Im a Vodafone prepaid customer... Here im trying to tell you some big issuenothat now im facing... See im recharging above 1500 permmonth... But now im facing so many problems about Vodafone services... Sometimes im losing my 3g coverage and network also... And some times my phone shows full range signal... But its curren status when someone calls me, ita currently switch off or out of network coverage area... Never takes calls from me... Its really shameful and irresponsible process done by Vodafone... Im just forced my self to port to another service like idea or airtel... Hopping for customer rights...

    This is a request to refund Rs.673.00 which I had recharged my phone with- [protected] on 6.2.15 I had then called the customer care to ask if I had to undergo any further formalities to activate this package at around 7 pm and I was told that I had to only recharge and to do nothing else. However, once I reached Singapore the package was not activated & there was no network throughout my stay abroad (from 7/2/15 to 15/2/15). My sister then went to the Vodafone store in Siliguri on 7.2.15, next to Payal cinema hall and they put forward an online request to activate the package, and said it would be done by 9.2.15, but even then it did not get activated & no network was available on my cell. All this caused a lot of grievance to me, and i also had to spend lot of money for making calls. You can check your system for call logs recorded on 6/2/15 at around 7pm to confirm error of vodafone & its representative. Kindly refund the amount of Rs673 at the earliest.Waiting for earliest response from your end. Regards, Chakresh Mittal [protected]

        For the last two months Jan 15 and Feb 15 my data billing is in excess of 2 GB which is not possible as there is no change in the usage pattern. I find a new plan activated MI_BCAP_750_30d_PROMO_3G without my knowledge from 18th March. Please resolve my issue immediately or I will shift to other service provider for my entire family. Currently I have 6 connection for my immediate dependents. Hoping for a fast response.

            i am not a vodafne customer but fr past one week i am getting calls from vodafne for the unbilled amount in the name of bharathi.. i dont know who had this number before but i am getting calls every two months for some other person from vodafone for unbilled amount. do these people have any sense???

            I am not a vodafone customer but someone who had the number used my number before i got this number. I am getting frequent calls for the unpaid amount on a vf num. Many cc exec use harassing words and unnecessary emotions. I have already filed a complaint regarding these calls in vodafone india via twitter they arranged two assistance calls but still no use. I am getting the calls often. No one is responsible in vodafone. No body gives proper response. I am suffering for something for which i am not intended to. Worst customer service ever Poor assistance Irresponsible staffs No proper communication between them
            i received around 10 messages from the customer care exec about my previous complaints. their reply was sorry we cant help you call our 148 postpaid customer care.. such a useless company

But we observed that their are very bad vodafone connectivity in our building, therefore we are going through with very bad experiance in communication.                 I have vodafone Mumbai post paid number [protected] for more than 4 years. I am now shifting out of Mumbai but wanted to keep the same number so I had taken the roaming plan for this postpaid number. But, there was some issue with the sim and hence it had to be replaced. I gave the request for new sim at Amritsar lawrence road vodafone store on 18th March. Mr Lakshya handled my query and told me that my sim would take 1 week to come from Mumbai. When I asked for my reference number of the request I was told that there is no reference number given for such requests and that I should visit the store on 25 th March. When I visited the store on 25th he gave me a sim and told that it will take 4 hrs -24 hrs to activate the sim. I again visited the store on 26 th March at 12pm and I was told that they had given me wrong sim and that they will not be able to help me in any way.Pathetic service. I also met their store manager Mr Varun and I was told that they will not be able to help me in any way. and that it is indefinite time that will take to solve my query. I have the following questions: 1) Why was I not given false promises? Why the staff gave me dummy sim which they had not checked 2) Is being rude and not being accountable are the core values of vodafone? 3) is Vodafone pan India company or they are only responsible for their circles?                   Rs 149 deducted from my prepaid balance without any notice from the company…customer care have no answer regarding this….they just tell that this deduction is due to a download about which i am completely unaware as i have nit visited any website which has charged me…customer care told me about some dwap download…i have heard this for the 1st time…this is a fraud by the company….i need my balance back…

                    Dear Sir/Madam, I am a regular user of Vodafone corporate postpaid mobile number [protected] (Delhi NCR) Region. As per my rental plan of Rs. 99/- monthly I was using 300 minutes for Local +National and 300 SMS's for local+national, but since month of November 2014 they have been changed my monthly Rental plan Rs. 99/- to Rs. 149/- Monthly as well as they have reduced my services from 300 Free minutes to 200 Minutes monthly and 300 SMS's to 200 SMS's Monthly with out any permission and intimation to me. He has been blocked my mobile number since 14 Feb 2015... by this concern I am facing approx Rs. 2500/- to Rs. 3000/- loss every in my business. I need all compensation amount with the Vodafone... As well as he send me new rental plan bill. Now the main problem here they have been stopped my number also. I want only my previous plan only... They are not providing me any response...                       Hi, Please be informed that Rs 75 has been deducted from my account main balance as soon as I recharged a full talktime of Rs 100 as a service charge for a Vodafone all channel pack which to my utter surprise has not been requested by me.On top of that trying to complain about this I got a very rude behaviours from vodafone care twice and they did not register my complain. So, I am hoping that this balance should be refunded immediately since I am not willing to pay for a service which I have not used before, neither am I wiilling to use it future. Vodafone executine assured me that connection will be activated with in 1-2 hours after the puchase but till now my no. has not been activated. I have also called to vodafone executive Mr. Kushal of Laxmi Nagar Store and also filed my complaint to customer care today morning but no action has been taken towards my complaint.                             I am using Data card #[protected] since last 2 years with a plan of Rs.299/-, which provides me 1GB at 3G, after that unlimited usage at 64KBPS speed.On 22nd March, I had received a message That I have consumed 1GB data and the speed is reduced to 64KBPS. If I wanted High Speed then I should recharge a Booster pack. Accordingly I had requested for a Booster Pack of Rs.250/-at about 11PM on 22nd March, 2015, which was due to be activated in 4 hours. I had received a message on 23.03.15 at 01.34 PM that my plan has been changed to Rs.250/, which will provide me 1GB data at 3G speed only, whereas my request was, for a booster pack of Rs.250/, as was guided by the Vodafone.Hence I once again request the Vodafone to restore my existing Plan of Rs.299.                               I had taken Vodafone red plan(From Malad Store) for 3G network and i was told we have great coverage in Thane area ... However i never received 3G reception till date, I called and escalated however nothing happened ... Finally i changed my plan and i had told the customer care executive (Malad Store) that I wil not pay the bill for 3G as I never got 3G reception, he said he will escalate it but I am still receiving harassment calls for paying bills. I have sent 5 Emails I never got any response from the Vodafone team. (Unprofessional and ignorant behavior from your team) Please check the email sent on - Tue 3/17/2015 3:57 PM. I am happy to cancel your service as I don’t wish to be with such a unprofessional company who can ignore customers email. Teach your staff to give correct commitment to customer and send legitimate bills to customer … If there is any Educated staff left in Vodafone will expect a call on my number [protected]

                              Please ask the Customer support team to Read all the email before i get a call ... I got a call today and the person is asking me what happend & he was barely able to speak ... How strange can this be ... If he is asked to handle something he should have called post doing his home work which he failed ... this is the excat reason i called vodafone team unprofessional ...
                              Let me give you all the steps so you understand me right :
                              1 ) Read all the emails
                              2 ) Check with malad store why was the false commitment given
                              3 ) Fire the lady who gave a wrong commitment because of which all this happend
                              4 ) Let go of my bill for mobile number - [protected]
                              5 ) Call me and confirm that the issue is resolved / there is no amount pending and I will not get any harassment calls for bill.
                              6 ) Confirm the same over a email.

                              6 Simple steps ... Now can i expect a speedy resolution ... This should have been done by your team ... like i said unprofessional .. i am damm sure you guys will still make a mistake ...
                              No Response on Email and no calls for follow up ...

                              I have received a bill (Very prompt in terms of sending bill, but ignorant in resolving billing issues) worth RS 1500/- which is ignored by me and have sent a email to respond back ...

                              No Payment till the issue is not resolved.
                              Plz check the email sent on 30th March 2015 3:39 noon time ... that's the email response sent by me. Plz do not expect any payment till the time I don't get my issue resolved and don't dare to put any late payment charges.

                                    Dear Sir, I have left India in December and now I am in abroad and didn't pay only one month bill i.e. for December and then from here I contacted vodafone customer office by chat and closed my account too but it is not closed yet and I request even so many time to closed my post paid number and my deposit also there so let me know how much I am to pay rest balance amount but they are not closing the plan and charging bill every month and I have mailed also so many time but now say that up to this month all the bill must have to be paid then plan will be closed irrespective of you use. They are not serving well and tell me to visit any vodafone customer care pay the balance amount otherwise every month such bill be generated and I will have to pay for the same. I ask simple question why they don't close my account and why they also making charges of Internet and other benefit which I have started with the plan? I am now not using anything and requested many time to close all the benefit and close my account even but don't do this and want bill of 4 months which I have not used and also generating bill every month, why?                                       Hi, My number is [protected]. I want to convert from post paid to prepaid. Last month(Feb 2015) I went to Vodafone store(OMR store, OMR road near Kandanchavadi, Chennai) with all documnets. they asked me to come again on next month after bill generated date due to unbilled amount is more than 100. This month(14th of March 2015 time 5 PM) again I went to same store, their representative called Sreekanth G told me to it will take 48 hrs to convert from post paid to prepaid. When I checked after 48hrs, nothing happened. I raised complaint([protected]). They called me on 20th and told me that they given wrong commitment by mistake and asked me to visit again and I have to pay billed amount(605) and unbilled amount(55) and prepaid sim charges(175) with proofs. I have visisted again same store with proofs and amount(605+55+175), but store same person called SREEKANTH G, asked me to pay 125 more than they agreed amount. I explained that as per complain, no need to pay extra but he refused and didn't behave properly. Again I raised a complaint([protected]) regarding same. Even this time they are said same that they made mistake and asked me to visit again vodafone store. I have visited Store 3 times and wasted energy, money to travel and more importantly time. I don't want to waste again . Vodafone guys are playing games with customers like this and asked us to visit store so many times so that we will continue in post paid. I request you to please take necessary action so that no one from now should suffer like me and no need to visit store again and again and be part of their game.
