Kept me hold for ONE HOUR . IRRESPONSIBLE AGENT

I called your customer care for a concern where I recharged for 1gb and received 500 mb. For this issue I was told this will be resolved and was kept on hold for more than 50 minutes...just to escape to respond a customer your agents keep us on hold for the longest time till we disconnect the call... The worst thing is this kind of service is from vodafonee for a customer who is more than 8 years with you. I don't know how far this concern...
