    I am a Vodafone customer (No: [protected]) since past 4+ years and i've been using postpaid connection since past one year. I recently switched my plan to Vodafone postpaid CUG 375. After 3 days(21st March, 2015) I got a call that it is activated and my mobile network will be disconnected and resumed within next 2 hrs. But after that all my incoming and outgoing calls got blocked. Outgoing calls were disconnected as soon as I dial. Calling to my number gave a message that "All incoming calls to this number are restricted" Despite of daily visit to Vodafone store, replacing the sim, replacing the handset, and paying heed to all petty advices from vodafone service people, the issue was not resolved. Now because of this problem I am trying to switch to other network. But Vodafone is not giving NOC for the other network to process my Porting request. Because of this unresolved Vodafone network issue, I am about to lose my personal contact number which will create further trouble.

        Rang up in January 2015 about a phone bill and they kept saying they will get the manager to call me back within 72 hours or 24 hours and still waiting now . Also putting my contract bill up without telling me from £48.50 to £49 a month when I signed it for the £48.50 so not happy at all with customer service...

          Hi, Its related with plan change of my mobile no [protected] vis-a vis incorrect update from customer support even after several calls since last 3 weeks. At the outset, let me explain the issue in detail, last month I requested your support team to change my existing corporate plan i.e 149 voice and BS399blackberry to E_Connect_3G_ 375. This has been done effective 3rdApr’15 which is my plan billing cycle. I also requested for deactivation ofBS399 plan on 1st Apr’15 . While doing this whole discussion to get this effective, I was getting SMS which mentioned about unbilled usage of data which when I enquired about them, told to ignore that since I have Blackberry plan so this is wrong SMS and they apologized for the same . On top of it, I was told that this unbilled usage won’t be charged as you have corporate plan.This is same update, I have been getting every time till I get a formal bill on yesterday which is Rs 3300+. Now today I was told that, you can drop a mail on this issue on this mail id for this concern. Now question is, why I was told wrong information every time and also why should I pay this 3K plus amount when its company fault. The reason being, Had I have been provided the correct information I would have easily disconnected the plan with immediate effect.           We discussed and sill awaiting for your formal confirmation on mail.Apart from that, already requested several times that any one person from your side handle this issue wether from billing or social media. The reason being what you are saying to me on phone is getting contradicted on mail by billing. For example, i'm pasting mail content which contradict your statement. Also, it seems this issue has not been update properly in your billing system .

            Hi my name is Kapil Khandelwal and i am using Vodafone from last 6 yrs but now a days i am facing a lots of problem with the company. when i cross checked my last bill ( march 15) i found that there was a fake charges on my number [protected]. I called customer care number than they said it was charged for Vodafone live usages for using You tube Videos. I called atleast 10 times to customer care but didn't get any response even they were unable to find out the actual reason of Charges. One of them said it is due to Roaming charge for whole month while i was in the city so it is totally out of my understanding. i want clarifications on the following point- 1. i wrote 4-5 mails to corporate care id but never got any responsive answer as every time got a same answer that we cant remove the charges completly but can reverse 25% of charges applied. How can i pay the bill which i didn't use /?? 2. if it is charged for You tube Videos than prove me once because i am charged for per day basis for the entire month. Even same charges applied in current month as well while i am debating for previous month. if i watch a video on You tube than Atleast it will be charged Rs 50 or above for a single Video while i was charged 10-20 Rs per day. it is out of the question to justify this because for only increase my monthly bills i will open and close the You tube. i am an educated guy who know about the charges apply. 3. Everytime when i called to customer care never got a solution for this.they put my call on hold than dissconnected. 4. i am totally fed up with Vodafone services and it is a case of mentally harassment. need a prompt reply on this regards, Kapil [protected]

              I just started using Vodafone two days back and they started deducting balance by activating look @ it service and costumer care executive is saying that I have activated it via internet but I didn't activated any service I just use the sites that I use regularly but it didn't happened before how only this time it started activating services. I am highly disappointed that the company don't care about the costumers hard earned money. Please try make my balance of rupees 45 deducted for this service.                 this is been very pathetic service of Vodafone. Always I need to call customer care to activate. Since 2 days I have been calling customer care, but none of them has taken seriously. Spoke to Sheetal, Ashwini, Poonam n 2 more girls. But sorry to say they are good for nothing.


                So for my mental harassment and services not provide won't be paying the bill henceforth.

                  Yesterday I called Vodafone customer care thrice as I m facing issue wid my 3G data plan, the services are inactive instead of resolving issue these guys made stories that you should send msg ACT 3G to 144 which i tried and msg got failed . then they asked me to visit vodafone store . Now if for every issue we have to visit there store then why these Customer care centre are set up??????
                  This is not the end... today when i again tried to activate 2G data plan now the crap is that even 2G is not getting activated, when i again called them the same sentence "Mam there is no issue try again " and now tried 5 times but its still not working ... this what the solution is ...

                  I m using 2 vodafone connection, and using my postpaid plan from last 6 years But after such a wierd response now looking forward for a change.

                    Event 1 : The mishap happened during my billing cycle from 28 Nov 2014 to 27 Dec 2015, during this period I was using a voice plan of monthly rental Rs.299 and Data plan for Rs455 ( 2GB) .When only 10 days were left out in this billing cycle I received a call from your customer care team that I have consumed my data plan so if I want they activate a 500 mb plan for the next 10 days and from the next billing cycle the older plan would get activated again. Because of this something happened which I missed and paid to much extra and notified the problem with your team on 16/2/2015 . The problem was that 500 MB which was earlier activated never got deactivated and I been charged on regular rates above 500 MB for the billing cycle for the billing cycle 28 Dec 2014 to 27 Jan 2015. The issue got resolved in the on 7th March 2015 and got a reversal of Rs.617 in my next bill cycle 28 Jan to 27 Feb 2015 Event 2 : Because of the event that happened as mentioned in Event 1 and which even your team never took the pain to indentify this system issue and the time taken by your team to resolve the issue I was again charged an extra during the billing cycle 28 Jan to 27 Feb 2015 and was charged an extra fee on my data usage in the similar fashion as it was done in case of Billing cycle 28Dec 2014 to 27 Jan 2015. I requested the reversal of this extra charged, your customer care team replied me back that this time I have to bear the pain . In fact the way your customer care behaved on the phone call seems like they are not interested in keeping me as customer ( check your call recordings).So at last I paid the elevated bill…because your people where not responding Event 3: Few days back I received by bill for the billing Cycle 28 Feb to 27 March 2015 as I was analyzing my through MyVodafone account online I found that no data plan is activated in not activated on my number .Secondly it stated that I have made some ISD calls of Rs.157 but don’t where I made those calls ( Need specific number on which I made those calls) . Thirdly the bill says that my Monthly charge is Rs.1799 ( which I think is the monthly rental ) I take this way because the bills also shows a USAGE CHARGE in another row…explain me this . Considering my Monthly charge I should have been charged Rs.754 ( Rs.299 for voice and 455 for data)

                      Hi my name is Ram Gopal. My number is [protected]. In January 25 2015 company put a content of d2c mydala 99 in my bill for month of January. I called customer service they told me that you had downloaded some contents from that site. I told them that I didn't know what is d2c mydala 99. They put the wrong changes in my bills. For the month of February it was not appeared in my bill. But in March it shows once again in my bill. I want my money back

                      Today I got a call from Vodafone company number was +911171272624. They told me that you had clicked on pop ups and got charged. My money was waived in my bill and It will show in forthcoming bill. Also advised me to don't click on pop-ups. I asked them how can we disable this kind of pop-ups. They were unable to answered.I am requesting to the companies please don't put this kind of pop-ups.

                        I am using the Vodafone Number [protected] for last 2 years. ACcording to my monthly plan i was given 1000 minutes free local and STD calls. I was on roaming from 15th to 31st March 2015. I was charged for all my out going calls. For incoming i had roaming package activated. When i got to know the bill generated was more than double of my usual monthly bill till Feb i was very surprised i call up the Voda customer service to know the bill detail. I was told that i was charged for outgoing. When i asked them about my free 1000 minutes he person said it will not be valid in roaming. When i took the connection i was not told of the criteria. Had i known this i would have not taken the plan, unnecessary i was paying for the plan. I had no idea about the criteria. No where it is mentioned neither did anybody explained. If i knew of this i would have used the local number. I cant pay the amount unnecessary i am loosing on my plan as well as forced to pay extra for the calls i made during roaming. I want the outgoing minutes to be adjusted with my plan free minutes. This is a sheer misguidance to the customer. Bijaya shrestha [protected]

                          i attached my receipt, recharge : 106 (special) matter is that i recharge 106 instead of 108 106 :- 1 year validity 108 :- Special Recharge 215 All local mins valid for 15 days now when i call to vodaphone and said that by mistake i recharge 106 instead of 108 they said we give you validity then i say my card has lifetime validity. Than he just try to give me other offer, but i don't agree and i told them transfer related balance in my account. than after few times he transferred my call to his superior then put on hold and no answer. Now my complaint is that vodaphone just take my money but don't give me anything

                                I have a combo offer for the amount 37 benefits will be 40rupees talk time + 250 MB+ 100 local sms . BuBut II received only 23 rupees talk timetime, when call customer service they told me I do not have such offer to my number. I was transferred to supervisor named rahman even supervisor was not able to see such offer to my number below I have aattached the photo copy for proof.

                                  there is no use in that even i have filled a complain against that in vodaphone compalint but still there is no resolution the bill amount has been generated for rs 7700 in that 5400 is net charge this is highly disappointment for me since am using this network past 10 years. once i decided to change the network and requested port forward then this month have got these bill amount.

                                  Even am geting 2 gb data for 275 ruppes in market but vodaphone has chagred 5500 for usage of data, i have only used my office wifi last month then how could that data plan vodaphone got raised.
                                  Thanks for consumer complaint forum still my concern not got resolved but got call from vodaphone regarding issue

                                      Hi, Issue is regarding the extra Internet charges is shown in mobile bill month March 2015.Also i have never sent MMS from my mobile no ([protected]) but in bill it is shown 2 MMS has sent from my mobile Please resolve my issue as soon as possible so that i will pay my mobile bill on or before due date.
