Dear Sir I have got the information from customer care as well as exeutive who came to my place for porting request that i will get a bag as a offer of porting. But i have not received that. So now this is of vodafone to gain customer base. I have inquired in customer care as well as visited Noida sec 18 store but nobody has given solution. Mob no [protected]

    Today i.e., 05.04.2015 at around 01.11.pm. I received a call from Vodafone No.[protected] to my idea no.[protected]. The caller identified himself as from State Bank of India and enquired about which bank debit card I am using. He further enquired about how much balance i will be keeping in my a/c. Whether below Rs.10000 or above. When I asked why, he stated that my debit card of (my bank name) is blocked. When I enquired from where you are calling, he stated that he is calling from (my bank name, head office). When I enquired his name and stated that I work in the same bank, he immediately disconnected the phone. From internet I traced the phone number is originated from Bihar-Jharkhand. I am having recorded voice of the caller, as a proof. Please look into this case and give me the details of the above mobile number holder so as to enable me to file a police case. Please take this as my complaint and initiate action immediately as the caller might have duped many persons like this. Kindly acknowledge receipt and intimate action taken at the earliest. Again New Mobile No provide [protected] me by Vodaphone executive on Date 30/03/2015 .Verification have already done on my mobile no. I have already submitted all documents with ecs form according to vodaphone executive. Tomorrow, I will return vadaphone sim card . Pls call me : = +91-[protected]

            Hi Team, This is to complaint regarding the incorrect billing on the Mobile number [protected]. The bill which has been geenrated on April 1, 2015 is Showing the unnecessary data plan d2c_mydata_99 which is added in my bill of Rs. 99 wherein the data consumption of the billing Month is under 800 mBs. I really don't Understand why this forge bill was generated and sent to me. Please give me a call at [protected] to get this Resolved ASAP. Thanks, Nitin

              This is in regard to my mobile no [protected]. From 03/04/2015(From 11:00 Pm) am facing problem in outgoing call and which is still not resolved (at 05/04/2015 at 12:30 Am). From Saturday morning am continuous calling to vodafone customer care and getting different reason for my problem. Somebody say it is handset problem, i changed the handset. Then they said change your sim, then I changed my Sim and wait for sim get activated at 2 P.M. Then I again call to customer care, then they gave new reason that some service is activated on my number. I requested them to resolve my problem. I also talk with some senior persons in customer care( Mr. Rakesh Tiwari, Kulwinder). And I am shocked to know even they don't have satisfactory reply for my problem. It is real shame for Vodafone. They claimed to be No one service provider in India, this seems a false statement. Alleast vodafone should review its staff and should hire some good staff or should trained them, how to attend a customer. When I called them to make a request for port my number, they put my call on hold for 15 min and after that call was terminated. This is a real harassment for using vodafone network.                 Hi .. This is Ganesh Taware from Hinjewadi, Pune. I am using Vodafone as a mobile service provider and not very happy with the way they are treating me. [Dear Vodafone - in case you are unable to locate me, my number ends 8909] When I reported this issue multiple time a month ago, they blocked me from the complaint line itself. (198) I realized it after a fortnight when the 3G issue became unbearable. Vodafone gave me a resolution as 2nd April for a ticket which was 2 weeks from the date I complained. Nevertheless, I waited. To my surprise, I did not receive any call on the suggested day, forget about the resolution. I have raised a ticket again. What I am not hapy about is, that if they cannot provide me the service, they should revert the amount and also compensate for the trauma I have gone through waiting for 3G to work for the past month.

                  I am using corporate number with vodafone. Earlier i was using Airtel. Just because i was offerred unlimited 3G (1gb unlimited 2 g) corporate 375 plan. I swutched to vodafone. This month i got a bill 605 rupees. When i called customer care they said sir you have downloaded something after 1gb 3g. I was shocked and asked however i downloaded its unlimited plan right? He said no sir its not for downloading only surfing. What a crap. When i signed contract with vodafone its was nothing mentioned like that. He gave me a complain number and you will get call from vodafone. I never get a call from vodafone when i again called to customer care they said sir you were not reachable. My question is i should get miss call alert? Again called to customer care they said sir better you mail. We are not here to help you. again i shocked. I dont have complain now. You won vodafone. You can make more forge bill. I am planning to switch airtel again. Vodafone is forge frustrating network. Guys be aware. My number [protected]

                    I had requested for prepaid conversion of my number and after getting the money they are not responding me and even not converting my number but saying that mam you address sector 62, noida is not found, such disgusting people. I'll port my number to airtel or idea. Please don't go for Vodafone postpaid.

                      I had to fly to Dubai for work, after doing my best effort of closing connection on name of Sarika, i had also given connection disconnection request from registered id on 26th march 2015 clearly emailing that i will not pay beyond march 26th 2015, However after my deactivation on midnight 26th march, But as you know the unethical VodFONE COMPny does all tricks to retain customers, so that they acn continue billing customers inspite of their poor customers, i gave a written complaint which was acknowledged by Vodafone nodal and appellate authority but I came to know from your customer care, that without our request or wish, our connection was reactivated by retention team without our consent. Tomorrow morning is my flight where i am flying to Dubai along with sarika, whenever i called their complaint no 198, Vodafone disconnected call whenever I mentioned disconnection request to customer acre, , I HAC=VE DECIDED AND WILL ALSO SUGGEST TO VARIOUS RAEDERS THAT NEVER EVER OPT CONNECTION FROM VODAFONE. 1. DUE TO THEIR UNETHICAL BEHAVIOUR. 2. POOR SERVICES. 3. WRONG BILLING I have given a written complaint to Dept. of telecommunications against Vodafone for harassing women and citizens of India by not terminating connection on repeated requests on emails and calls. Since we will be out of India for some months and years, so we can only interact on email, Due to this experience, we will not hesitate to 1. Condemn Vodafone and abuse and defame Vodafone through significant blogs and reviews. 2.we will never ever opt for Vodafone connection ever again. 3. We will also raise tickets and complaints to TRAI management and senior officers of DOT highlighting a cheating and harassing attitude of Vodafone and condemning Vodafone for its poor processes and services. Shame on Vodafone, the most in ethical attitude, May Govt. does not promote in-ethical British company and throw Vodafone out of India.

                        Fake deduction have been made for my number [protected]. On 29 march they deducted 33rs from my account for any service tiny tv and for the same they deducted 77 on 1st april i loged complaint over customer care 198 for the deduction on 1st april refrence no. Given by them was[protected] they assured me within 24hr the balance will be refunded but it was not done then after i complaint called up 198 four times again and again for the same reason but no steps is taken till now.

                          Mobile no. [protected] Email id - [protected]@gmail.com I am Anshul from kasganj ( 207123 ).I've bought Samsung galaxy E700 off late. Dealer told me that I would get 3G Internet 2GB by Vodafone. I inserted my old Vodafone sim in which a 3g pack worth rupees 248 was already activated.I waited but I didnt get any said offer. Then after I called Vodafone customer care and I was told that I would surely get the internet data after some time. He further suggested me that the new given offer would overwrite the old pack so I should have better use up all the old internet.I asked him several times in order to confirm but each time he firmly advised me so and I did so.But now I neither have my pack nor the new one promised by Vodafone. I again called customer care helpline but then they told me that I should had inserted a new sim in order to avail the said offer and that I couldn't be benefited by the offer. I again called them to complain about the same but this time they assured me that it didnt have to do anything with old sim or new one but the main thing is that in order to avail the offer I should have never used this bundle offer of internet via the old sim. They further said, " as you have not used this pack, you will get the offer for sure but wait for 12 hours at most." . I waited again but didnt get any offer. Now I want to know where I was wrong? I used up my all internet data according to their suggestion. I asked them either to give my old pack back or their said offer but they said that they could not do anything.What about my 248 rupees? I used the internet for merely ten days. They are saying that as I have used the internet data so they cant do anything. They cheated me. Worst Thing is that now when I again call them to clear the issue, computer doesn't connect me to them but drop the call. I long to know how the vodafone would settle all the issue and inconvenience occurred to me because of them. I didnt use up my pack on my own but they gave me the idea. I want my pack back or the said offer. I hope I will be helped.

                              Sir We didnt apply or demand for such services from any body but unnecessary Rs 45 has been deducted n i got a sms from vodaphone and when I called customers care they asked me this is not vodaphone service but its actually there service n they r not giving my hard earned mony back pls help me to get it back

                                Hi Team Senior authority named as Miss Komal of vodafone customer care retention team disconnected my call after I was being kept on hold for long time. Moreover Vodafone is trying to blackmail me by not porting my number. After that another authority of same team did that.So, I am putting that blackmailing thing and the mental tension which vodafone is giving me continuously on news channels as I am a media person.Moreover I am filing case in consumer court mentioning all this.                                   Dear Sir / Madam My name is Sujeet S Rajawat and I am a prepaid user of mobile number. This number is registered on name of my wife Mrs. Ritu Parashar and we are using this number from last 10 + Yrs. I moved to Lagos, Nigeria in 2013 and before moving I converted this number from postpaid to prepaid. 3 days back I was trying to recharge this line online but the number was coming as invalid and when I tried to enquire in customer service, I was told that this number is discontinued. I am failed to understand the reason of the same as I did not receive any notification about it and all of sudden the number got discontinued. Please note all my bank transactions are active on that number. I request you to look into the mater with highest priority and do the needful to reissue the number to me. Regards Sujeet S Rajawat

                                    Sir, Vodafone are now providing 3g internet service via idea network but the service assured by the company is not even standard of a 2g network. I already informered about this at the costumer care three time before but they are not willing to take any action in order to provide satisfactory services.

                                        I am facing call drop and network issues from very long period and had complained many times to Vodafone but no actions taken tll date. Every time they close my complaint with a assurance that network issue will be resolved soon but no such actions has been taken. I am disappointed with the way these people treat customer. It is when my monthly bill is around Rs. 1000. I would be reasonable to understand how they would be treating other customers. Avoid Vodafone
