Dear Sir/Madam Hello!! My vodafone bills were higher than normal, when I recievd a call from the billing guys who were asking me to pay the bills, I requested them to reduce the bill amount and they promised that I need to pay only 846 RS and not 1397Rs. But when I went to the vodafone office to close my number they say they do not have any information regarding the discount given by teleservices, I requested even u can give me a discount if teleservice guys can do but they did not listen. Then I requested them to stop my number which they said they have done on 30 March with the service request number [protected], and when I asked them to write a complaint for the teleservices they gave me another service request number[protected]. It was Kamla Nagar Vodafone office, and the guy name was Gaurav, he was very rude too. When I asked him to give me in writing that they do not have anything to do with the teleservice guys he simply refused to give me anything in writing or even giving a signature on the slip on which he wrote the service request number. Later on when I contacted their online service I was amazed to know that Gaurav had not stopped my number he just put a request of refund instead. Anyway finally the lady Ms Kishori talking to me online stopped my number on 31st, but she asked me to pay entire amount 1397.03 with the service request number [protected]. Please help

Hi, My Name is Aritra Chattoraj. I had a Vodafone postpaid connection. The Number was: [protected]. My account number was[protected]. On October 2015, I opted for an Internet connection of 1GB 3g Internet @99/ month for 2 bill cycle. I activated the package at the morning and it got automatically deactivated at the evening without notifying me. Hence, I used the Internet service for the whole month and got a Bill of Rs. 5245.97 . When I called the Vodafone customer care. They told me first that there was no Internet pack recharge of Rs.99 ! I was shocked. After that, I discontinued the number permanently. The Vodafone people are still disturbing for making me the payment ASAP. After that, many conversations occurred and many things were agreed. Later they agreed that there was an offer of Rs. 99 at that time. But they were unable to clarify me why the package was deactivated without intimating. I visited Vodafone- saltlake Branch and they told me that it was a mistake and they will sort it out quickly and I would have been contacted by some Vodafone settlement team. 3 months has passed after this conversation. No phone calls and nothing has been communicated except some nuisance mail asking for the full payment. Yesterday I got a call from a person from Vodafone settlement team and we have agreed upon paying Rs.1245 to settle the bill. But when I asked for an email for the same he hesitated and didn't send me the email till now. Today when I call back him asking for the email he increased the amount to Rs. 1545 saying that the settlement team is not able to settle the bill on the previous amount. I agreed on the same too. But they didn't send me the email till now. Please help .

    I've registered for a full DND for my vodafone number [protected] on 20 Feb. 2012. In spite of that a call from a telemarketer vide no.[protected] has been connected on 3rd April 2015, 12:23 hrs. This telemarketer has also sent a derogartory message after the I disconnected the call. Vodafone should provide a responsible explanation for why they have connected a telemarketing call to a fully DND registered number.

      I am Sneha Bhongade, i wanted to change my vodafone no. from Post paid to pre-paid. I went to Vodafone nearest brance on 7th march 2015. The SIM is on my fathers name, he is out of county for few month. i have signed a letter by him stating that i will be authorized for further document process. After 3hrs. of brain eating, vodafone chembur-naka branch has converted the new Pre-paid SIM on my name.It all most 1 month the SIM is not yet activated, & we get a bill on almost Rs. 800 on the post paid number.I regret to get a vodafone SIM & we have no hopes from the company.

        I've recharged my mobile with Rs. 217 on 23rd Jan, 15 against promo pack 1.2 paisa / 2 sec for 90 days. But from 25th March the promo has been deactivated. After a several calls to the customer care, no positive action has been taken. Spending the waiting period of 4-5 days by the customer care department the problem remain same. So, please solve the matter and refund me the extra charge deducted during the promo off period, otherwise I.ll deactivate the all lines of my family. Thanks Suman

          I applied my number: +91-[protected] to be ported to Vodafone postpaid from vodafone prepaid. Agent from vVodafone came and collected documents from my residence. Later vodafone send person to verify who got forms signed and everything, Later I came to know that my verification came back negative and now vodafone won't refund security. This is proper scam going on in vodafone as same they did with one of my friend with number +91-[protected] and God knows how many more. First they call you to port to vodafone postpaid and collect security from you but lastly they just take security according to plan you choose. Also, they might be using these IDs to issue Illegal sim cards.

            Hi i am Mukul [protected] and my no works in roaming most of the time, I recharged my phone with 3G plan of 651 by instead of 3G service my 2G service got blocked and i can't use internet at all. The response of customer care executive are not good, i called 6 times and i got no solution. then internet worked for small period of time then stopped. one another thing, even i choose English language for communication they reply me back in Hindi. I am really unsatisfied with their response. at least provide me 2G connection on the charges of 3G. Mukul [protected]

                Dear sir, I am using my voda phone number for last 4 years.I have no idea why you people keep deduct balance with no reason..this is your regular practice you send me one message mentioning that some service is activated on your number and u have been charged for this amount.I naver active any service on my number so how can it happen all the time, your customers service people are giving me nonsense reason for balance deduction. Please check the matter or is it the thing that we should keep our balances zero so you people will not have scope to deduct balances. I got frustrated by using this vodaphone.my number is [protected].

                    VAS named [protected]@it was automaticaly activated on my number and 45 rs was deducted from my balance for the same. When i tried to register a complaint on the complaint helpline 198 the agent refused to register the complaint. Please tel me if there is any other procedure to register the complaint for these type of deductions.

                      I recharged for ₹250 for mobile number [protected] under transaction ref.no.IG00VAFV13 at 10:07:08 today i.e 02/04/2015 thro state bank internet banking. But recharge was not done. Recharge amount was not credited to my mobile [protected]. please look into the matter and recredit the amount of ₹250 to my bank account as the transaction was not successful. Later after 11 pm I made another recharge for the same amount which was successful. please do the needful urgently .. akbar

                        Very low internet speed i recharge 2g of 3gb at 248 and i use internet but it is very low speed and only 147kb photo download get 2 min to download very worst services. Please solve this problem otherwise i complaint at consumer court please urgent solve. I request to care still they doesn't reply

                            Vodafone is hiring frauds to promote their simcards.as the executive has given me a fake fairytale plan which has not activated till date and showing some different plan.no one is responsible as no reply and no interest shown frm the company as well the executive who disconnects my call.i didn't expect it as a fraud as my experience with Vodafone has been really bad.no 1 to hear me as my bill is multiplying.its a sad feeling for me to be a part of such stupids

It's not the first time this is happening.. vodafone always does this ...i want my recharge back full talk time 222 as soon as possible.

                                  hail Biswas Vodafone has a very bad service. I have done number portability from docomo. My first experience is very bad. I think vodaphone does not care for their customer in india. When the number pprtabiloty was done ibthought that would convert the prepaid to post paid which has been a pain to me.i went to your dhanori store and gave all the docunents.it was told to me that my no would be active in next 1 day. Becquse of my bussy shedule i was not able to track the qctivation. After i again visiting thè store it was told to me that my verification is pending. I told them i may go to my home and do the vwrification but now vodafone need my signature . I leave home at 7 am and come back to home at 10pm. So when can i give u sognature. My entire family is at home and i am staying therw since last 10 years. As i was feadup with vodaphone i decided to write to customer care but they dont understand my problem. And give me reply that my verification is negative. How is it possible so i decided to continue with prepaid no. I personally visited your vimannagar offive and took a nano sim and done the necessary recharge. Now today vodaphone has disconnected my service. How can u do it .                                     I have lived in more than 10 cities till now based out in 3 countries and 5-6 states. Obviously one of the first things you do whenever you go to new place is buy a new connection for that circle. Recently I have shifted to Rohtak city, Haryana state. The donkeys working there took 15 days to activate a new connection, yes you read it right. Not just that, the guy who attended me (Ankush sitting on priority desk) was so kind to enter all the details like address, sim no. wrong in my form and gave me wrong sim. After this he was completely unreachable on the phone no. given by him. I tried for atleast 4 days to contact him on phone, so that I dont have to visit the store 5th time to get my number started. Finally when I went to store, I discovered that he has given me expired sim card (Till now I was not being able to even receive signals on mobile) and my activated sim was lying safe with him, which he didn't bother to tell me till this point of time. After all this, I got a welcome mail from Vodafone, in which my address is WRONG. He has somehow managed to mix my home address and company address and invented a new address which was written in that welcome mail. Now I am feeling so frustrated and harassed that I will port my no. first thing in the morning tomorrow and will never recommend Vodafone to anyone in my life again weather in India or abroad.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam, Myself Tirthankar Ganguly from Kolkata want your focus on the topic that I saw an ad and came in contact with Millenium Telecommunication which is an engineering company and serves as a agent to Vodafone regarding tower intallation. I have a plot in Halisahar which comes under North 24 Parganas, where I wanted to install the above mentioned 3G tower. I sent all my details through mail to Millenium Telecommunication which is located in Hyderabad for preparation of the agreement. I received the agreement on 28th of March 2015, which stated that I had to pay a tax of rupees 24, 999/- rupees. I deposited the amount in favour of MANOJ KUMAR, SBI account No.[protected] on 30/03/2015. I received a money receipt against this amount through scan mail. The next day I received a message in my mobile that I have to submit 35, 000/- rupees for clearance of the cheque of 20, 00, 000/- rupees which has been issued for me as a advance amount as mentioned in the agreement by VODAFONE COMPANY. In the agreement it was not mentioned about 35, 000/- rupees but I did that in favour of AASHU RAJ, SBI Account NO.[protected] on 31/03/2015. It was told to me that he is the head of tower installation department of Vodafone. I received the call by Sandip Sharma, Mobile No.[protected]. After this process these people didn't received the call or always miscommitted. Today I received a call from SBI CORPORATE BRANCH, HYDERABAD, by Mr. Rahul Malhotra, Mobile No. [protected] saying the cheque can not be credited in my account as its a SAVINGS ACCOUNT. So, once again I have to pay 24, 000/- rupees approx. as T.P.I. Now, my complaint to you is that these things should prior be mentioned in the agreement by your agent companies and if it is not mentioned then they must not demand any heavy amount from the client every now and then. This is illegal & unethical, they should also have informed me that they will need a current account for transaction. So its my humble request that I want my advance cheque of amount 20, 00, 000/- to be credited in my same SAVINGS ACCOUNT and your company should do the required amount of T.P.I. As a final I want my amount of money, its your responsibility to deal with the banking formalities. If you want me to pay something it will be possible only after your cheque will get credited.
