Hi, I am a vodafone postpaid customer. In my recent bill, I notice that an additional 99 rupees is being charged as downloads. I fail to understand how these downloads are being differentiated from my normal browsing activity. And I have an unlimited internet pack. (3G upto 3GB & beyond that 2G unlimited) And I don't recall making any specific downloads related to this d2c_mazaa_99. I have also noticed that too many complaints were been logged related to this already. And I don't want to believe that Vodafone could make such fraudulent charges, as I have been a loyal Vodafone customer for almost a decade. But I still fail to understand what else this could be. I sincerely wish that someone could address this at the earliest and revert back these incorrect charges.

After calling the Vodafone customer complain no. 198. After lots of explanation from my end, they have agreed for waiving this amount in my next month's billing cycle. And this month, I confirmed the amount to be waived from my bill.

I have called the Vodafone customer complain no. 198.
The customer care executive has been very helpful.
After lots of explanation from my end, they have agreed for waiving this amount in my next month's billing cycle.
Yet to confirm the same in my next month's bill.

        Un used bill generated for my vodafone mobile network for the month of February- 2015. raised complaint for usage details with the customer executives but they are not providing the details. for only one day (23.02.2015) charged Rs. 1197 for that i have requested to provide the details of my usage but they have denied for doing so and claiming that i have used Internet services, but in actual i am using blackbeery handset, i didnt activated any Internet services & and not used any browsing.Now they have disconnected my network services as i haven't payed the bill.           This is regarding - more than 500 irrelevant incoming sms's every week. When i wake up in the morning, i am receiving around 40-50 sms's on my mobile phone from different call centers regarding real estate projects, personal loan, restaurants, opticians, electronic merchants, astrology, flipkart, zivame, lenskart, dominoes pizza, pizza hut, amazon, etc. Etc. I dont know why these sms's are sent when you dont have time to delete them.
          I appeal to all vodafone, that please stop these sms as soon as possible, or i will come personally with police to vodafone office. I am not at all interested in any purchase or deal which are addressed 1000+ times through sms. One of the company called bajaj finserv is sending sms for personal loan everyday 4-5 times.
          You vodafone people have to do something, there should be a way to block all these sms's coming from call centers. Please do immidiately.

            Dear Sir/ Ma'am Greetings I have a complain regarding Vodafone recharge and customer executive. First of all I want to clarify my problem. I got a message from vodafone on 27-Mar-2015. That message contain bellow details. Khaas aapke liye, karien Free Unilimted Calls kisi bhi local Vodafone number pe Raat 10 se Shaam 5 baje tak, keval Rs.176 ke recharge par poore 28 dino ke liye. Same voice message also received many times. Yesterday I recharged same. But I received 155.88 rupees at the pace o[censored]nlimited minute v2v 10pm to 5pm. From today morning I trying to explain my problem and want my minutes. Then no one is helping me. And 4 customer executive cut my call during conversation and manager whom they transfer my call. And from that time I am not able to contact with executive through my no. They put my no. On disable mode. From this facility. Please help.               Dear Sir / Madam, This is bring to your notice that from last 4 to 5 months we are facing following problems:-  Network problem  Income calls Voice is breaking  Outgoing calls Voice is breaking  Outgoing call drops On a daily basis we are facing said problems because of the same my phone bills is also increased tremendously. I have 2 Vodafone connection s( Prepaid – [protected] & Post paid [protected]) I have registered Network issue complained on 19th March 2015 at thane Vodafone center at Naupada & I have recoreceived call from vodaphone stating that “ YOUR ISSUE WILL BE RESOVED BEFORE 27TH MARCH 2015” but till date my issue is not resolved. Many times I have informed thane Vodafone center at Naupada regarding the same but no proper response received.I will request you to resolve my network problem before 1st April 2015 otherwise I will switch from Vodaphone to Idea. Note :- I am staying on rental basis at C-802, Yash Anand Soc, Hari Nivas, Near Gajanana Wadapav, Thane (W). My friends staying in same building having Vodaphone connection facing same problems. I tried a lot to inform about the disturbance to customer care executive. But after a long advertisement about their 3Gplans they disconnect the call ..saying temporary inconvenience.

                  I have got vodafone [protected]@[protected].In the begining I asked for plan cchange.But it was not done.Instead I was charged for old plan for 2 months.After that asked to close the connection but after two months I have recieved one notice from your end.when I have asked for explaination at perumgudi customer care branch, they told like I have to pay for a month and they will waive another month bill for which I havnt used.Still I have paid for 2 months and 50 rs extra. After that I have recieved so many calls from your end asking to reconnect.But I am not intrested to take the connection.I have conveyed the same message to customer care exicutives including chennai regionanal manager.If I could recrecieve these many calls while I am asking for my service I may stayed with the vodafone.unfortunately that wawas not happend. Now the thing is recently i am getting call from your customercare that my number is still actiive and i need to pay bill for that. Here my question is will vodafone maintain the connection even though customer requested to close the connection. Was vodafone charge forfor customers through life time for unused connection once

                      Today i.e., 05.04.2015 at around 01.11.pm. I received a call from Vodafone No.[protected] to my idea no.[protected]. The caller identified himself as from State Bank of India and enquired about which bank debit card I am using. He further enquired about how much balance i will be keeping in my a/c. Whether below Rs.10000 or above. When I asked why, he stated that my debit card of (my bank name) is blocked. When I enquired from where you are calling, he stated that he is calling from (my bank name, head office). When I enquired his name and stated that I work in the same bank, he immediately disconnected the phone. From internet I traced the phone number is originated from Bihar-Jharkhand. I am having recorded voice of the caller, as a proof. Please look into this case and give me the details of the above mobile number holder so as to enable me to file a police case. Please take this as my complaint and initiate action immediately as the caller might have duped many persons like this. Kindly acknowledge receipt and intimate action taken at the earliest.                                 This is in regard to my mobile no [protected]. From 03/04/2015(From 11:00 Pm) am facing problem in outgoing call and which is still not resolved (at 05/04/2015 at 12:30 Am). From Saturday morning am continuous calling to vodafone customer care and getting different reason for my problem. Somebody say it is handset problem, i changed the handset. Then they said change your sim, then I changed my Sim and wait for sim get activated at 2 P.M. Then I again call to customer care, then they gave new reason that some service is activated on my number. I requested them to resolve my problem. I also talk with some senior persons in customer care( Mr. Rakesh Tiwari, Kulwinder). And I am shocked to know even they don't have satisfactory reply for my problem. It is real shame for Vodafone. They claimed to be No one service provider in India, this seems a false statement. Alleast vodafone should review its staff and should hire some good staff or should trained them, how to attend a customer. When I called them to make a request for port my number, they put my call on hold for 15 min and after that call was terminated. This is a real harassment for using vodafone network.                                   Hi .. This is Ganesh Taware from Hinjewadi, Pune. I am using Vodafone as a mobile service provider and not very happy with the way they are treating me. [Dear Vodafone - in case you are unable to locate me, my number ends 8909] When I reported this issue multiple time a month ago, they blocked me from the complaint line itself. (198) I realized it after a fortnight when the 3G issue became unbearable. Vodafone gave me a resolution as 2nd April for a ticket which was 2 weeks from the date I complained. Nevertheless, I waited. To my surprise, I did not receive any call on the suggested day, forget about the resolution. I have raised a ticket again. What I am not hapy about is, that if they cannot provide me the service, they should revert the amount and also compensate for the trauma I have gone through waiting for 3G to work for the past month.

                                    I am using corporate number with vodafone. Earlier i was using Airtel. Just because i was offerred unlimited 3G (1gb unlimited 2 g) corporate 375 plan. I swutched to vodafone. This month i got a bill 605 rupees. When i called customer care they said sir you have downloaded something after 1gb 3g. I was shocked and asked however i downloaded its unlimited plan right? He said no sir its not for downloading only surfing. What a crap. When i signed contract with vodafone its was nothing mentioned like that. He gave me a complain number and you will get call from vodafone. I never get a call from vodafone when i again called to customer care they said sir you were not reachable. My question is i should get miss call alert? Again called to customer care they said sir better you mail. We are not here to help you. again i shocked. I dont have complain now. You won vodafone. You can make more forge bill. I am planning to switch airtel again. Vodafone is forge frustrating network. Guys be aware. My number [protected]

                                      I had requested for prepaid conversion of my number and after getting the money they are not responding me and even not converting my number but saying that mam you address sector 62, noida is not found, such disgusting people. I'll port my number to airtel or idea. Please don't go for Vodafone postpaid.

                                        I had to fly to Dubai for work, after doing my best effort of closing connection on name of Sarika, i had also given connection disconnection request from registered id on 26th march 2015 clearly emailing that i will not pay beyond march 26th 2015, However after my deactivation on midnight 26th march, But as you know the unethical VodFONE COMPny does all tricks to retain customers, so that they acn continue billing customers inspite of their poor customers, i gave a written complaint which was acknowledged by Vodafone nodal and appellate authority but I came to know from your customer care, that without our request or wish, our connection was reactivated by retention team without our consent. Tomorrow morning is my flight where i am flying to Dubai along with sarika, whenever i called their complaint no 198, Vodafone disconnected call whenever I mentioned disconnection request to customer acre, , I HAC=VE DECIDED AND WILL ALSO SUGGEST TO VARIOUS RAEDERS THAT NEVER EVER OPT CONNECTION FROM VODAFONE. 1. DUE TO THEIR UNETHICAL BEHAVIOUR. 2. POOR SERVICES. 3. WRONG BILLING I have given a written complaint to Dept. of telecommunications against Vodafone for harassing women and citizens of India by not terminating connection on repeated requests on emails and calls. Since we will be out of India for some months and years, so we can only interact on email, Due to this experience, we will not hesitate to 1. Condemn Vodafone and abuse and defame Vodafone through significant blogs and reviews. 2.we will never ever opt for Vodafone connection ever again. 3. We will also raise tickets and complaints to TRAI management and senior officers of DOT highlighting a cheating and harassing attitude of Vodafone and condemning Vodafone for its poor processes and services. Shame on Vodafone, the most in ethical attitude, May Govt. does not promote in-ethical British company and throw Vodafone out of India.
