Near about 200 CUG numbers are being used in JP Institute of Engineering & Technology, more than one month we are facing this problem.       This is the correspondance with VODAFON. They changed the plan without notice and without our permission. In vodafone, RM (relationship manager) is greater than customer.           Dear Sir / Madam, I am writing to you all as it is a major issue with regards to the services of your company. My name is Mihir Parmar. I am banking professional. I am from Mumbai... Case Summary I wanted to purchase a postpaid Vodafone number. I got a message from one of the executive name Mr. Sunil ([protected]) of Vodafone Company that if you want related number than contact us on the given number. I called this person for getting a number i.e., [protected]..I booked this number against my name and the executive came to my office place for collecting the docs on 26th March 2015. Both committed that the Sim will be active in 2 days. After 2 days I received a verification call from your company and they committed that the number will be activated in 1 day. Total 3 days gone but there was no solution at all as on the 4th day I have to travel to Gujarat. On that day also the same story was repeated. I called Mr. Sunil more than 10 times but there was no response..I messaged him for the same. This is how the retailer or Vodafone employee or the Vodafone agency serves to their clients that too the postpaid clients. Last Saturday i.e., on 4th April 2015, in the afternoon from Gujarat I called up Vodafone care executive for the issue and there was a person named Monika, she told that till date no details are updated in our system. I told that it's been 10 days and there is no update. Can you please help me out for the same? She told you can take out you simcard and again put it into your cell phone after 5 minutes. After putting the same, you need to select Vodafone network manually and the Sim will be active. By performing this activity there was no solution at all. Again on Last Sunday i.e., on 5th April 2015, I called up Vodafone care in the evening at around 6.30 pm. I spoke with many people. Names are given below.. Anand (Executive telle calling department) Amol (Ececutive Billing department) Sohela (Executive postpaid department) Ankit Mishra ( Executive postpaid department) Dhaval Mehtalia (TL Postpaid department) Shakil Ahmed (Manager Postpaid department) I was not getting proper responses from the any of the executives so I asked them to transfer my call to senior level (I am not sure that they were at senior level or executive because the way they spoke to me was terrific). After that I had a word with Mr. Shakil (Manager), he told me that wait for just one more day sure your things will be done. He gave me an genuine commitment. I thought he is a manger and will not give false commitment so waited for one day. I don't know that being at manager level people don't know the meaning of commitment. As no status was available after that. Yesterday i.e., on 6th April 2015, I called again Vodafone care to speak with so called Manager Mr. Shakil. One Executive named Wasim answered my call. I asked him to transfer my call to Manager Mr. Shakil Ahmed. He told we cannot transfer the call directly to the manager you need to provide the details to me. I gave him all the details but at that moment I came to know that still my details were not registered in your Vodafone system against the postpaid number (I was very much amazed with the fact that even having a word with Managers there will not be a solution. This is how Vodafone Company works. Still there was no response from your company. I wonder as how your company works. What parameters are set to address the customer complaints if there is an issue regarding the services…? Today is the 13th day but there is no solution for the issue. Infact again I have received the below message from one of your company's retailer. I am very much amazed with your superb services. [protected] NEW VODAFONE POSTPAID SIMCARD SIMLER NUMBER WITH GIFT OFFER GOOD PLAN BOOK THIS NEW NUMBER CALL ON.[protected] I am not sure whether my issue will be resolved or not. I have taken 3 numbers on my name and I am stable client of your company but now I will go for other service providers. This will not after you company but i will also populate this issue on social media networks also. What about my money i.e., 300 rupees which I have given to your agent...? Your company is using it since thirteen days. What about my documents which I have given to your company...? I don't have time to visit Vodafone store otherwise I would have shake your people over there also. As I can see that no parameters are set to resolve the query of the clients on priority and to provide the status at least to the client on daily basis. Simple as if I take 300 rupees of yours and give you some commitments but if I am not on my words till some days than what you will do? I need my money and docs back. You don't customers pain. Hats off to your company's services. I can say WOW - Worst of Worst Vodafone Services. Enclosed is the receipt of the agency for your reference.             Hi, My March Vodafone Bill is 6779 which is invalid as I only use internet for whatsapp. My every month bill is between 600-800 rs. My phone was disconnected from 22nd March and i have called theVodafone customer service several times. They were not able to give me the information about my usage.I am very unhappy with the services as they have disconnected my connection without informing. Also when I called they were not able to provide the information.Even I had asked for the supervisor all the assocaites have put me on hold and never came back.Please help regarding it I wont pay the invalid ammount.                 Hi, Customer details:- Rohit Shankhdhar [protected] [protected]@gmail.com I am a very valuable customer of vodafone. I am glad to use their network. I had some serious issue in my family and i had to be here in my hometown for 20 days. You guys charged me 2000/- bugs for those days while i activated roaming incoming pack still i charged for incoming. This is really bad, I am not expecting from them. The executive who activated that pack for me, he should have told me to select vodafone network in roaming but No. For their mistake why should i suffer. They can check my account I nvr refused to pay you anytime. It is not 1000 or 2000 bugs money its all about relationship. I am not expecting this not at all. Mr. Rahul (from vodafone) told me that they are going to deactivate my connection two days, sound very funny. Please look at into this matter and do the needful. I hope you will revert back to me soon. You know one of thire executive told me to give deactivate request for proper solution now deactivation. Oh my God, Where this company going??? Thanks!

                  I have been charged Rs.99 on my Vodafone bill of period 25.02.15 to 24.03.15 bill dated 25.03.15. This is the second time II have been charged like this. In the month of Nov14 I was charged Rs.49 for wapvilla_ppd. I don't know what's wrong with these guys. I am planning to lodge a case against Vodafone. My relationship no. is 1.72600189

                    I had dropped an email in December requesting my connection (Ph - [protected]) to be terminated. I had clearly specified that I will be moving out of the country and hence will make one final payment. In spite of my email I was kept on billed and now they are asking me to pay an amount of 6000 INR. It is a clear violation and a serious offense where my request was not dealt with, and now my friend is being called and harassed. I will press for charges if this is not resolved soon.

                      Look @ it services are being activated without even me opting for it. I have been charged Rs. 90 for one month. When I approached the customer care centre they were adamant that the services are being activated by me by browsing paid web pages. Even after informing him that I am not activating it and these services are being activated automatically, they were adamant and did not oblige to waive the amount charged. Every time I received the activation message, I would de-activate the services immediately. Even after showing them all the proof the customer care team was not ready to waive the amount. I am planning to approach the regulatory authorities for lodging a complaint against this. Can anyone help me as to whom should I lodge a complaint to. Whether with the TRAI authorities or any other authority.

                        Dear Team, I'm Girish from Hyderabad. My mobile number is [protected]. Past 3 years I'm using vodafone postpaid connection. I didn't know that my mobile number has activated one message offer which is chargable 125rs at every month. I had 20 times make a call to customer care and deactivated the plan. They said deactivated is processing, But till now the plan was not deactivated. From past 3 years without using that offer I have paid that amount. Last year also I had a discussion with zonal officer regarding this issue. At that time he said the plan was deactivated amount will be refunded to your account. But till now I did not get any refund amount. Today which is 7th April 2015 I got a call from vodafone services regarding plan change. Customer care executive said you have activated the SMS plan, I'm shocked. What is this how many times I have to make a call and complain to them no use. Blindly I have paid 125 rs amount at every month. So much of money loss to me from past 3 years. I need my amount completely refund and deactivate the plan immediately.

One Vodafone call center executive have called and explained about 3G Advanced Rental of 5GB Plan at Rs.4250 (which offers you 5GB on 3G platform, post free usage the speed will be throttled to 64 kbps. Without rental for 5 more bill cycles) to my wife. Based on her expression of interest said plan was supposed to be activated on 10/02/2015. Before this plan gets activated, she visited VODAFONE service center (Near City center 1, Salt lake, Kokata) on 09/02/2015 and requested not to activate this plan. Since she is not the owner of the number, I have sent written mail to nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com to deactivate this plan. Please find the reply from VODAFONE "We would like to inform that Mi_C_V_850_30d_R5gb_Fu_3g has been deactivated for the aforesaid number with effect from 13/02/15. Since the said service has been deactivated in mid bill date hence the rentals shall be charged on a proportionate basis." When I have received Feb'15 Bill, to my greatest surprise full amount Rs. 4250 along with tax was charged even-if service was never availed. After repetitive follow-ups with VODAFONE center (near City Center1, Salt Lake), they have assured us to send corrected invoice. But it has never happened, also when I escalated this issue to nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com they said they are unable to correct the invoice. It was never mentioned by any of the Vodafone execute during discussion that they will not be able to reverse the advance rental amount in case the service is deactivated. Also I have never authorized anyone to place an order to activate/deactivate any service on my behalf. Also in the same invoice amount Rs 650 has been deducted for data pack MI_C_V_650_30d_D3GB_FU_3G. I would like VODAFONE team to correct the invoice (I, e reverse amount Rs 4250 and tax) to enable me to make payment.

                            We are using am using 6 vodafone sims(4 postpaid and 2 prepaid) in family.But facing some network issue in Rajgarh Colony, Delhi area from last 15 days.As I reached there network goes down.I am not able to contact anyone and vice-versa.I need to go to top floor to call any of my contacts. It is requested to please look into the problem otherwise I have to block or port into some other network all these numbers.

                                My bill for the subject mentioned period has been generated on 03.04.15 and I was shocked to see the bill of INR 1059.20. In a short span of 8 minutes, they have applied charges of Rs.519 + Taxes(12.36% on this amount). All charges are applied on some absurd downloads.(Image attached.)

                                  Dear Sir, My vodafone number is [protected], the vodafone operator disconnect my number from 4-April-15 due to old bill amount 5008/- Rs pending (which is not my number but showing my name and address number).thats why they deactivate my number.How to possible they are attached with one customer ID to another mobile number customer ID.Please help for activate my mobileservices.

                                    I always do recharge of 300 rs which is for lifetime validity. then how come my validity is till 6th April 2015. for this reason I have recharged my mobile for 300 again on 6th April 2015. even thought same problem persists. When called to customer care for Pune they told me to remove sim and insert it again. That also did not worked. I tried to call them again but not able to connect to representative. Vodafone sucks...I tried a million times to talk to customer care executive and all that I hear are their useless offers.

                                      I m also a victimised by vodafone .yesterday night i got same msg from vodafone about look @ it service activated and 45 rs charge raised in my Bill i called customer care they replied in same words.guyz Who doesnt used vodafOne Billing serviCe dont made MIstake to Use billing service they always making fullish and grab money by this kind of services.help us to get our money back

                                        Vodafone has been charging Rs 99 in almost every billing cycle. Saying that i have downloaded content and hence the charges. But when i see my Internet data usage, i can see i have not crossed my data limit. And when i ask for details, they say that i have downloaded "d2c Mydala 99" has been downloaded from my phone. But let me tell you i am a software engineer and i know what is chargeable and what is not on a web browser. So don't try to fool customers. I am raising this complaint after facing the same issue for the 3rd time. If not resolved will take this complaint to Consumer Court Forum.
