the moment. Shreyash Jain Kolkata, India

                                    To, vodafone I called on 198 on 1 feb and 22 feb (pick by pankaj baboo and sumit).to both i asked for register my complain of network issues as well request for activating my service pack of 75 in which one number get free, the operator said that he feed my complain as ell he activated my service, and know i can call on register number as many time i wish but on 09/03/2015 i got the bill of around 2000rs . then i call to 198 for know the my service were activated or not then sandeep(operator) told me as such no service were activate on my number.i have the all call records with voice recording till to today that how fake game had been play with me. This is second time when i get irritated with service and know these fake promise again provoke me to change the operator, last time same thing did and i switched the operator but again same thing.                                       This is with respect to a VAS Hotshots which has been activated on my no. [protected] & ₹49.0 has been deducted. I never asked for any such service. Calling the cust. Care is not helping as they don't respond to such requests properly. Request you to guide Vodafone as well me for the same. Anticipating positive response.                                         I have been given wrong information by your representative that my data balance will be carry forward as I had recharged for Rs1255 for 10 GB and remaining balance was 3 GB which was going to expire on 12th after 2 days but when i recharge today with 255 my data was not carry forward.I need you to add the remaining data (3gb) to my account.Also, your agents are hanging up on me and not giving solution. Extremely dissatisfied by your team and support provided. How can you hang up on customer without providing solution to his/her quarry? Moreover, your Customer care is paid call...
