Since vodafone nodal and appelate has not been able to resolve this matter, i am compelled to register my grievience to department of telecom, DOT, please resolve.

I am raising this public grievience against vodafone which is harassing my spouse as she is travelling outside india and therefore gave request to deactivate vodafone connection on 26th march 2015,
My connection was deactivated on midnight of 26th mar 2015, but vodafone reactivated the connection on 28th march and has not been closing the connection, we have thrown the Sim but i guess vodafone is still billing us because this is vodafone mistake, we should not be asked to pay any bill after 26th march,
Vodafone is behaving as inethical company harassing women and people of india, please take strong action against vodafone and save us from wrong billing and harassment from vodafone.
