Hi, I am trying to disconnect my vodafone mobile no. [protected] from last 3 days. I have tried several times on the customer care but my call get disconnected while they transfer it to their concerned team or if my call is transferred then their executive put my call on hold and did not answer. I keep on waiting but not got any response. Even one of their customer care executive talked to me rudely and told me that he can disconnect my call when i am telling him that he can request me but not instruct me. I asked them to transfer my call to their supervisor but they told me that my query will be resolved this time. I am facing this problem and want to disconnect my number as they will be charging me for this period too.

    With reference to Vodafone Postpaid number is- [protected] in the name of Mr Ravindra Kamble. He is moving US on urgent requirement. However, i am wanted to convert postpaid SIM into prepaid. i paid total bill by cash to Vodafone store and just inquired at Vodafone Pune store for the form submission, is it required to be present at the time of form submission? That time they said not required to be present. Anybody can submit the form and now today when I visited there they are denying to submit it and not even disclosing the esclation matrix as well. I just wanted know if it is a service center to help the customer why they don’t have esclation matrix or company having policy not to disclose. Now if any single amount they charge I am not gonna pay. Thanks & Regards Ravi Kamble

      Hello, I have been wrongly charged for data usage in the months of Nov'14, Dec'14 and Jan'15. I have raised an issue with the corporate care and after a series of email exchanges they have agreed that there was a mistake from their side and would reverse the charges back to my account. However, even after so many contacts they have not refunded the money. I have even visited the Nodal office in Hyderabad but they just keep telling me the same thing again and again that the amount is huge(Rs. 9500) and they are still waiting for an approval. Can you please advise how to proceed further? My contact number is [protected]. Thanks Satish

      After a lot of followups with Nodal Office, this issue has been resolved. First, they were not willing to refund the entire amount and acted as if they were doing a favor by returning my money which they wrongly charged. I had to write in a lot of emails for the same and then they reverted the money to my account.

          Hello Team, Kindly note that I am currently using 2 Vodafone numbers - [protected] & [protected]. Of which [protected] does have Vodafone RED plan with rental of INR 1599 with Vodafone dongle. In January 2015, I have converted from normal plan to Vodafone RED from Bandra Vodafone store (Hill Road); wheren in one of the Executive named Mr Om Prakash stated that I will get 8 GB of Internet at 3G speed every month absolutely free if you purchase Vodafone dongle by paying INR 999/- one time. Post usage of 8 GB there will not be any charge but the speed will be reduced to 2G. After the conversation with your executive I agreed to switch my plan to Vodafone RED on the commitment of the following: - Every month the Internet pack will be 8 GB every month; post that the speed will reduce to 2G with no etra charge. - Bill amount will be INR 1599 + INR 50 (merging of additional device - Vodafone Dongle) + 12.36% Service Tax & Educational cess. - Voice call of 10000 minutes every month free with Vodafone RED plan. After 2 month of service, I noticed that the bill amount charged is at exxhorbitant rate, which was never mentioned by your executive. I have been using Vodafone for past 11 years but never encountered such false commitment from Vodafone. I am really disappointed with Vodafone store & Call Center exceutives. No one has been able to provide me the definite solution. I am also very much disheartened with Relationship Manager of Vodafone RED (Mr. Ansari) who instead of helping stated that "If you want, you can switch to other Mobile Operator". I am sure being MNC; you have been providing / investing in the training of your Relationship as How to deal with irate & frustrated customer. I request you to kindly look into the issue on priority & expecting you to revert with postive response, which AGAIN makes me believe the Vodafone as a "Brand" which believes in Customer excellence & not just increasing the revenue on YOY. If the resolution is not provided then I may have to file a complaint against Vodafone in "Telecommunication Ombudsman" which I am keeping as last option. In my 11 years o[censored]sing Vodafone service; I felt that now I should switch to other operator who atleast respects their existing customer base. To be very honest, I do not intent to leave Vodafone, but that is the option I am keeping it open. What I want - Bill amount to revised as per the commitment.

            RESPECTED I AM KUNAL P. VARLEKAR LIVING AT SHUBHAM RESIDENCY, NEAR RAJ CORNER, SURAT, GUJARAT USING VODAFONE SIM CARD HAVING MOBILE NO.[protected]. I AM ALSO USING 3G INTERNET PLANS BY THIS SIM. BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT I AM NOT GETTING PROPER 3G SINGNALS AT MY RESIDENCE WHICH IS MENTIONED ABOVE. I HAD REGISTERED LOTS OF COMPLAINTS THROUGH VODAFONE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBERS BUT THIS QUERY IS NOT TO BE SOLVED BY VODAFONE TILL TODAY. I AM PAYING FULL CHARGES FOR GETTING 3G SERVICES. BUT I CANT GET SIGNALS AT MY RESIDENCE SO FEEL DIFFICULTY IN DOING SOME EMERGENCY WORKS. ONE THING I ALSO MENTIONED THAT MY RESIDENCE COMES IN SURAT MUNICIPAL CORPORATION AREA (IT MEANS IN CITY AREA) STILL CANT GOT 3G SIGNALS. SO, I REQUEST TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.               Dear Vodafone, I wish you were not an organisation but a person so that I could just slap you the tightest possible slap ever, I wish the intensity of that slap could take your teeth out and you die out of pain. Since, that's not a possibility we will continue with words here. heres why I am so furious at you losers : 1. Wherever you go, our network follows? I don't get that bloody network you are talking about at my HOME, i have lost the number of complaints I have made but it seems I am some ZOZO speaking in some different language but my complaints certainly dint bother you much (or at all). 2. I was using Rs. 650 3G data plan because i knew i will be charged with extra net charges if its not an unlimited pack, but what happens? My unlimited plan suddenly changes to 1 GB data plan, who changed it for me? MY WIFE (your call centre people claims), Dude hello! i am SINGLE!!! and surely we dont have ghost of my Ex wife from my previous life roaming around here at my place. so the it came to the only lady in my house which is my mother who doesn't even know or care what plan I use, why will she tell you guys to change it out of nowhere??????? 3. Your call centre people call everyday regarding this, listen to my complaint from the very start everyday, they cant provide the solution but thats alright, surely you guys have opted for some illiterates to talk to your customers, I mean who will [pay higher amounts to the educated ones to take care of your customers? (Customer? who customer? right????) This guy, Gaurav Upadhay asks my mom do you remember some Miss. Dolly talked to you on 10th jan at 12;10? My mom is no super human and so she doesnt remember, in return when i told him do you remember talks happened 5 years back with me? the reply from that fool was amazing, "Sir! ye to aap NONSENSE baat kar rahe hain". how i wish i could just blast with [protected] more abuses in return because trust me I can abuse with such speed and i could have showed him if my mom was not there in conference. OK! after all this, do we have a solution? or should i file a case against you losers? I want a reply from someone at the top please. NO REGARDS, Aman Gandhi

                Hi, I have taken a Vodafone Prepaid SIM which got activated on 27th March. The number is [protected].For taking the SIM I have submitted my passport details and photo as a proof. But the issue is that probably the SIM was earlier owned by some person named Sandeep. Immediately after taking the SIM, I am getting calls from people, companies, banks, Muthoot Finance searching a person called Sandeep asking to repay loans, messages which are asking to pay back the loans. I was repeatedly telling over the phone that I am not Sandeep but they were not believing and threatened to pay back the amount within stimulated time. I am really worried and not getting what to do. Your company is a very renowned company and I have been a consumer of Vodafone for very long. But if such things happen I will be loosing my trust over Vodafone and will ask people not to prefer vodafone because such unfortunate issues can occur with them also. So I would request you to do the needful and take necessary actions so that such issues are not repeated again.                   Since vodafone nodal and appelate has not been able to resolve this matter, i am compelled to register my grievience to department of telecom, DOT, please resolve. Ministry of telecom, india, /department of telecommunications, I am raising this public grievience against vodafone which is harassing my spouse as she is travelling outside india and therefore gave request to deactivate vodafone connection on 26th march 2015, My connection was deactivated on midnight of 26th mar 2015, but vodafone reactivated the connection on 28th march and has not been closing the connection, we have thrown the Sim but i guess vodafone is still billing us because this is vodafone mistake, we should not be asked to pay any bill after 26th march, Vodafone is behaving as inethical company harassing women and people of india, please take strong action against vodafone and save us from wrong billing and harassment from vodafone.

                    All- Vodafone is doing Fraud billing. I have been charged with downloading charge of RS 1200 extra, which I never did. In the bill they have mentioned certain links which I never clicked neither downloaded. I have seen lot of complaint on internet for similar links. Please clarify on this and help me out. they are now sending emails to submit bill which I never used. I can only pay bill that is genuine. My Vodafone number is [protected].                       I was having a payment due to be made and after the due date was approached I got call from a person who claimed to be a police and asked me to pay the bill within 15 mins else they would take action against me.On this I immediately went to vodafone office and while I was at vodafone office I again got a call asking me to pay the bill instantly.while I told him I am at the office and negotiating with them as I never got any response from Vodafone properly for my mails on my Bill.I will speak directly and pay the correct amout.(Vodafone had prroduced a wrong bill to whhich they agreed also and I was given a off of 800+ rupees) which they had wrongly charged.But the person on call did not listen to me and started to read out my address an said "Anyway you shall be reaching home.See hwat happens to you once you return".This is the most annoying thing a service provider could do to get bill paid from a customer.After I paid the negotiated bill I never recived a call back from the person. Again I was told my connection has been processed for cancellation and my final bill has to be paid and the bill which I had paid last was supposed to be the final bill .But again I have recived a mail from Vodafone saying the connection has been processed for cancellation and a final bill has to be paid next month.I do not understand how many time they would charge me a final bill? Vodafone is the worst service provide and has caused lot of my time and energy and money to be wasted running behind it. Most of all they never give u a proper response to your mails and I had even sent an annoyance mail regarding the blackmailing call I received in the name of bill payment but they never found the imporatnce to reply for the content I had mentioned. next thins is they unneceraly cut balance saying some random download which we would not even be aware of and charge you. Thirdy they say they shall cost you 50 P after 3 minutes if we call to the customer care number and the most annoying part is they would never answer you for the first 3 minutes and the customer care would only respond after the completion of the 3 min or sometimes even after 10 mins. I must say the service provided is worse and I have had to face so much wastage of time and money because of the Vodafone connection I request the concerned authorities to pleasehave a look at it and take necessary action against the complain Thanks, A very much anooyed customer from Bangalore

                        I recharged my account with 35 rupees for 2G net pack. 31st MAR 2015 was the last day of the net balance. on 31st MAR 2015 vodafone company have deducted my 99 rupee form my account for DNLD-DWAP_DLS0099_PPU_KIN00587001. I am the only user of my phone and I have made no such download from my number. Even I dont know what is this. I had data (2G) balance in my phone also. So there is no change of something related to mobile data. Please help me to get solution of this. I have faced the same kind kind of balance deduction earlier also on 9th MAR 2015. Now i want my money back .When I asked to customer care they told me that you have downloaded the chargeable content. I am going to consumer court for this.. Best regards Rahul.

                          I chirag nagpal hold a vodafone connection [protected] and in january i made my payment for the bill i recieved and in feb they sent me a bill which says vodafone owe me money same happened in march and now on 29 march they say i owe them money and restricted my og services now approaching vodafone store in rajouri garden twice and also talking to customer care executives several times and also after making a payment also for which i was not liable still my og has not been unbarred they are harassing me like anything i need compensation for all the inconvenient atleast 100 times

                            Vodafone collection agent visited my house askiing me for payment defaulted by one Vaishali Patil. I told him that Vaishali Patil was my paying guest and has left my premises two years ago. I have no contact details to trace her. Despite this fact I keep rieving calls from VodaFone. I am feeling mentally agonised as I am not liable for the non-payment of bill by some person whom I am not in touch with. The collection agents speak very rudely! I have been Vodafone customer for last 8 years and have never defered any payment!

                            From last 4 days my line is barred these people are saying your number will be activated in next 30 min . Since 29th April number is deactivated and I am hearing the same thing.My complaint numbers are [protected] [protected] but still no progress this they are fraud

                              Esteemed Sir With due respect that we are the Residents of Block 18 House No 336 Kalyan Puri Delhi 110091 Our neighbour Md. Umer R/O Block 18 House No.335 Kalyan Puri DELHI has installed some MOBILE TOWER on their roof top. The said Building not only is situated in a densely populated residential area, I suppose According to the Mcd Guidlines no tower can be erected in residential areas . Also as we all know that It Causes very harmful effects on humans living nearby and on the guidelines of Hon’ble Delhi High Court Towers are not allowed at residential areas, It creates many diseases like Cancer, and also affected the infant old people and specially for pregnant women. It’s Radiation is very harmful for all. So please Sir will take appropriate action and remove it as early as possible. Thanking you - You’re truly.                                 I was a airtel uses few months back bt had a lot of connectivity problem so i went to vodafone store in sector 15 chandigarh where i was attented by ms amar & i explained her that hw i m facing connectivity problem & thats the only reason i want to change my service provider .. I requested her several time to check that if vodafone had a good connectivity in my area which is sector 10-a Chandigarh, for which she told me that vodafone works great in scetor 10 .. But when i started facing connectivity problem more than my earlier service provider airtel ..on which i called your customer care from where i was told that vodafone dnt hv a connectivity problem in my area & it cant be solved . SO thats how i was told a big lie by your vodafone store to jst sell me the vodafone connection .. 1st ill be happy to tell that i m a voda red customer & wen i msgd to tlk 2 my service manager & wen i recieved her call i was so disappointed that she was nt able to adress my problem bt insted she was keep the phn on hold again & again, & dilebreatery disconected the phn in the end ..i even requested your customer execatives to mk me talk to some senior officers but they didnt listen, i asked for the adress to send a Legal Notice which was also not provided .. (& if i go 2 HON'BLE CONSUMER COURT I WILL MENTOIN ALL DETAILS) I went to the vodafone last month i requested sector 15 store chd to change my data & calling plan .. after choosing the plan i was told that it will be activated in half an hour .. bt the trick that vodafone store played & jst activated my calling plan not the internet plan .. wen i observed after 3-4days that my internet connection has almost died i contacted sector 15vodafone store again & was told that by mistake my internet plan was not changed & my phone has consumed internet worth rs800 in the meanwhile .. i made a call on ur customer care at that time bt to no surprise they were not able to do anything.. in response to a msg recieved after talking to customer care to grade your service when i txtd back 0 then i recievd a cal from vodafone teling me that its not my mistake & the money will be automaticaly sustracted when i recieve bill .. bt instead of your assurance nothing happened .. hv called111 many times bt no one realy tried to understand or help with the problem .. SO now i m writing you to get my additional charges of internet usage as i hv used in limt what my data plan allows .. when my data plan was not started delibertaly then its your fauly Kindly address my problem or I will have no other option instead of approaching Hon'ble CONSUMER COURT against you & your vodafone store .. cause a customer cant pay for the mistake or for the tricks of vodafone .. sry to say bt hope will gt some sensible reply from vodafone ppl ths time .. thanking you ANKUSH MALIK #45/10A CHANDIGARGH [protected]

                                  Hi, I am a software engineer, working in a reputed US based MNC. I took a 3g corporate Vodafone connection (of number [protected]) since 7-8 months. During offering the connection they said some bill plan but they are sending the bill with some other bill plan for last 3-4 months. In spite of providing the required information to them via email and discussing over the phone, they are not correcting the bills. Kind of fraud mechanism they have imposed on me and earning money.                                     Dear sir /mam, myself raj nandani, want to make a complaints against vodafone tower Installation from indus tower. Sir my brother had made a request to install vodafone tower in our land. the process was started but unfortunately my brother expired in february 2015. So i contacted them for reprocessing of this matter. But they informed me over the phone that if the authorised person is not available or expired then in that case this installation proces will be cancelled. So in that case i made a request to stop this process and refund all the transjections had made by my brother. Have sent first mail with all details which was asked to sumit by us like death certificate, id of my father and photo of my brother on dated 18th March and after that have not recieved any relevant answer from this company and no one is picking my call or if any body picks call then the concerned person is not coming on the phone. As a result... not able to understand what to do...please help us... Really looking forward.. Below is my mail details sent on 18th march... Dear Mr. Ajay, Regd. No. 589/985 Ref to our yesterday's telecom reg vodafone tower establishment on our land in bihar (village-Pitonjhiya. Post - Pasraha. Dist-Khagariya). Myself Raj Nandani writting on behalf of my brother Vikash Ranjan, As hv informed you that Vikash Ranjan s/o Mr.Birendra kumar is no more now. He expired on 28th Feb' 15. As per your confirmation over the phone that as the authorised person expires or does not exist then in that case the establishment of vodafone tower on our land in bihar (village-Pitonjhiya. Post - Pasraha. Dist-Khagariya) will be cancelled or further movement will be completely stopped by your side.                                       Hi I have recently ported to vodafone. I have contacted Vodafone customer support team regarding unwanted balance deduction of Rs.75 and vodafone customer person claims that i have used to download DWAP animation for which I have been charged. I am pretty sure though my mobile net was on i didnt use any of those application. So i called them again and this time it was pretty rude from that lady and she disconnected my call with little harsh speech. Again I called up to customer support team and said them to connect me to the supervisor which they hesitated and made me to wait for almost ten minutes stating that she was in a meeting. Then I got a connected to Ms. Saranya (Floor Supervisor) and made a complaint regarding unresponsive behaviour of the person. She hesitated and said we could take internal action and we wont give a complaint number. I forced the person to give a complaint number and she gave me after 5 minutes (Complaint No.[protected]. I am not sure what action are being taken on that unethical person. I even tried contacting vodafone customer support via chat which to was in vein. I want both my issues sorted out. 1. Reason for balance deduction and what shall be done in future to avoid these. I am very sure I have not made any downloads 2. Strict action has to be taken against the person for disconnecting the call with harsh answers.

                                        I HAVE GIVEN COMPLIANT ON 16/03/2015 FOR THE PURPOSE OF SIM PROBLEM. FURTHER IT WAS TAKEN UP BY THE VODAFONE STORE AT SANTA CRUZ ( W) MUMBAI.. I HAVE BEEN MORE OFTENLY VISITNG THE STORE FOR THE PURPOSE OF NEW REPLACEMENT SIM CARD, BUT SO FAR THERE IS NO DEVELOPMENT .I HAD TO OFTENLY SEE SOME VAGUE REPLIES FROM THE STORE MANAGER MR SHIV SAGAR WHICH IS LACKS ACCOUNTABILITY ON FURTHER RESOLUTION TO THE INVALID SIM CARD AND FURTHER REPLACEMENT . I ALSO INCURRED AN EXPENDITURE OF MORE THAN 1000 ( RS ONE THOUSAND RUPEES ) DUE THE LACK / INITIATIVE OF THE OF THE STORE MANAGER . HENCE FURTHERANC ETO THE ABOVE MATTER, KINDLY ENSURE THAT THE SIM IS URGENTLY REPLACE WITH A NEW SIM OF TEH SAME NUMBER . THE MANAGER MR SHIV SAGAR GIVES VAGUE REPLIES ON THE ACCOUNT OF TEH ABOVE SAID PROBLEM. HE OFTEN COMES OUT WITH DISTURBED ANSWERS SUCH AS WARE HOUSE, AND TH ENEW SIM SHOULD COM EFROM ANDHRA PRADESH OR ELSE FROM WARE HOUSE . ITS SHOWS THE MANAGER IS NOT TAKING PROPER INITIATIVE TO GET THE NEW CARD DESPITE WE HAVE BBEN THERE WITH PROPER KYC AND UNABLE TO ANSWER WITH A FIRM RESOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM. ENSURE THAT THE SIM REPLACEMENT IS DONE URGENTLY WITH IN 24 HOURS, AS THE SAME HAS BEEN CONFIRMED FROM YOUR COUNTER PARTS OF HYDERABD, THAT THE PROBLEM JUST TAKES ONLY 2 HOURS, BUT IN THIS CASE IT TOOK MORE THAN 15 DAYS I ATLEAST EXPECT NOT HOPE MORE THAT THE REPLACEMENT OF A NEW SIM CARD OF TEH ABOVE MENTIONED NUMBER URGENTLY . AND ASLO ADVISE YOUR STAFF FOR A BETTER SERVICE FOR A FIRM RESOLUTION O FTHE PROBLEM P.S.SAI [protected]
