My bill for the subject mentioned period has been generated on 03.04.15 and I was shocked to see the bill of INR 1059.20. In a short span of 8 minutes, they have applied charges of Rs.519 + Taxes(12.36% on this amount). All charges are applied on some absurd downloads.(Image attached.)...
