Dear Team, I'm Girish from Hyderabad. My mobile number is [protected]. Past 3 years I'm using vodafone postpaid connection. I didn't know that my mobile number has activated one message offer which is chargable 125rs at every month. I had 20 times make a call to customer care and deactivated the plan. They said deactivated is processing, But till now the plan was not deactivated. From past 3 years without using that offer I have paid that amount. Last year also I had a discussion with zonal officer regarding this issue. At that time he said the plan was deactivated amount will be refunded to your account. But till now I did not get any refund amount. Today which is 7th April 2015 I got a call from vodafone services regarding plan change. Customer care executive said you have activated the SMS plan, I'm shocked. What is this how many times I have to make a call and complain to them no use. Blindly I have paid 125 rs amount at every month. So much of money loss to me from past 3 years. I need my amount completely refund and deactivate the plan immediately.

    My VODAFONE mobile number is [protected]. One Vodafone call center executive have called and explained about 3G Advanced Rental of 5GB Plan at Rs.4250 (which offers you 5GB on 3G platform, post free usage the speed will be throttled to 64 kbps. Without rental for 5 more bill cycles) to my wife. Based on her expression of interest said plan was supposed to be activated on 10/02/2015. Before this plan gets activated, she visited VODAFONE service center (Near City center 1, Salt lake, Kokata) on 09/02/2015 and requested not to activate this plan. Since she is not the owner of the number, I have sent written mail to nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com to deactivate this plan. Please find the reply from VODAFONE "We would like to inform that Mi_C_V_850_30d_R5gb_Fu_3g has been deactivated for the aforesaid number with effect from 13/02/15. Since the said service has been deactivated in mid bill date hence the rentals shall be charged on a proportionate basis." When I have received Feb'15 Bill, to my greatest surprise full amount Rs. 4250 along with tax was charged even-if service was never availed. After repetitive follow-ups with VODAFONE center (near City Center1, Salt Lake), they have assured us to send corrected invoice. But it has never happened, also when I escalated this issue to nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com they said they are unable to correct the invoice. It was never mentioned by any of the Vodafone execute during discussion that they will not be able to reverse the advance rental amount in case the service is deactivated. Also I have never authorized anyone to place an order to activate/deactivate any service on my behalf. Also in the same invoice amount Rs 650 has been deducted for data pack MI_C_V_650_30d_D3GB_FU_3G. I would like VODAFONE team to correct the invoice (I, e reverse amount Rs 4250 and tax) to enable me to make payment.

      We are using am using 6 vodafone sims(4 postpaid and 2 prepaid) in family.But facing some network issue in Rajgarh Colony, Delhi area from last 15 days.As I reached there network goes down.I am not able to contact anyone and vice-versa.I need to go to top floor to call any of my contacts. It is requested to please look into the problem otherwise I have to block or port into some other network all these numbers.

          My bill for the subject mentioned period has been generated on 03.04.15 and I was shocked to see the bill of INR 1059.20. In a short span of 8 minutes, they have applied charges of Rs.519 + Taxes(12.36% on this amount). All charges are applied on some absurd downloads.(Image attached.)

            Dear Sir, My vodafone number is [protected], the vodafone operator disconnect my number from 4-April-15 due to old bill amount 5008/- Rs pending (which is not my number but showing my name and address number).thats why they deactivate my number.How to possible they are attached with one customer ID to another mobile number customer ID.Please help for activate my mobileservices.

              I always do recharge of 300 rs which is for lifetime validity. then how come my validity is till 6th April 2015. for this reason I have recharged my mobile for 300 again on 6th April 2015. even thought same problem persists. When called to customer care for Pune they told me to remove sim and insert it again. That also did not worked. I tried to call them again but not able to connect to representative. Vodafone sucks...I tried a million times to talk to customer care executive and all that I hear are their useless offers.

                I m also a victimised by vodafone .yesterday night i got same msg from vodafone about look @ it service activated and 45 rs charge raised in my Bill i called customer care they replied in same words.guyz Who doesnt used vodafOne Billing serviCe dont made MIstake to Use billing service they always making fullish and grab money by this kind of services.help us to get our money back

                  Vodafone has been charging Rs 99 in almost every billing cycle. Saying that i have downloaded content and hence the charges. But when i see my Internet data usage, i can see i have not crossed my data limit. And when i ask for details, they say that i have downloaded "d2c Mydala 99" has been downloaded from my phone. But let me tell you i am a software engineer and i know what is chargeable and what is not on a web browser. So don't try to fool customers. I am raising this complaint after facing the same issue for the 3rd time. If not resolved will take this complaint to Consumer Court Forum.

                    Hi, MySelf Shripal Doshi and Mobile : [protected] I have been using the Vodafone for Last 10 years. There wasn't any issue faced until last month. Suddenly Company Decided to discontinue Internet Data 99 Plan for what reason still unknown. I wasn't aware that Internet Data Plan 99 is getting Discontinued. Vodafone Customer Care Called me about changing my Data plan with explaining any details that existing is getting discontinued. I said for no change in Data plan and he asked me to send "0" in SMS. I did the same. Now when the Bill arrived for the month of March, I found that there was no Internet Data Plan on my connection and they have charged me default heavily. I have explained to Customer Care for so many times through mail and on whenever they called. Even I explained they why in the world anyone who is using Internet Data Plan for 10 years suddenly will not want Data Plan and Vodafone is siphoning the money, this is cheating. You could have replaced the discontinued 99 Plan with another Plan, But charging him default is cheating, they are still not ready do the same and forcing me to pay hefty bill for same. I think there behavior is in appropriate, kindly help me in resolving the same.

                      Last week one of the vodafone agent came to my house and described a plan to convert prepaid number to post paid. Then he collected documents and money to activate the new plan. He informed I will get new sim 2 days and will receive a call back for verification. I got verification call but did not receive sim. i contacted vodafone customer care but they are saying we do not have information on it. They are just transferring my call to different representatives. 10 times they transfered my call with no help.

Now i would like to inform you that my no services has been stopped due to non payment and i receive a cl by your side that u need only pay rs 2000 for after deduction of not used charge bcz there was a dispute in by last two months bill and now i pay the bill but no. is not activated when i contact to care they says that it was valid only for 19 of march so now plz tell me that why you make froad bill and what do you think about the customer are we mad and you are joking with us . Before paying the bill i also contact to your care and ask them they told that you need to pay only 2000 you no. will be activated . Now plz tell me how i can use vodafone and suggest others bcz u provide worst services and make fake comment with your customers .. So plz do the needful ASAP .If not then i am going to other network .. Nd plz activate the services of my no. Regards Vikrant Kumar

                          Hi, i am a postpaid network customer of vodafone for about 2 yrs. my phone started showing ' no service' for past week, i tried to log complaint on 198 but they are really bad at it didn't even register complain, just kept transferring call fir 30 min. They hav severe problem in their network which they even want to fix, leaving with no option but to switch network !! I stay in wakad area in pune .

                            Dear All, From last 4 months I am not able to call to anybody through my vodafone mobile no. [protected]. I had send so many mails and also visited Barasat Vodafone customer care and also one customer care near Bypass City center. But problem remain same. You should also found that, this no. is belongs to me from 11 years and also my bill payment history is good as I think. Request you look as early as possible. Otherwise I have no option to choose VODAFONE.

                              Myself Aswani kumar Mishra . I am having Vodafone dongle number [protected] 3G. I bought it 6 month back. It was doing well. From last one month when ever I am trying to connect my dongle to my laptop It shows 3G but whenever I opened any site it become 2G . I pay bill on time every month. I don't have single ruppes in pending. I called customer care regarding my issue they have raised complain & they have given me complain number. They told me that there engineer will visit my house And see the issue then they will resolved . The funniest part they never called me and they have closed my complain without giving any appropriate solution. once I again called them they told me that the 3G will not work for 3 month in your area. I stay in Mumbai thane district . It was funniest answer I have ever heard from any of the company. I got fed up with Vodafone services. I wanted to cancel my Vodafone connection and as well as refund of my money. Vodafone is making fool to customer the worst thing about vodafone is there customer care they are clueless when ever you call them why Vodafone recruit customer care executive I don't understand.

                                My phone ([protected]) was stolen, I immediately called up vodaphone customer care and asked to lock my phone immediately after verification he told me that it will be done in 2 hr. I asked him to do it immediately so that no one could mis-use the number, he assured me that it will done at an earliest. now the problem starts. My staff twice visited the vodaphone store for new sim but the told that thay dont have the sim and it will take 2-3 weaks to arrive. After that I called up vodaphone customer care to slender my phone connection but came to know that due to tecknikal issue my sim was not locked. How can such a repuated company can play with the customer? why the phone was not locked for more than 7 days? who would be responsible if the person stolen, calls to do any fraudulent call? Now I dont want to be the part of such careless company and want to sullender my connection.

                                  I am Hemant Dalwadi.my vodafone post paid number is [protected].last month i was using Rs175 monthly rental plan in which i was getting 750mb internet.after i convert my plan into Rs.99 plan. and i activate Rs199 internet plan sepratly.but in this month they(Vodafone) charged me twice for internet.1st 199rs for monthly internet plan and another 354(approx) for previous data plan(175rs plan) i am not getting any idea how they charged twice. i am ready to pay rs199 for monthly internet charges.but what about extra 354rs which they charged this month.when i called to customer support they told me that 354rs is for first two days of last month i.e. 1st and 2nd of march when i was using 175rs plan.they told me that i used extra internet for this two days.how it is possible??can i use 350rs internet in two days??is it i am fool??.

But Still My SIM Card Not Starts I Call Mr. Suraj ([protected]) & Mr. Sohail ([protected]) More Than Thousands Time But Not any reposne From There side Than I Call Help Line No. [protected] From There Side Also Not Responce & They People Ask For Contact Systematic Knowledge Services Pvt Ltd, Address Radha Silk Mills, 30 PP Road, Andheri East Mumbai 400069 Maharastra But Still My Card Is Not Work One Day I Call Mr Ramesh Who Collect My Documents & Fees To Return My Money & Most Impotant Documents But After Lots Of Call From MY Side No Respone From Company Now I Doubt That They Peoples Are Cheat Peoples & Use There Documents & Fund In Any criminal Or Unidentical duty from there Side So I Request Vodafone Company For That & Please Inquiry About That.                                         10/03/15 : Talked with Arpit Agarwal Mailed corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com and payed bill of Rs.2, 000. 15/03/15 : Reminder mail for 10/03/15 as we haven't received any response. (TAT missed) 21/03/15 : Mailed again. 23/03/15 : Received mail response (interaction number [protected] and [protected]). 25/03/15 : Mailed Nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com .. no revert till today. 26/03/15 : Received response via mail for mail dated 21/03/15 (Intercation number [protected] and [protected]) 28/03/15 : Visited Vodafone store at Vidhyadhar nagar, jaipur to get the mail ids and number of nodal office to raise the complaint.(They provided with email id-Appellaite.[protected]@vodafone.com and number [protected] which was again wrong.) 29/03/15 : Mailed Appellaite.[protected]@vodafone.com but got to know that the email id is wrong. 29/03/15 : Visited again vodafone store at Vidhyadhar nagar, jaipur to get the correct mail ids and number. 31/03/15 : Mailed Appellate.[protected]@vodafone.com but no revert as of now. 01/04/15 : Spoken to Nodal officer Shafik Shaikh he told us will get the revert in 24 hrs but no revert as of now. 03/04/15 : Mailed follow up to Appellate.[protected]@vodafone.com no revert as of now. 06/04/15 : Spoken with Niyati Dugle at 11 AM she promised that Nodal officer Harish Solnaki will call us in 2 hrs complaint number [protected]. 06/04/15 : No response till 5:30 PM no calls from Nodal officer again TAT missed.

                                        We have forwarded the mail to Nodal officer but as we haven't recd any response on mail for 1 week... We called up the nodal desk and told the the customer executive to frwd the call to the officer he wasn't forwarding but when we pressurized him .. That we are frustrated he finally forwarded the call and the nodal officer finally on the basis of my description on mail.. He resolved my query and waived off the charges which were levied due to inappropriate information provided by his executive at the time of connection.

                                        I got the bill this month on April 7, 2015.In the bill there is two international calls(charging 300 Rs) is included.I did not make any ISD call on the day(March 5) or before or even after it.

                                        It is really unethical to include fake items in the bill.
                                        I am shocked how it can be feasible that you include a call which I never did.

                                        This is in reference to my vodafone bill ([protected]) for May'15. ISD calls of Rs 284 has been charged for me without making any calls.
                                        I am afraid that just for giving missed calls, how you people can charge me Rs 284.

                                        I have been very regular in paying my bill on time throughout. Hence, would not like to do the delay in payment this time.

                                        So, request you to kindly waive off Rs 284 which has been charged to me unnecessarily for not making any calls.

                                        Please take this mail as an urgent mail and revert asap.
