Hi, even I have received missed calls from +[protected]... I think they are spammers. Don't attend or call back... If you have a smart phone, install Truecaller App and block them.

    VAS named [protected]@it was automaticaly activated on my number and 45 rs was deducted from my balance for the same. When i tried to register a complaint on the complaint helpline 198 the agent refused to register the complaint. Please tel me if there is any other procedure to register the complaint for these type of deductions.

      I recharged for ₹250 for mobile number [protected] under transaction ref.no.IG00VAFV13 at 10:07:08 today i.e 02/04/2015 thro state bank internet banking. But recharge was not done. Recharge amount was not credited to my mobile [protected]. please look into the matter and recredit the amount of ₹250 to my bank account as the transaction was not successful. Later after 11 pm I made another recharge for the same amount which was successful. please do the needful urgently .. akbar

        Very low internet speed i recharge 2g of 3gb at 248 and i use internet but it is very low speed and only 147kb photo download get 2 min to download very worst services. Please solve this problem otherwise i complaint at consumer court please urgent solve. I request to care still they doesn't reply

            Vodafone is hiring frauds to promote their simcards.as the executive has given me a fake fairytale plan which has not activated till date and showing some different plan.no one is responsible as no reply and no interest shown frm the company as well the executive who disconnects my call.i didn't expect it as a fraud as my experience with Vodafone has been really bad.no 1 to hear me as my bill is multiplying.its a sad feeling for me to be a part of such stupids

It's not the first time this is happening.. vodafone always does this ...i want my recharge back full talk time 222 as soon as possible.

                  hail Biswas Vodafone has a very bad service. I have done number portability from docomo. My first experience is very bad. I think vodaphone does not care for their customer in india. When the number pprtabiloty was done ibthought that would convert the prepaid to post paid which has been a pain to me.i went to your dhanori store and gave all the docunents.it was told to me that my no would be active in next 1 day. Becquse of my bussy shedule i was not able to track the qctivation. After i again visiting thè store it was told to me that my verification is pending. I told them i may go to my home and do the vwrification but now vodafone need my signature . I leave home at 7 am and come back to home at 10pm. So when can i give u sognature. My entire family is at home and i am staying therw since last 10 years. As i was feadup with vodaphone i decided to write to customer care but they dont understand my problem. And give me reply that my verification is negative. How is it possible so i decided to continue with prepaid no. I personally visited your vimannagar offive and took a nano sim and done the necessary recharge. Now today vodaphone has disconnected my service. How can u do it .                     I have lived in more than 10 cities till now based out in 3 countries and 5-6 states. Obviously one of the first things you do whenever you go to new place is buy a new connection for that circle. Recently I have shifted to Rohtak city, Haryana state. The donkeys working there took 15 days to activate a new connection, yes you read it right. Not just that, the guy who attended me (Ankush sitting on priority desk) was so kind to enter all the details like address, sim no. wrong in my form and gave me wrong sim. After this he was completely unreachable on the phone no. given by him. I tried for atleast 4 days to contact him on phone, so that I dont have to visit the store 5th time to get my number started. Finally when I went to store, I discovered that he has given me expired sim card (Till now I was not being able to even receive signals on mobile) and my activated sim was lying safe with him, which he didn't bother to tell me till this point of time. After all this, I got a welcome mail from Vodafone, in which my address is WRONG. He has somehow managed to mix my home address and company address and invented a new address which was written in that welcome mail. Now I am feeling so frustrated and harassed that I will port my no. first thing in the morning tomorrow and will never recommend Vodafone to anyone in my life again weather in India or abroad.

                        Dear Sir/Madam, Myself Tirthankar Ganguly from Kolkata want your focus on the topic that I saw an ad and came in contact with Millenium Telecommunication which is an engineering company and serves as a agent to Vodafone regarding tower intallation. I have a plot in Halisahar which comes under North 24 Parganas, where I wanted to install the above mentioned 3G tower. I sent all my details through mail to Millenium Telecommunication which is located in Hyderabad for preparation of the agreement. I received the agreement on 28th of March 2015, which stated that I had to pay a tax of rupees 24, 999/- rupees. I deposited the amount in favour of MANOJ KUMAR, SBI account No.[protected] on 30/03/2015. I received a money receipt against this amount through scan mail. The next day I received a message in my mobile that I have to submit 35, 000/- rupees for clearance of the cheque of 20, 00, 000/- rupees which has been issued for me as a advance amount as mentioned in the agreement by VODAFONE COMPANY. In the agreement it was not mentioned about 35, 000/- rupees but I did that in favour of AASHU RAJ, SBI Account NO.[protected] on 31/03/2015. It was told to me that he is the head of tower installation department of Vodafone. I received the call by Sandip Sharma, Mobile No.[protected]. After this process these people didn't received the call or always miscommitted. Today I received a call from SBI CORPORATE BRANCH, HYDERABAD, by Mr. Rahul Malhotra, Mobile No. [protected] saying the cheque can not be credited in my account as its a SAVINGS ACCOUNT. So, once again I have to pay 24, 000/- rupees approx. as T.P.I. Now, my complaint to you is that these things should prior be mentioned in the agreement by your agent companies and if it is not mentioned then they must not demand any heavy amount from the client every now and then. This is illegal & unethical, they should also have informed me that they will need a current account for transaction. So its my humble request that I want my advance cheque of amount 20, 00, 000/- to be credited in my same SAVINGS ACCOUNT and your company should do the required amount of T.P.I. As a final I want my amount of money, its your responsibility to deal with the banking formalities. If you want me to pay something it will be possible only after your cheque will get credited.                           Hi, I am trying to disconnect my vodafone mobile no. [protected] from last 3 days. I have tried several times on the customer care but my call get disconnected while they transfer it to their concerned team or if my call is transferred then their executive put my call on hold and did not answer. I keep on waiting but not got any response. Even one of their customer care executive talked to me rudely and told me that he can disconnect my call when i am telling him that he can request me but not instruct me. I asked them to transfer my call to their supervisor but they told me that my query will be resolved this time. I am facing this problem and want to disconnect my number as they will be charging me for this period too.

                            With reference to Vodafone Postpaid number is- [protected] in the name of Mr Ravindra Kamble. He is moving US on urgent requirement. However, i am wanted to convert postpaid SIM into prepaid. i paid total bill by cash to Vodafone store and just inquired at Vodafone Pune store for the form submission, is it required to be present at the time of form submission? That time they said not required to be present. Anybody can submit the form and now today when I visited there they are denying to submit it and not even disclosing the esclation matrix as well. I just wanted know if it is a service center to help the customer why they don’t have esclation matrix or company having policy not to disclose.                               Hello, I have been wrongly charged for data usage in the months of Nov'14, Dec'14 and Jan'15. I have raised an issue with the corporate care and after a series of email exchanges they have agreed that there was a mistake from their side and would reverse the charges back to my account. However, even after so many contacts they have not refunded the money. I have even visited the Nodal office in Hyderabad but they just keep telling me the same thing again and again that the amount is huge(Rs. 9500) and they are still waiting for an approval.                               After a lot of followups with Nodal Office, this issue has been resolved. First, they were not willing to refund the entire amount and acted as if they were doing a favor by returning my money which they wrongly charged. I had to write in a lot of emails for the same and then they reverted the money to my account.

                                  Hello Team, Kindly note that I am currently using 2 Vodafone numbers - [protected] & [protected]. Of which [protected] does have Vodafone RED plan with rental of INR 1599 with Vodafone dongle. In January 2015, I have converted from normal plan to Vodafone RED from Bandra Vodafone store (Hill Road); wheren in one of the Executive named Mr Om Prakash stated that I will get 8 GB of Internet at 3G speed every month absolutely free if you purchase Vodafone dongle by paying INR 999/- one time. Post usage of 8 GB there will not be any charge but the speed will be reduced to 2G. After the conversation with your executive I agreed to switch my plan to Vodafone RED on the commitment of the following: - Every month the Internet pack will be 8 GB every month; post that the speed will reduce to 2G with no etra charge. - Bill amount will be INR 1599 + INR 50 (merging of additional device - Vodafone Dongle) + 12.36% Service Tax & Educational cess. - Voice call of 10000 minutes every month free with Vodafone RED plan. After 2 month of service, I noticed that the bill amount charged is at exxhorbitant rate, which was never mentioned by your executive. I have been using Vodafone for past 11 years but never encountered such false commitment from Vodafone. I am really disappointed with Vodafone store & Call Center exceutives. No one has been able to provide me the definite solution. I am also very much disheartened with Relationship Manager of Vodafone RED (Mr. Ansari) who instead of helping stated that "If you want, you can switch to other Mobile Operator". I am sure being MNC; you have been providing / investing in the training of your Relationship as How to deal with irate & frustrated customer. I request you to kindly look into the issue on priority & expecting you to revert with postive response, which AGAIN makes me believe the Vodafone as a "Brand" which believes in Customer excellence & not just increasing the revenue on YOY. If the resolution is not provided then I may have to file a complaint against Vodafone in "Telecommunication Ombudsman" which I am keeping as last option. In my 11 years o[censored]sing Vodafone service; I felt that now I should switch to other operator who atleast respects their existing customer base. To be very honest, I do not intent to leave Vodafone, but that is the option I am keeping it open. What I want - Bill amount to revised as per the commitment.

I HAD REGISTERED LOTS OF COMPLAINTS THROUGH VODAFONE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBERS BUT THIS QUERY IS NOT TO BE SOLVED BY VODAFONE TILL TODAY. I AM PAYING FULL CHARGES FOR GETTING 3G SERVICES. BUT I CANT GET SIGNALS AT MY RESIDENCE SO FEEL DIFFICULTY IN DOING SOME EMERGENCY WORKS. ONE THING I ALSO MENTIONED THAT MY RESIDENCE COMES IN SURAT MUNICIPAL CORPORATION AREA (IT MEANS IN CITY AREA) STILL CANT GOT 3G SIGNALS. SO, I REQUEST TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.                                       Dear Vodafone, I wish you were not an organisation but a person so that I could just slap you the tightest possible slap ever, I wish the intensity of that slap could take your teeth out and you die out of pain. Since, that's not a possibility we will continue with words here. heres why I am so furious at you losers : 1. Wherever you go, our network follows? I don't get that bloody network you are talking about at my HOME, i have lost the number of complaints I have made but it seems I am some ZOZO speaking in some different language but my complaints certainly dint bother you much (or at all). 2. I was using Rs. 650 3G data plan because i knew i will be charged with extra net charges if its not an unlimited pack, but what happens? My unlimited plan suddenly changes to 1 GB data plan, who changed it for me? MY WIFE (your call centre people claims), Dude hello! i am SINGLE!!! and surely we dont have ghost of my Ex wife from my previous life roaming around here at my place. so the it came to the only lady in my house which is my mother who doesn't even know or care what plan I use, why will she tell you guys to change it out of nowhere??????? 3. Your call centre people call everyday regarding this, listen to my complaint from the very start everyday, they cant provide the solution but thats alright, surely you guys have opted for some illiterates to talk to your customers, I mean who will [pay higher amounts to the educated ones to take care of your customers? (Customer? who customer? right????) This guy, Gaurav Upadhay asks my mom do you remember some Miss. Dolly talked to you on 10th jan at 12;10? My mom is no super human and so she doesnt remember, in return when i told him do you remember talks happened 5 years back with me? the reply from that fool was amazing, "Sir! ye to aap NONSENSE baat kar rahe hain". how i wish i could just blast with [protected] more abuses in return because trust me I can abuse with such speed and i could have showed him if my mom was not there in conference.                                         Hi, I have taken a Vodafone Prepaid SIM which got activated on 27th March. The number is [protected].For taking the SIM I have submitted my passport details and photo as a proof. But the issue is that probably the SIM was earlier owned by some person named Sandeep. Immediately after taking the SIM, I am getting calls from people, companies, banks, Muthoot Finance searching a person called Sandeep asking to repay loans, messages which are asking to pay back the loans. I was repeatedly telling over the phone that I am not Sandeep but they were not believing and threatened to pay back the amount within stimulated time. I am really worried and not getting what to do. Your company is a very renowned company and I have been a consumer of Vodafone for very long. But if such things happen I will be loosing my trust over Vodafone and will ask people not to prefer vodafone because such unfortunate issues can occur with them also. So I would request you to do the needful and take necessary actions so that such issues are not repeated again.
