I am Prashant Khankar ([protected]) from Mumbai and a corporate customer of ICICI Prudential. I have 2GB 3G Data monthly pack which got exhausted within mid of the month post which on 8th Feb I request ADDON 1GB 3G Data which also exhaust on 17th Feb. On 17th Feb I again requested for 1GB GB Data which was not activated stating customer can have for only 1 ADDON in one bill cycle as per policy(no communication recd so far. When I mailed to corporate assist they told me customer can opt for two different ADDON in one bill cycle. I had used 700 MB extra 3G data post 8th Feb due to non activation of ADDON plan I have also mailed the ADDON request snapshots. Req waiver on extra usage due to miscommunication from cse

Hi, My mobile no was not switch off but it was deactivated from past 3 days by Vodafone and today I have done the payment post which it has been activated. I have already updated my alternate no on Vodafone App.

Just to inform you if you have deactivated the mobile number how can you call and except the customer to pick your call or even call back.

Pathetic service, If you behave in this way with corporate customers i doubt what kind of service can a common man would except.

BUT NEVER USED SUCH THING IN THIS BILLING PERIOD INSTEAD OF THIS I ACTIVATED A MONTHLY NET PACK OF 1.25GB AND THIS IS CORRECTLY SHOWN... BUT THE VODAFONE LIVE CHARGES ARE BIILED WRONGLY. THIS IS ALSO HAPPENED ONCE EARLIER AND THEY REFUND MY MONEY BUT THEY ARE UNUSUALLY HARRASING ME BY DOING THIS. THIS IS TOO MUCH. NOW PROVIDE ME THE SOLUTION..

        I am Pandiyarajan from Tamilnadu. I am using 2 connection in vodafone. In my [protected] number Jan and Feb month you have charged extra amount of 4095 Rs due to Internet Data usage charged. i spoke to your customer care people they said you had Used extra 1 GP 3G data. So we charged this amount. Which company charging 4095 Rs for 1 GP 3G. You have also offering 1 Gp 3G Booster back Rs 250. I am not able to pay this two much of amount.           I visited East Of Kailash, Santnagar Vodafone care center on 10th MAR 2015 to port my airtel number [protected] to vodafone and received vodafone sim same day. Attended by Ms Shivani. Now my airtel services are stopped on 25th but vodafone service not yet started…… NO service since 25th MAR 2015. Normally porting is done within 7 days and NO service time is only 2-3 hours. I made a complain about this to vodafone Delhi via email as well as over the phone and also wrote to nodal officer. But every one found very un supportive and asking to visit the vodafone store. When asked to connect with senior, the executives every time just handed over the phone to his/ her equivalent executive only, and not senior person. I feel vodafone is not actually providing nodal or appellate grievence redressal but just a formality. Online chat also is just aformality. No problem is solved. I have ported five numbers to vodafone hearing there good service now seeing this very unpleasant experience, I have to reconsider my decision and will have to port all these numbers to other mobile service provider but yes, as binding, only after 90 days Ravindra kumar [protected]

              My Vodafone number is [protected]. I have been using it only
              for 2G data connectivity. I recharged for 199 on 21st March( their unlimited monthly data plan).I receive a sms after three days that you have exhausted 2 GB of data and hence from now on you can surf only at a downgraded speed of 40 kbps.
              The speed prior to the down gradation was also pathetic and a simple Google page took up an eternity to load. This point was lost on rude, inefficient and ill-trained customer care executives who kept harping that you must have used 2 GB of
              data in three days.
              The seniors are never available to take the call and even if they do the baboons hang up in an instant after talking rudely to the customer for a minute or two. I strongly suggest that Vodafone returns my balance and completely overhaul its pathetic
              customer care service.

                Vodafone fraudulently charged Rs 35/- on 26.03.2015 and Rs 45/- on 27.03.2015 from my prepaid connection against services WAP Villa and [protected]@ respectively saying that I downloaded something whereas no such thing happened. When I called up customer service they were clueless on which website this payment was forwarded to. When I ran a google search on wapvilla_ppd a number of complaints against Vodafone filled up my screen. Vodafone seems to be running a racket to loot its customers. There is no information on what this application is and Vodafone itself has no clue and yet they are charging money for the same. My experience with this company is that they have extremely poor customer service who are mostly clueless about anything.

                  From last three Months Vodafone is charging me for wrong plans and it repeated this month also.
                  After several talks and email they have not corrected my bill and rather charged me again for the plans which I have not activated.

                  Also they have disconnected my service and harassed me to pay for the said bill several times.

                        They will charge unnecessary Internet charges then file a complaint and perform harassment through their panel cheap wakil and also call your family members and harass them. Cheapters they are. They do not send bill details even after asking and even do not close your account even if you request for it. what a company is this Vodachore.

                          I got a call from Vodafone customer care, they are arguing with me that you used the data no proper help from them.
                          They are saying like our system will not give wrong information. I asked them about details for that particular usage they are not giving.
                          Its a fraud, they started imposing this 2gb data soon after my 1 GB data completion. Someone please help me in this issue.


                          No proper customer support. I am not ready to pay any amount for which I have not used.
                          for selling a vodafone post paid sim agent will come and help you in all the way. After taking the sim if customer get an issue he need to go to nearest Vodafone center and request for the help.


                          It is like sold the Sim business is done, if issue come customer need to take all the pain to get it solved. LOL

[protected] New connection postpaid connection given but cut. when verified feedback given negative verification by vodofone stores when visited. But i am staying in our own house for past 12 years.No one came for verfication. went to vodofone office on26th &27th march.They said within a day person will visit but only phone call came to wait in the residence for 30 minutes from phone nos [protected]. no one came even after 2 hours when contacted the same lady is talking rougly and asking me if i am not interested i can go back to the store and surrender. This made me upset and i will surrender as per your representatives talk. we have 26 vodofone connections. one by one we will surrender. thanks for your worst service rendered and make us uncomfortable. even bsnl i have 3 connections in the same address even the bills are delivered.thanks.

                              I had RS-200+ balance few days ago. Yesterday I checked my balance and found out that I have only 50 Rs balance left in my account. I checked from the last deductions and found out that Rs 149 was deducted due to DNLD_DWAP_ANI0149_PPU_CRE00691001. I called the customer care and they rudely told that I have downloaded a wallpaper from paid website and they will not give the money back. The fact is that I didn't download anything from any paid site. Still why would I have to pay for what I didn't do? I want the whole money back. Please have a look into this matter.                                 I, had bought a vodafone dongle on 26/5/2014 from M/S OKAY CALL CENTRE PVT.LTD. 414/1, NSC Bose Road, Garia. Kolkata-700047. A few months back I'm facing a problem with the dongle. As soon as I'm inserting it in the USB Port, my Laptop is getting hanged. I went to the vodafone centre mentioned above on 29/1/2015 but they returned my dongle on 10/2/2015 without repairing it. They had also send an engineer who visited my house and told that the EXE file is not installed in the dongle. Then again I visited the Garia (Kolkata) Vodafone centre on 4/3/2015 and submitted the dongle. When they returned it on 24/3/2015 they told that it has been repaired, but they lied. When I'm inserting the dongle in my laptop, I realized that the same problem has crept in, the laptop is being hanged as soon as I'm inserting the dongle, but it's not happening when I'm trying with some other dongle. I'm really frustrated with this as I'm being harassed for the last two months. My dongle is still in the warranty period. I'll be really oblidged if you repair or replace the dongle and it's my earnest request to vodafone - please don't harass me any more. Thanking you, TANIMA GHOSH.

                                        I port my prepaid Vodafone connection to post paid 15 days ago. Now, yesterday suddenly my outgoing services deactivated. When I tried to call customer care, they told me that your address verification cause negative feedback. Today, I go to V-store and tell them my problem, they said to me the same reason. But, I asked them that without any communication how they verified my home and office address and how they gave negative feedback for that. Now, they deactivated my incoming service also. This is very inconvenient to me. I need answers for all this inconvenience cause to me.
