I want to convert from post paid to prepaid.
Last month(Feb 2015) I went to Vodafone store(OMR store, OMR road near Kandanchavadi, Chennai) with all documnets. they asked me to come again on next month after bill generated date due to unbilled amount is more than 100.
This month(14th of March 2015 time 5 PM) again I went to same store, their representative called Sreekanth G told me to it will take 48 hrs to convert from post paid to prepaid.
When I checked after 48hrs, nothing happened. I raised complaint([protected]).
They called me on 20th and told me that they given wrong commitment by mistake and asked me to visit again and I have to pay billed amount(605) and unbilled amount(55) and prepaid sim charges(175) with proofs.
I have visisted again same store with proofs and amount(605+55+175), but store same person called SREEKANTH G, asked me to pay 125 more than they agreed amount. I explained that as per complain, no need to pay extra but he refused and didn't behave properly.
Again I raised a complaint([protected]) regarding same. Even this time they are said same that they made mistake and asked me to visit again vodafone store.
I have visited Store 3 times and wasted energy, money to travel and more importantly time. I don't want to waste again .
Vodafone guys are playing games with customers like this and asked us to visit store so many times so that we will continue in post paid.
I request you to please take necessary action so that no one from now should suffer like me and no need to visit store again and again and be part of their game.
